Description:
This is one of the few surviving 450-horsepower-rated 427 CID big block Corvette from this year, as the production numbers for this specific model range from 83 to 166, making it the lowest production of all mid-year big block cars (excluding the L88 and L89 vehicles, which are in a league of their own). The exact reason for Chevrolet dropping the rating down to 425 hp is shrouded in some mystery, but most historians agree that the decision was a political one, as the 450’s were a headache to insure. Making this even more of a rarity, this is the lowest production number of the 1966 450 hp Corvettes ever documented and it comes with a plethora of additional options, including: tinted glass, power windows, special suspension, posi-traction rear axle, power brakes, transistor ignition system, side-mounted and off road exhaust system, power steering, cast aluminum knock-off wheels, goldwall tires, and AM-FM radio. While it is impossible to say exactly how many of this exact vehicle rolled off the line, over the last fifty years, as the sands of time have eroded the footprint Chevrolet made with its 450hp V8, it is safe to say that this is one of the few left with these options, color, and engine, possibly the last. This Corvette is a unicorn of the car industry as even the biggest Corvette fans may never see one and some even question its existence. Search for this vehicle on the internet and you’ll find countless debates on Corvette websites and forums where half of those involved claim it to be nothing more than a myth. It’s not. This unicorn is real, and there is more than enough paperwork provided with the vehicle to prove it, including the Protect-O Plate and much more. To verify the existence of this beast and experience its rarity and majesty, you can find HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gateway ClassicCars.com. If you are interested in purchasing this 1966 Chevrolet Corvette, or have questions regarding it, please call us at (262) 891-4253 or email us at Milwaukee@GatewayClassicCars.com.

Description:
Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is hosting this mind-blowing 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon for sale right now in our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix. Do I really need to introduce this legendary modern muscle car? Of course I do. At a tested 2.3 seconds, this is the fastest production car from 0-60mph. The Demon is also the King of the quarter mile too, achieving an outrageously fast 9.65 seconds in stock form. This car is so fast that the NHRA (National Hot Rod Association) actually banned the vehicle from any of its member tracks! Whats most amazing about these cars in my opinion is the level of performance the Demon has considering how similar it appears to a base model Challenger (except for that huge Air Grabber hood scoop!). Despite the Satanic references in the name of this car, our Demon for sale comes in a rather calming shade of B5 Blue Pearl-Coat. Inside, youll be greeted with the Customer Preferred Package that includes black leather front and rear seats as well as the usual array of options we have come to expect with modern vehicles such as Apple and Android connectivity, a voice command system and an 8.4 inch display screen in the center console. The business end of this car is obviously whats stored in the Demons layer- a 6.2l Supercharged HEMI V8 engine capable of a ridiculous 808hp and 717lb-ft of torque. However, every Demon comes with a race kit that (when everything is fitted) pushes the power to 840hp and 770lb-ft. An 8-speed TorqueFlite automatic transmission and a rear end geared to 3.09 (lower than the Hellcats 2.62) back the engine up for optimal performance. This particular Demon is a ONE OWNER vehicle with just 14 miles on the odometer. Thats right- your one way commute to work is probably longer than the distance this 2018 Dodge Challenger Demon has ever driven. The owner has included every piece of documentation/accessory that came with the car including the Demon car cover, build sheet, Sales sheet, front and rear floor mats and the spare keys/owners manuals that are unbelievably still in their plastic wrapping. I dont know how the current owner resisted driving this car, but its sure a great selling point that you are essentially getting a showroom condition vehicle here. Want to call the Sales team in Scottsdale for more information on this insane Mopar? You can reach us at (623) 900-4884 or email at scottsdale@gatewayclassiccars.com See more media at: http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/SCT/429/2018-Dodge-Challenger-SRT-Demon

Description:
Gateway Classic Cars Milwaukee is excited to present this 1997 Land Rover Defender 90. The Land Rover is the second oldest manufacturer of four- wheel drive vehicles behind Jeep. The company was initially known as Rover and formally named Land Rover in 1978. The Land rover was originally produced as a utilitarian four-wheel drive off-roader evolving into the upscale luxury sport utility truck we recognize today. By 1994 Land Rover was ready to take on the United States 4X4 market with their completely revised American model called “The Defender 90”. The new Land Rover quickly took the American market by storm. Unfortunately, only 6,500 models were produced before its demise at the end of 1997 due to stricter US safety standards, making the Land Rover Defender 90 into a highly sought-after classic. 1997 was the last year of production for the Land Rover Defender 90. A larger V-8 engine, a ZF four-speed automatic transmission, and standard air conditioning were added features on the 1997 model. This truck is painted in Arles Blue with a gray vinyl interior. The interior consists of two front bucket seats with four jump seats in the rear. Added features include a front winch, factory rollbars, alloy wheels, pop up sunroof, AM/Fm/ cassette radio, air conditioning, power steering and power brakes.

