Description:

Gateway Classic Cars Houston Showroom is excited to offer this Deep Purple 1933 Dodge Sedan. This all steel 1933 Dodge Sedan features a double pinstripe, with subtle purple over pink accent, carrying over to the HIGHWAY STAR lettering at the rear corners. Those of you who are fans of the legendary rock group Deep Purple will immediately recognize the tie in between the purple color, and the title of DPs opening track on their Machine Head album from 1972. While this 33 Dodge wont ...break the speed of sound, it will get you where youre going with a lot of fun and thumbs-up gestures from all of those whom youll pass along the way! Starting with a 350 CID V8 under the hood, and a GM TH350 3-speed automatic transmission behind it, you have a classic hot rod drivetrain. The 350 is cooled by a Walker radiator with electric fan, is topped by Edelbrock 4BBL carb and aluminum intake, and features coated headers and dual exhaust for that classic muscle car sound. The drivetrain has about 800 miles on it, so it has plenty of life left! A Ford 9-inch rear helps get the power to the ground. This all-steel 33 Dodge Sedan is riding on P195/60R15 radials up front, and P225/70R15s out back, wrapped around American Racing Aluminum wheels. The taller tires out back help give it that nice raked stance, adding to the panache. Inside, the gray cloth seats have maroon accent piping, which adds a custom touch. The mirrored blue dash houses a complete digital gauge cluster, which provides plenty of operational feedback to the driver. A thick racing style billet aluminum steering wheel sits atop the tilt steering column, and it really feels great in the hands. Seat belts help keep driver and passengers snug in place during those fun romps that this car will be going on. Additional features and options on this 1933 Dodge Sedan include Air Conditioning, Aluminum Wheels, AM/FM/CD Radio, Cloth Interior, Kill Switch, Power Brakes, Radial Tires, Seat Belt, Spare Tire (hidden behind back seat), and Tilt Wheel.

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Detroit is proud to present this 1967 Pontiac Firebird convertible. The Firebird and Camaro launched the same year and were an instant hit. They were applauded and offered a nice alternative to the Ford Mustang- which had a 3 year head start in the Pony-Car market. And although Firebird and Camaro shared the same F body platform, Pontiac managed through the year to offer a very distinctive look over its GM competitor. Firebirds differ from big brother Lemans & GTO A bodies mainly due to having a partial frame only under the front, and subframe & leaf springs in the rear. As a result, they are lighter... which made them winners at the dragstrips and with gearheads on the street. They also made eye-catching daily drivers. This particular Firebird has been rebuilt, with a 350 Chevy V8, with less than 50 miles on it since done and is paired with a 4-speed manual transmission. Finished with a red exterior, and black vinyl seats and convertible top. Options on this Firebird include A/C, vinyl interior, manual convertible top, AM/FM/Cassette Radio, and seat belts. This 1967 Pontiac Firebird Convertible is offered by our Detroit Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Fort Lauderdale is excited to present this 1936 Ford Coupe in purple on black. The Ford Coupe is one of the earliest 2-door vehicles to exist. Some stay relics, while others are beautifully upgraded into restomods. And this 36 is a fine example. This Coupe feels and handles a lot like a newer car. The metallic paintjob is incredible. A very nice shade, looks close to blue especially in the pictures. The reupholstered black seats are super clean and have a nice purple trim. Power seats in the front. Definitely didnt have that in 36! Super nice door panels and ceiling liner, and the dash is painted purple. Replaced steering wheel, gauges, pedals, shifter... and of course an upgraded stereo system. Under that butterfly hood we have a mean 350 V8 engine. Plus a smooth shifting 3-speed automatic transmission.

