Description:
Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present this very impressive 1968 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 for sale in our Detroit Showroom. 1968 marked the end of the first-generation Mustang Shelby production. The Shelby GT Mustang was offered as a higher performance model and was introduced into the Mustang line-up in 1965. This Mustang has had every aspect of its originality modified and is a mean machine. The first thing that anyone would notice walking up to this beast is the enormous supercharged and fuel injected 429 CID BOSS Ford Hemi Powered V8. The extensive work that has been done to this engine is out of this world. This beast has enough horsepower to pin you to your racing seat at the touch of the throttle. Remember, this is a fully authentic and documented 1968 Shelby Mustang which has underwent extensive modifications to be the biggest and best drag car at your local strip. This powerful Shelby is equipped with a highly modified 3-Speed Automatic C6 Transmission. The rear gear ratio is set up at 4.86 in the rear which allows for neck snapping power off the line. The enormous, sticky Mickey Thompson tires do a great job of keeping this Mustang planted and going in a straight line while flying down the drag strip. With less than 2000 miles since its complete rebuild, this Shelby is guaranteed to turn heads and snap necks on a daily basis. This pretty pony is wrapped in a shiny coat of Black along with metallic-flake gold racing stripes which are a Shelby trademark. This Shelby is also equipped with Power Brakes with a complete Wilwood set-up to ensure a safe stop after exceeding 150MPH in no time. The interior sports a full roll cage with Shelby style racing seats and racing harnesses to make sure you stay strapped in for the ride. This Shelby Mustang is sure to impress its next owner and you will be hard pressed to find one this nice. For more information, including over 100 HD photos and video of this beautiful Shelby Mustang, please visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or call to speak with one of our friendly and knowledgeable staff at 313-982-3100. Gateway Classic Cars of Denver welcomes this 1964 Impala SS 409! This Tuxedo Black Beauty has the original 409 CI engine and its original Power Glide Transmission. For those of you who werent around during the 60s, this is the car The Beach Boys were singing about: the Chevy 409 V8. The ultimate ticket to bragging rights in your full-size Chevrolet. In 1964, this was the one to have. Inside and out, the SS received special trim that set it apart. Instead of the C-shaped chrome trim that followed the standard Impalas body side “coves, the SS got a broader, full-length spear with a simulated engine-turned insert. A similar trim molding accented the rear deck, just above the familiar triple taillights. This iconic SS sports the original, number matching drivetrain. Both the 409W Block and 2-Speed Power Glide have only 53,233 believed to be (3 Owner) original miles. 181 miles ago the odometer was replaced with a OEM unit, and theres an official affidavit document available upon request. Options on this 64 include: Air conditioning, Am/FM Radio, Spare Tire, 4-Wheel Disk Brakes, Power Steering, Tilt Wheel, Seat Belts, Raised Letter Tires, Rally Wheels. This beautiful Impala is ready to roll, the only thing it needs is YOU behind the wheel. Dont miss your opportunity to own a piece of Chevrolet history in our Denver Showroom. Gateway Classic Cars is excited to present this 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Yenko/SC clone at our Milwaukee location. The iconic Camaro was introduced in 1966 for the 1967 model year. Being designed by General Motors to directly compete with the Ford Mustang. During its long successful run Chevrolet has sold more than five million Camaros. The first generation Camaro ran from 1967-1969 offering trim packages including a standard, Super Sport and a Z28 model was added in the last half of 1967. In 1969 the Camaro received all new sheet metal except for the hood and deck lid, resulting in a much sportier look. New door skins and rear quarter panels gave the 69 Camaro a much wider/lower stance. Our 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Yenko S/C Clone is a great example of the muscle car era. The Yenko package came to be because General Motors would not install engines larger than 400cu in, in their mid-size and smaller cars. Don Yenko heard the call for more power and started installing 427s into the Camaro producing a whopping 450hp. Only 106 of these gems were built. This 1969 Yenko Clone is as close as you will get to the real deal without the large price tag. Of course, under the hood is a 427 V-8 attached to a Muncie 4-speed transmission. A 12-bolt posi rear end with a 3.73 gear ratio makes this Camaro one mean machine. The unmistakable orange paint and Yenko Graphic package will turn heads where ever it goes. AN all new black vinyl interior invites you in to experience all thi9s 1969 Camaro has to offer. Options include power steering, power brakes, seat belts, American Racing wheels, raised white letter tires and aftermarket gauge package. Whether you are looking for your first classic Camaro or looking to add to your distinguished collection, this 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Yenko/SC Clone is looking for a new home.