Description:
Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to present this 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport. We all dreamed about finding a unicorn car. A car so rare it sends the collector car world into a frenzy. There are very few cars that call mass hysteria. The ones that come to mind are the 1966 Shelby Cobra twin-turbocharged Super Snake (2 made 1 survivor) or a Dodge Daytona, another limited production car. If you can locate one of these cars, they bring six and seven figures in the collector car world. So, if these cars are bringing in that kind of money and are cars people know existed, then what value would you put on a car that never was supposed to exist? This brings me to the term ghost, or phantom car. These cars are vehicles that were never supposed to leave the manufacture for one reason or another. In this particular case, Chevrolet completely shut down the 1963 Corvette Grand Sport program deeming it against the corporate racing policy. There are five confirmed early Grand Sports, with talks of a sixth that has never been verified. In the early days of race car and muscle car production, manufactures were known to send parts and cars out the backdoor. What are we dealing with here when talking about this 1963 Chevrolet Grand Sport? This car was purchased from the previous owner who owned it for 37 years. The current owner bought the car in pieces and is responsible for presenting it now as a finished car. The previous owner resided in Michigan and started collecting parts to return the car back to its glory days. Once health issues started settling in, he was forced to move on from the Vette. The previous owner stated the car had its tubular frame replaced, which Im assuming was due to rot. Once the current owner acquired the car in pieces, he began a journey along with a GM specialist, to restore the Grand Sport back to its hay day. After a long, extensive restoration period, the car is done in white exterior and red interior. You can see right off there are some very telling signs that this Grand Sport Vette is not one of the 5 or 6 that were raced. It shows newer style seats and reproduction wheels. It does have the cross-ram racing intake with the Weber carburetors. It also has a 1963 casting number block, and a 200 mile per hour speedometer. Youre correct, thats not enough to say this is possibly a Real Grand Sport 1963 Corvette. The absolute two most important attributes of this car are its VIN and the TITLE. The VIN number reads S0837X10008 and the TITLE matches. All of the experts are sure about what this car is until it comes to one question they cant explain. How does this car have that VIN number and a matching title? The experts have said this is an authentic Chevrolet VIN plate. So, if it is a real 1963 Chevrolet Corvette displaying characteristics that only the Grand Sport Vette VIN plates had, then technically this would be a real 1963 Chevrolet Grand Sport, right? The owner also states this is a Numbers Matching 327 engine, and 4-speed manual transmission. Is this a unicorn? A mythical car that somehow made its way out of the backdoor of the GM plant. That would explain why documentation is virtually non-existent. Options include Vinyl Interior, Kill Switch, Aluminum/Alloy Wheels, and Weber 42 Carb System. This 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport is for sale in our Tampa Showroom and can be viewed in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. 1958 Cadillac Eldorado Brougham for sale! Motorcar Classics is proud to present this stunning 1958 Cadillac Eldorado Brougham. Imagine if an American automaker today built a four-door sedan that was priced higher than a new Ferrari or Rolls-Royce. This is exactly what happened back in the late 1950s. Ford had upped the ante with the introduction of its 1956 Continental Mark II, a two-door coupe so elite that the Blue Oval didn't even bother calling it a Lincoln. General Motors needed an answer. A car so outlandish, so well-equipped, and so exclusive, that it would set the bar for American luxury. Cadillac's answer was the 1957 Eldorado Brougham, a four-door hardtop sedan that featured quad headlights; side windows that disappeared completely, frames and all; rear-hinged rear doors, which were a throwback to the 1930s; and a broad expanse of sparkling brushed stainless steel for the roof. The engineering staff worked out a litany of power accessories. The trunk lid and not only opened with the push of a button, but they closed with one too, and the doors would lock automatically when the transmission was put in gear. A memory front seat was a first for a production car, as were the forged aluminum wheels. Naturally, there was air conditioning. All of this elegance came at a cost of over $13,000. Cadillac reportedly lost $10,000 on every car built, which was why the model lasted for only two years with just 704 examples produced, 400 in 1957, and 304 in 1958.