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1972 Chevrolet Monte Carlo! Debuting in 1970 and deriving its name from the famous city, Monte Carlo, nobody knew it would lead to six generations spanning nearly 40 years! The Monte Carlo was dreamed and developed to fill a new roll for the Chevrolet brand. It was actually marketed as the first ever personal luxury car by Chevrolet. This nice example is a 1972 model. In 72 Chevrolet made several small changes from front to back for the last year of the first generation. The chrome really brightens the very sharp silver paint. The black vinyl top provides a nice contrast to break up the color. The 17 Ridler Wheels with Cooper tires really sets the stance. Matching spare wheel in the trunk. Inside youll find 2-tone black and gray leather bucket seats from a more modern Monte Carlo. This car received an extensive restoration, frame-off rotisserie job around mid 2020. She received a new paint job and new vinyl top. Photos of this work go with the car. Under the hood is a 307ci V8 backed by a Turbo 350 3-Speed Automatic transmission. She is sporting coil springs and a 12-bolt rear end. Per the owner the motor has approx.. 30k miles on it. Absolutely one of the nicest examples we have had here. Per the owner everything has been restored or replaced. Only 4k miles since the restoration. Current owner is an avid collector and loves Monte Carlos, owning 9 over the last 13 years. The current acquired her from a private owner. Title is clean and clear and ready to be transferred into your name now. Dont let this sharp Monte get away, so pick up the phone and call us today! Options on this Monte Carlo include: A/C, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Seats, Leather Interior, Tilt Wheel, AM/FM/CD Radio, Seatbelts, Alloy Wheels, and Radial Tires. This 1972 Chevrolet Monte Carlo is offered by our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars Houston showroom is excited to offer this unique, and very cool Omaha Orange 1961 Ford Econoline pickup. Built by a reputable builder in the Denver, Colorado area, this 1961 Econoline was built with drivability and performance in mind. This beauty is powered by a potent 307 CID V8 engine, which is equipped with a newly installed Holley Terminator-X fuel injection setup, ceramic coated shorty headers, and dual exhausts with stainless steel mufflers. Its kept cool by a large aluminum radiator, which is outfitted with a Spal electric fan. A 200R4 4-speed automatic slushbox handles the gear changes that send the power out back to the Corvette IRS rear end. In addition to the independent rear suspension, the front suspension was replaced with a fully adjustable Heidts setup, with tubular upper and lower control arms. This nifty trucks engine has also been moved backward from the original location, thanks to a custom boxed frame, thus giving it a near mid-engine layout. While having the engine so far back might make one think its a corner-carver, its not quite there yet - its center of gravity is a bit high for that; but it definitely handles better than most drivers are going to want to go, should they decide to explore its outer limits. The Heidts front suspension setup also allows for the use of power rack and pinion steering, so its definitely easy to guide through the corners. It also stops well, thanks to its power 4-wheel disc brakes and meaty radial tires: sized 195/70R14s in front and 245/60R15s out back. Once youve finished exploring all of the slick (and subtle) custom touches outside, youll be itching to get inside. When you open the doors, you cant help but noticing how smoothly the doors latch and unlatch, and how crisply they close thanks to the Audi door latches that were installed. New weatherstripping and window felts keep things sealed (and quiet), so that occupants can enjoy the creature comforts inside. The interior has been well fitted with virtually all the creature comforts you could want in a truck like this, including heat and air conditioning, auto dimming inside mirror, power outside mirrors, intermittent wipers, iDidit cruise control, overhead console with outside temperature and compass heading, and automatic headlights. Theres even a trick kill switch installed (well tell you what it is when you buy the truck)! The real smoked glass windows (no window film here!) helps keep the cool in, and heat and prying eyes out. A full set of AutoMeter gauges provide critical information to the driver, and a trans temp gauge is tucked away for the drivers eyes. There are subtle custom touches all over this truck, including the LED taillights, the pinstripe down the sides that subtly hints of the EFI that its equipped with (EFI/ME neatly worked into the pinstripe motif), the custom floor mats that are made of the same material as the carpet (thus blending in unobtrusively while protecting the carpet), and more...looking under the inside engine cover, one can see how far back the engine was moved, and looking into the engine compartment, can see the detail therein. Engine turned aluminum panels frame the engine bay and speak to the attention to detail like the hidden inner workings of a fine Swiss automatic watch: one cant see the Côtes de Genève on their rotors (unless they have an exhibition back), but theyre there. One can also see hints of an aircraft motif going as well, looking at the custom touches around the side exhaust outlets, with the polished tips: the word Hot is right there in the pinstripe treatment! This 1961 Econoline pickup would make a great vehicle for drivers wanting to take off on a long-haul journey in a classic vehicle, yet who desire the comfort provided by its decidedly non-vintage interior upgrades...or, you could just zip down to the local show and maybe even bring back some trophies! No matter what your plan might be this custom Ford will put a smile on your face. For more information on this 1961 Ford Econoline pickup, to see all the HD pictures and videos of it, copy the URL below, and see it at this direct link: https://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/show/HOU/1994 . Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is excited to offer this 1967 Mustang Hardtop for sale in our Indianapolis showroom. This 1967 Mustang is a true S code car with a 390 cubic inch V8 and 4 speed transmission with 16,128 miles since restoration. The included Marti report indicates that this car was built at San Diego on 11/11/1966. The window sticker, also with the car, includes the GT equipment group, limited-slip differential, courtesy light group, console, deluxe steering wheel, power steering, conditioner, AM radio and tinted glass. The following is from an article on Hagerty.com: The car was overlooked by the customers chasing mighty Cobra Jets and K-Code 289s is the 390-cid S-Code Mustang, produced with little fanfare in 1967-69. That relative lack of collector car attention may well make S-Code Mustangs the markets unsung hero. Although the 390-inch V-8 is roughly 165 pounds heavier than the thin-wall 289, its good breathing produced impressive output: up to 325 horsepower and 427 pound-feet of torque. That is within spitting distance of the 428 Cobra Jets 335 hp and 440 lb-ft (spitting distance being 3.7 percent fewer horses and 3.0 percent less torque, assuming Fords rating methods for both engines were consistent). Their low profile in the market has resulted in values that are steady, less subject to whims of fad and fashion. The 390 was based on the FE-series V-8s introduced in 1958 for Thunderbirds and Edsels. The FE-series persisted well into the 1970s, installed in everything from pickups to Cammer-powered drag cars and Le Mans-winning GT40s. It began flexing its muscle in the redesigned 1967 Mustang’s wider engine compartment. To view this beautiful 1967 Mustang, please visit our site at www.gatewayclassiccars.com, call 317-688-1100, or email us at indy@gatewayclassiccars.com. To see this car in person, stop by our showroom located at 4400 W 96th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46268. http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/NDY/1147/1967-Ford-Mustang

