Description:
For sale in our Dallas-Fort Worth showroom is a gorgeous Black 1996 Chevrolet Corvette. This 96 Vette is finished in the fantastic color combination of Black on Tan leather. The well kept black exterior looks like it just rolled off the line, and looks amazing considering it is over 20 years old. The tan leather interior also looks amazing, with no signs of wear on the seats. Sitting in the bolstered leather seats and looking at the dash layout, you instantly respect the styling that went into this interior design. If you look closely at the new C7 Corvette interior, you can see a few similarities to the later 94-96 C4 Corvette interior. The dash/gauge cluster and radio/temperature controls are angled to the driver, also both speedometers are digital with other gauges reading in the conventional manner. Powering this Corvette is a 5.7L LT1 V8 engine that produces 300 horsepower and is no slouch motoring down the road. The 4-speed automatic transmission transfers those horses to pavement with ease. The odometer reads 20251, which represents the actual mileage on the car. This Vette has been treated with brand new Nitto Tires, Tinted windows, roof, and hatch glass, and includes a car cover. Options for this 1996 Chevrolet Corvette include: Air Conditioning, Glass Targa Roof, AM/FM Radio with CD Player, Tilt Wheel, Aluminum/Alloy Wheels, Radial Tires, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Power Windows, Power Locks, Keyless Entry, Driver and Passenger Airbag, Leather Interior, Power seats, and Seat Belts. The glass targa top provides and awesome view while driving this C4 during the day or night. Even better though, with the removal of 4 easy bolts you can go topless and enjoy the free flowing air, not to mention a killer sporty look. We at Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa are excited to present to you this 1966 Chevrolet Caprice. This car is very clean and spent part of its life in California and even includes a black California license plate. The red paint job from 1995 shines bright here in the sunshine state. The black top is also in great condition. To tie together the whole exterior package the chrome wheels shine very brightly. The Caprice gained series status for the 1966 model year and was positioned as the top-line full-size Chevrolet. It included a four-door hardtop, six- or nine-passenger station wagon, and a two-door hardtop with a squared-off formal roofline in contrast to the Impala/SS coupes fastback roof styling. The 1966 Caprice featured a revised grille and front bumper, and new rectangular taillights which replaced the Chevrolet-traditional triple round taillights used on Impalas since 1958. Lenses and silver trim on Caprices differed slightly from the other full-sized models. Sedans and coupe models included luxurious cloth and vinyl bench seats with a folding center armrest in the rear seat. This Chevy Caprice has the heartbeat of an orange 396 cubic inch big block engine mated to a Th-400 transmission. The transmission turns a 12 bolt rear end. This engine fires right up like a dream and purrs when this Caprice drives down the road. This Caprice has 133K miles on it. The black interior has a great feel to it and you will take step back in time every time you get behind the wheel of this beast. Options include seat belts, radial tires, cloth and vinyl interior and power steering. Don’t miss your change to own this piece of automotive art today. Description:
Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to offer this special 1987 Pontiac Firebird TransAm. This black-over-silver TA has been customized with a bunch of custom upgrades. Starting with its 350 CID V8 GMPP crate engine that has been upgraded to 1990 L98 Corvette specifications, including reconditioned L98 aluminum heads (done by Dale Parker), complete with new heavy duty valve springs, new valves, and roller rockers. This mighty mouse is also enhanced with an L98 Corvette-spec roller cam, Edelbrock upgraded TPI system, ported upper and lower intakes, larger diameter throttle body, and new injectors. An SLP cold air intake system helps improve the volume of air fed to the motor, along with reducing its temperature, further enhancing the power output potential. A custom exhaust system sucks the spent gases out, and provides a nice rumble out back, as well. Helping get the power to the ground are a new 700R4 4-speed automatic trans, new aluminum driveshaft, and a set of 3.42:1 gears with PosiTrac differential. Not only has the drivetrain been substantially enhanced, but so has the rest of the car. It also has a Wilwood brake-bias proportioning valve, new front and rear springs, new gas shocks, new GPA cross-lace wheels, and 245/50-ZR16 BFG g-Force TA tires at all 4 corners. Inside, it has GTA-style door panels, leather seating surfaces, 10-way power adjustable front seats from a 2002 Trans Am, new console, new carpet, new headliner, new sunvisors, a new console, new inner rear quarter panel covers, new kick panels, and a locking cargo area cover and side storage. In addition, it has a complete electronic dash (a rare option for 87-88 Firebirds) with digital fluorescent gages and warning system for open doors and lamps, plus electronic solenoid-operated controls for HVAC functions, and a 2002 steering column (to accommodate the steering wheel-mounted radio controls). The radio is a 2005 model year GM radio system with RDS, MP3, CD, AM-FM, and XM capabilities, and the speakers have been upgraded to Pioneer 4-way units. The rear view mirror is also a step up