Although its early history is unknown, this Eldorado was once part of the famed John O'Quinn Collection. It is finished in Black over a white leather interior accented by black buttons, matching the original Cadillac build records from the GM Archives. It was restored in the late 1990s and the original air springs changed to conventional coil springs for reliability. Body contours and panel fit are very good, with the paint and brightwork free from flaws. The engine compartment is clean and appropriately detailed. The select items from the coveted vanity set include tumblers, acrylic cigarette case, perfume bottle, notepad, and vanity case. The car has been an important part of serious collections, and it is still capable of turning heads on prestigious concur lawns.

Description:
This partially restored, sharp looking 1931 Ford Model A Sedan is for sale in our Houston Showroom. Enjoy getting looks at shows and being in parades with this beautiful Model A. To some at the time, it likely seemed impossible for Henry Ford to follow up the commercial success of the Model T. However, he would immediately hit another home run with the Model A. But, while the Model T was produced for the explicit purpose of making the motorcar accessible to everyone, the Model A would be Fords attempt at combining mass production with exclusivity. The Model A would be an absolute hit with the public. The marriage of aesthetics and mass production has seemed to work as one million examples would be built by February of 1929. By July, just a few months later, production would top two million. Ultimately, by the time the Model A became superseded by the Model B and production ended in early 1932, nearly five million Model As would roll off the Ford assembly lines. This nice looking Ford is powered by a 201 CiD inline 4 cylinder engine backed by a 3 speed manual transmission. This all-steel original car has one very handy modernization: its electrical system has been converted from the original 6-volt system to a modern 12-volt system, making it much easier to enjoy tooling around in. The exterior on this all-metal Ford Model A is a nice matte black with buckskin brown accents and soft top. The Model A rolls on a set of original steel wire wheels painted in a brown color (that matches its buckskin brown top and interior) and are wrapped by black wall bias ply tires. The seating surfaces are covered by a freshly-installed Buckskin Brown vinyl tan. The interior has been fully restored back to the original look. The car has its original engine & trans in the car that is came with in 1931. The owner also put a new carburetor & a new alternator. Everything on the car works! This car has no rust on it and is a true survivor car that is all metal with no body filler. Options on this beautiful Model A are vinyl interior, roll-away vinyl soft top, a custom LED light strip under the dash (for the courtesy lighting), and bias ply tires. We are happy to list for sale in our St. Louis showroom is a beautiful Torch Red over red leather interior 1994 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible. Amazingly, this Corvette has just 29,233 original miles. Usually these Corvettes come across as a dime-a-dozen used sports car; not this one! This convertible has been meticulously cared for and when youre driving it, it shows. Under the hood is the original LT1 350 CID V8 (300hp) engine and automatic transmission. The fourth generation or C4 Corvette debuted in 1984. It was slated for 1983, but part delays and quality issues resulted in only 43 prototype Corvettes being produced in 1983, which were never sold. The C4 was the first complete redesign for the Corvette since the C2 Corvette in 1963. New for the C4 were an all-aluminum suspension and aluminum brake calipers which provided rigidity and ample weight savings. As the years went by for the C4, design and styling cues got better and better. By 1993 the exterior and interior designs were set for the remainder of the C4 run, and the LT1 V8 engine was slated as the base engine as well. Only the ZR-1 and Grand Sport in 1996 options boasted a better performing engine choice going forward. Options for this 1994 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible include: Air Conditioning, AM/FM Radio with CD Player, Manual Convertible Top, Cruise Control, Power Brakes, Power Driver Seat, Power Steering, Power Locks, Power Windows, Anti-Lock Brakes, Tilt Wheel, Traction Control, Seat Belts, Driver/Passenger Airbag, Anti-Theft System, Leather Interior, Radial Tires, and Aluminum/Alloy Wheels. The exterior and interior of this car are coated in a bright red paint Chevy called it Torch Red. Both are in spectacular shape. The red interior is broken up by black