Description:
Now available in our Dallas Showroom, is this ravishing 1967 Ford F100 Pickup Truck! This unique green trimmed in black is bound to steal the show whenever you’re out cruising.1967 marked the first year of a six-year production cycle representing the fifth generation of the venerable Ford F-Series trucks. Changes included sharper styling lines, a larger cab and expanded engine options. Three trim levels were offered. The base or “Custom”, “Custom Cab” and top-of-the-line “Ranger”. Within this group, the grille, exterior trim, interior cab fittings and engine choices were unique in the 1967 model year. The base power plant was a 240cid inline 6, while the king of the road sported a 390 cid (6.4L) V8.This stunning 1967 boasts 390 V8 power mated to a 3-on the tree- manual transmission. The black/tan vinyl bench seat is very comfortable and provides a great view of the road ahead. Additional features of this mostly stock vehicle include AM/FM stereo, solid- Rhino sprayed bed-liner, and everyone will certainly notice the Savani Black Di Forza wheels. The truck has been lowered slightly, giving it a mean looking stance to go along with those beautiful wheels. To view this vehicle in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and videos, visit our website at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. The sweet ride is packing a 350 CID L82 engine under her hood that is spinning a 3 speed automatic transmission. The red interior of this mad machine really pops against the black exterior and give a warm feeling when sitting inside it. I love when a cars interior compliments the rest of the vehicle. The carburetor was upgraded to a 4 barrel Quick Fuel carburetor, Edelbrock intake manifold, Pro-Tech distributor, and Pro Tech long tube headers. With beautiful body lines that run the 221 inch lenght of this incredible car. As you are cruising down the interstate you will have all the power of a 500-cubic inch V8 under the hood that the owner states has an estimated 2,300 miles on a rebuild and the luxury of a front wheel drive. You can rely on your 3 speed automatic transaxle that makes this front wheel drive cruiser roll smoothly down the road. Lean back in the Pewter Leather interior and let everyone stare if they want to. These larger cars are becoming harder to find as more people are remembering how wonderful they are to drive. what I am seeing now is a simple carburetor change and these 500Cid V8’s come alive! In the 70’s auto manufactures where trying to make cars that were more fuel efficient by starving them for fuel with smaller carburetors and achieving on a average of 11.9 MPG on the highway. Description:
Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1992 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible. The C4 Corvette would release the first convertible in 86, 11 years after the 75-model rolled off the assembly line. The convertible was a welcomed addition with over 7300 being sold that first year. Many will say that 1992 was the beginning of the renaissance period for GM but Corvette in general. Offered for the first time was the now historic LT1 engine which was a huge advancement over the TPI engines they had been using in the 80’s. This 92 has its original LT1 that has been built to produce almost 400 FTLB’s to the wheels. With dyno sheets showing the progress after each stage of the build it is a very well documented car. with all the normal bolt-ons performed including, Headers, Borla exhaust, Cold air intake, and ported Throttle body the Vette was producing substantial numbers. Always wanting more, the owner decided to go with better rocker arms and have it set up for E85. The result was close to 350HP at the wheels which for a C4 Corvette with no extensive motor work is remarkable. The 6-speed transmission shifts out great through all 6 gears and makes this 92 Corvette an absolute blast to drive. With the upgraded C5 brake kit stopping distances have been greatly reduced with minimal brake fade, a widespread problem with the C4. Replacement shocks front and rear were installed in 08 and feel great to this day. The upgraded black wheels look amazing and give the car an updated stance. The top is in excellent condition with no signs of wear or degradation it should last for many more years to come. The interior is in good condition with the seats being extremely comfortable for the quick drive down that winding country road or for the long haul on the next road trip. This convertible truly is a classic that can be driven for many more years to come and with all the receipts included in the sale there is no doubting that this car was meticulously taken care of. Options on this 1992 Chevrolet Corvette convertible include; AM/FM/CD, AC, Seat Belts, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Windows, Power