Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Fort Lauderdale is pleased to present this very cool 1929 Ford Model A custom! This car is stunning with its unique bare metal boat-tail body on contrasting black paint. Think Chitty-Chitty Bang-Bang meets a Tim Burton movie in compact form. When you compare this car to a stock Model A, its easy to see the differences and efforts put into the restoration & custimization, and quality of the unique features of this one. I particularly like the unfinised main body and barbed hood centerine. The red wheels are stunning. The car stands tall, shows very well - and will surely get attention driving down the road or at shows. A quality example throughout. For more information please feel free to call the Ft. Lauderdale showroom at 954-227-4202 or to see more photos and a video to come check us out on our website fortlauderdale@GatewayClassicCars.com

For sale in our Gateway Classic Cars of Chicago Showroom is this drop top beauty, a 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air. The last year for the iconic Tri-fives was in 1957 and Chevy did not disappoint. 1957 received subtle differences in the grill, headlights, and dashboard. This beauty is powered by a 283 CID V8 engine paired to the wonderful Powerglide Transmission. It emits its noise through dual exhausts coming out the back end. The car was professionally restored about 10 years ago and the odometer currently reads only 315 miles. The car was painted in Matador Red and sports a clean red and grey interior. The interior looks fantastic when the white automatic top is lowered. Inside is a clean dashboard with gorgeous round gauges in front of the driver. Description:

The Houston showroom of Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present this beautiful & very original 1974 Pontiac Trans Am. This is a two owner car - the original owner had it for 43 years, and sold it to its current owner. This car is 100% original including all numbers matching, all original body panels, all original glass, & the original wheels & tires. This car is fully documented with original bill of sale, original custom factory order RPO build sheet, original paint, all original customer ordered interior, original spare tire with jack, & with only 19950 original miles. This car is in great condition from bumper to bumper. One doesnt find cars this original and in this condition every day. This sweet TA is outfitting with the true Pontiac 400 CID 4-barrel carburetor V8 from the factory. The well balanced & healthy V8 is strong throughout the power band. The engine bay is very clean and shows very little signs of wear on even the smallest of components. All of the wiring is very healthy and in excellent condition so electrical issues would not be a bother on this one. The (WX3) custom ordered shaker hood air cleaner is on firmly with all weather stripping in great shape. The barely broken in 400 is paired to a (M20) Muncie 4-speed manual transmission that shifts firmly but smoothly through each gear shifting both up & down through the gears. The transmission is linked to the Posi-trac rear end that contains the custom ordered super duty 3.42 gear set in the rear differential. It also features the upgraded custom factory ordered (V01) heavy duty radiator to keep the car cool in all driving conditions. The exterior condition of the car is in excellent condition. The longtime owner has kept the car indoors in his private underground car basement the entire life of the car. It is rumored rain has never met this car. The beautiful Buccaneer Red paint is just as good as it was in 74. Free from any dings, dents, scratches, or abrasions. The owner tells us that the color of the car deepens as the afternoon sunlight sets in. The bumpers, trim, emblems, light lenses, grill, spoilers, air ducts, & the original glass is in excellent condition. The underside of the front bumper does not even contain any scratches from being bottomed out like almost all long nose cars. It even has the custom factory ordered (75A) orange decal on the hood. It features the SD-455 decal on the hood as well, but that is just to keep them guessing :) Stepping down to sit in the car you will first notice the custom ordered (D55) factory red interior that looks like it was just installed yesterday. It really pulls the looks of this car together. It features the factory ordered (U63) upgraded P/B radio with (U57) 8-track player that only a few select TAs received. Every piece of the interior is in excellent shape from the fire red carpet, custom ordered console & dash, to the black vinyl seats, this one is the one to have. It also has a few nice features such as the old school CompuCruise cruise control and engine monitor mounted to the center console that also has a VDO water temp gauge, the WORKING CB radio, the WORKING 8-track player, & even an altimeter in case you take off into the clouds from all power that 400 is putting down! This car as true of a survivor as they come. It is a time capsule car that has been meticulously maintained & cared for over the last 40+ years. You need to see this car to appreciate how hard it must have been for the original owner not to drive this beautiful machine every day he had it. This car is represented as a true #2 on the Hagerty quality of excellence scale. Dont miss out on your opportunity to have a piece of history like this. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to present this 1941 Ford Pickup Truck Rat Rod! This style is loved by all and always draws a crowd. There are few things more fun than this beautiful machine. This 1941 Ford Pickup Truck Rat Rod is the polar opposite of all show and no go. Some engines are built for looks, but every shiny square inch of this engine is purpose built. We all love the style of the body on this 1941 Ford Pickup Truck Rat Rod, but everyone wants to know what the engine is all about. The crate engine started life as a 350 cubic inch small block, and was built to a blown 383 stroker putting out 715 horsepower! The crate engine in this 1941 Ford Pickup Truck Rat Rod was built by Big Als Toy box two years ago and has roughly 500 miles on it. The transmission is a built TH400 capable of handling all the power coming from the monster motor upfront and has roughly 50 miles on it. Spool up the blower, and send that power down the driveshaft to the 4.11 posi-traction rear end and you have the most fun ride in the world stoplight to stoplight. You WILL be seen and photographed extensively in this ride. Going to car shows is almost as much fun as driving it. Park next to cars with $20,000 paint jobs and watch them flock to your new 1941 Ford Pickup Truck Rat Rod. The vertical stacks add to the looks big time, and better yet they are functional! Open up the cutouts just before the firewall and feel the thunder from the engine. Close the cutouts and send the exhaust through those stacks with glass packs to mellow out the thunder, and hear that supercharger whine. There are many more details than can be photographed or explained in words. Please do not be the last one to inquire on this once in a lifetime Rat Rod. 1941 Ford Pickup Truck Rat Rod is for sale in our St. Louis Showroom and can be seen in great detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Gateway Classic Cars of Las Vegas welcomes this 1964 Pontiac GTO! 1964 was the first year of the GTOs introduction to Pontiacs Line, some may consider the GTO the start of the muscle car era. It has been 5 years and 17,417 miles since this Pontiac has had its frame off restoration performed. Painted to match the original color that it drove off the assembly line in 1964. The interior also keeps the original look with the vinyl bucket seats but does have its modern upgrades like Autometer Gauges, Retro stereo, and A/C unit. Originally a four-speed manual transmission GTO, it has been upgraded to a 200R4 four-Speed automatic transmission for better drivability. The upgrades do not stop there, powering this Pontiac is a built 455 CUI V8 engine with plenty of internal upgrades like, forged pistons, and Hydraulic roller camshaft and Aluminum cylinders heads. The headers and electric cut outs will help keep your presents known as you pull up to the car shows. Do not miss your chance to own a piece of muscle car history with one of the first GTOs to ever hit the streets. Description:

For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a real 1940 Willys Coupe. The frame is an original that has been strengthened to support the extra power coming from the alcohol fed blown 400 small block Chevy. The body is fiberglass and is in very good condition and is infused with red color vs. being painted. This is a very high dollar build that offers a lot of show and plenty of go! The build was completed in 2017 with top quality parts and was originally a show car and 7.0 index for specialty drag racing. Fit and finish is very nice and upon viewing the car in close detail, theres no question that it was a well thought out build. Power comes from a bored 383 stroker (400 cubic inch) small block Chevy that is equipped with a Scat rotating assembly, JE pistons, AFR aluminum heads, TBS 192 Supercharger, Holley 1050 Dominator and an Electric water pump. The build was completed by LRS - Tim Wilkerson Racing. This awesome power is sent through a modified Power Glide automatic transmission with a 3,800 stall and back to a custom Ford 9 inch rear with 5.13 gears with Mark Williams axles to handle the power. Slowing down is drama free thanks to 4 wheel disc brakes. Steering is very direct thanks to manual rack and pinion. The suspension is set up with adjustable coil overs, tubular upper and lower control arms. A ladder bar set up with adjustable coil overs puts the power down to the ground. Even though this bad boy is set up for drag racing, there isnt a whole lot to change in order to make this one street friendly. This is a professional, and highly skilled build that will give many a run for their money! It would be a heck of a street car! For more information on this 1940 Willys Coupe, call our St. Louis showroom at 618-271-3000. To view 100+ HD photos and video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com.