accents in the dash, door panels, console, and floor mats. This Corvette stands apart from the crowd with its show condition and great color combination including the bright white cloth top. To view this 1994 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this awesome 1974 Chevrolet Corvette. The 74 Corvette was the first year to see no chrome on either end. The Endura style, body matching ones, took place of the now obsolete chrome ones. Some will argue that these mid model C3’s is some of the best to be made and with the pricing on them affordable they make a terrific way to get into a classic Vette. This Red beauty is a 3-owner car with the original owner letting the second owner take it to prom when he was a teenager. The car came up for sale a brief time later so the teen, who was now a man, snatched it up. He would own the car until March 2017 when the current owner took possession. Only driven a little over 51000 miles this Vette is an extremely original and in excellent condition. The door panels were replaced and cleaned up the interior quite nicely. The seats are in unbelievable shape given the fact they over 400 years old. Pop the hood and the original, maintained engine sits perfectly in place. The car even has the original manifolds making this C3 a notable example of what these cars are. The original Th400 is backing the original small block shifting it out nicely through all 3 gears. The original rear end is still in place with the original set of gears allowing for highway cruising. With the T-Tops off and the open road ahead this C3 is guaranteed to put a smile on anyone’s face. Options on this 1974 Chevrolet Corvette include; AC, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Seat Belts, Tilt Wheel, Power Windows, Hub Caps and Radial Tires. This 1974 Chevrolet Corvette is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For additional information please call our knowledgeable staff at (812)294-1555 or email us at Louisville@GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:
A redesigned Monte Carlo was introduced alongside other GM intermediates. Like other GM mid-size cars, the 1973 Monte Carlo was no longer a hardtop, but a pillared coupe with rear side opera windows and frameless door glass. Prominent styling features included an egg-crate grille with a Monte Carlo emblem in front and vertical taillights above the bumper. The front bumper was a large federally mandated 5 mph (8.0 km/h) bumper that was among the required 1973 federal safety standards for all passenger cars sold in the U.S. with the 5 mph (8.0 km/h) requirement extended to rear bumpers on 1974 models. Also new was a double-shell roof for improved noise reduction and rollover protection along with the flush-mounted pull-up exterior door handles first introduced on the 1970½ Camaro and 1971 full-sized Chevrolets and Vegas.
The separate body-on-frame construction carried over for 1973, as was the basic all-coil suspension. For improved ride and handling, the 1973 Monte Carlo featured a number of innovations (for a large American car) such as standard radial-ply tires, Pliacell shock absorbers, high-caster steering, and front and rear anti-roll bars (previously offered only with the SS package). The standard Monte Carlo with manual transmission retained "traditional" steering and bias-ply tires, but the radial-tuned system was included when the automatic transmission was ordered, earning the Monte Carlo S label.
A new model for 1973 was the Monte Carlo Landau, which was basically an "S" with a rear quarter Landau vinyl roof, Turbine II wheels as well as driver and passenger-side sport mirrors. The interior of the 1973 Monte Carlo featured an all-new, wraparound cockpit-style instrument panel, similar to that found in some contemporary Pontiacs, Oldsmobiles and Buicks, in which gauges and various instruments were centered within easy reach of the driver. The simulated burl elm trim was retained. A split bench seat was standard, but "Strato Bucket" seats of a new design were optional, along with a floor console featuring an equally new shifter with knob and button similar to Pontiac's Rally Sports Shifter replacing the Buick-like horseshoe shifter of previous years, and storage compartment. The bucket seats were of a one-piece high-back design with built-in headrests and could swivel almost 90 degrees to permit the driver and front passenger easier entry and exit. Cloth and vinyl trims were offered with both the bench and bucket seats.
The standard engine was a 145 (net) hp (108 kW) 350 CID (5.7 L) Turbo-Fire V8. Optional engines included a 175 (net) hp (30 kW) 350 CID V8 with a four-barrel carburetor and a four-barrel carbureted 454 CID Turbo-Jet V8 rated at 245 (net) hp (183 kW).
