Description:

For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 1962 Chevrolet Corvette. This stunning 62 has recently been body off restored to a pro touring theme and executed very well. The color combination will stop you dead in your tracks! Charcoal gray over red leather, yes yes yes. The wheel and tire combination look right at home with this car. All four wheels are Coy aluminum gray 5 spoke wheels with aluminum lips and are shod with 235/45ZR17s up front and 245/45ZR18s in the rear. The front end benefits from dropped spindles for a lower ride height, rack and pinion steering and front disc brakes. Other modern updates include Air Conditioning and a new Tremec TKO 600 5 speed transmission. Power comes from a rebuilt 1965 327 small block that is fitted with a Thumper cam for a great muscle car exhaust note. The healthy 327 also features roller rockers for a few extra ponies. The sound emitting from the exhaust is addictive and all you want to do is run through the gears! The build is fresh with only 1,700 miles since completion. Just enough to break it in. We have had a lot of C1 Corvettes come through over the years, this is the first one that we didnt want park! For more information on this beautiful 1962 Chevrolet Corvette, call 618-271-3000 or swing by for an up close viewing. To view 100+ HD photos and video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is proud to present this stunning 1969 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS Convertible. One look at this beauty and you are instantly thrown back to 1969 when this Camaro first came out. The exterior is painted black with silver stripes that makes for a great combination. An upgraded cloth top with a glass rear window and LED taillights add to the resto-mod theme. This Camaro is not short of muscle thanks to the 550 CID big block V8 that is paired with a new (installed in 2019) automatic transmission. Headers with 3-inch exhaust and electric cut outs give this Camaro an amazing sound. With this much power you are going to need some help stopping this beast. The four-wheel disc brakes from CPP help with this. Full Hotchkins package in both the front and rear. It has frame connectors to handle the extra power and torque. New 14:1 steering box was installed resulting in better handling. This Camaro is riding on 18 Billet Specialties Vintec wheels with BF Goodrich G-FORCE Z-rated tires. The interior is relatively stock but with a few driver comfort and functional upgrades. The passenger well is lined with a layer of Dynomat sound-deadening material throughout. The seats were replaced with seats from a late model Audi 4. The dash configuration is clean and includes a new Autometer and a better-looking steering wheel was added. This one is going to impress even the most discriminating of collectors or is great for that enthusiast who appreciates all of the work already being done. Options include: Alloy Wheels, Automatic Convertible Top, Seat Belts and Radial Tires. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Denver welcomes this Custom 1999 H1! Total production for 1999 =831 units The Hummer H1 is a four-wheel-drive utility vehicle based on the M998 Humvee, which was created by AM General. The vehicle was produced from 1992 through 2006, and was the first of what became the Hummer line. Originally designed strictly for military use, the off-road vehicle was released to the civilian market due to market demand. It was initially known as the Hummer; however, under a 1999 deal, GM bought marketing rights to the Hummer name and called the vehicle the Hummer H1.[2] At the time, GM began marketing the Hummer H2 that was also assembled by AM General on a modified GMC 2500HD chassis. AM General continued to build the H1 and Humvee in its Mishawaka, Indiana facility. GM stopped marketing the H1 in 2006 model year, but AM General continued production of the military Humvee versions. The Hummer H1 was available in three major variants: a convertible-like soft top, a four-door hard top Sport Utility Truck and an Alpha Wagon body version. Less known variants were a two-door pickup truck and a four-door slantback, which shares the same body style of the Humvee employed by the U.S. Military. The convertible/soft top and the station SUV versions were the last types available to individual consumers. Currently, five engine types and three automatic transmission types can be found in Hummer H1s. The common engine/automatic transmission combinations are: • 6.2 L GM Diesel V8/GM TH400/3L80 3-speed • 6.5 L GM Diesel V8/GM 4L80-E 4-speed • 5.7 L Vortec 5700 gasoline V8 TBI/GM 4L80-E 4-speed • 6.5 L turbo GM Diesel V8/GM 4L80-E 4-speed The Hummer H1 shares some common driveline parts with the HMMWV. These include brakes, axles, frame and major body panels (hood, tailgate and quarter panels) are shared between the HMMWV and Hummer H1. All H1s and HMMWVs were produced on the same assembly line; of which civilian H1s were then painted and finished in a separate building opposite the parking lot. The H1 models are inherently stable due to their wide track. They can ford 30 inches (76 cm) of water and climb a 22-inch (56 cm) step. Their stock ground clearance of 16 inches (41 cm) is made possible by tucking driveline components inside a channel in the central space between the left and right seats. They have high approach/departure angles of 72/37.5 degrees. Most H1s are equipped with a Central Tire Inflation System (CTIS), which enables the driver to increase or decrease the tire air pressure at the push of a button, since lower tire pressures are more suited for off-road, and higher tire pressures are desirable on-road.[4] Hummer H1s have other unusual features, such as inboard brakes and portal gears that allow the drivetrains half shafts a higher placement, for greater ground clearance. The radiator is up high, sloping over the engine on a forward-hinged hood. The air intake is high-mount, enabling the H1 to ford waist-level water. Rather than using simple runflat tires, magnesium-aluminum alloy or rubber inserts are an optional feature for runflat ability.[5] Options included leather seats, a winch kit, and running boards.[6] Dont miss your opportunity to own a piece of real American Military history in our Denver Showroom. It can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and a HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Denver is proud to present this Beautiful 1954 Buick Century. It is a 2 Door Hardtop. When Buick was designing their first automobile to reach 100 miles per hour they needed a name to match. Well one executive on a return trip from the UK stated that while there driving 100 was referred to as doing the century. This name stuck and was actually paired with Buicks produced between 1936-1942, 1954-1958 and 1973-2005. With the 50 models they took the same ideas with the Century pairing the lightest weight Buick body with their most powerful engine. This beautiful 1954 Century has a stunning exterior look. These were the first year for ventiports on a Century which add a touch of style you just cant beat. Coated in a Metallic Black with a Pearl two tone accent, this car shines beautifully out in the sun and always draws a lot of attention. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is over the moon excited to offer, on consignment, this very unique 1970 Dodge Charger SE! We need to settle a debate here on whether this car’s horn should be playing “Dixie” or the “Pink Panther Theme Song”? Is this the car Daisy should have been driving along side her cousins Bo and Luke? Would Inspector Clouseau have had a better chance catching “The Phantom” in a Charger versus a Mini Cooper? Bridging the gap between these two iconic entertainment masterpieces is all too fun when your get to mix “Panther Pink” paint with 383 cubic inches of unadulterated raw American power! We are pleased to present this numbers matching Dodge Charger SE offered by our Scottsdale showroom, located conveniently near the I-17 and 101 freeways. As mentioned, this is a rebuilt 383 Magnum powerplant pushing 335 hp through a rebuilt 727, 3 speed transmission. The Special Edition included vinyl and leather bucket seats, woodgrain steering wheel, matching instrument panel, shiny pedal trim and the turn signals built into the hood. To spruce things up (as if the paint doesn’t say enough) R/T badging and pinstripes were added to accentuate that white vinyl roof. Power brakes, power steering, center folding armrest and am/fm radio round out the luxuries on this one. This car commands attention not only for what it is but clearly for how it looks. If you were ever wanting a conversation piece on wheels, this is the car for you!

