1978 CAMARO Z28
4 SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION
ONLY 11.500 ORIGINAL MILES
ORIGINAL COLORS BRIGHT BLUE METALLIC
MATCHING NUMBERS 350 V8
FACTORY AIR CONDITIONING
RUNS AND DRIVES GREAT
YOU WILL NOT FIND ANOTHER LIKE IT
Collector grade, 11,000 miles, original Bright Blue Metallic 1978 Chevrolet Camaro Z28! This
Camaro was sold new from Klinger Chevrolet of Sacramento, Pennsylvania. After 35 years of
ownership, it was sold to the second owner in 2013 with 9,514 miles. Acquired by a Connecticut
collector recently who has driven it sparingly on the weekends.
The matching-numbers 350ci (5.7L) V8 runs strong and mates to the factory optioned 4-Speed
manual transmission. The black bucket seats and carpet show no signs of rips or tears. The
headliner was replaced by the second owner in 2013. The dash is free of any cracks but is lifting
in one area.
A well-optioned car with a phenomenal ownership history. Included in the sale is a binder full of
extensive documentation such as the original window sticker, original purchase agreement,
owners manuals, and original registration tags!
In 1978 the Camaro received a facelift from GM now coming with an improved front end
boasting new, body-colored urethane bumpers. Hidden behind the brand new nose was the
impact absorbing crash structure able to withstand greater than 5MPH impacts. GM also
redesigned the taillights now incorporating 3-color tail lights.
With the new and sportier design, improved safety, and the same incredible performance,
there's no question why the Camaro outsold the Mustang. The Mustang had carried the same
general design since the Mustang's release. With Chevy outselling the Ford, 247,437 to
179,039, there was no competition. The Z28 Camaro secured the 1968 and 1969 Trans Am
Series championship and a legend was born.

own a piece of history. This Impala was repainted about 10 years ago in this stunning red. Originally painted in Willow Green we can all appreciate the great color change. With the black vinyl interior it is definitely a winning combination. Under the hood lies the original 327 Turbo Fire V8 engine paired to the original Powerglide transmission. The odometer currently reads only 6,930 miles but it is believed to have just rolled over for the first time resulting in a total of only 106,930 miles on the engine. The engine still has the orange paint Chevy is famous for using on their engine blocks. The music of the engine is emitted through two chrome tipped exhausts coming out the rear. The car sits on 5 spoke Chrome Ridlers rims with 18-inches up front and 20s in the rear to give the car an aggressive and stylish look. This particular Impala has no B pillars resulting in very clean body line and a whole lot of window space. Inside the clean black vinyl interior with Bucket seats and center console. The dash has remained the same with only a new aftermarket Dual radio player being added. There is also an added Sun Super Tach II RPM gauge to help the driver make sure the mechanics are working as they should. Hop inside this sweet classic turn on the cold A/C and roll in style with this gorgeous 66 Impala. Options Include; A/C, AM/FM Radio, CD Player, Spare Tire & Jack, Cruise Control, Power Brakes, Power Steering, and more! Gateway Classic Cars Houston has been given the task of selling one of the most awesome off-road machines ever produced. The Land Rover Defender. The Defender has only ever been sold in the USA a few times and they are especially hard to find with a diesel engine. This one is a full blown 1991 British military Defender. The current owner is the second owner. They purchased it directly from The Ministry of Defense in England. It features original body work, a rebuilt engine and new front suspension. This vehicle is bare bones to say the least but that is part of it’s charm! It has a manual top, heated seats, seat belts, diesel engine, vinyl/leatherette interior, radial tires and alloy wheels. It also has a manual transmission. About 12 months ago it received a new paint job that was done in military style brown paint and the interior is black. This one features the bed with benches that can carry passengers and would make an awesome adventure vehicle that you can take friends and family on. Don’t miss this opportunity to purchase an ultra rare and hard to come by Defender for an awesome price. Call the Houston showroom at (832) 243-6220 for more information on this vehicle. If you are viewing this on a 3rd party website then you will be able to find more pictures and an HD video by visiting www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Our showroom is open to the public and you are able to visit us 9-5 Mon-Sat at 71 Esplanade Blvd Suite 100, Houston, TX 77060.