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to present this Pro Touring style 1955 Chevrolet 210. This first-year Tri-Five 210 Delray Club Coupe was the result of one mans dream to build his dream 55. Starting with what he said was a really, really good car - with all of the sheet metal intact, he took everything apart. Over the next 5 years, every piece was taken down to bare metal, and brought back to better than new condition as it was refinished. The bright red Dupont ChromaOne paint glistens from any angle you view it, and the quality and attention to detail in the paint and finish-work is evident, including the subtle detail in the bumpers and the billet grille. It just screams labor of love. This beast is not just a beauty, though - it packs a mighty wallop, too. Under the hood lurks a Weber Racing-built 502 (516 CID after prep) and a built 4L60E 4-speed automatic transmission (controlled by a B&M; ratchet shifter), and that delivers all of that thrust out back to a custom-built Ford 9 rear with 31-spline Currie axles, limited slip differential, and 4.11:1 gears. This thing will launch hard and cruise fast. Even though it was fresh out of the box, Weber Racing completely disassembled it, race-prepped the block, align-honed it, decked the block, installed 11.2:1 Wiseco pistons, Eagle rods, race-prepped the heads (including competition valve job, port and polish, CompCams springs/retainers, and CompCams 1.8 roller rocker arms), installed a CompCams roller cam, roller lifters, performed a competition balancing, and provided blueprint specs. It was topped by a QuickFuel 950-Q 950 CFM drag race-prepped carb and Edelbrock aluminum high-rise intake, and outfitted with a set of custom Sanderson BB Chevy shorty headers (to clear the oil pan and steering gearbox), which get the spent fossils out into a custom 3 dual exhaust system with FlowMaster mufflers and turndowns. Weber Racing provided engine dyno figures, which are impressive indeed, especially for a normally aspirated 502-turned-516 CID V8. Topping out at 653 HP/650 Lb/Ft of torque at 6100 RPM, this is one nasty setup. There is a custom fuel cell in the trunk, and the fuel delivery system is outfitted with true AN-Fitting-equipped braided steel lines from the fuel cell to the carb and back. An Accel HEI distributor and 8MM plug wires get the spark fired off with precision. To help keep this big mill cool, theres a massive aluminum radiator with twin electric fans, which work so well, you wont panic if you get tied up in stop and go traffic on your next run with the Power Tour gang. The trans also has a big auxiliary cooler up front, as well, further enhancing the reliability potential of the powertrain. Since youll definitely want to run in Power Tour and Cruisin the Coast events, youll appreciate the enhanced ride, handling, and stopping capabilities that this custom 55 is equipped with. Up front, youll find a complete Camaro front clip and independent suspension setup, with new spindles, front disc brakes, ball joints, tubular A-arms, coil-over shocks, and power rack and pinion steering, along with 2 dropped spindles (also Camaro). Out back is a Heim-jointed track bar setup, big drum brakes, gas shocks, and BellTech 2 drop suspension. Altogether, the suspension setup gives this car its I mean business stance, and it really improves the drivability of this Tri-Five. The car rides on Hoosier ProStreet radials at all 4 corners, which are wrapped around a set of Weld Racing lightweight aluminum wheels. The fronts are 26x7.50R15LT size, and the rears are 29x12.50R15LT size, which is plenty of meat to hook up hard, but not too much that you cant melt them through 3rd gear. Inside, and hidden from view is a new Painless wiring harness, and a remote key fob-operated door locking system (WARNING: dont get out and close the doors with the engine running - they lock for safety, so unless you left the window open before you shut the door, youll be calling a locksmith). Back to the good stuff, and the plainly evident - theres a complete i-Didit tilt steering column, all new synthetic leather door panels, seating surfaces, carpet, and headliner. Youll note that the fit and finish is very good - no sloppy work inside, either! A set of AutoMeter ProComp gauges (oil, water, volts, and tach) keep the driver informed, and theres even a nice sound system - the Alpine AM/FM/CD/MP3 head unit also supports satellite radio. However, you may never want to stop listening to the music that the 516 under the hood is making, especially on those occasions that the little note in the rearview mirror is talking to you: Objects In Mirror Are Losing. Additional features and options on this 1955 Chevrolet 210 Delray Club Coupe for sale include AM/FM/CD/MP3/WMA Satellite radio, Aluminum Wheels, Keyless Entry, Kill Switch, Posi-Traction, Power Brakes, Power Locks (via keyfob only), Power Steering, Radial Tires, Seat Belts, Tilt Wheel, and Vinyl Interior. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is truly proud in producing this 1966 Ford Mustang Fastback for sale in the Milwaukee Showroom. While Mustangs from the 1960s and early 1970s era are typically regarded as being the more desirable models to have, nothing quite takes the cake like a fastback body. This 66 has been taken far above the call that originally made it one of the more iconic makes of Mustang by adding in features that puts it in the realm of being a restomod. The Mustang is coated in a masterfully done Ivy Green paint job which is tastefully accented with white super stripes, which when combined with the torques thrust style wheels wrapped in BF Goodrich Comp/2 radials, gives a perfectly meshed appearance between something classic and something nicely modified at first glance. Getting into the Fastback, you sit on the black leather seat before putting the key in the ignition and youre greeted by the Autometer Sport Comp II gauges which have been tastefully grafted into the dash. The key turns forward and you hear the roaring sound of a 347 Windsor stroker V8 come to life. This beast easily has around 450 horsepower due to the healthy build which features a fully forged rotating assembly courtesy of SCAT coming in with a 9.8:1 compression ratio when combined with the aluminum cylinder heads which don a 2.02/1.60 valve size. The air is drawn in through the Edelbrock RPM Performer series intake manifold by the opening of the valves via a Comp Cams hydraulic roller camshaft which has a .580 int/exh lift with 1.6 ratio arms and a 280 degree duration while the fuel is fed in from a MSD Atomic fuel injection system which works perfectly in conjunction with the MSD ignition module system this Mustang is equipped with. The exhale from the explosion that this makes in the combustion chamber makes its way through a set of longtube headers and goes back through a stainless steel header back exhaust system. This juggernaut of a motor build transfers its power back through a G-Force Mustang built T5 5-speed manual transmission which engages horsepower and torque almost effortlessly back to a 9 Ford rear end which features larger 3 axle tubes and an Eaton Tru Trac differential carrier sporting a 3:70 gear ratio. This monster is shut down by power brakes featuring discs all the way around and is easily turned with power steering. The Mustang also features a retro stereo which looks native to the classic car look but offers AM/FM and Auxiliary input so you can have tunes wherever you go. To say that this car is one of a kind is an understatement. When it comes to how a Mustang could have been built this car almost scrapes the lines of perfection but take a closer look and let the car do some talking of its own and youll want to be its new owner! This 1966 Ford Mustang Fastback is available at our Milwaukee Showroom at Gateway Classic Cars and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com which includes 100+ HD photos and HD video. To see the car in person, it can be seen at our Milwaukee Showroom located at 9949 58th Place Suite 400, Kenosha WI 53144. Description:

Now for sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our Houston showroom is this crazy-fast 2013 Camaro ZL1. This is a one-owner car, which has a clean CarFax and was designed from the ground up to be a a daily driver thats capable of being driven to, then running in the Texas Mile, and then driven home, this Silver Ice Metallic 5th gen Camaro looks like a regular ZL1. However, this is no ordinary, or even slightly modified ZL1. Virtually right after taking delivery, its owner took it to PowerFab Autosports for extensive power upgrades. With nearly $40K worth of power-boosting parts and labor so far (receipts available), starting with PowerFabs Stage1 and Stage2 ZL1 packages, this ZL1 has been outfitted with a laundry list of go-fast goodies. The supercharger was ported and polished to match the new RotoFab intake. Also joining the fray are a host of other power-adders and enhancements, including Methanol injection, Lingenfelter 18% overdrive supercharger and 10% crank overdrive pullies, an ATI Harmonic Balancer, high-capacity ZL1 intercooler reservoir, KDi ZL1 Dual Core/Dual Pass Heat Exchanger, Injector Dynamics 850 cc injectors, Lingenfelter GT9 supercharger cam, Lingenfelter double valve springs with Titanium retainers, Comp Cams pushrods and trunnion kit, and Kenne Bell Boost-a-Pump, it received a custom dyno tune, and made serious power; however, that wasnt enough. A few short months later, a brand-new Late Model Engines LME 416 long block was installed (keeping most of the above external adders from the first engine), along with a Nitrous Express NOS system with NEXs Maximizer 4 progressive controller, NEX automatic electric bottle heater, and billet NOS bottle holder. Not quite done yet, the next power upgrade included a Squash Performance Flex Fuel system, which allows the use of 93 Octane pump gas, E85, or race fuel, with near instant change-over, thanks to its HPTuners NGauge. Exhaust is handled by American Racing long-tube headers with 1.875-inch primaries, and 3 dual exhaust with 3 electric QTP exhaust cutouts. The car was dyno-tuned by PowerFab, and on E85 only (no NOS) its putting out 755 RWHP at 6456 RPM, and 695 LB/FT torque at 4598 RPM. With an all-out E85+NOS+Methanol tune, the realization of 1000 or more RWHP is very likely according to PowerFab. Theres also a 2500 RPM stall converter for the Hydra-Matic 6L90 6-speed automatic, helping to add some snap to the launch. The interior was left mostly stock, except fo the custom-fabbed roll cage and fire extinguisher setup (installed by KP Racing). The cage is set up to allow ease of entry/exit and can also be removed with little fuss. Get inside, and youll find the typical top of the line ZL1 interior, with Leather/Alcantara