Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1966 Shelby Cobra Tribute. The classic car world is full of could’ve, would’ve, and should’ve which is why the replica market is so popular these days. The car that you had to have as a kid that is now worth millions of dollars can be yours for pennies on the dollar, and for many of us that car is a Shelby Cobra. This example is a 1966 Cobra replica that was manufactured by the Everett-Morrison company who have been building them since 1983.The fiberglass pieces are made from the original molds ensuring that almost identical look. Painted in a dark British racing green and a silver stripe down the middle this Cobra is guaranteed to stand out in the crowd. If that doesn’t get their attention the sound coming from the blacked-out side pipes will. The 408 Stroker motor has plenty of power yet is mild enough to be street driven without any headaches. The 4-speed top loader makes driving this car an absolute blast on those curvy back country roads especially with its fully independent suspension. This Cobra uses suspension components from a C4 Corvette turning what use to be a machete into a Samurai sword. Mounted on a set of aluminum wheels the 12” tires in the back assist in getting all that power to the ground. The interior of the car is clean and having a little more room than a lot of the ones I have been in. The black low back bucket seats are classic cobra design with the wooden steering wheel tying it all together. If you want a great replica that is guaranteed to turn heads and not cost a million bucks this green snake is perfect. Options on this 1966 Shelby Cobra Tribute include, Vinyl Interior, and Aluminum Wheels with Radial Tires. This 1966 Shelby Cobra Tribute is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For additional information please call our knowledgeable staff at (812)294-1555 or email us at Louisville@GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

This 1972 Chevrolet El Camino is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The El Camino has always been one of the most unique automobiles since its inception in 1959. The only direct competition was Fords Ranchero which beat out the El Camino causing Chevrolet to rethink their strategy. 1964 it was released but it was not until they started adding performance engines the lineup did the El Camino really take off. This 1972 has took that performance angle to whole new level. With the body taken off the frame and everything taken down to bare metal this silver beauty was done right. Painted in this beautiful silver the black stripes are the perfect compliment. Under that striped hood is the classic 396 big block with a 650 feeding it just the right amount of fuel. Keeping everything cool under the hood is a set of twin electric fans. The 700r4 transmission allows the ELCO to get up and cruise down the highway with ease. The 3.55 gear set in the 12 bolt Posi Rear end is the perfect mix of acceleration and top end pull. The stance on this 72 is courtesy of the Hotchkis suspension which gives it just the right altitude and a little bit of attitude. The polished wheels give it a modern look while allowing the slotted and drilled disc brakes tio be seen by all. The fresh interior really compliments the build with a set of buckets divided by a console housing the horseshoe shifter. The classic industries gauges were placed in an original style SS dash finishing off the one of a kind build. If you have been looking for a classic car or maybe a truck this El Camino is truly the best of both. Options on this 1972 Chevrolet El Camino include; AC, AM/FM, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior and Aluminum Wheels wrapped with Radial Tires. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is honored to list this 1968 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible. The first-generation Camaro is an extremely desirable and highly collectible classic car, and this particular 1968 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible would be an excellent addition to any collection. With its British Racing Green paint job, this Camaro would look just as good cruising down the street as it would being parked at your local car show. The cruising part would definitely be the most fun for the driver with a mildly built 350 crate engine under the hood paired to an automatic transmission, and this engine has been upgraded with an Edelbrock intake manifold, Holley four-barrel carb, and chrome accents. This 1968 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible definitely looks great on the outside, and the interior is equally nice with pearl white vinyl seats that show well, contrasting wood trim on the dash and a beautiful black three-spoke steering wheel. Options on this 1968 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible include AM Radio, Manual Convertible Top, Seat Belts, Cragar Wheels and Radial Tires. Description:

This awesome 1957 Chevrolet Bel-Air tribute is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The 1957 Chevy was the ending to one of the most successful designs in automotive history. Starting off in 1955 with the Shoe-Box the tri-fives were an instant success. The 57 however would be the most notable out of the 3 with its “just right fins” them the most sought after of the 3 years. This black example is what most are looking for in todays market. The paint is slick and clean showing just how straight the body of this beauty is. With the chrome shined up and accenting the black perfectly its easy to see why black is the most popular color of choice. The blue dot tail lights are a great look and something you would see back in the late 50’s and early 60’s. The wheels on the car give it that classic hotrod look with the modern radial tires helping with traction in all conditions. Under the hood a stout and strong running small block 350 sits nicely between the frame rails. The Muncie 4 speed shifts through the gears nicely with the clutch having a great feel with plenty of life left in it. The interior if the car is in great shape and shows nicely. The bench seat upfront is comfortable and what you would expect in a 57 Chevy. The 4-speed shifter sits in the perfect spot with your hand falling right on top of it. The updated stereo looks right at home in the dash while sounding good doing it. If you have been wanting a 57 that looks great and drives even nicer this is the Tri-Five for you. Options on this 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air tribute include; AM/FM/Cassette, Vinyl Interior, and Custom Wheels with Radial Tires. Description:

This 1972 Chevrolet Camaro is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The 2nd generation Camaro was a huge success for GM running a total of 11 years. The fastback body design with its huge rear glass was a far cry from the 1ST Generation. This beautiful Silver with Black stripes split bumper actually began life as a SS396 which is super cool. The 396 has been replaced with a monster 496 that was built with one thing in mind, going fast in a straight line! The Brodix heads are made out of aluminum with many saying they are the best in the business. The huge aluminum radiator keeps everything at the perfect operating temperature with dual electric fans giving you that extra vote of confidence. The 1050 CFM Quick Fuel Dominator carb feeds this animal the high-octane gas it needs. If that’s not enough power for you hit the button on the fogger system and hold on for dear life. The TH350 Transmission was built to handle all that power with a trans brake allowing for true off the line hole shots. The Moser 10 bolt rear end has 3.89 Moser axles allowing for off the line acceleration while pulling hard through all 3 gears. With all that power propelling this beauty the brakes need to be just as good. The 4-wheel disc set up with its Wilwood master cylinder is exactly what this thing needed. Of course, going fast is fun but why not look good while doing it? The paint on the car is slick with a great shine while that fiberglass cowl hood ties in perfectly to the build. The RS front clip looks great but there is no way to tell if it came from the factory or not. Open the doors and you will see an interior that is very tasteful. The roll cage was done to keep you safe while still allowing for plenty of room. The front buckets are comfortable and look right at home with the racing harnesses keeping you right where you need to be. The ratchet style shifter is just where you want it allowing for quick shifts with a simple slap. Normally when cars like this are built you get either a car that looks great but lacks in the performance department or vice versa. Why not get this one and have a beautiful car that performs like it looks? Options on this 1972 Camaro include, AM/FM/CD, Power Steering, Vinyl Interior, Seat Belts, and Billet Wheels with Radial Tires. Description:

This 2007 Ford Mustang ROUSH 427R is for sale in our Houston showroom. The 2007 Mustang was just an OK performer by today’s standards. ROUSH however would change all that with the addition of the 427R. The 427 didn’t strand for motor size but actual power to the rear wheels. This was over 115 more ponies over stock and would be the best performing 3 valve motor to date. Using his custom intercooled ROUS charger system and backed up by a custom ECM tune that works in conjunction with the different exhaust this Mustang has been turned it a raging stallion. Roush did not just stop there as they felt the car would have to look the part as well. A 4-piece body kit was added which included a stylized front fascia, front chin spoiler, hood scoop and rear wing. Parked between the shock towers is a Ford 4.6 Liter V8 engine that is topped with one of Jack Roush’s favorite toys, a Roush supercharger that forces air in to the combustion chambers after it has passed through the air to air intercooler. Why an intercooler you ask? Well the easiest way to put this in prospective is that the cooler the air is the cooler the fuel will be. It is not unusual to net an 85° - 200° drop in intake air temperature (depending on application). Paired to a 5-speed manual transmission that shifts smooth & firm up & down through the gears with ease. The power plant combo makes for a very nice driving experience. Inside the cockpit the driver will immediately notice the addition of the new three-gauge dash pod with engine oil temperature, coolent temperature and a boost gauge. A shift light has also been integrated into this dash pod as well. The ROUSH sport leather seating, short throw shifter with retro-style ball, and four-piece performance pedal kit help to round out the interior styling. The suspension system has been completely revamped to easily manage the twists and turns of a road course. The ROUSH 427R Trak Pak suspension includes adjustable front and rear shocks, front and rear springs, front and rear stabilization bars, front and rear jounce bumpers and adjustable camber/caster plates. With only 39k miles on this car it is barely broken in with plenty of road life ahead of it. The body & paint on the car is in excellent condition and the car drives amazing. Interior is in like new condition and overall the car is in excellent condition with no negatives to mention. Options for this 2008 Ford Mustang GT for sale include: Air conditioning, AM/FM stereo with CD player, Cruise control, sport bucket leather seating in the frond with lumbar support and a bench style bucket seats in the rear, power steering, power brakes, power windows, power locks, power seats, horse power, tilt steering wheel, keyless entry, while safety equipment included Traction control, anti-lock brakes and both driver and passenger airbags and anti-theft system from the factory. Aluminum alloy wheels wrapped in radial tires. See more of this 2008 Ford Mustang GT on display in our Houston, Texas showroom at http://gatewayclassiccars.com/houston/2008/ford/mustang-S994.html. Description:

This Rare 1967 AMC Rambler rogue is for sale in our Louisville Showroom. There were several indications that the 1967 AMC Rambler Rogue was a muscle car, but the model remained mostly unknown in the performance arena. On paper it had impressive credentials: a two-door hardtop that weighed less than 3,000 pounds and was powered by a (’67-only) 343ci, 280-horse powerplant. Behind the V-8 was a BorgWarner close-ratio T10 four-speed and a Dana 20 rearend with 3.54 gears and a Track-Loc. In many ways it was the predecessor of the dramatic SC/Rambler and The Machine models that would follow. This beautiful example looks to have gone through a complete restoration. A few things have been changed making this Rogue Rambler a true beast. The 343 V8 has been replace with a completely rebuilt 390 V8. The 390 sport an Offenhauser intake equipped with dual Edelbrock 4 barrel carbs. The transmission has been upgraded to a Hurst close ratio 4-speed. A Ford 9 inch has replaced the Dana 20 and has a bit more gear in it. If you are looking for a unique rare car that is bound to go up in value, do no hesitate to call as this beauty will no t last long. Option for this 1967 AMC Rambler Rogue include; AM Radio, Aftermarket Gauges, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, Radial Tires with Chrome Cragar Wheels. Now for sale in our showroom in Houston is this sweet 1964 Chevy Impala. This model needs no introduction and is one of the most recognizable cars in the classic car world. It also happens to be Gateway’s best-selling car. The Impala has been making memories with people since 1958, although it has gone through several generations over the years the car has made it’s claim as the most iconic street car for the modern man or woman. This 64 is shown in its Ermine white paint color that shows very well and looks great even from a foot away. The paint quality is of a high grade and was well done. It is a slightly older restoration but has been very well kept since its frame off restoration. It was professionally repainted at Mikes Restoration, after it was brought down to bare metal. The body is straight & true with no dings, dents, or scratches to be seen. The body panel gaps are even and the doors open & close with ease as they should. The bumpers, exterior trim, emblems, lights, & glass are also in excellent condition. The car sits on some original looking wheels that have the chrome SS impala hub caps that show well. They are wrapped in skinny white wall American Classic tires that have plenty of life left in them. The owner does have the fender skirts as well that go with the car. Looking into the interior you will see the highly sought after red leather interior which matches perfectly against the white exterior. The interior is beautiful and is in show quality condition. You won’t find anything to replace as it still looks like no one has even sat in the car. Two bucket seats up front with a large bench seat in the rear keeps the cabin roomie but lots of seating. Dash & center console show very well and all options work as they should. Powering this sweet 64 down the road is it’s original 327 CiD V8 rated at 300HP purrs like a kitten and sounds great through the custom dual SS exhaust. The motor is paired to a 2-speed power glide automatic transmission and both the engine & trans have been rebuilt with less than 700 miles on them. The car runs very well and looks great too. It is completely rust free and is ready for its new owner. **we have build sheet information, restoration photos, & receipts** To see more pictures & an HD video of the car please follow the below link to our site. http://gatewayclassiccars.com/houston/1964/chevrolet/impala-S1013.html Options on this car include power brakes, power steering, new vinyl interior, AC, & more! Description:

Up for sale in our Dallas showroom is one sweet, and original ride, the 1956 Ford Victoria. Built for the sole purpose to compete in a declining market being dominated by the Chevrolet Bel Air, Ford sat down to design something new. By changing the outside appearance slightly, and increasing technology by adding in a new 12 volt ignition system, the new Ford line began to bring something back to the market that most manufacturers couldnt do. During the 1956 model year, Ford had also introduced a larger 4-door version called the Town Victoria to incorporate the need for more passengers and longer drives. Also introduced during this change was the conversion from the old Flathead V8 to the new 312 Y-Block engine, built to be stronger, and more reliable than the original style. Mated up to this engine is the classic 2-speed automatic, which makes driving an absolute ease, just drop the shifter into Drive, and enjoy the ride. Of course this engine had been recently rebuilt only 17,661 miles ago. The interior was very tastefully restored in a beautiful orange and white vinyl bench seat, which matches the overall look of the vehicle, including the very stylish but simple dashboard. The exterior is as straight and beautiful as the interior, also painted to match the interior, a beautiful Orange and White two-tone paint job with the perfect splash of chrome throughout. To complete the look the 1956 Victoria comes equipped with wire hubcaps, wrapped in a beautiful set of wide what wall tires. The Ford Victoria is a beautiful car through and through, and as designed, this car makes for a solid daily driver! Options include AM Radio, Hub Caps, Power Steering, Vinyl Interior, Wide White Walls, Radial Tires and a recently restored 292 CID V8! To see this 1956 Ford Victoria in better detail, including over 100 high definition pictures and a full length high definition video, please go to www.gatewayclassiccars.com. The 1968 Chevelle received an all-new distinctly sculpted body with tapered front fenders and a rounded beltline. The car adopted a long-hood/short-deck profile with a high rear-quarter "kick-up". While all 1967 Chevelle models rode a 115-inch (2,900 mm) wheelbase, the 1968 coupes and convertibles now rode a 112-inch (2,800 mm) wheelbase. The 4 door sedans and wagons turned to a 116-inch (2,900 mm) span. Tread width grew an inch front and rear. Hardtop coupes featured a semi-fastback, flowing roofline (with a long hood and short deck, influenced by the all-new Camaro. The fastback appearance was a revival of a streamlining bodystyle on all GM products from 1942 until 1950, as demonstrated on the Chevrolet Fleetline. Top-trim models (including the SS 396 and new luxury Concours) featured GM's new Hide-A-Way wiper system. Lesser Chevelles would get that change later.