from what it came with, and has compass, temp, Homelink, map lights, and electro-photochromic capability (auto-dimming LCD mirror). Even the paint has been refreshed on this beauty - the black over silver color scheme was redone by Kellys Paint and Body Shop, and all tape appliques and emblems are correct for the year model, including the large hood Bird decal, which was available on 1986 1/2 and 1987 Trans Ams. Additonal options available on this unique, custom 1987 Firebird Trans Am include Air Conditioning (complete with a new AC compressor), Aluminum Wheels, AM/FM/XM/CD/Cassette, Cruise Control, Electric Mirrors, Keyless Entry, Leather Seating, Lumbar Supported-Power seats (front), Power Brakes, Power Locks, Power Steering, Power Windows, Posi-Trac, Radial Tires, Seat Belts, T-Tops, and Tilt Wheel. For sale in our Dallas/Fort Worth showroom is this wonderful 1948 Lincoln Continental. This two owner, unrestored, time capsule of post war Americana has 56,234 actual miles on the odometer. Featuring the 292 CID Lincoln-Zephyr V12, this was the last American car produced and sold by a major US automaker with a V12 engine. This vehicle isn’t without its flaws, but looks remarkable for its age. The squared up front fenders, and large grille and bumpers give a strong presence from the front of the vehicle. Move down the long sleek doors, over the flowing curvy fenders with skirts, and you’ll find the original continental kit spare tire. In typical 1940’s luxury fashion, chrome is applied in abundance in the bumpers, grille, and assorted trim pieces. Push the button on the long graceful door, and you are greeted by unmistakable American luxury. The chrome treatment continues throughout the interior, and is complimented wonderfully by a combination of piano black and ivory trim, and white leather seats with ebony cloth inserts. The 180 series were the bread-and-butter cars for Mercedes. Its believed that the car has been painted, but the interior looks original. There is some surface rust underneath, but it doesnt look like theres any rust-through. The car runs and drives well, with the four-cylinder engine and the manual transmission giving its new owner decent performance and great gas mileage. If you like survivors, this 180 could be your next car. Although many were produced for nearly a decade, MB had a limited number of dealers in the US at the time this car was built. Consequently, very few were exported. Owning a car like this will get you a lot of attention and you probably wont see another one, unless you go to a Mercedes-specific event. Dont wait!! Description:
For sale in our Dallas/Fort Worth showroom is this purple pavement eating machine, a 1968 GMC C1500. This classic truck has all the right modern features for making the long haul in comfort and style. Under the hood is a fuel injected LT1 5.7L, providing increased efficiency, easier starting, and smoother power delivery than old carbureted motors. This is backed up by the equally advanced 4L60E 4 speed automatic transmission. With the Ford 9” rear end housing 3:50 positrac gears, you are starting to understand why we say this truck is ready to pack on the miles. This isn’t just any old Ford 9 stuck back there though. This rear end boasts Strange axles, and is set in an Art Morrison back half with a 9 Link suspension set up. We think it is fair to say that this rear end isn’t going anywhere. Power front disc brakes bring you back down to a nice, safe, and short halt. The goodies don’t stop on the outside though. In the cab, you will find Vintage Air A/C, Lokar gas pedal, brake pedal, e-brake pedal, and outside mirrors, an IDIDIT chrome steering column with Billet Specialties steering wheel, a Dakota Digital dash, and Alpine Stereo System. The saying goes that pictures are worth a thousand words, but they still can’t give the whole story on this well built truck, and I don’t have the room to tell it all here either. To get the full scoop on this sweet cruiser, and to view this vehicle in greater detail including HD pictures and videos, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:
Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to offer a car everyone can appreciate: a 1965 Ford Mustang. Right up there with baseball, apple pie, and old glory, it doesnt get much more American than a Ford Mustang. Released in 1964, the first generation had a little bit for everyone. A massive options list allowed each buyer to spec out their pony however they wanted. Multiple engines, transmissions, power options, colors, and even body style were available. Within the same model, a Mustang could range from a basic coupe with a 6 cylinder and a 3 speed manual, to a fire breathing K-Code fastback with a V8 and a 4 speed on the floor. This particular example is nicely set up with a 289 V8 under the hood and an automatic transmission. The exterior is finished in a snappy coat of bright orange and it rides on some 5 spoke alloy wheels with healthy tires. Inside youll find black vinyl upholstery, bucket seats, and a floor mounted shifter. These little coupes are great cars to drive. They arent too big or too small, and with an automatic transmission, you dont have to be a racecar driver to take this one out for a spin. Whether youre looking for your first classic car, or youre adding to a collection, this Mustang would fit the bill. You can see this 1965 Ford Mustang in greater detail in our St. Louis showroom or at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Please contact 618-271-3000 or STL@gatewayclassiccars.com with inquiries.

