Description:

Now available in our DFW-Showroom is this splendid 1950 MG TD. MGs TC roadster sold well initially and proved American demand for an English sports car, but the cars right-hand-drive configuration and 1930s specifications meant it was ripe for a redesign by 1950. In response, Syd Enever and Alec Hounslow took two weeks in 1949 to strip a four-seat Y-Type Tourer and shorten the chassis five inches. Just like that, the MG TD roadster was born. The TD also carried a few modifications aimed at the U.S. market. Specifically, left-hand drive was offered, along with rack-and-pinion steering, smaller, 15-inch steel disc wheels (no wire wheels were offered), and larger bumpers. In turn, the car was wider and 200 pounds heavier than the TC. Keeping with its predecessor, the TDs weather protection was minimal. This MG TD was fully restored in 2009 by K&C Seippel, (marked by the brass plaque on the firewall). After that, the fuel tank was cleaned and sealed around 2012. It also received a new coil and master cylinder in 2012. This vehicle has won multiple awards at different car-shows over the years and even have the plaques in the glove-box to prove it. This unique ride certainly stands out in a crowd and is a great conversation starter, dont let this opportunity pass you by. To view this vehicle in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and videos, visit our website at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. For additional information on this 1950 MG TD, email us at dallas@gatewayclassiccars.com or call 817-310-9400.

Description:

This 1967 Ford F250 is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The F250 was Fords workhorse of the bunch. Built for the working class and used primarily as work/fleet vehicles there are not of these 5th generation 3/4 ton trucks left. This example is a 2-owner truck with most of its life spent on a farm seeing much of its life hauling and running around that very place. With a mere 32000 miles showing on the odmeter it is bealived to be original to the truck.Bought in 2000 from that same farmer the truck needed some love but still ran great with the original 352 engine and 4-speed transmission in proper running condition. The decision was made shortly after that to bring this truck back to its original glory. Disassembled and separated from the frame with the actual cab was tossed for a new one. The hood was also exchanged for a new one ensuring any rust issues were solved. The last piece of the puzzle was the bed which wound up having to be scrapped as well with a new one taking its place. The decision was then made to go back with the original color giving the truck that factory look. The wood bed not only looks great and is something you wont see on a new truck anytime soon. With all new glass and seals installed the exterior of the truck was really coming together. The bumpers and trim were installed giving the truck that straight from the factory look. Open the door and the dark red cloth bench seat not only looks great but is quite comfortable. The under-dash AC is a nice option for this F250 keeping you nice and cool and those hot summer days. The seller has enjoyed the fruit of his labors for the past 8 years and is now ready to let some other lucky person enjoy this one of a kind F250. Options on this frame off restored 1967 Ford F250 include, AC, AM/FM/Cassette, Power Steering, Cloth Interior, and Radial Tires. Description:

This beautiful red 1964 Dodge 440 hardtop sedan is in our Louisville KY showroom. The 64 Dodge line up was all new with a revolutionary construct ion technique that would take over the industry. Unibody construction which is commonly used on todays cars was first used in 1962. Instead having a body on frame design the body of the car would be used a structural piece allowing makers to save weight and time. Thy would then use a subframe to put the engine and suspension components on. Although Chrysler took credit for this advancement een though Desoto had been using this same technique for years. This 440 car has been verified by the vin to be an original real deal 440 although when restored some of the trim pieces that came on a 440 are missing. The red painted wheels are a great touch and really add to what these cars were originally built for which is going fast. The 44 under the hood is a great running engine with a small cam in it giving it that great sound at idle. Give it some gas and the big block comes to life. Backing up all that power is a 727 torn flite that is controlled by a floor mounted Hurst shifter. With slicks on the back this 440 Mopar will hook and go. The interior in the car is very well done with full black carpet and a new bench seat upfront this thing is extremely comfortable. Options on this vehicle dodge 440 include, cloth interior, Bias ply tires, Racing slicks, Power Steering, Power Brakes. Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is honored to have such a head turner listed for sale. Picture this 1964 Cadillac Deville Convertible in front of your business as advertising or being its new owner and taking it to car shows to win many best of show awards. This car has been in the same owners garage for the last 15 plus years and has had a lot invested into keeping it looking and driving nicely. Repainted in a PPG Pink Peral with a new white automatic convertible top this Cadillacs exterior curb appeal is top notch. The newer white wall tires and Cadillac hub cabs simply add to the 60s style. Chrome bumpers, molding on the sides and hood, and around the glass is all in great shape. The headlights and taillights are complete and not missing or broken. When you hop into this appealing two door convertible the first thing you notice is the white vinyl interior is wrapped in pink piping. There is also a hidden cassette player in the glovebox. The dash is two toned white and black with a column shifter for the automatic transmission. The interior and exterior of this car is what really make it different from others in the market. When you find the hidden latch and pop open the hood of this truly beautiful car, you are blown away by the Cadillac engine still powering it. The 64 Deville engine was bumped to 429 cu in (7 l), with 340 hp available. Performance gains from the new engine showed best in the lower range, at 20 to 50 mph traffic driving speeds. A new technical feature was the Turbo-Hydramatic 4 speed transmission, also used in the Eldorado and the Sixty Special. A DeVille script above the lower belt molding was continued as an identifier. This was the first year for the DeVille convertible. DeVille sales reached 110,379 units, accounting for nearly two thirds of all Cadillacs sold. Many upgrades have been done under the hood and body of this Deville. The brakes, shocks, springs, and front end have all been replaced to ensure a safe and comfortable drive. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to offer a beautiful 1958 Ford Thunderbird. 58 was a new body style for the Thunderbird and they really changed things up. The 58 Thunderbirds, as well as the 58 Lincolns, were Fords first unibody construction vehicles, which was cutting edge at the time. In addition to changing the construction, Ford also made the Thunderbird quite a bit larger than the previous generation to accommodate the addition of back seats. Though some T-Bird enthusiasts were disappointed to see them ditch the two-seat layout, the market seemed to like it. Ford sold two times as many Thunderbirds in 1958 as the previous year. This T-Bird is just the right color. It is a proto-type paint design that features a bright red and white exterior with matching the red and white vinyl interior. Under the hood of this beauty is a 352 CID V8 which has plenty of power to propel this rolling piece of art down the highway with 300 horsepower, dual exhaust. The 3-speed automatic transmission shifts beautifully. This T-Bird is number matching. The things that have been replaced include: the fuel pump, heater core, distributor cap, spark plugs, wires, the front end has been rebuilt, front shocks, power steering pump, hoses, white wall Coker tires, rebuilt drive shifter, coolant surge tank, new battery, generator and Holley carburetor. Whether youre a Thunderbird enthusiast, or just want a stylish ride to cruise around town, this Square Bird is a great choice. Options include AM Radio, Hub Caps, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Power Windows, Vinyl Interior, Wide White Walls, and Radial Tires. This 11th generation Thunderbird was built on the same platform as the Lincoln LS and Jaguar S-Type. It also shared an instrument panel, steering wheel, and other trim pieces with the Lincoln LS. The engine was mated to Fords 5R55N 5-speed automatic transmission. This particular 2002 Ford Thunderbird is just what you have been looking for. It only has 39,800 odometer miles and exterior body doesnt have any scratches, dents, or imperfections. The chromes wheels have not been damaged by curbside parking. One of the most attractive features about the 11th generation Thunderbird is the round rear window (blind spot issues aside). The removeable hardtop on this Thunderbird is in impeccable condition. The interior condition matches the appearance of low usage that the exterior has. The leather seats do not show any excessive wear, the dash looks great, all the gauges and instruments function as new, and there are no noticeable scratches, tears or odors. This 20th Anniversary Pace Car edition is #56 of only 1,555 produced and argued to be the most powerful and refined Firebird. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Denver welcomes this 1957 Chevrolet Bell Air! Chevrolet, colloquially referred to as Chevy and formally the Chevrolet Division of General Motors Company, is an American automobile division of the American manufacturer General Motors (GM). Louis Chevrolet and ousted General Motors founder William C. Durant started the company on November 3, 1911[2] as the Chevrolet Motor Car Company. Durant used the Chevrolet Motor Car Company to acquire a controlling stake in General Motors with a reverse merger occurring on May 2, 1918 and propelled himself back to the GM presidency. After Durants second ousting in 1919, Alfred Sloan, with his maxim a car for every purse and purpose, would pick the Chevrolet brand to become the volume leader in the General Motors family, selling mainstream vehicles to compete with Henry Fords Model T in 1919 and overtaking Ford as the best-selling car in the United States by 1929 The Chevrolet bowtie logo was introduced by company co-founder William C. Durant in late 1913. According to an official company publication titled The Chevrolet Story of 1961, the logo originated in Durants imagination when, as a world traveler in 1908, he saw the pattern marching off into infinity as a design on wallpaper in a French hotel. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to present this absolutely gorgeous 1989 Pontiac Firebird Trans AM. If youre a Trans Am enthusiast, the 1989 Turbo Trans Am pace car really is the one to own, this is 20th Anniversary Turbo Indianapolis 500 Pace Car edition #841 of only 1,555 built Its still the fastest-accelerating T/A ever built, 89,412 original miles, is one of the cleanest, most documented examples available. This might be the most subtle GM pace car ever, but what it lacked in graphics it more than made up for in horsepower. The third-generation F-bodies were pretty good-looking cars, particularly the Trans Am, and all the unique styling aspects are extremely well-preserved given the tendency for the plastic trim to crack. The paint is as good as you could expect on the showroom floor, thanks to a lifetime as a cherished collectors item, and this is one of the few that proudly wears its original pace car decals. Functional vents on the hood and a subtle TURBO badge on the front fenders are your only tip-off that this is a special car. A tan leather interior was actually an optional upgrade on these cars, which came with the tan cloth as standard equipment. The deeply bolstered buckets are still incredibly comfortable even after 25 years and show minimal wear. The leather interior and T-tops were the only options, so things like power windows and locks, A/C, cruise control, and a powerful AM/FM/cassette stereo were all standard. Although the steering wheel and factory radio were replaced, we do have the original to be sold with the car. The trunk is like new and outfitted with original bags for the T-tops, because this car has every available option. The real reason these cars are special is under the hood: Buicks stunning 3.8-liter turbocharged V6. Pontiac rated it at 250 horsepower to keep from stepping on Corvettes toes, but the GM factory dyno rang up 301 horsepower on a pretty consistent basis. And as insanely easy as the turbo engine is to modify, this one remains completely stock and nicely preserved. A 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission and 1LE brake and WS6 handling package make this a formidable car even when the roads start to twist, neatly remedying the Buick GNs lone Achilles heel. You want a fast F-body, they dont come much better than this and the turbo V6 engine offers almost unlimited potential. This one is completely stock and incredibly original, right down to the gold mesh-style alloy wheels. The owner has had a lot of work done to this car such as new shocks, subframe connectors, new carpet throughout the car, new sound deadener (dynamat), new correct AC compressor and R134A conversion, 4 wheel alignment, new Delco radio with mp3 player, new fiberglass rear wing spoiler, power antenna replaced, new hood liner, new headlight motors, new motor mounts, new transmission, new torque converter, new spark plugs wires, new rear hatch motor, new leather steering wheel, shifter, E-break handle new fuel pump, exhaust, fuel injectors and so much more. We have receipts for all the work done with a Carfax and much more information in a detailed book that goes with the car. This is a really well documented and maintained vehicle. This 1989 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am is for sale in our Orlando Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com.