Seats, Manual Top, and Aluminum Wheels wrapped in Radial Tires. This 1992 Chevrolet Corvette is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. The roof & glass are also in excellent condition. The car comes with its birth certificate and has been documented since 2002. Powering this Camaro is the 5.7L 350 CID V8 that is paired to a 4-speed automatic transmission that leads into the positract rear end & all operate like the day it rolled of the assembly line. Looking towards the interior the black leather is still in pristine condition with no tears or rips to be found. It almost looks like no one has sat in the car before! All options on the car are in like new working order including an AC system that blows cold! You may not need the AC when you take the T-tops off and feel the wind in your air as you rip through the gears on the highway. Description:
This 1978 Chevrolet Corvette L82 Pace Car is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. 1978 was the 25th anniversary of the Corvette and GM wanted to capitalize on this prestigious event with a special edition Corvette. After speaking with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, GM was able to obtain the rights to be the pace car for the race. The decision was made to have the car painted black and silver a classic color combination. They had 2 versions with base model having the L48 which consisted of close 75% of the cars. This beauty is one of the more coveted L82 models which was switched out for something that is a little more powerful. The new engine is still a small block, but the displacement has been increased to a total of 454 CI. The balanced and blueprint engine is putting out over 600HP,giving this pace car the power it deserves. A blueprint cast iron block was used which allows for a much longer stroke with the forged connecting rods being 6.00. The 950CFM carb feeds just the right amount of fuel and with the engine having a 10:1 compression pump gas works just fine. The TH350 transmission was rebuilt and seems to handle the power extremely well transferring the power to the rear wheels with ease. The custom exhaust really lets everyone know that this is not your normal small block. The interior is clean and with the leather still being soft and durable. The weather stripping was replaced as well as the T Tops ensuring a weather tight seal. The exterior of the car looks great with the remaining stickers still in their original box. To top everything off the car is even sold with the original window sticker showing the original 14410.21 sticker price equivalent to almost 54500 dollars in today’s money. If you have been wanting one of these Iconic Pace Cars but the performance wasn’t quite there for you this beauty has that problem squared away. Options on this 1978 Chevrolet Pace Car include, AM/FM, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Windows, Seat Belts, T-Tops, Raised White Letter Radial Tires, Aluminum Wheels, and Leather Interior. Description:
Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this cool 1938 Chevrolet Sedan Street Rod. As the nation climbed out of the depression in 38 promoted their vehicles as “The Car that Is Complete”. You could get one of these beauty’s off the lot in 38 fully loaded and spend less than 800 dollars with its 85 HP engine. Well it’s not 1938 anymore and this the only thing 1938 about this beauty is the body. The all steel car was painted in a teal blue that compliments the lines of the vehicle nicely. The weld wheels go well with the rest of the car but it’s not until you get around to the back that you notice this thing got some meat under there. The rear was mini-tubbed to accommodate the much wider wheels but the result was well worth it. The other thing you notice is the custom Flow master exhaust with the Corvette tips centered and coming out the middle giving it a one-off look. Under the hood is a very stout 355 that puts out plenty of power to get this 38 down the road. The new 4 core radiator keeps everything nice and cool even when sitting in traffic. The TH400 transmission shifts out nice and smooth with a quick downshift when you hit the pedal. Inside the Tweed interior is in good condition with the bucket seats having a nice cradle that will hold you in place. The dash looks great with the blue paint giving off a great contrast to the grey. Yet still the best part of this Sedan must be the suicide doors in the rear. If you have been wanting a fun car to drive that has good power great looks and decent price tag this 38 Chevy is for you. Options on this 1938 Chevrolet Sedan Streetrod AM/FM Radio, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Windows, Cloth Interior, Aluminum Alloy Wheels and Radial Tires. This 1938 Chevrolet Sedan Street Rod is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:
Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present this gorgeous dark blue 1992 GMC 1500 for sale in Our Louisville Showroom. Early 90’s GMC/Chevy trucks are starting to come into their own niche as people look to relive their glory days in a rear wheel drive vehicle and customize them into something super cool. Typically, a repaint, a set of lowering springs and cool set of wheels is the usual extent of the customization. This GMC 1500 takes a slightly different path and has more of the old school look Pro-Street look. Skinny tires on the front and steam roller meats on the back give it the correct look and stance. But what good is s look if you can’t back it up? A quick look under the hood and you will notice that this truck can haul the mail! The heart of this beast is a 383 CID Stoker V8 engine. The 383 V8 is loaded with the good stuff such as an Eagle Rotating Assembly, Probe pistons, a Comp Cams solid roller cam and lifters. Insuring this 383 gets plenty of air is a set of Profiler aluminum heads with 220 cc runners, large intake (2.10) and exhaust (1.60) valve. Description:
The Atlanta Showroom is offering this 1961 MG MGA for sale. The SU carbs were completely rebuilt and the door panels and body trim have been replaced with brick red. The car was restored about a year ago and is ready for the next owner to enjoy what only British road cars can do in abundance. Like its ancestors its a whole lot of fun to drive. The steering as always is very quick over a large lock, and Detroit-conditioned drivers may look somewhat palsied at the wheel until they sharpen their responses. Once they do, though, the alert steering naturally makes for excellent control of the machine. This steering is light, has a fairly strong self-centering action and is devoid of play. Minor road shocks are not felt through the steering wheel. Another of the organs of the machine that retains the old MGs character is the gearbox. The remote shift lever is ideally at hand; stubby and short in travel, and the synchromesh is infallible. The hydraulically-assisted clutch is light, strong and sure and upshifts can be made with lightning speed. The As ride is still another instance of blood telling. Its smooth on smooth pavement. The car cruises free and easy and still retains pretty good acceleration. It has a solid, substantial, all-of-a-piece feel thats largely due to the As new frame. Options include: Convertible Top, wire wheels, vinyl interior, seat belts, telescopic wheel, white walls. To view the car in greater detail, including 100+ HD photos and HD video, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For more information please call the Atlanta showroom at 678-894-4833.

Gateway Classic Cars is pleased to present a 1959 Chevrolet Apache Gasser street truck for sale in our Atlanta showroom. She is powered by a 383 cu in stroker, with aluminum heads, Holley Strip Dominator aluminum intake, Holley 650 Carburetor, MSD 6AL ignition, Dougs wheel well headers, driving through a turbo 350 automatic transmission, with Line-Lock, to a 12 bolt posi-traction rear end with 3:73 gears. Consignor states the engine and transmission were recently rebuilt, each having 6,000-miles since rebuild, and 3,000-miles on the rear end. The steel body is in the patina style, painted in flat black paint with various stickers, and the interior is basic with racing seats, with 5-point harnesses. She screams like in the old days with the wheel well open headers you heard me she has no mufflers! The build information on the engine is documented, and contained in the file. Here is some history for those who would like background on this exciting style of dragster. The term Gasser refers to a style of drag race car that was prolific in the late 1950s through the 1960s that ran on gasoline as fuel, as opposed to race fuel. These cars typically competed in heads up drag races that were classed by engine size and car weight. In the faster classes the cars used a straight axle front suspension that produced the intimidating stance that gassers are known for. Easily recognized by common features like the higher front end stance that was developed as a means of weight transfer to the rear wheels for traction, this style became popular later as builders attempted to achieve a traditional or nostalgic race look. These cars became fan favorites as the well-known racers began to run grudge matches for higher purses. In no time these matches were the top billing at many shows due to the crowd entertainment factor. Gassers were the top drag racing classes in the period that is now referred to as the gasser war years, which ranged from 1955 through 1968. In addition to the straight axle, most gassers also sported Halibrand wheels, no front bumper, and