The 1973 Monte Carlo was named "Car of the Year" by Motor Trend on the basis of its new styling and emphasis on Euro-style ride and handling. The 1973 Monte Carlo set a new sales record for Chevrolet, with nearly 250,000 sold for the model year. The success of the Monte Carlo and Pontiac's similar Grand Prix led to several new personal luxury cars from competitors, including a revised Mercury Cougar, the Ford Gran Torino Elite, the Chrysler Cordoba, and restyled Dodge Charger as well as high-line versions of the AMC Matador that introduced a new coupe design for 1974.

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is happy to be offering this mostly original 1978 Lincoln Town Car for sale in our Arizona showroom. This Town Car is one of the last TRUE Survivors! When this car was New Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind and Jaws 2 were the big Blockbusters! For years, the Lincoln Town Car has been the epitome of a car built for executives since its inception. The original Gold Poly paint still looks acceptable, but it has faded and has some road rash in places. The Ultra Velour interior is a complimentary gold color and looks comfortable, just like your living room sofa. It remains in excellent condition. The vinyl top is a pleasing contrast to the rest of the car. 1978 was Fords Diamond Anniversary (75 years) and this was the second to the last year that the Town Car was really a full sized car. Hows this for specs...127.2 wheelbase, 233 overall length, 4958 lbs with fluids and a 460-4V engine cranking out 156 HP. When driving this vintage luxury car, youll soon realize that the definition of luxury when it comes to automobiles from this era versus today is really different. This car has only had one owner and the owner claims the mileage is original, but this has not been confirmed by GCC. There are a growing number of collectors gravitating toward the luxury American cars of the 1970s, and this Lincoln fits the bill perfectly. Dont miss buying a low mile, one owner, mostly original 1978 Lincoln Town Car for sale right now in our facility. Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is proud to offer this piece of 20th Century history with this 1928 Chevrolet AB National Imperial Landau sedan for sale in our Arizona showroom. In 1928, Chevrolet had exceeded Ford in production numbers, and this classic yellow and brown two-toned sedan also features black fenders and a vinyl-like black top. A very striking color combination, to be sure. Inside, the original brown cloth upholstery looks and feels amazing for its near-century old age. This indicates the kind of care this Chevy has had throughout its life. This five passenger people mover four door was one of 54,998 built that year out of a total of over 785,000 of all models. Featuring a 171 cubic inch OHV four cylinder engine (the last year for this one) and a three speed manual transmission, this combo produced 35 HP and gave the car a top speed of almost 60 MPH. This Landau sedan was the top-of-the-line in 1928 Chevrolet closed cars, riding on a 107 wheelbase and costing $715 when it was new. Over the years, the caretakers of this well-preserved AB National have gotten it everything its ever needed, including a brake upgrade to four wheel hydraulic disc brakes behind the beautifully restored wood-spoked wheels. Everything has recently been gone over by a professional restoration shop to ensure the car is as reliable as it can be for the new owner. Come see this beautiful example of a 1928 Chevrolet AB National Imperial four door sedan for sale right now in our Scottsdale showroom. Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present this 1982 Chevrolet Corvette. This ’82 Corvette is powered by the original 350 cubic inch V8 engine and shifted via a 4-speed automatic transmission. Options on this ’82 Corvette include: Air-Conditioning, AM/FM/Radio, CD Player, Glass T-Tops, Cruise Control, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Power Locks, Power Seats, Power Windows, Tilt/Telescopic Wheel, Seat Belts, Leather Interior, Anti-Theft System, Radial Tires with Raised White Letters, and Alloy Wheels. The 1982 Corvette was the last model in a long run of the C3 chassis, and was a clean break before the C4 chassis, as there was no Corvette in model year ’83. The ’82 model carried the classic design, and started integrating more and more technology until an entirely new chassis had to be designed to take full advantage of what Chevrolet had planned for the Corvette. This example is sporting the Crossfire injection system. With just 66,900 original miles, there are still plenty of roads left to be travelled on this classic Corvette. There was no expense in preserving the authenticity of this amazing Corvette. The leather on the seat was replaced, as well as carpet, Stereo, and Weather Striping just to name a few. It is refreshed and ready for another 66,000 miles ahead. This 1982 Chevrolet Corvette is for sale is located in our Indianapolis Showroom and can be seen in greater detail, including a High Def video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com.