Description:
Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 2009 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1. The ZR1 badge was introduced in 1970 as a special engine package for the LT1 small block. It included solid lifter cams, heavy duty 4 speed manual transmission, aluminum radiator, and a couple other goodies for handling. The next generation ZR1 was introduced in 1990 and was developed through a partnership with Lotus. The result was one of the most exhilarating cars of the 90’s with a price tag to match. Production would end in 1995 but only after the ZR1 broke seven international and world records including running at almost 176 MPH for 24 hours clocking 4221 miles. The next iteration was revealed on December 19th, 2008 and it would put the others to shame. This example is just that a first year run that is sure to be the most sought after of the 5-year run. The first thing you notice on any ZR1 is that huge bulge in the hood. Upon closer inspection you notice the clear plexi-glass in the middle revealing the now legendary Supercharged LS9 engine. The next thing you notice is the finished Carbon Fiber everywhere where on the car. From the roof to the front spoiler there is an absolute ton of this extremely expensive lightweight material on this black beauty. The best part is you don’t notice it until you are right up on it. With less than 3500 miles on this ZR1 you are assured that this thing is ready to be taken out and enjoyed. The high performance 6 speed manual transmission is not for the faint of heart as you will need to actually “DRIVE†this beast. The chrome wheels really set off the deep black paint and put a well-earned exclamation point on this one. Unlike the original these ZR1’s come fully loaded with every amenity you can think of making this a respectable daily driver if need be. The black leather seats wrap them selves around you giving you that extra vote of confidence in the corners. Hit the button for the selective ride control to soften up the ride or turn to sport and start carving those back roads. If you have been wanting to get in the driver seat of supercar at a budget price this 2009 ZR1 is the one for you. Options on this 2009 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 include, AC, AM/FM/CD, Power Windows, Power Seats, Tilt Wheel, Seat Belts, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Power Locks, Keyless Entry, Alarm System, and Aluminum Wheels with Radial Tires. This 2009 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:
Gateway Classic Cars of Indianapolis is proud to present this 1969 Pontiac GTO convertible resto mod for sale! It all started in 1964, when a group of car guys in GMs Pontiac division--led by John DeLorean--built a car that started an automotive revolution and led to an entirely new market segment. That car was the Pontiac GTO. The premise was simple: put in the biggest engine you could cram between the frame rails of the lightest car you could find. By 1968, the second-generation GTO got a full redesign, now a curvaceous semi-fastback; the A-Body was lower, shorter and heavier. The headlights were now arranged horizontally, and concealed lamps were an option; dual hood scoops and a hood-mounted tachometer added to the new muscular look, as well as the body-color Endura front bumper, which was designed to absorb low-speed impacts without deforming. For 1969, the front vent windows went away, replaced by one-piece glass, and the ignition switch moved from the dashboard to the steering column, locking the steering wheel when the key was removed. This Carousel Red 1969 Pontiac GTO Convertible Resto Mod is equipped with an E-Rod LS V-8 crate engine cooled by an aluminum radiator and exhaling through dual exhaust, with air conditioning and its accessories run by a billet aluminum serpentine-belt drive. With the V-8 backed by an automatic transmission, power is delivered to the pavement via custom 5-spoke black 17-inch wheels with body-color accents and wrapped in BF Goodrich G Force T/A tires. Braking is handled courtesy of Wilwood, with a dual-port master cylinder, 4-pot calipers and drilled and slotted rotors on all four corners. Dropping the top reveals the black vinyl interior with high-bolster, fabric-covered Sparco racing seats. The instrument binnacle houses an array of aftermarket gauges, and a digital stereo handles the tunes. This GTO Resto mod is featured in our Indianapolis showroom and can be seen in detail including 100+ HD photos and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. For additional information please call our staff at (317) 688-1100 or email us at Indianapolis@GatewayClassicCars.com. If you want to see it for yourself, stop in to our Indianapolis Showroom located at 4400 W. 96th St., Indianapolis, IN 46268.