had a front mounted Moon tank. The gasser form was dictated by function and most builders looked to eliminate as much weight as possible. Having their exhaust pipes exit through the front fender to shorten the length of exhaust tubing is another common characteristic of gassers. Builders used 1930s through 1950s production coupes or sedans to create these highly modified racing vehicles. Late model cars were not allowed in the Gas classes until 1967, and the gas classes were totally eliminated by NHRA in 1972. They run today all over the United States and down under in Australia and New Zealand in vintage and nostalgia drags. For 1990, Mustang added a new steering wheel featuring an airbag, and a revised lower driver's-side dash panel with knee bolster. The available tilt-steering wheel, however, was discontinued in favor of the revised airbag-equipped steering column. A limited run of 5.0L equipped LX convertibles - all painted Emerald Green metallic with white convertible tops, Oxford White leather interiors featuring GT seats, and 15" turbine alloy wheels - were produced for an NCAA half-court shot contest, sponsored by soda brand 7-Up, but the event was cancelled shortly before it was scheduled to begin. Ford, already having produced 4,103 vehicles (2,743 with the AOD four-speed automatic overdrive, and 1,360 with the T-5 five-speed manual transmission), released them for dealer availability. Revamped interior quarter panels for the 1990 model year did away with the side armrests for rear seat passengers, but gained large speaker panels for improved sound quality for the stereo. Door map pockets and clear coat paint also became standard for the 1990 Mustang, along with the availability of optional leather interior trim.

The mileage is stated as being original by the cars owner however has not been confirmed by Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale as we are not certified inspectors or appraisers. You can tell by looking at this elegant car that its been well-cared for its entire life. Description:
This 1967 Big Block Chevrolet C10 is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The C/K line of trucks from GM began life back in 1960 with C representing 2 wheel and the K representing 4-wheel drive. Being one of the longest running name sakes the model designation would finally be discontinued in 1999 in favor of the Silverado. This C10 has some custom touches with the most notable of them being under the hood. The 454 Big Block was of course never available in 67 but who says you can’t put one in it. This 454 runs great with plenty of torque to get you up to speed. The dual exhaust sounds great with the true duals giving that big block a great exhaust note. The TH350 transmission shifts through the gears without hesitation with a firm but smooth upshift. The posi-rear end has a set of 3.08 gears that allow for decent acceleration yet are a little more oriented for highway driving. The White paint on the truck is clean with the patriotic style graphic breaking it up some. A set of custom chrome wheels finish the exterior off and give this 67 a rather modern look. The black vinyl bench is in great shape and actually quite comfortable. If you are looking for truck that is fun to drive with plenty of power when you need it look no further this 67 is the one for you. Options on this 1967 Chevrolet c10 include, Vinyl Interior, Seat Belts, AM/FM Radio, Power Steering. Power Brakes, and Custom Wheels with Radial Tires. To view this car in full detail with HD pictures and video on this 1967 Chevrolet C10 call our Louisville showroom at (812)-294-1555, or email us at Louisville@Gatewayclassiccars.com

This classic hot rod is ready to hit the streets in style! Less than 1,000 miles have been put on the rebuilt drivetrain of this 1949 Ford which features a 239 cubic inch flat head V8 and a 3-speed manual on the tree. Professionally completed by a automotive shop, this car runs and drives great. The original 6-volt system was traded out for a much more reliable and modern 12-volt system allowing the addition of some great features including an AM/FM radio with a CD player. The flathead V8 has a set of three two-barrell Stromberg carburetors on it that were freshly tuned allowing it to purr with ease! The custom red and white interior match the style of the car well and keeps the occupants comfortable on the longer cruises. As you drive along and shift through the gears, you will be pleasantly surprised at the power output that comes with having the V8. This Antique Ford has much of the iconic look that people have come to know with the hot-rodding culture and is the perfect car for someone who is looking for a car to get into the hobby without breaking the bank or perhaps someone looking for a great addition to their collection.
