Description:
Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas is excited to present for sale a 1968 Chevrolet El Camino SS-396 This El Camino is very well known among the Worlds El Camino Community. For the past 13+ years, the owner has been a leader of the National El Camino Owners Association (NECOA*), the last 10+ serving as the National Director of the 24 worldwide Regions. The car was shown frequently at the US Nationals in his earlt ownership, winning a total of 3 Best of Show awards from both peer voting and professional judges. It was also shown frequently at various Florida shows, where it won a total of 2 Best of Class at Super Chevy and Bradenton. Awards won by this car in Texas are too numerous to catalog (photo of major awards only attached), but, when it was in competition, it generally won a Best in Class - and many times was Best in Show or Crowd Favorite. The car hasnt been shown for the past few years due to health considerations. The El Camino has been voted by fellow El Camino owners to be one of the 13 Best in our Association for the past 12 years. This honor allowed her to be presented in the Associations Showpiece calendar each year. This El Camino is one of just over 500 factory air-conditioned SS-396 El Caminos built for the 1968 model year. To preserve the car for future generations, the engine in 2010 underwent a major preservation service - it was completely balanced internally! That, along with the practically non-wearing roller rocker arms, should allow this engine to keep purring along for decades. Approximately 2,000 miles have been driven since the balancing. The car also underwent a down to metal restoration of its paint in 2010 - including under the hood - even though it underwent a rotisserie restoration in 2007/2008. The paint had numerous defects, and it needed to be just right. And, while everything was completely stripped from the car, POR-15 was liberally applied to all interior floors - any surfaces that COULD possibly rust were coated with the rust prohibiting application. The beds Smugglers Compartment was included in the application. Following the POR-15, a coating of Dynamat was applied to all interior floors and walls - again including the Smugglers Compartment. This 1968 model is a great year for the El Camino and this body style didnt last for long making them pretty rare too! Youre not going to regret jumping on this fun and stylish Ford. Give our helpful and knowledgeable Sales staff a call at 817-310-9400 for more information on this vehicle or any of our other inventory for sale. Our Sales staff can also be reached conveniently by emailing Dallas@gatewayclassiccars.com for answers to quick questions.

Description:
Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present this gorgeous 1938 Lasalle Series 50 Coupe at our Milwaukee showroom. Lasalle was an American brand marketed by General Motors from 1927-1940. The Lasalle was developed in order to fill perceived pricing gaps in the General Motors product portfolio. Created as a lower priced companion to the Cadillac product which was marketed as the second-most prestigious model in the General Motors line up. By 1930 General Motors had started to reconsider how it marketed the Lasalle due to the great depression. Beginning with the 1934 model year Lasalle was more closely related to the Oldsmobile than the Cadillac. Our 1938 Lasalle Series 50 Coupe is a fine example of an era gone by. Paint color is breathtaking black with an awesome burgundy velour interior. The interior is appointed with a front bench seat and rear jump seats. Mounted to the dash is a fan to keep you cool on hot days. Wide white sidewalls, polished chrome wheel covers, polished chrome trim rings, chrome trim and bumpers make this Lasalle a true looker. Under the hood is a Cadillac 322 cubic inch V-8 attached to a 3 Selective Sliding Synchromesh transmission. It takes only one passing look to appreciate the true artistic beauty this 1938 Lasalle Series 50 Coupe exemplifies. This 1938 LaSalle Series 50 is at our Milwaukee Showroom at Gateway Classic Cars and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com which includes 100+ HD photos and HD video. To see the car in person, it can be seen at our Milwaukee Showroom located at 9949 58th Place Suite 400, Kenosha WI 53144. Any and all questions can be answered by our knowledgeable staff by calling (262) 891-4253 or email us at Milwaukee@GatewayClassicCars.com.

Description:
For sale in our Dallas showroom is a wild 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS. The Che-Devil, as the build is called, started life as a real 138 VIN SS Chevelle, but quickly became a runaway project into the street and show beast you see before you. The heart of it all is the Bill Mitchell built 540 CID Big Block Chevy rated at 625hp hiding under the hood. The Lemon custom headers have electronic cut-outs, allowing either moderate cruising volume or earth-shattering open header sound. The engine is paired to a Tremec TKO600 5 speed manual for those who like to row their own gears, and spins a Currie 9” rear with 3.73 gears. To get the best stance possible at shows while also being drivable, there is a 4 corner independently controllable air ride system by Air Ride Technology. Behind the Budnik wheels are Willwood disc brakes at all four corners to bring things to a quick and safe halt. Inside is a classic and clean leather interior with a custom dash and classic Hurst t-handle shifter. Adding to the show is the fully custom trunk. The speakers, amplifiers, and fuses are all very cleanly installed, and have the option of being displayed with lights or hidden beneath great leather upholstery for a clean look. The custom two-tone paint looks fantastic in the sun and is graced with the “Che-Devil” herself airbrushed behind the doors. Don’t miss this wild hot rod, it will not disappoint! Description:
For sale in our Dallas showroom is a beast that has been woken from a 12 year slumber. In 2002 Chevrolet produced its last Camaro Z28 for 12 years. In 2014 everything changed. Gone was the mass produced Z/28 badge with a mildly tuned suspension. Back is the pure performance that the Z/28 RPO stood for. This car was designed to go around a circuit quickly. That is what Chevrolet did in 2014, they brought the passion for circuit racing back to this car. Almost every part of this car screams performance and “I want to turn the corner fast!” Starting with the 505 horsepower 427 CID LS V8 under the hood to the sticky when hot Pirelli Super Trofeo R Tires. Getting into the Z you know the car means business, you are met with loads of options and leather appointment. You notice that weight savings is key to this car because the seats aren’t power the door panels are plastic. The seats are heavily bolstered and definitely designed to keep you in place. Turn the key and this engine roars to life. The clutch not for daily driving is there to keep that 505 horses under control. Start your acceleration you’ll notice that the traction control is working overtime until these Pirelli’s are warm. This car does a few things well regardless of the temperature, makes a great noise, turns hard, and stops unlike anything you may have experienced. You may have noticed the humongous carbon ceramic disc brakes that are behind the Z/28 specific wheels. Never fading and there for one purpose and one purpose only and that is to stop quickly. It doesn’t hurt that they are pretty as well. You’ll also notice the Z/28 has some aero as well. The front splitter jutting out from the lower part of the front bumper and the ducktail spoiler. This car really isn’t messing around. The black paint on this car gives this car an incredible visual presence that you don’t get from most vehicles. It truly is a car you shouldn’t mess with. The original owner ordered this car with a few creature comforts and why not really. Added was AC, Satellite Radio, and the back seat. It really is an incredible car inside an out. The features include, AC, Power Steering, Power Brakes, AM/FM/Satellite Radio, Power Windows, Power Door Locks, Keyless Entry, Aluminum Alloy Wheels, and Racing tires. For more HD pictures and video visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com/carlist2?src=2&location;=DFW. For more information call our Dallas showroom at 817-310-9400.

For sale on our Chicago show floor is this beautiful 1972 Chevrolet Corvette Hardtop Convertible Coupe restored to an original stock presentation. A low mileage original with only 61K miles on the speedo!