Description:
Looking for a classic truck and handles like a high performance super car? Look no further than this showstopping 1967 Chevrolet C10! Featuring a Roadster shop powder coated frame underneath the C10 body this truck sits low and handles like it’s on rails. Lurking under that patina hood sits an absolute animal of an engine. A brand-new methanol-injected 427 LSX crate engine that has had a Whipple supercharger fitted to the top and is transferring over 750 horsepower to the rear wheels! The T-56 RPM transmission with a McLeod twin disc clutch was built to handle all that power and provides smooth crisp shifts between each gear change without giving you a sore left leg while driving longer distances. Putting the power to the ground is a Ford 9” rear end equipped with 3.73:1 gears and was built to plant all of that power. Bringing this truck to a stop just as quickly is a massive set of Wilwood disc brakes on all four corners; 6-piston calipers up front and 4-piston in the rear grab hard do the trick just fine. This truck isn’t just built performance though, look inside and you will find a jaw-dropping leather interior done by Sid Chavers that will rival the high end super cars as well! The Tan leather is not only beautiful to look at but is extraordinarily comfortable and has been laid out in a way that feels very just right for a driving position. This fine leather interior interestingly enough matches the patinaed body very well! As you slide inside and fire up the LSX, put it into gear and start the drive, you will be amazed at how docile this truck feels when just cruising. However as soon as you roll into the throttle and the boost builds, hold on for dear life because you are going for a wild ride! This truck will throw you back in your seat quickly and provides a driving experience like nothing else. Don’t be fooled by the C10 body sitting on top of the well-engineered chassis and drivetrain, this truck means business and will keep you entertained every time you drive it! This vehicle is located in our Denver showroom. You can view this 1967 Chevrolet C10 in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. If you are interested in purchasing this vehicle or have more questions regarding it please call us at (303) 872-4722 or email us at Denver@gatewayclassiccars.com.

Description:
For sale in our Nashville showroom is a 1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1. This 1970 Mach 1 for sale in covered in iconic Grabber orange with black rally stripe and looks like it just drove out of the showroom for the first time. With the speed of sound being around 761 miles per hour and this speed being designated Mach1, Ford produced Mustangs with this title to let you know just how fast it was. Sitting between the front shock towers is the small block Ford that a lot of big blocks chased back then. The 351 Windsor and sitting on top of this power plant is an Edlebrock® performer 351-w intake with one of Vic’s own Carburetors. This of course provides plenty of power to blister the poor rear tires on this incredible pony car. Bolted to the back of this Engine is a 4-speed manual transmission giving the driver more control of just how long the rear tires last and of course how much smoke he put in the face of the Challenger behind him. The rear axle housing is Fords finest, a 9 inch that houses a 3.50 gear set. Maybe this should be a Mach2? With all this go, there must be enough whoa to go around so, power disc on every corner provide all you will need. Open the driver’s door and slide in to the control seat, let your left foot get used to the throw on the clutch, while your right finds the limit of the loud pedal. While getting used to the controls, take a look around at the like new high-backed bucket seats, center console, dash, carpet and head liner and try to remember that it is 2018 and not 1971. While sitting behind the wheel just try to not run through the gears and imagine the wild ride you could give this car, heck you would make Ken Block want to watch your you tube video. Heck I’ll watch it, I am a sucker for a fastback Mustang and this one is as good as it gets! Options for this 1970 Mustang Mach 1 for sale include: Air conditioning, AM/FM radio, Power steering and Brakes, Seat belts Posi Traction and Radial tires. Description:
Currently in the Denver Colorado showroom we have the unique pleasure of offering you this numbers matching 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28! When you combine the fact that this car has only 45,005 documented miles on the odometer plus the complete nut and bolt restoration that was completed in 2007 it is sure to earn the respect and admiration of anyone car collector or not. This stunning Camaro was built in the Norwood, Ohio plant during the first week of June and comes wearing the classic Cortez Silver paint. The Camaro was introduced in 1967 to attack the Ford Mustang success. The first-generation lasted until this 1969 model year when it again paced the Indianapolis 500. For 1969, the Camaro had all-new sheet metal except the hood and trunk lid giving the car a substantially sportier look. The grille was redesigned with the heavy “V” cant and deeply inset headlights. New door skins, rear quarter panels, and rear valance panel also gave the car a much lower, wider and more aggressive look. The wheel wells were flattened with sculpted feature lines flowing off towards the rear of the car and rear-slanting simulated air slots ahead of the rear wheel. The front had a full width chrome bumper integrated with the body color grille surround and round parking lights positioned on either side of the license plate. At the rear were wider tail light bezels with triple segment lenses. The Z28 performance package was and still is perhaps the most special and iconic of all available on Camaros! It included a solid-lifter 302 V8, 4-Speed Muncie M-21 Manual