Description:

For sale in our Atlanta showroom is a 1977 Toyota FJ40 Land Cruiser. Toyota started production of the Land Cruiser FJ40 in 1960 and began importing them to the US in 1963. The last US bound FJ rolled off the line in 1983, making a brief comeback as a modern SUV in the US called the FJ Cruiser from 2006 to 2014. From 1963 to 1983 the FJ40 saw little change aesthetically, the only real changes were improvements in technology mechanically. The Classic FJs are as comfortable on a trail as they are on the highway because they were designed to do anything you could ever ask it to do and do it well. The FJ40 is a rugged, two-door, 4x4 vehicle with amazing off-road capabilities, and rather primitive interior treatments. This unit sports a soft top so open-air cruising is a possibility. FJs came without carpet and with vinyl upholstery, so even if youre out in the mud and in the elements, theyre easy to keep clean. This is a truck you can literally just hose out. The front sports a separated bench style seat, and the rear has jump seats which can be folded aside for more cargo space. Under the hood of this Land Cruiser youll find the rebuilt original 2F 4.2L inline 6-cylinder engine with owner stated 31,000-miles since, backed up by a 4-speed manual transmission, 4:10 gear ratio, and a 4x4 transfer case. Stout axle’s front and rear and retro off-road tires will take this thing just about anywhere you want to go. This FJ is a 3-owner vehicle, owned by the current for the last 23 years, and states he’s replaced the alternator, coil, distributor, as well as adding a header, weber carburetor, and lift kit. He has included the owner’s manual, wiring diagram, as well as a full set of tech manuals. It runs and drives great and is just begging for mud, rocks, and trails! This FJ would make a great weekend warrior or a daily driver, and will put most new 4x4s to shame off the pavement. Vintage 4x4s are in high demand, and most have rusted away to nothing. Luckily this Toyota has been well preserved and is ready for many more years of duty. To view this vehicle in greater detail including HD pictures and videos, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com. For additional information on this 1977 Toyota FJ40 Land Cruiser, email us at atlanta@gatewayclassiccars.com or call 678-894-4833. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Chicago is proud to offer an amazing 1973 Volkswagen Super Beetle. This is not your Grandmas Beetle. This little blue rocket has been completely built from the ground up. The 73 V-Dub was completely disassembled, stripped to the bare floor pan. The body was reassembled and aligned and coated in a stunning coat of metallic blue. This Bug features its original 1,600cc Dual Port Flat Four. The engine has been completely rebuilt and features tons of new goodies. It breathes in through a new Bocar one barrel carburetor, and is equipped with a Bosch coil as well as Bosch wires. The engine is dressed in chrome for a show car finish when you pop the bonnet. The exhaust is just rowdy enough and resonates the distinct VW flat four sound. Perhaps the most impressive part of the whole car is the underside. The pans are painted, and the undercarriage is a clear indicator of the time spent rebuilding this Beetle. To dress up the outside, the car now rides on 15 EMPI chrome wheels. The front end even features disc brakes to further modernize the car. The interior is rather jazzy as it lights up with blue LED lighting as soon as the door is opened. The front seats are sporty racing buckets, and the car has functional seat belts for all passengers. The list of work on this Beetle goes on and on. It has been built to be a reliable, fun to drive show car. This is a great way to enter the classic car hobby, or to expand your existing VW collection. You can see this 1973 Volkswagen Super Beetle in greater detail in our Chicago showroom or at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Please contact 708-444-4488 or chicago@gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is poised in presenting this blue 1977 Chevrolet Impala at the Milwaukee Showroom. Being primarily a spacious and heavy boat of a car packing a tired old 350 cubic inch V8 under the hood, these era Impalas were typically looked at as being slow and comfortable. This Chevy features a 383 cubic inch stroker small block crate engine made by GM putting out a healthy 450 horsepower, so right up front, this car defies the logic of its own appearance. Behind this beast of an engine, there is a 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission going out to a Strange Engineering 9 inch Ford rear axle with a limited slip differential sporting 3:55 gear ratio via a new Quarter Master driveshaft. This beast of a motor also exhales through a set of long tube headers that go out to a set of Magnaflow XL 3 chamber mufflers that keep this car extremely quiet, up until the point that you hit the button to open the Quick Time exhaust cutouts to let every horsepower in this engine scream a fierce tune. Just because this car is setup to be a powerful muscle car in disguise, doesnt mean that it wouldnt carry some features to make riding in this thing easy. These features include air conditioning, AM radio, power brakes, and power steering. So whether youre looking for a calm cruise or your looking to turn heads as soon as you let them horses ring, this car is calling to you and is available today! This 1977 Chevrolet Impala is available at our Milwaukee Showroom at Gateway Classic Cars and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com which includes 100+ HD photos and HD video. Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is excited to offer this 1973 Plymouth Duster. The Duster coupe provided the compact-sized Plymouth Valiant with a sporty body style that was positioned to compete with Fords slightly smaller semi fastback Maverick compact car and the AMC Hornet that were both also introduced in 1970, and the slightly larger semi-fastback Chevrolet Nova whose design was introduced in 1968. While the Maverick and Nova were offered in a 4-door sedan body style, the Duster nameplate was used only for the 2-door coupe. The Duster logo still remains one of the most recognizable automobile logos in history. Description:

*MORE PICTURES AND VIDEO COMING SOON* Gateway Classic Cars of Denver is proud to offer this RARE 1991 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 1LE! By 1991 the 1LE was becoming quite well known not only in the racing car circuit but by the general public as well. Even GM got into the act with several marketing campaigns promoting the benefits of the 1LE option package. To get a 1LE you had to be somewhat knowledgable about the program to start with. Walking into your local Chevrolet dealer and asking the salesman on duty about it usually got a blank stare. The process of ordering a 1LE was not simple. You had to first order the G92 Performance Axle option. Next you either ordered the B2L 350ci V8 with automatic transmisson or the LB9 305ci V8 with 5 speed manual transmission. The B2L 350 had 245HP and 345 ft/lbs of torque with a 3.23 rear end gearing and the LB9 came with 230HP and 300 ft/lbs of torque with a 3.42 rear end. The G92 package included the engine oil cooler, four wheel disc brakes, dual converter exhausts, P245/50ZR16 Goodyear Eagle tires, a 145mph speedometer and 5,500rpm tachometer. In order to trigger the magical 1LE package you had to make sure that you did not opt for air conditioning. If no air conditioning was ordered the 1LE came to life. This is where the excitement starts. You didnt just get 4 wheel disc brakes but much larger brakes adapted from the Corvette with larger (11.86) fronts and special dual piston aluminum calipers. To save weight and mass, a special aluminum driveshaft was installed along with specific front and rear shock absorbers. A special swinging fuel pickup was installed in the gas tank to prevent fuel starvation during hard cornering and a special 18 gallon baffled fuel tank allowing fuel pickup right down to the .5 gallon reserve. Fog lamps were deleted to allow better air flow to the engine compartment and T-Tops could not be ordered. An aluminum spare wheel was added and the standard heater was installed to provide weight savings and better air flow to the radiator. To sweeten the deal the current owner has added a Hurst shifter, replaced the anemic 305cid with a 400cid powerplant Edelbrock exhaust and Lingenfelter upgrades to the engine. If you are looking for a SUPER RARE 3rd Generation Camaro, look no further! For additional information please call our sales staff at (303) 872-4722 or email us at Denver@GatewayClassicCars.com.
