Description:
Gateway Classic Cars of Detroit is thrilled to present this 1966 Ford Fairlane GT for sale, a two-time first place award winner at the highly acclaimed Autorama in Detroit. This blindingly HOT, beautifully restored and hot very tastefully Fairlane is an example of the fifth generation of this Ford model. The Fairlane was revised in 1966. The appearance was changed to match the full-sized Ford, which had been restyled in the 1965 model year. The front-end featured vertically stacked dual headlights. This GT featured a 390 CI V8 as standard equipment, but as you walk towards this not so subtle yellow beast, you notice some serious enhancements, like the 428 Cobra Jet emblems on the flared hood scoop and the side exit exhaust pipes just ahead of the wide section rear tires which shroud gorgeous period correct alloy wheels. Come around to the driver side and open the door and you will notice a fine example of a civilized beast as your gaze rests upon the Sport Comp RPM gauge with Shift light hugging the steering column behind a beautifully preserved original Fairlane wood rimmed steering wheel, while further in the interior lies an all business Hurst shift handle and reverse lockout lever, which will allow you to control a very strong Borg Warner 4 speed manual transmission with a 4:11 gear ratio leading to a bullet proof Ford 9inch rear end. Touches of class like the new carpeting and super comfortable front bucket seats contrast nicely with the Fire Extinguisher lying between them and painted to match the exterior color of this beastly beauty of a Fairlane, and make you want to explore what is underneath the hood, where you will find a beautifully detailed and pared down engine bay, highlighting that burly 428 Cobra jet engine which is at the heart of this amazing car.

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is very proud to offer this outstanding 1932 Ford Roadster for sale. **All Steel Brookville**This is another fine example of one of the last Boyd Coddington-built cars from his La Habra, CA facility, in which no expense was spared. The body is an all-steel Brookville body. According to some, the Brookville 32 roadster body is, according to The Rodders Journal, “The hot rod milestone of the last quarter century—maybe longer. With molds taken from an original 32 roadster, the Brookville is a faithful recreation of Henrys original, right down to the inner panels, seat risers, handles, latches, etc., with the exception of the lip around the back of the seat which held the stock tack strip. The Roadster stance is very recognizable as a Boyd, with the Zd frame and fully machined, fully independent chassis for that amazing look. Four-wheel disk brakes and vented rotors five, this Roadster has plenty of stopping power. The brake calipers and the machined rear end cover all display Boyds iconic logos. The wheels are a special one-off design, and are machined with hidden lug nuts. The engine is an LS3 with Edelbrock manifold and carburetor, backed by a 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission. This Roadster drives and handles with all the power that most hearts can handle! The paint scheme was chosen with Deltron products using candy orange on the bottom and candy root beer for the top side. The body was worked with total fit-and-finish as the top priority. The laid-back custom windshield frame complements the overall look. The interior was chosen to enhance the paint scheme with very high grade leather seats and panels, including the trunk area. Your nose will love the aroma of the superb leather! German weaved carpet is trimmed with the leather from the panels. Gauges were color matched to the paint scheme. Bluetooth equipped stereo provides the ability to play your favorite tunes. This 1932 Boyd Coddington Roadster has been kept in a private collection in a climate-controlled environment, and has only 476 miles on it. The owner is making room for additional projects, so this bad boy is being offered up to its next collector! Description:
Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is proud to present this 1970 Mercedes-Benz 280SL. The Mercedes-Benz W 113 is a two-seat roadster/coupé, introduced at the 1963 Geneva Motor Show, and produced from 1963 through 1971. All models were equipped with an inline six-cylinder engine with multi-port fuel injection. The bonnet, boot lid, door skins and tonneau cover were made of aluminum to reduce weight. The comparatively short and wide chassis, combined with good suspension, powerful brakes and radial tires gave the W 113 good handling for its time. The styling of the front, with its characteristic upright Bosch fishbowl headlights and simple chrome grille, dominated by the large three-pointed star in the nose panel. The 280 SL was introduced in December 1967 and continued in production through 23 February 1971. Over the years, the W 113 evolved from a sports car into a comfortable grand tourer, and US models were by then usually equipped with the 4-speed automatic transmission and air conditioning. The main change was an upgrade to the 2,778 cc (2.8 L) M130 engine with 170 PS (125 kW; 168 hp) maximum power and 180 lb?ft (244 N?m) maximum torque from the factory, which finally gave the W 113 adequate power. The performance improvement was achieved by increasing bore by 4.5 mm (0.2 in). North American models have a number of subtle differences, the most obvious one being the distinctive sealed beam bulb headlights required in the US versus the Bosch Lichteinheit headlights for the rest of the world. Other differences of the North American models include imperial gauges, chrome bumper guards, side reflectors (illuminated from 1970). In the US, automatic transmission, air conditioning, and white wall tires were much more popular than elsewhere.Options on this 1970 Mercedes-Benz 280SL include: Air Conditioning, AM/FM Radio, Manual Convertible Top, Hub Caps, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Seat Belts, Leather Interior, and Radial Tires.

Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to present this beautiful 1936 Ford Roadster Street Rod in our St. Louis showroom. Covered in an unmistakably deep Mango Effect paint, this baby really stands out from the crowd! Featuring a detachable chopped soft top, this is one unmistakable hot rod. Under the hood lurks a gorgeous Ramjet 350 that is polished and chromed out, and its backed by a 700R4 automatic transmission, which sends the power to the Ford 9 rear end that is packing 3.50 gears, with a custom 4-link setup handling getting the power to the ground. QA1 Coilover shocks are at all 4 corners, and its massive Firehawk tires (225/45-ZR17 front, 275/35R20 rear) wrapped around the custom Foose Wheels (17 front, 20 rear) all contribute to enabling this hotrod to handle like a modern sports car. Power steering is there to help aid low-speed maneuverability, but its doubtful youll spend much time going slow! Open the custom, shaved handle suicide doors, and the coolness continues...Inside, youll find a completely custom interior, with plenty of creature comforts. A fully-polished and painted Iditit tilt-adjustable steering column is topped by a billet steering wheel, and the dash sports a full set of TPI Tech gauges to both keep the driver informed of critical vehicle systems, as well as to further the high-performance street rod motif. If the driver (or more likely the passenger) ever tire of the V8s rumble, theres a custom sound system that is sure to wake you up. Once you get past all of the goodies, slip into the custom seats, strap on your seatbelt, fire it up, and hit the road in one of the coolest street rods youll find. For sale in our Chicago showroom is this immaculate 2013 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S. This German sports coupe has traveled just a hair over 12,000 miles and is in like new condition. An unlimited-mile warranty through Porsche is included on this vehicle until November of 2021 for the new owner. Powering this beauty is a 3.8l flat-6 engine making 400 horsepower. All that power is directed to all four wheels via a dual-clutch automatic transmission. The 4S model of the 911 sees a few differences from the standard 4 model. Specifically, the 3.8l engine over the standard 3.4l. This accounts for the power bump in both horsepower and torque. The 4S also stepped up to a 20 wheel, from the factor 19, and behind those wheels are larger 6-piston calipers up front to really bring this German muscle-car to a safe halt. Active torque-vectoring will shift the power bias front or rear as grip allows to keep performance at the maximum possible given the road surface. Beyond that, a plethora of technology keeps the 911 safe, secure, and pleasurable to drive no matter what your preferences are. Both a “Sport and “Sport+ mode make various changes in the suspension, exhaust tone, and transmission habits for a fully customizable experience. A vehicle history report verifies no accidents, and only 2 owners. Options include: Air-Conditioning, AM/FM/CD, Power Seats, Power Sunroof, Power Windows, Anti-Lock Brakes, Traction Control, Seat Belts, Cruise Control, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Power Locks, Keyless Entry, Ride Control, Power Mirrors, Drivers and Passengers Airbag, Anti-Theft System, Leather Interior, and Alloy Wheels with Radial Tires. Gateway Classic Cars of DENVER welcomes this 1935 Chevrolet Master Deluxe 5 Window Coupe ! This all Steel Body (House of Color 3 Stage Burple) (now it has Fiberglass Rear Fenders) back in 2001 this was sitting outside a Barn, with a Nova frame under it ( mostly just the body, No engine, Trans, no Interior) a lot of the most important parts like: the Moldings, Chin Pan, Rear Deck, Bumpers, Brackets, were missing. The current frame was donated by a 1936. It was striped and sandblasted. The front suspension is a Heights Super Ride Mustang II front. A 9Spring kit was welded in the rear. The body on the old Wood frame was taken to Miller Antiques to put new Oak Wood original kit into it. Most of the original wood was pretty much gone. Brakes Front and Rear are 4 Piston Willwood with Polished Calipers. Power Windows, Walker Radiator, Vintage Air, Billet 5 Gage Dash with Stewart Warner Gages, Fabricated from steel Running Boards 2 winder than stock to match the 2 wider rear Fenders. Description:
Gateway Classic Cars Houston showroom is excited to offer this awesome black and red Factory Five 1965 Shelby Cobra replica. This black beauty is a hand-built Factory Five Mark IV, titled in 2020 as an ASVE (ASsembled VEhicle), and is hot off the press! As you can tell from the pictures and video, it looks virtually unused (which one would expect for a vehicle with just over 100 miles on the freshly completed build). A very stout 5.0L quad-cam Ford Racing Coyote V8 Gen II engine, mated to a crisp-shifting Tremec TKO 600 5-speed manual transmission (with its QuickTime SFI-Approved bell housing) provides the go; and Factory Fives tube-frame chassis and custom suspension keeps things where they belong - rubber down on the pavement. A Summit Racing electric fuel pump ensures that this baby has plenty of fuel delivery. The Coyote has been outfitted with a Moroso deep sump oil pan for plenty of oil capacity, and the big aluminum radiator has an electric cooling fan to keep the temps in check. There is a Centerforce clutch kit and Ram Clutches Hydraulic throwout bearing to ensure smooth shifting and efficient power transfer from the engine to the transmission. The Wilwood pedal assembly gives the drivers feet intimate connection to the car, looks great in the cockpit, too. The chassis is powder-coated to minimize any corrosion potential. An Energy Suspension powertrain mounting kit keeps the drivetrain in place and reduces felt vibrations in the cockpit. The Ford Racing Coyote Control Pack and Harness sends all of the necessary electrical signals and provides for easy access to programming. Out back, a Moser 8.8 rear end takes care of getting the power to the ground, and sports 31-spline axles. The Deluxe 3-link rear suspension with coilovers helps keep the rears planted during spirited driving, and the 4-wheel Wilwood disc brake package ensures rapid, fade-free stops. Given the extremely light weight of the car and a potent V8 up front, this thing is a rocket! A big aluminum radiator with an electric fan help keep the mill in proper operating temps. Custom ceramic-coated headers feed into the stainless steel dual side-pipes and provide for that great throaty sound that the early Cobras were famous for. A full set of Autometer Pro-Comp Ultra-Lite gauges help the driver monitor critical operating functions. The high gloss Axalta Chromax UA Black paint, with its Chromax Lazer Red stripes is an aggressive and welcome change from the usual blue/white/gray color combo. A set of Hallibrand-style aluminum wheels with machined silver lips and matte centers are shod with some very meaty Nitto 555G2 high performance radial tires, sized P245/45ZR17 up front, and P315/35ZR17s out back, so this beast has plenty of grip. Inside, youll find a spartan black interior, with fresh carpet and black leather Big and Tall seats (which have barely even been sat in), along with Simpson racing harnesses to keep you in place while youre out having too much fun...it all adds up to the ultimate Cobra Replica package. Modern Coyote power and electronics ensure that this car is ready when you are! It will give you the feeling of driving a real Cobra, but without the 7-figure price tag...some other nice additions that one wont find on most Cobras (or replicas) include power steering and sun visors! When youre behind the wheel of a Cobra, its just you, the car and the road ahead. This is a true drivers car. The design is timeless, and the performance will let you write your own history! Dont wait until its gone to inquire. This 1966 Corvette Sting Ray coupe is finished in its original Nassau Blue over a Dark Blue leather interior, and desirable options such as power steering, ice cold Vintage Air Conditioning, 4-wheel power disc brakes, AM/FM radio and vintage American Racing magnesium wheels. Under the hood of this beautiful C2 Vette is an original, matching numbers (verified by the Appraisal Report we have on this vehicle) Turbojet 427/390hp big-block V8 engine mated to the original 4-speed manual transmission that turns the rear wheels through a Posi rear end geared 3.55. The intake manifold has been swapped for lighter, aftermarket aluminum unit but the original has been kept and will be included in any sale. Family-owned for the last 16 years and with documented history prior to that date, this Corvette benefits from a body off restoration which arguably presents the car better now than when new (photos of the restoration, service records and other documentation, including the original owners manual and dealer-provided service booklet, are included with the sale). The car also comes with a spare tire and the original jack. Within the past few months, the car has had a complete service including: all new fluids, new B.F. Goodrich Radial T/A tires, exhaust manifolds ceramic coated in OEM color, new battery with original battery tray refinished and powder coated in OEM color, new hoses, new regulator, new spark plugs and new high-performance plug wires. You already know this 1966 Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray is a highly desirable vehicle. This car is ready for your ownership and driving enjoyment today! Description:
Now for sale in our Houston showroom is this sleek 1957 Chevrolet Corvette. This car had undergone a nice restoration done by Texas Street Rods a few years back and it makes for a great turn key cruiser! The white and silver color combination is one of the most sought after of this body style and is easy to see why as you look around this car. The Chrome accents make the paint jump out from the crowd, and the red and white interior makes a seamless transition between the inside and out. Powered by a 283 CID V8 this car still looks the part as it did in 1957. While it may not be the original motor, it is still correct for that particular year. The engine is paired to the classic 2-speed power-glide transmission making this a very enjoyable cruiser. Bias ply tires with the white wall, and red lines provide a cushy ride and keep it looking original. Only thing needed to improve the car would be the hardtop which unfortunately this one does not have. As you open the door and slide into the drivers seat, you will be taken back in time by the two-tone dash, chrome accents, and the large steering wheel that came stock back in 1957. This stunning classic Corvette is ready for a new home and to be driven! It would make a great car for someone who has been dreaming about owning their own white on silver 1st generation corvette. For more information on this 1957 Chevrolet Corvette for sale, to see all the HD pictures and videos of it, copy the URL below, and see it at this direct link: http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/show/HOU/1490 . In the words of Ferdinand Porsche himself I saw that if you had enough power in a small car it is nicer to drive than if you have a big car which is also overpowered. And it is more fun. And I dont think a truer statement could be said. The Porsche 356 was a car designed to make the most out of your own personal driver skill. It didnt overwhelm you with overcomplicated designs and ridiculously high horsepower. It was a simple but beautifully done automobile. That is what makes it such a sought-after car to this day. This 1961 Porsche 356B is a fresh restoration done by 356 Restore here in Colorado. Keeping true to the originality of this vehicle was very important. Youll even see that the rear seats are still covered in the original upholstery. Powered by an Air-Cooled Porsche 1600CC Boxer Motor and Backed up by a 4 Speed Manual Transmission this Vintage Porsche is ready to cruise wherever you command. Description:
For sale in our Dallas/Fort Worth showroom is the baddest Mustang of them all: The Shelby GT500 Super Snake. If you aren’t in the know, then here is a quick history less. For those owners of a 2007-2009 Shelby GT500 Mustang who found the 500hp from the factory to be insufficient, then the certified mad man Carroll Shelby offered a crazy upgrade package for these cars. Power outputs were increased significantly to either 605hp, or with the optional 2.9L Kenne Bell twin screw supercharger, like this example here, to “over 725hp”. There is also a gauge pod in the center of the dash with fuel pressure, oil pressure, and of course an upgraded boost gauge. Looks are greatly enhanced with 20” forge Alcoa wheels, a fiberglass ram-air hood, a new stripe package, and carbon fiber front splitter and skirts. Larger brakes, upgraded suspension, an aluminum drive shaft, 3.73 gears, and a cat-back exhaust rounded out the package. This particular Super Snake, an example from 2008, has gone even above and beyond the already ludicrous package offered by Shelby. In addition to the Baer 6 piston front brakes that come standard with the Super Snake package, the same brakes were added to the rear, providing tremendous stopping power. The suspension is a full FRPP (Ford Racing Performance Parts) setup, and there is a heavy duty aluminum radiator to keep all of this monstrous power cool. Inside, there have been some great cosmetic upgrades done as well. The seats and steering wheel have been redone in 2 tone leather to match the exterior of the vehicle. The Shelby emblem has also been stitched into the headrests, and the Super Snake floor mats appear to be completely unused. Under the hood also has some extra bling, as the optional Kenne Bell supercharger is in the polished chrome finish. To top it all off this car has only seen 3,950 miles, meaning this can be used as a low mileage collector’s piece, or a fresh and ready road warrior. Either