transmission, power disc brakes, and two wide bold stripes down the hood and decklid. This styling is considered by many Camaro enthusiasts as the ultimate muscle car look and arguably the most desirable. When you lift the functional air breathing hood with reverse cowl scoop it reveals the 302 cubic inch V8 that punches out an “advertised” 290 horses to grip the asphalt. The original numbers matched engine sits in an impressive engine bay that is clean, and well preserved with original factory stickers that truly reflect the factory representation. Power is delivered by the code M21 4-Speed wide ratio transmission with Hurst shifter to the posi-traction rear axle housing a 3.73 ratio. Performance is delivered to the raised white lettered Goodyears mounted on Rallye wheels which adds to the stylish competition look. Inside this cool coupe is black bucket seat interior as noted on the cowl tag, you’ll find one of the most stylish cockpits of the muscle car era that has been painstakingly restored. Full documentation package including Jerry MacNeis certification to be included with the sale of the car including an appraisal and certificate of authenticity. You can view this 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:
Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to offer this amazing 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z28. With only 2,246 miles since its complete body-off restoration by Uzzis Autohaus in 2017, this 1969 Camaro Z28 is a real winner. This two-owner first-gen Camaro was treated to a blasted-to-bare-metal re-color, from its original Fathom Green (paint code 57) to its current Sebring Silver (a 63 Corvette color), and its original Dark Green interior (trim code 723) has been replaced with an all-new black interior with the ever-cool Houndstooth fabric inserts. One would be extremely hard-pressed to find a nicer silver-over-black Z28 today. Its drivetrain starts with a 1968 Z28 302 CID block (#3914678), with heads from a 64/65 Corvette (#3782461), a Comp Cams CL-12-677-4 bumpstick with appropriate valvetrain, and its topped by a new Quick Fuel SS 650 carb with Elect/Mechanical secondary sitting on the GM aluminum intake manifold. Spent fossils exit through ceramic-coated Hooker headers into MagnaFlow 12255 mufflers, and make a very nasty exit sound thats definitely meaner-sounding than you remember! Aft of the mill is a Muncie M20 wide-ratio 4-speed (#3925661), which came over from a 1970 SS Camaro. The drivetrain spins a set of 3.73 gears in the GM 12 Bolt rear end (#3894860), originally from a 67 Camaro. Additional goodies include Accel ceramic wires; MSD Street Fire Cap and Rotor kit; new fuel tank; new radiator, fan shroud, hoses and clamps; new rear brakes with new shoes; new GM distributor; new front and rear shocks; new front control arm bushings and coil springs; new rear leaf springs and bushings; new transmission linkage; and front spoiler. With its virtually all-new interior (including those Houndstooth pattern covered seats and new seat belts), the cabin experience is far nicer than when it was new, even! It doesn’t matter where you go, this Z28 is beautiful and will turn heads everywhere. You will go back in time cruising in this classic, that drives WAY better than it did when it first rolled off the Norwood assembly line. Slip into the drivers seat, buckle up, fire up the high-winding 302, crank up your favorite tunes on the Bluetooth-equipped head unit, grab first gear, and let er rip! Youll be in Z28 heaven for the entire ride. Options on this stellar 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 include AM/FM Radio with Bluetooth, Power Brakes, Raised White Letter Radial Tires, Rally Wheels, Seat Belts, and Spare Tire. For more information on this 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z28, please call the Houston showroom at (832) 243-6220; or email us at Houston@GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:
The Gateway Classic Cars Showroom of Saint Louis is thrilled to offer this second-generation candy cane colored 1965 Chevrolet Corvette, which enjoyed a frame-off restoration back in 2000, which included a new interior upholstery and a new exterior paint job. BACKGROUND: The Four-wheel disc brakes were introduced in 1965, as was a big block engine option: the 396 cu in (6.49 L) V8. Side exhaust pipes were also optionally available in 1965 and continued to be offered through 1967. The introduction of the 425 bhp (317 kW) 396 cu in (6.49 L) big block in 1965 spelled the beginning of the end for the Rochester fuel injection system. (source: Wikipedia) This 1965 Corvette was built initially on December 4, 1964, restored thirty-six years later, and today the exterior still shines exceptionally well, and the interior does not look like anyone ever sat in them for extended periods of time. With its interior and exterior color combination, this second-generation Corvette is a head-turner, and one of the reasons you would strongly consider buying it. The quality of its condition is good enough to win car shows, but not so pristine that you would hesitate to drive it more frequently. There is no investment needed here. This classic beauty is plug & go and to drive from day one! Well help you with shipping, but you may want to go ahead and drive this one home and down Old Route 66. Underneath the hood is a well-maintained, strong accelerating and smooth idling 327 that is backed by a four-speed manual transmission that wont disappoint. In short, you have every reason to inquire further about this 1965 Chevrolet Corvette by viewing it in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video of the car running and driving at our website - http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For even more information, please call 618-271-3000 or email STL@GatewayClassicCars.com to speak with one of our knowledgeable sales consultants.