Description:

For sale at our Ft. Lauderdale showroom is this gorgeous, completely restored 1980 Toyota FJ40. Toyota started production of the Land Cruiser FJ40 in 1960 and began importing them to the US in 1963. The last US-bound FJ-40 rolled off the line in 1983, but they made a brief comeback as a modern SUV in the US called the FJ Cruiser from 2006 to 2014. From 1963 to 1983 the FJ40 saw little change aesthetically, the only real changes were improvements in technology mechanically. The classic FJs are as comfortable on a trail as they are on the highway because they were designed to do anything you could ever ask it to do and do it well. This FJ40 has a numbers matching beefy 4.2 L. 6-cylinder engine and has only 36 miles on it mated to a 4x4 4 speed Manual Transmission. The body, Green paint and vinyl black interior are all immaculate and look brand spanking new! Adding to the fresh look of the paint are the newer alloy wheels with All Terrain Tires. Inside youll find folding bench seats behind the passenger and driver seats. These folding seats made carrying additional passengers easy, but also allowed for maximum cargo space, as opposed to the folding rear seat in the Jeep CJ series.. If you are looking for an FJ40 that is ready to immediately enjoy on or off-road and that is priced to sell, youve found it. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to offer this nicely restored 1965 Pontiac Lemans. This beauty was restored as a GTO tribute and could certainly pass as one cruising down the road to an untrained eye. Powered by a rebuilt 400 CID V8, power is readily available and can get you up to highway speeds with ease. The transmission is a new 200R4 which features closer gearing than the 700R4 making it better for drag racing, and a higher overdrive gear which is better for highway speeds. Some may even say it’s simply a better transmission, but then we just start getting into opinions. Making this car presentable under its shell is all new floor pans, new body bushings, trunk pan, and a smooth firewall. With only around 4,500 miles on the restoration, this GTO tribute has a lot of life left in it. The body work and paint had been done by “Jim Jolley Paint & Body” and certainly shows well. Painted in an eye-catching Fontaine Blue. Color matching wheels keeps a truly 60s classic look. Front disc brakes with drums in the rear provide enough clamping force to bring you to a stop. The interior is one that’ll certainly grab some attention. The seats are a Parchment color, or for those with a more basic color wheel “off-white”. With no major rips or tears, you can certainly take home a trophy or two with this beauty. The dash matches the exterior blue and features the classic wood paneled gauge cluster. With cold blowing A/C and functioning heater, this car is ready for year-round driving.