This 1923 Ford T-Bucket is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The T bucket was made out of necessity with the supply of Model Ts dwindling hot rodders had to do something. In 1957 their call was answered by Diablo Speed shop in Northern California. With only 3 built before closing the doors one was purchased by hotrod builder Buzz Pitzen. He completed the build and credited for the first fiberglass T bucket. This example has that classic look while the attention detail really sitting this build apart. The red paint is vibrant and slick with no pinstriping it can be left alone or used an open canvas, so your guy can do his thing. The frame was painted in the same red making the transition from the 2 almost seamless. The classic chromed front end came from speedway one of the most well-known brands in the business. The engine is a small block 350 with the tunnel ram which has a set of dual quads feeding this monster the fuel it needs. The B&M; TH350 transmission easily handles the power from that small block shifting through the gears with no hesitation. Power is put to the ground courtesy of a Ford 9 inch turning those monster 33x22 tires that have been mounted on a 15 in. wheel giving it that true Hotrod look. The 4 link helps to keep the back wheels on the ground while giving this 23 T bucket a rather plush ride. If you have been wanting a T bucket that is fun to drive while having that classic look this is the bucket for you. Options on this 1923 Ford T bucket include Tilt Wheel, Vinyl Interior, and a set of Racing Wheels with Radial Tires. This 1923 Ford T-bucket is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For additional information please call our knowledgeable staff at (812)294-1555 or email us at Louisville@GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:
Now available in our DFW-Showroom is this elegant 1961 Ford Galaxie-Sunliner! The 1961 Galaxie was reskinned from the glass house down and lost the distinct look of the 1960 cars. ’61s had mini-fins and signature round Ford taillights. Ford also outsold rival Chevy in ’61; perhaps offering up to 401hp from the factory helped, as people started to once again think in terms of “performance.” The new FE 390 engine was just the ticket. That’s exactly what this one comes with, a 6.4 L – FE 390 and 3-speed on the column. In order for it to be a Sunliner, you must be able to feel the sun and that can easily be done with a flick of switch and power-top option. Another great attribute to these vehicles is just the overall space! Whether trying to take your significant other out for a night on the town or the entire family down to your local burger and malt shop, this vehicle is well suited for either. Careful with the malts& shakes though, as you wouldn’t want to damage any of the beautiful red and white candy cane interior, which is in very good shape throughout. Plenty of eye candy on this sweet ride, but some of my favorite parts without question is the iconic round Ford taillights. To me, they look like “rocket boosters” waiting to ignite and light up the road. If you’re ready to light up the road and have a few necks break as you drive by, then give us a call. To view the 1961 Ford Galaxie-Sunliner in greater detail, including 100+ HD photos and HD video, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For more information please call the Dallas Fort Worth Showroom at 817-310-9400 or email at: dallas@gatewayclassiccars.com.

Description:
This super cool 1939 Ford Coupe is for sale in our Louisville Showroom. The Hot Rodding culture explodes after WWII ended. Serviceman returned home and factories which supported the war effort were resuming their normal activities. Older vehicles that survived were now being refurbished into something that reflected more of the Individual’s personality. In some cases, it consisted of a wild pant job, sometimes an upgrade to the interior, maybe the body was altered with a chopped top or a hot new engine replaced the factory original in order to gain more performance. In many cases, all these things happened for a truly one of a kind vehicle. This ’39 Ford Coupe fits this description well. With a Chopped top, a lowered stance, chrome bumpers removed and flush mounted door handles, this old hot now has a much sleeker look. The body has been painted in a deep gloss black that accents the curves of this beautiful body. Pin Striping has been kept to a minimum, but check out the trim molding. Yup, it’s a painted graphic, and it looks pretty neat. The interior was redone in leather a while back, giving the inside a nice cozy feel when driving or riding along for Cruise Night. The ’39 Coupe has AC (some service will be needed), so cruising on a Hot Summer night you can keep cool, while looking cool. Many times when the engine is replaced with a more modern powerful unit, the brand is changed due to cost and availability of speed parts. Typically old Ford Hot Rods tend to have Chevrolet engines for this very reason. If you are a true Die Hard Blue Oval fan, then you’ll be pleasantly surprised a 351W Ford V8 under the hood. With only 2186 miles on this ’39 Ford’s current configuration, there will be plenty of memories to still be made. Options for this 1939 Ford Coupe include; Air Conditioning, Cruise Control, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Power Seats, Power Windows, Tilt Steering Wheel and Steel Wheels with Hub Caps wrapped in radial tires. This 1939 Ford Coupe can be seen, including an HD video, at www.gatewayclassiccars.com, call at 812-294-1555 or email Louisville@gatewayclassiccars.com for more information.

This awesome 1968 Ford Mustang is available at our Louisville KY showroom. The Terlingua Racing Team was named after a small community in Texas that Carrol Shelby and some close friends bought so they would have a place to go and blow off steam. Eventually Neale would draw up a logo that was placed on Shelby’s first ever GT350r right before its first race. As history has it that car would go on to win that first race and the emblem found its own place in the record books. This example is a great replica of what you would have seen racing in the SCCA Tran Am series of the day. The yellow paint is probably nicer than any of those race cars as it calls out for your attention. The stickers on the car are all classic 60’s and even has Shelby listed as social director which he actually was in Terlingua. Under the hood is a very healthy 302 that has a ton of power with a great exhaust note. Hit the button for the remote cutouts and that sweet exhaust note becomes a nasty growl. The C4 transmission handles the power nicely transferring to the 8 inch rear-end. Open the doors and a black vinyl interior is very inviting. The bucket seats are comfortable while giving you that old school feel. You will see something that never came in the original race cars and that is AC. Yes, you get the look and feel of an old school SCCA race car with the comfort of AC does it really get any better than that. If you have been wanting to get into a car that has the nostalgia racer look with some modern comfort thrown in this is the Pony for you. Options on this 1968 Ford Mustang include, AC, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, and Radial Tires. This 1968 Ford Mustang is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com.