way you slice it, this is one snake that you do not want to miss! To view this vehicle in greater detail including HD pictures and videos, visit http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/dallas/2008/ford/mustang-S281.html. Gateway Classic Cars of Nashville is proud to digitally showcase this 1962 Chevrolet Belair! This style of car is often called the bubble top due to the lack of a middle post and very small rear pillar, giving the car the appearance of an almost solid glass bubble. This Bubble top for sale has the iconic 409CID V8 under the hood and a 4 speed manual transmission both of which the owner states have been rebuilt approximately 300 miles ago. Coated in gloss black that has a mirror like shine with a red interior that screams period correct in every way. The original owner of this Classic Belair for sale had his prioritys in order when he place the order 409 V8, 4 speed manual transmission and no radio! Who needs a radio with the stereo horsepower being pumped through the exhaust tips? When you open the hood the 1st thing you notice is how tidy everything is. No crimp wire connectors, no zip ties and nothing to give away that the year is 2019 instead of 1962 with the exception of the Edlebrock(R) 4 barrel Carburetor tucked under the factory breather cover. Slide into the car and a quick twist of the key is all that is needed to bring the sweet sounding 409 to life. In no time she settles into idle with just enough lop to let you know the cam is one that is here to play. So if you have been looking for a Bubble top that you can put in your garage and have fun with without having to include your local hot rod shop as a signor on your bank account, then stop looking and give us a call. Options for this 1962 Belair for sale include : Hubcaps, Seat belts, Vinyl interior with cloth seating surface, Radial tires and Posi traction. Not to mention, class, style and fun. Description:
For sale in our Dallas-Ft. Worth showroom is this gorgeous tuxedo black 1959 Chevrolet Corvette convertible. This stunning car has a beautiful red interior, a 270 hp 2x4 solid lift 283 with a 4-speed transmission and wide whitewalls with knockoff hubcaps. To the credit of all involved, the 1959 Corvette was cleaned up considerably. For one, the chrome suspenders were removed from the design, providing Corvette with a more swept back look that was synonymous with speed. For another, it was decided that the faux hood louvers would be eliminated, returning the Corvette to a semblance of its former self. While these features were key identifiers of the 1958 Corvette, there was no question that the elimination of the excessive chrome would reduce weight and help increase performance. Much like the exterior of the Corvette, the interior received minor, but significant updates as well. Both the door handles and the armrests were repositioned and a small-item storage compartment was added beneath the passenger side grab bar. In addition, both the driver and passenger seats were redesigned to offer increased lateral support of their occupants. All tachometers now indicated up to 7,000 rpm and offered redline and safe limit indicators. Sun visors were introduced to the 1959 Corvette as a new option and concave instrument lenses replaced the flat covers of the 1958 Corvette, thereby reducing sun glare (and other reflections) that might cause a driver to become distracted. To view this vehicle in greater detail including 100+ HD photos and videos, visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:
For 1990, Mustang added a new steering wheel featuring an airbag, and a revised lower driver's-side dash panel with knee bolster. The available tilt-steering wheel, however, was discontinued in favor of the revised airbag-equipped steering column. A limited run of 5.0L equipped LX convertibles - all painted Emerald Green metallic with white convertible tops, Oxford White leather interiors featuring GT seats, and 15" turbine alloy wheels - were produced for an NCAA half-court shot contest, sponsored by soda brand 7-Up, but the event was cancelled shortly before it was scheduled to begin. Ford, already having produced 4,103 vehicles (2,743 with the AOD four-speed automatic overdrive, and 1,360 with the T-5 five-speed manual transmission), released them for dealer availability. Revamped interior quarter panels for the 1990 model year did away with the side armrests for rear seat passengers, but gained large speaker panels for improved sound quality for the stereo. Door map pockets and clear coat paint also became standard for the 1990 Mustang, along with the availability of optional leather interior trim.