appointments, and all of the bells and whistles youd want for comfort and audio/nav entertainment. Fire this beast up and the supercharged 416 barks to life and the blower whistle is evident. No one next to you will mistake this for a mere ZL1. Once it settles into its big lopey idle, glance through the windshield at the Heads-Up Display readings, pick your gear, and drop the hammer. Youll be rewarded with blistering acceleration, provided by the super-sticky 315/35-20 Nitto NT05s on at the rear. 285/35-20 Goodyear Eagle F1s up front handle the steering input with accuracy. Youll be glad you have those grippy Alcantara inserts in the seats, because this car will corner with the best of rollercoasters! If you forget where youre going, fire up the Nav unit, and itll get you to where you want to go. On the road or on the track, the standard Performance Traction Management system integrates magnetic ride control, traction control, electronic stability control, end electric power steering response to enhance and maximize performance. This car has all the top-line package elements, with full leather/Alcantara interior, Airbags, Air Conditioning, Cruise Control, Keyless Entry, Power Anti-Lock Brembo Brakes, Power Locks, Power Mirrors, Power Heated Seats with lumbar support, Power Steering, Power Sunroof, Power Windows, Seat Belts, and Tilt steering wheel. Description:

For sale in our Dallas/Fort Worth showroom is a show stopping 1960 Chevrolet El Camino. Call it a truck, call it a car, call it whatever you like. We call this vehicle awesome. Starting with the extravagant styling of the late 50’s and early 60’s, 1300 hours of labor went into custom body work, ensuring that the lines are laser straight and the paint is glass smooth. A couple touches most people will miss is that the chrome down the side of the car has been removed with the channel for it painstakingly filled and smoothed, and the 59 Cadillac taillights.. There is custom pinstriping throughout the body, and the steel gray with black roof has a lot of curb appeal. The Boyd Coddington wheels are a one-off set, 20” in the front, 22” in the rear. Underneath, the one-off parts continue with a custom made Art Morrison Chassis with a Super Delux front end. There is a Strange 9 in. rear end with 3.73 gears, and 4 link setup with coilovers at all four corners. The rear end has been tubbed as well. Willwood discs at all 4 corners cap off a package that makes a surprisingly great handling car for this size. Of course, you don’t build a chassis like this if you don’t plan on moving around quickly. That is why there is a Blueprint Engines 383 CID Stroker hiding under the custom forward tilt hood. Making 430 hp, and 460 ft. lbs. of torque, it is plenty of motivation for this big hot rod. The engine is supported by an aluminum radiator with an electric fan, Sanderson headers, and 3” stainless steel exhaust with Magnaflow mufflers. Behind that is the time tested TH350 automatic transmission. Inside is a very comfortable place to command the road from, with custom leather bucket seats, and alligator accents all around. The Vintage Air keeps things cool and comfortable, while the power rack and pinion steering and tilt column make steering effortless. With just 2,530 miles since all of this incredible work was done, this fresh and ready to run. To view this vehicle in greater detail including HD pictures and videos, visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com/carlist2?src=2&location;=DFW. For additional information on this 1960 Chevrolet El Camino, email us at dallas@gatewayclassiccars.com or call 817-310-9400.

Description:

1955 Chevrolet Cameo Pickup for sale! Motorcar Classics is proud to present this rare and stunning 1955 Chevrolet Cameo Series 3100 ton pickup.
In 1954, Chuck Jordan (who would go on to become vice president of GM design) presented Chevy executives with a design for a new luxury truck. It was based on the all-new Task Force trucks, but with different bumpers, and a smooth-sided bed attached to the cab. They quickly gave the truck the green light. The production Cameo (sold as the Cameo Carrier) differed from Jordan's original design in a few ways. Chevrolet contracted Molded Fiber Glass of Ohio to build the special Cameo panels out of fiberglass, right alongside the Corvette. Taillights from the outgoing '54 Bel Air would cap small tailfins out back. Chrome Bel Air hubcaps, whitewall tires, contrast-colored B-pillar, and stylish (for a pickup) fiberglass and chrome bumpers capped things off. Inside, the Cameo was about as luxurious as a pickup could get. A two-tone dash and bench seat were radical to see in the cab of a truck in 1955. It was only offered in Bombay Ivory, with the B-pillar and inner bed painted Commercial Red a nod to the still mostly white and red Corvette. Although larger engines were optional, our truck was originally equipped with the base 235.5 cubic inch straight six and column-mounted three-speed manual.
This was, perhaps, the first pickup designed to sell on style as much as utility, and the fiberglass quarter panels and other features that truly set them apart from General Motors more utilitarian pickups. This truck has been the subject of an older nut & bolt restoration to authentic and correct specifications and it remains in extremely good condition. The truck is reliable and well-sorted. This is a truck you can drive or show with pride.