The entry-level Chevelle 300 (131 - 132 VIN prefix) was available as a pillared coupe and/or station wagon (Nomad) while the 300 Deluxe and Nomad Custom (133 or 134 VIN prefix) had a 2-door hardtop added to the lineup (fourth and fifth VIN characters will be 37; with the previous 300 Deluxe the hardtop was available with the Malibu and SS396 but not the base 300/Deluxe in the USA not counting those produced for the Canadian market). The Super Sport (SS396 sport coupe, convertible, and El Camino pickup) became series on its own. Chevrolet produced 60,499 SS 396 sport coupes, 2,286 convertibles, and 5,190 El Caminos; 1968 was the only year the El Camino body style would get its own SS396 series designation (13880).[21]

Description:

Our Detroit Showroom is proud to offer an award winning 1937 Ford Cabriolet. One of the most predictable hot rod trends is throwing a small block Chevy V8 into a Ford body, slapping some paint on the body panels and calling it a day. However, this one of a kind Ford Cabrio went through a much different transition and the outcome and the results are absolutely stunning. This beauty was built from the frame up, has a Gibbons body, and rides like a dream on its QA1 Coil Over suspension set up. Stopping power is courtesy a Wilwood 4-wheel disc brake set-up which has power assist. Under the hood of this classy cabrio is a 302 Cubic Inch V8 which has low miles since being built and has been freshened up with a smart selection of go-fast parts like an Edelbrock intake manifold and a matching 650CFM carburetor. The installed cam is a Ford roller grind and Ford Racing also supplied the headers that lead back to the Flowmaster mufflers. The ignition set-up is a MSD ignition that lights the spark for this gorgeous cabriolet allowing it to start at first crank. The top on this 1937 Cabrio is a non-folding Teddy Z Carson top and the same color material is used on portions of the door panels and seats. The interior seats up to 4 people comfortably and is wrapped in a very soft, white colored vinyl which brings this Cabrio to a whole new level of class. Description:

For sale in our Nashville showroom is a stunning 1993 Spartan II. This car has been called the ultimate in a luxury/sports car! The Spartan comes from the fertile mind of Ron Sparks who had been working for companies that hand built cars in southern California for years. Mr. Sparks became unhappy with the quality of construction of these cars and knowing he could make a better car, struck out on his own and opened Spartan Motorcars in San Marcos Ca. Approximately 350 Spartan and Spartan II were made over the years and many of the Hollywood elite and professional athletes have owned one. Mr. Sparks started this build with quality as a base by using a 1986 Nissan 300ZX frame, interior and drive train. Under the hood is the same 3 Liter V6 that powered the 300ZX. Backing this smooth power plant is a four speed automatic transmission that multiplies the revolutions. This impressive Spartan for sale is a whopping 204 inches long that’s 17 feet! But thanks to the fiberglass body it weighs in at only 3675 pounds. This Long lean Spartan slides down the road with ease, smoothing out all the bumps. The quite cabin has the two plus two option so there is room for four to enjoy all the leather and burl wood. This Spartan II for sale has also been equipped with the optional T top for extra sportiness and good looks. You will not go unnoticed no matter where you drive this beauty, it is at home in Hollywood or your local car show. Options for this 1993 Spartan II include: Power windows, power seats, power locks, power steering and power brakes. Cruise control, AM/FM stereo with cassette player. Our Detroit Showroom is proud to offer a super original 1972 Chevrolet Corvette Big Block with a 4 Speed manual transmission. This beauty is the last of the chrome bumper craze and one of the most iconic Corvette designs ever. Dressed in its original Pewter Silver paint, this Corvette would add that sense of nostalgia you are looking for in your car collection. The interior on the Vette is a flashback to the early 70’s where nothing was taken for granted and everything was a luxury. This Vette was ordered as a well equipped sports car with a big block and 4 speed transmission with the addition of Air Conditioning which makes this one a breeze to drive literally. Rip off the t-tops and enjoy the open air or drive this one as a fair weather cruiser, either way this Corvette is an iconic machine. The black interior retains its originality as well and feels like you’re sitting in a time machine where music was much better, cars had character and Elton John was on the top charts with his hit “Rocket Man”. This potent 454cid will definitely make you feel like a rocket man when stabbing the gas pedal and taking flight with this powerful Vette. If you are looking for more than a cruiser, this is the one for you. The same owner has pampered this Vette since 1973 and now it’s you’re turn to put this one in your stable.