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Kansas City is proud to present this beautiful, fully customized and award winning 1946 Chevrolet Coupe. This 1946 Chevy Coupe under went a complete rebuilt of the entire car and this coupe was built to be driven. The motor is a Chevy small block 400, 383 Stroker motor and the heads are ported. The transmission is a turbo 350 built specifically for the motor. The owner states that the body was removed from the frame, stripped down to bare metal along with the frame. The frame was completely rebuilt and painted along with an independent front end by Fat Man. The body under went a total rebuild. When you park the car next to a stock body you will really see all the subtle changes, along with the very noticeable changes. The top was chopped 3. The windshield and back glass are recessed into the body just like modern windshields and even the wing windows are functional. It has power windows and door openers which you will not find on just any 46 Chevrolet Coupe allowing you to open doors from the key fob. The top of hood of the car was removed for a new sheet metal top. That was done instead of welding the center hood seam which could cause warping and possibly rust later in life. The new hood skin was cut out and a slight brake was made in a sheet metal brake to form the hood peek. Then it was oxy acetylene welded and hammer welding, old school. The hood nose is laid back 2.5 from stock. Until you see it setting next to another car you will not notice it because it is so subtle. The hood scoops were made using a steel rod and fully welding both sides of the rod in to place. The rain drip rails were removed and a steel rod was welding on both sides and molded into place. The belt line below the back glass going around to each back window to help break up the body and create a better body line. This is a subtle but dramatic change that really enhances the appearance of the Coupe. The final paint and body work was performed by the famed builder and painter Rodger Ward in Ottawa Kansas at Bad Paint Company who has had several magazine cars over the years. This stunning Coupe also has frenched head lights, filled door handles, frenched taillights, and a smoothed bumper and grill. The wheels are Torque Thruster wheels. 17 up front and 18 on back. The rear end is Posi-trac with 3:23 gearing. Holley Sniper fuel injection has also been recently added. The radiator was replaced with a new aluminum radiator with electric fans. Evans High performance coolant was also used over standard coolant. Front disc brakes have also been installed and the brake lines were replaced with new ones. This amazing 1946 Chevrolet Coupe is absolutely show-ready and could steal any car show at a moments notice. Some additional features of this stunning 1946 Chevrolet Coupe include A/C, AM/FM radio, GPS, Power Steering, Power locks and also keyless entry.

Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present this 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle SS. 1966 was the first year the Chevelle became a series of its own and not just a trim level. This Chevelle has just 3,000 miles since its frame off restoration and not a single detail was missed on this gorgeous restomod. The deep blue pearl paint really sets this car apart from all the other ’66 Chevelle’s in its class. This car sits perfectly with a nice slightly lowered stance on a full QA1 suspension. This car is a real head turner as it sits while the engine is turned off, but once you turn that motor over and the crowd at your local cruise in hears the rumble from the side exit exhaust they will start to flock around wonder just what powers this beast. When you pop the hood no one will be left disappointed looking down at a gorgeous twin snout air intake that sits on top of this mean 427CID V8 Crate motor that was pushing out 480 horsepower at the crank. This car transfers all its power through a Tremec T-56 6 speed transmission. This car is fitted with Boze custom wheels. Have I mentioned this cars stopping power yet? Well this car is fitted with Wilwood disc brakes all around to really match this cars great power with some awesome stopping power.