The Atlanta Showroom is offering this 1979 Volkswagen Beetle. The Volkswagen Beetle was nearing the end of its U.S. run in 1977, after having been sold here for nearly 30 years, although it would continue to be sold in other countries. This Beetle is in good condition, you will be sure to have a ton of miles to go. Just turn the key and listen to the bug come to life. The power from the engine is shifted to a manual 4 speed transmission. The interior is white vinyl and shows very well. With subtle accents of black only making the white look that much cleaner. You can make it a daily driver with its great gas mileage or take it to the car shows and hang out with some cool people. Either way you are sure to get a ton of looks in this classic, yet flashy well put together Beetle. The Volkswagen Beetle – officially the Volkswagen Type 1, informally in Germany the Käfer German, beetle and in parts of the English-speaking world the Bug – is a two-door, four passenger, rear-engine economy car manufactured and marketed by German automaker Volkswagen from 1938 until 2003. The need for this kind of car, and its functional objectives, was formulated by the leader of Nazi Germany who wanted a cheap, simple car to be mass-produced for his countrys new road network. The government contracted Ferdinand Porsche in 1934 to design and build it. Porsche and his team took until 1938 to finalize the design. The influence on Porsches design of other contemporary cars, such as the Tatra V570 and the work of Josef Ganz remains a subject of dispute. The result was one of the first rear-engine cars since the Brass Era. With 21,529,464 produced, the Beetle is the longest-running and most-manufactured car of a single platform ever made. This car includes; AM/FM Radio, manual convertible top, vinyl interior, seat belts and radial tires. To view the car in greater detail, including 100+ HD photos and HD video, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For more information please call the Atlanta showroom at 678-894-4833.

Our Chicago showroom is excited to offer a brilliant blue 1956 Meyes Manx Dune Buggy. Hit the beach in this instantly recognizable classic and get a head start on summer in the right way. With only 100 miles added to the clock since the rebuild there is still plenty of fun in the sun to be had. The car features a shimmering Blue Metal Flake paint and custom black leather bucket seats with matching rear bench seat. Keeping the car planted on the ground are brushed aluminum wheels. Attached to a VW frame sourced from a 1956 Beetle is a brand new 1600cc flat four VW engine that gives this dune buggy plenty of pep in its step. The 4-speed manual transmission shifts smoothly, reflecting the recent rebuild. A rare item for these cars was the optional hard top which was often neglected in favor of leaving the top off. This vehicle comes with an equally beautiful white metallic fiberglass hardtop. Be sure to check with your states laws for registering this vehicle for street use. Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1966 Ford Thunderbird Landau Coupe!! Wow, the history of the Thunderbird is rich! Debuting all the way back in 1955, the Thunderbird was Fords immediate response to the newly marketed Corvette. Rushed from idea to prototype in under a year! The Thunderbird would become one of Fords longest produced cars. Spanning from 1955-1997, and 2002-2005, the Thunderbird would see not just a few redesigns, but 11 generations in total! Here we have a 1966, the last year of the fourth generation. A Z code car. The white paint is in good shape, shows very well and the black vinyl top is complemented by the nice conditioned black vinyl interior. Under the hood is a rebuilt 390ci V8 engine mated to an automatic transmission. This car has been converted to fuel injection! Only ~3000 miles have been clocked since the rebuild. Runs, drives and shifts smooth, very comfortable cruiser with good power. Recent work performed, replaced master cylinder, and bled hydraulic system. Also underwent a coolant system check and A/C repair. Current owner has had her for over 12 years, acquired from a private owner out of Ohio. One of the best features about these cars in my opinion are the sliding steering wheels to help enter the car with ease. This car comes with a shop manual and the original window sticker! If you are looking for a big comfortable cruising ride that wont break the bank, this ride is for you! Options on this Thunderbird are: A/C, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Windows/Locks, Seat, Vinyl Interior, AM/FM Radio, and Radial Tires. This 1966 Ford Thunderbird is offered by our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. For additional information please call our knowledgeable staff at (812) 294-1555 or email us at louisville@GatewayClassicCars.com.

Description:
The 1998 Chevrolet Corvette earned Motor Trends Car of The Year award and After being owned and loved by the same owners for the last 14 years, it is time for this 1998 Chevrolet Corvette to be enjoyed by a new owner! Only 54,670 miles have been put on this car since it was purchased new in 1998 and still performs and shows great. In 1997 Chevrolet dramatically changed the look of the Corvette making it the fifth generation (C5) and with this new generation came a much more powerful engine called the LS1 rated at 345 horsepower and became a game changer in the automotive world. The jet black paint is hard to beat on the long swooping lines of a C5 Corvette and paired with the black leather interior and black top gives it such a clean look. The interior has been kept in very good shape with little wear showing on any of the normal wear points like seats, steering wheel, or radio. The power windows, locks, seats, and mirrors are all working as they should. Once behind the wheel of this Corvette and cruising around how well this car performs. The steering is tight and corners hard, the power is always right there at the press of the throttle, and the braking is superb. The C5 Corvette has made a name for itself over the years and still can perform with the rest of them! You can view this 1998 Chevrolet Corvette in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. If you are interested in purchasing this vehicle or have more questions regarding it please call us at (303) 872-4722 or email us at Denver@gatewayclassiccars.com.
