We are proud to present this 1998 Jaguar XK8. The Jaguar XK8 (project code X100) is a grand tourer launched by Jaguar Cars in 1996 and was the first generation of a new XK series. The XK8 was available in two-door coupé or two-door convertible body styles with the new 4.0-litre Jaguar AJ-V8 engine. The first-generation of the XK series shares its XJS-derived platform with the Aston Martin DB7, with both cars tracing their history back to an abandoned Jaguar development study in the mid-1980s known as XJ41/XJ42, which had been mooted to be known as the F-Type. The new CATS (Computer Active Technology Suspension) adaptive suspension, which was already an option on the coupé, was added to the convertible models in 1997. From 1998 onwards, all models of the XK lineup were fitted with the Servotronic II power steering. Powering this Jaguar XK8 is a 4.0 Liter V8 making 290 Horsepower @ 6100 RPM and 290 LB-FT of torque @ 4250 RPM from factory. Painted in Meteorite Silver Metallic with Warm Charcoal Leather Interior. Options on this 1998 Jaguar XK8 include: Air Conditioning, AM/FM Radio, Cassette Deck, Anti-Lock Brakes, CD Player, Cruise Control, Leather Interior, Heated Seats, Airbags, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Windows, Power Locks, Power Seats, Seat Belts, Tilt Steering Wheel, and Traction Control.

Gateway Classic Cars of Detroit is proud to present this 1967 Dodge Charger for sale. Commonly referred to as the “B-Body, which is a mid-sized automobile produced by Dodge from 1966 to 1978 and was based on the Chrysler B platform. The Dodge Charger was introduced during the 1966 model year. It featured a two-door fastback body design and a four bucket seat interior. The intermediate-sized Charger shared components with the Coronet that also used the Chrysler B platform. The 1967 model year Charger received minor changes. Outside, new fender-mounted turn signals were introduced, and this would serve as the main external identifier between a 1966 and 1967 Charger. Inside, the full-length console was eliminated to satisfy customer complaints about the difficulty for entry and exit from the back seats. It was replaced with a regular sized console. Bucket seats were standard, but a folding armrest/seat and column shifter was an option allowing three people to sit up front. This first-generation charger is powered by a 318 CID V8, paired seamlessly to its 3 Speed Automatic transmission. The exterior of this fastback Charger is in a nice white gloss complemented by the blue vinyl interior. This 1967 Dodge Charger has been kept and maintained just right with a slight upgrade of air shocks on the rear. Options on this 1967 Dodge Charger include, AM/FM Radio, CD Player, Power Steering, Drum Brakes, Seat belts, and Spare Tire. This 1967 Dodge Charger is in our Detroit Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and a Full HD video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For sale in our Tampa showroom is this sleek 1968 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible. This white on white top C3 Corvette has purple accents with one large racing stripe down the middle and two smaller purple stripes next to the large one. To complete the exterior package the black and chrome wheels accent the side pipes perfectly. The 327 V8 roars to life and spins the M20 4-speed transmission. The engine was rebuilt by the previous owner and has approximately 10,000 miles on the engine and 64,228 miles showing on the odometer. The rear end is a 3.08 gear ratio. The interior of this Corvette is black with red seats. 1968 was the first year for the C3 Corvette. The third generation Corvette, patterned after the Mako Shark II concept car, was introduced for the 1968 model year and was in production until 1982. C3 coupes featured the first use of T-top removable roof panels. It introduced monikers that were later revived, such as LT-1, ZR-1, Z07 and Collector Edition. In 1978, the Corvettes 25th anniversary was celebrated with a two-tone Silver Anniversary Edition and an Indy Pace Car replica edition of the C3. This was also the first time that a Corvette was used as a Pace Car for the Indianapolis 500. To see 100+ HD pictures and videos of this 1968 Chevrolet Corvette, please visit GatewayClassicCars.com. Up for sale in our Detroit showroom is this low mileage 2002 Chevrolet Corvette Z06. The fifth generation Corvette Z06 was introduced in 2001 and ended production in 2004 due to the introduction of the sixth generation Corvette in 2005. The Z06 package was the ultimate performance package you could buy when ordering your Corvette in 2002. With a little over 400 horsepower, you could be sure that this 2-seater will get you to 60 in a factory performance tested 3.9 seconds! This Z06 is different from others though, it has been modified to a convertible model, which you could not originally get from the factory in a Z06 model, so it truly is one of a kind! This amazing Corvette is dressed in Electron Blue Metallic with White racing stripes on the exterior, which is ready to catch attention as you rumble down your block listening to the beautiful sound of the rumbling exhaust system. The Onyx black leather shows excellent for its age and you can enjoy a nice private drive courtesy the 20% transparency window tint. The clutch feels firm and provides great resistance as your shifting through gears with the short ratio 6 speed manual transmission. Under the hood is the original 5.7 LS6 V8 that we all know and love which pumps out 405 horsepower, has just over 46,000 actual miles, and has a great powerband that gives you access to all the power whenever you crave it. This drop top coupe is equipped with many modern amenities such as Power Brakes, Power Steering, Power Windows, Power Locks, Power Seats, AM/FM CD Player and the list goes on. Description:
Gateway Classic Cars of Denver is proud to present this beautiful 1976 Pontiac Firebird Formula. The 1976 Pontiac Formula Firebird had a new appearance package that featured bold FORMULA graphics along door bottoms and rocker panels. Incorporated into a full-length, blacked-out strip, this suggestion of ferocious intent enhanced the mid-range models attraction for customers who couldnt afford a Trans Am. Pontiac made a point of promoting a Formula painted Goldenrod Yellow in its ads, with black lower-body striping. Body revisions were the most extensive in five years, led by new urethane bumpers and smaller front air inlets. Axle ratios were lowered this year to boost fuel economy -- a continuing matter of concern, even though gas shortages hadnt lasted past 1974. A rear anti-sway bar no longer went into the radial-tuned suspension. Base Firebirds adopted a new rosewood instrument-panel inlay. New Formula equipment included a steel hood with simulated airscoop, a front console, and chromed side-splitter exhaust extensions set at a jaunty angle. For the first time, a full-length front console was standard fare in the Formula. Product planners reworked the Firebird options list, adding such items as a canopy-style roof, vinyl-covered on the front half. A two-barrel 350-cid V-8 now was standard in the Formula (Turbo Hydra-Matic only), delivering 160 horsepower. The 185 horsepower, 400-cid V-8 was optional, and could drive a four-speed. Prices up to $4566 for the Firebird Formula. While many Americans were turning to subcompacts, both imported and domestic, sporty machines hadnt quite lost their allure. Chevrolet and Pontiac continued to clutch almost abandoned ponycar market to their collective corporate entities. Options on this Formula include: Power Brakes, Power Steering, Leather interior and more. Dont miss your opportunity to own a piece of Pontiac history. It can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and a HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. This 1962 Ford Galaxie 500XL Convertible is for sale ion our Louisville KY showroom. The Galaxie was Fords answer to GMs extremely popular Impala. The Galaxie 500 nameplate was added to the 59 Fairlane as a top of the line trim level in 1959. In 1960 it became its own car with its own style and engine packages. This 62 is a great example of what you would expect in 1962. The white paint is in excellent condition with the simple flick of a switch activating the power top. With the top out of the way an extremely nice stock black vinyl interior is easily exposed. With the buckets eats upfront separated by a console which houses the shifter a rare option for 62. The white paint is clean and shows extremely well with the chrome fender skirts complimenting that old school look. The trim ties in with those big chrome bumpers while black accents bring it all together. Open that long hood and one of the cleanest engine compartments I have seen is glaring back at you. The FE series 352 gets the car going down the road nicely with plenty of low end grunt to get you going. Drop that shifter into drive and let the cruise-o-matic do the rest. Shifting through all 3 gears nicely this car is meant to hit the road and cruise. If you have been wanting to get a classic 60s era drop top that runs as good as it looks this 62 Galaxie is the one for you. Options on this 1962 Ford Galaxie 500XL convertible include, AM Radio, Power Steering, Power Top, Hubcaps, and Radial Tires. Description:
Gateway Classic Cars of Denver welcomes this 1993 Jeep YJ ! This Jeep has a Clean Car Fax, there are receipts for all the recent (2018) work done to the entire vehicle totaling $23,000 (call for the Specifics) the rebuild on the Engine was done 300 miles ago and the Manual Trans was rebuilt about 1,700 miles ago. The Jeep Wrangler YJ was the first generation of Jeep Wrangler four-wheel drive small off-road vehicles, rebadging and succeeding Jeeps CJ series, produced from 1944 to 1986. The first Wrangler (internally YJ) was launched in 1986 and ran through 1995. The Jeep YJ, sold as the Wrangler in the United States, replaced the Jeep CJ line in 1986 and was built in Brampton, Ontario, Canada, until the plant closed on April 23, 1992. Production was then moved to Toledo, Ohio, using the same plant that produced the Willys Jeeps during World War II. American Motors Corporation (AMC) had designed the new Jeep to be more comfortable on-road in an attempt to attract more daily drivers.[4] It was a significantly new design with a wider track, slightly less ground clearance, more comfort and improved handling. The YJ still had leaf spring suspension similar to that of the CJ - however the springs were wider, and the first Wrangler sported trackbar suspension links and anti-roll bars for improved handling and safety, making it less easy to flip by untrained or unwary drivers.[5] Despite the new grille, the body is very similar to that of the CJ-7, and it is interchangeable with some minor modifications. The YJ also was given a larger windshield over the CJ. The YJs are easily identifiable due to the rectangular headlights and the fact that the wiper blades rest on the windshield, giving this version a distinctive look. The blades rested on the windshield due to the now wider arc of the blades to clean the larger windshield. The YJ used a 2.5 L AMC 150 I4 or optional 4.2 L AMC 258 I6 until 1990. Starting in 1991, a fuel-injected 180 hp (134 kW) 4.0 L AMC 242 variant replaced the 112 hp (84 kW) 4.2 L 258 CID straight-6. The NP207 transfer case was used only for 1987 and replaced by the NP231. The roll cage was extended in 1992 to allow for rear shoulder belts, and anti-lock brakes were added as an option the next year. An automatic transmission option for 4-cylinder Wranglers came in 1994, along with a center high-mounted brake light. Dont miss your opportunity to own a piece of real JEEP history in our Denver Showroom. It can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and a HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com.