This car is equipped with an electric water pump, electric fans, electric fuel pump and a fiberglass hood. It also has a roll bar, transmission cooler, and a deep oil pan. Description:
Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to offer a true supercar; a 2009 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1. Chevrolet really knocked the cover off of it with the C6 ZR1. They took the already good C6 Corvette and cranked it up to 11 so that it could compete with supercars 3 times its price. The transformation begins with the incredible LS9 engine under the hood. This engine makes the ZR1 the first factory supercharged Corvette and also the most powerful at the time of its introduction. Six Hundred and Thirty Eight horsepower; yes, 638 horsepower is the output on this bad boy. Couple this kind of power with a car that weighs less than 3,400 pounds and clearly were talking about a performance beast. This particular example is a stunning black on black car with only 12,007 miles on the odometer. The black looks great contrasting with the exposed carbon fiber on the roof, side skirts, and front splitter. The light weight and high horsepower is incredible, but so is the handling. The car sits on massive ZR1 specific wheels with incredible tires including 335mm wide rears. The brakes are massive carbon ceramic discs with Brembo calipers. Some of the same braking technology is used on the Ferrari Enzo; examples of which are currently on the market in the multi-million dollar range. The performance for the money was staggering when these cars were new, and it is even more amazing now. For the Corvette enthusiast, or just the driving enthusiast, this car is a must. You can see this 2009 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 in greater detail in our St. Louis showroom or at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Please contact 618-271-3000 or stl@gatewayclassiccars.com with inquiries.

Description:
Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present this numbers matching 1968 Chevrolet Camaro RS Z28 RS for sale in the Indianapolis showroom. This gorgeous red exterior and black vinyl interior Z28 was frame off restored approximately 15 years ago at approximately 49,000 original miles. The current owner has put the remainder of the miles (it currently shows 49,576 miles) on the vehicle in the last 5 years. With a 302 cubic inch V8 coupled to a 4 speed manual transmission feeding a 12 bolt 4:11 Positraction rear, and Rally wheels wrapped in radials, the power brakes and power steering complete the factory configuration. This vehicle is documented by the NCRS and shows that the official production date was 04/05/1968. The original delivery dealer was dealer code 242 in zone 49. The name and address of that dealer is believed to be Hornbeck Chevrolet Inc in Carbondale, Pennsylvania. The Z28 performance package was designed (with further modifications) to compete in the SCCA Trans-Am series. It included a solid-lifter 302 V8, 4-speed transmission, power disc brakes, and two wide stripes down the hood and trunk lid. The Z28 option code was introduced in December 1966 for the 1967 model year. It was the brainchild of Vince Piggins, who conceived offering virtually race-ready Camaros for sale from any Chevrolet dealer. This option package was not mentioned in any sales literature, so it was unknown to most buyers. The Z28 option required power front disc brakes and a close-ratio Muncie 4-speed manual transmission (posi-traction was optional). It featured a 302 cu in (4.9 L) small-block V-8 engine, 3 stroke crankshaft with 4 bore, an aluminum intake manifold, and a 4-barrel vacuum secondary Holley carburetor of 780 cfm. The engine was designed specifically to race in the Trans Am series (which required engines smaller than 305 cu in (5.0 L). Advertised power of this engine was listed at 290 hp (216 kW). This is an under-rated figure. Chevrolet wanted to keep the horsepower rating at less than 1 hp per cubic inch, for various reasons (e.g. insurance and racing classes). The factory rating of 290 hp occurred at 5300 rpm, while actual peak for the high-revving 302 was closer to 360 hp (268 kW) (with the single four barrel carb) and 400 hp (298 kW) (with optional dual-four barrel carbs) at 6800-7000 rpm. The Z28 also came with upgraded suspension, racing stripes on the hood and trunk lid, 302 front fender emblems on the 67 and early 68 cars, and Z28 emblems in late 68 & 69. It was also possible to combine the Z28 package with the RS package. Only 602 Z28s were sold in 1967, along with approximately 100 Indianapolis Pace Car replicas. 7,199 Z28s were sold in 1968. The 1967 and 1968 Z28s did not have the cowl induction hood, optional on the 1969 Z28s. The 1967 Z28 received air from an open element air cleaner or from an optional cowl plenum duct attached to the side of the air cleaner that ran to the firewall and got air from the cowl vents. 15-inch rally wheels were included with Z28s while all other 1967-9 Camaros had 14-inch wheels. The origin of the Z28 nameplate came from the RPO codes - RPO Z28 was the code for the Special Performance Package. RPO Z27 was for the Super Sport package. To view this 1968 Camaro Z28, please visit our site at www.gatewayclassiccars.com, call 317-688-1100, or email us at indy@gatewayclassiccars.com.
