Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is pleased to offer this wonderful 1940 Buick Super 8 convertible. 1940 was the first year for these mesmerizing full-size Buicks, which were produced on GMs C Body platform (shared with Cadillac Series 62 and Oldsmobile 90). This really is a stunning vehicle and although cosmetic repairs have been done, it retains a lot of value by remaining mostly original. Painted in “Casino Beige, your friends will think youve hit the jackpot when they see you rolling in this drop top Super 8. The fender skirts, split windshield and Firestone white wall tires are a sign of the times but this car wouldnt be the same without them. This Buick Super 8s convertible top has new fabric and comes with a matching Tan boot cover for a finishing touch. Under the dual side opening hood is Buicks 248 “Fireball inline 8-cylinder motor that purrs into life every time you push the start button. Yes, this 1940 vehicle has a “push to start that replaces the traditional floor starter and almost passes off as a factory original item! A 3-speed “three on the tree manual transmission with the shifter located on the column is authentic and has the benefit of adding room inside this ‘40 Buick. It wouldnt be right to overlook some of the quirky interior features of this luxo-barge either; luxurious Red leather bench seats front and rear, the steering wheel looks like it came out of a sailing boat and is covered in chrome with a horn ring, the equally bright chrome dash with stock gauges/instruments and the large clock on the passenger side with functioning AM radio. Perhaps the most notable time capsule feature is the ashtray and lighter built into the dash and the two additional ashtrays for back seat passengers.. oh, how times have changed! This vehicle has been in the same family for many years and has been loved and taken care of. Tomorrow this piece of history could be in your garage! Our helpful and knowledgeable Sales staff will put our eyes and ears on this collectable 1940 Buick Super 8 convertible for you if you give us a call today at (623) 900-4884. Description:

Now for sale in our Houston showroom is this 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302 edition. The Boss edition mustangs are highly sought after and have been a iconic car for over 5 decades running. There are some great names from the Muscle car era with Pontiac having The Judge, Molar and its Super bee, yet still I would have to say Ford wins with Boss. Signified mainly by their aero package which included a front splitter a nice wing on the trunk. Powering this beauty down the road is freshly rebuilt 302 CiD V8 which was grossly underrated at 290 HP. Later tests would reveal a 360+ HP number. The engine has right at 5k miles on it since it was rebuilt & reinstalled into the car to give it plenty of show & go. The engine is paired to a smooth shifting 5-speed manual transmission that gives this beauty plenty of torque in each gear to making rowing those gears a lot of fun. The engine bay is very clean and tidy. All wires have their place, and everything looks like it should from the factory. The engine does have the shaker hood that is functional, and it is securely mounted to the air cleaner which also helps with performance. Those Boss 302 valve covers look awful nice and really give the car a nice look & feel. The car has undergone a full & complete restoration. The car is seen in a beautiful color correct Ford yellow with black stripes on each side of the car to give it that authentic & original look. The paint condition is show car quality and our pictures really do not do this cars finish justice. The grill, bumpers, trim, lights, & glass are all in fantastic condition and need nothing. All body panel gaps are even & parallel. The doors open & close with ease along with the trunk & hood. The rear louvers, spoiler, & hatch are in like new condition. There is zero rust on this car and no evidence of any rust repair or body work to be seen. The all black interior is beautiful and contrasts great against the yellow exterior. The seats are comfortable and free from any tears or rips. The carpet is very clean and appears brand new. The dash, door panels, head liner, & center console are all in like new condition. The rear seats are also in great shape and they fold down easily in case you need to load up some extra tires for the track. Car retains its original radio with some additional gauges under it to keep an eye on engine management. This car is as clean on the under side as it is on top. The owner has spent a lot of time & money to bring this car back to its original glory and it is ready for a new home. This car comes with a Marti report as well. Options on this Boss 302 include; power brakes, tilt wheel, seat belts, cassette, & more! To see more pictures of this car including an HD video, please follow the below link to the cars page on our website. http://gatewayclassiccars.com/houston/1970/ford/mustang-S1032.html For more information on this 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302 call the Houston Showroom at 832-243-6220 or email houston@gatewayclassiccars.com

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Fort Lauderdale proudly presents the world renowned off road legend, this 1977 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ45 pickup. These trucks are legendary in off-roading groups for being reliable and extremely agile due to their short wheel base. Given their track record in some of the worlds most inhospitable environments, its easy to see why these are growing tremendously in collector popularity. However, because of their rugged reputation many of these trucks have been bashed, abused, and just plain used up in the years before they were on the collectors A-list. Fortunately, this one is a sight to behold with an eye catching green paint job and black wheels that looks bound for the wilderness. Youll find the interior is far more civilized than youd expect for a world traveler like this, with comfortable vinyl front seats. Toyotas 4.2-liter inline-six powered Land Cruisers for decades and provides the torque necessary for off road excitement; its proven itself time and again when conditions were less than nice. Backed by a 5 speed manual transmission and sitting on All Terrain tires, this Land Cruiser is sure to please the traveler in all of us! If youre looking for an eye catching beach cruiser or an impressive FJ for the car show scene, this is the one you want to own! Description:

Gateway Classic Cars Houston is excited to present this slick white 1967 Chevrolet C10 restomod for sale. If youre looking for a vintage truck thats ready to be driven, this truck is ready for both show and go. The drivetrain is fresh, with only about 3000 miles on it since the restoration was completed and finished out with the BluePrint Engines 427 CID Chevy V8 and 700R4 automatic transmission. The large displacement smallblock is kept cool by a giant aluminum radiator (with twin electric cooling fans) and is topped by a big Holley 4BBL carb and Holley high-rise aluminum intake. A set of coated headers scavenge the exhaust gases into its true dual setup. This C10 has quite the potent setup for daily driving: the 427 is making plenty of power, and the highway-friendly 4-speed automatic transmission is supported by its 3.70:1 gears and PosiTrac differential, which provide both quick acceleration and comfortable cruising in top gear. Outside, the white paint looks good at any time of year, and the cowl hood adds to the street performance look. Inside, drivers will love having power front disc brakes, cold A/C, power steering, tilt steering column, and the extra information available via the full digital dash. An Alpine AM/FM/XM/CD head unit with Bluetooth connectivity sends the tunes out to the multi-coax speaker setup, providing plenty of quality sound for those few times when one might want to listen to music other than that provided by the healthy V8. The carpet is practically new, the synthetic leather bench seat is also fresh; and, with its black borders trimming the brown faux ostrich print seating areas, it gives off a combination of vintage, yet modern look that is hard to resist. A set of American Racing aluminum mag-style wheels are wrapped with grippy radial tires, sized P235/70R15 up front and P275/60R15 out back, which provide plenty of traction and the kind of predictable handling that this truck wouldnt have had back in 1967! This truck is ready to rumble, so dont miss out!
