Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Philadelphia is presenting a Thornton Auto Body Restored 1970 Oldsmobile 442 Convertible. If you never heard of them do a little research. Their cars have a history of doing very well. This 442 has been owned by the current owner since 1996. This numbers matching(engine and transmission) car is one of 2,933 convertibles built in 1970. The owner tells us that he has the build sheet. It is sequence number 21 from the Linden plant making it one of the early 442s built that year. This 442 is equipped with a 455 CI engine and a 400 Turbo hydra-matic transmission. The rear is a 3:23 Posi unit. Thornton muscle cars of Pennsylvania did a frame off nuts and bolt restoration on this car. The paint work on this car is some of the best that I have ever seen. The color is Agean Aq,ua only available for one year as a special order it is both unique and beautiful. The paint on this car is so deep and crystal clear. Like the Caribbean. This 442 also features Power steering and brakes, power top, air conditioning, AM FM stereo and an 8 track player. The interior, which looks like it is brand new, features Strato bucket seats, and a console with “Hurst Dual gate shifter. It also includes a rally pack, sport mirrors and a sport wheel along with inside hood release and tinted glass. A forced induction Ram Air Hood gives the car an aggressive look. Goodyear G 70 raised white letter polyglass tires on Super Stock II wheels complete the package and look fantastic on this Oldsmobile 442. This car has been a first place award winner at the Oldsmobile nationals, and won other awards as well including 2 times Senior Grand National Champion. New sheet metal parts include; Core support, grille, hood, windshield frame, fenders, doors, tailgate, and hard top hatch. Gray leather interior with matching door panels, power windows and door locks finish the inside. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is happy to present this fully restored 1953 Willys 2-door Sedan for sale right now in our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix. This build is a throwback to the days of drag racing- when legends like “Bullet Bob Reid and “Fast Freddie Wagenhals were just starting out they would pick up a cheap car and make it into a race winner. This 1953 Willys was Wagenhals first high school car, that Bob helped him build in Marion Ohio back in 1959 and subsequently the car that got his racing career started. Today it is a well-oiled machine that has been lovingly restored several times to add stronger, faster components and a more lavish interior. This gasser has a supercharged 383 CID V8 under the hood tied to a 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission with a Lokar shifter located on the floor. This thing is all about maximum power and noise- headers and a custom aluminum radiator with everything in the engine bay chromed out make this 53 Willys one for the car show scene as well as the drag strip. On the outside, Fred and Bob did their best to preserve the heritage of the car while also giving it a modern vibe. Chrome badging and bumpers along with custom wheels and radial tires accompanying the white exterior paintjob keep this one classy yet simple. Inside, red vinyl and carpet with a custom dashboard and aftermarket gauges make this 53 Willys a nice place to sit. Heres your chance to own a piece of history! Think of all the man hours and memories made in this car and imagine what you could do with it to continue its story… Give our helpful and knowledgeable Sales staff a call at (623) 900-4884 for more information or email us at scottsdale@gatewayclassiccars.com to get any other questions answered. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Las Vegas is pleased to offer for consideration a 1956 Chevrolet Cameo in a two tone Creme White and Creme Yellow two-tone finish. The Cameo truck was a new idea introduced in 1955-1958 and offered more luxury and style and changed what a pickup could be. It incorporated newly designed fiberglass outer side bed panels along with chrome and fiberglass bumpers. This 1956 3100 Cameo pickup example has had a restoration. It is powered by 350ci V8 producing 475 hp and is mated to a 700 R transmission all running to a C-4 rear end. This Cameo rides on Crager 5 spoke chrome rims with 255 50 R17 rubber on the rear and 225 55ZR 17 rubbers in the front. The cabin is finished in a two-tone creme white and creme yellow dash with a modern / retro look six-gauge display for vital input on under hood operations. The bench seat is a beige synthetic with light brown fabric surfaces that match beautifully to the fabric door panels and brown carpet under feet. There are power windows and a retro looking AM/FM head unit with Bluetooth for the proper sounds as you roll along in this beautiful well powered time machine. The exterior finish flows over the body from hood to folding tailgate and is set off nicely with the shiny chrome that harks back to an iconic 1950s truck design. The Cameo design was a huge success for Chevrolet when it entered the market and brought the work a day pickup into a pickup that not only could do the work but looked beautiful while doing it. These trucks are becoming rarer as the days pass and if your thoughts go back to a better time and long to experience those days again then this is the Cameo for you. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Nashville is proud to digitally present to you this Plum Crazy Purple 1970 Dodge Challenger T/A. Introduced in fall of 69; for the 1970 Model year, the Challenger was one of two Chrysler E-body cars, the other being the slightly smaller Plymouth Barracuda. Positioned to compete against the Mercury cougar and Pontiac Firebird in the upper end of the pony car market segment, it was a rather late response to the Ford Mustang, which debuted in April of 64. Even so, Chrysler intended the new Challenger as the most potent pony car ever, and like the less expensive Barracuda, it was available in a staggering number of trim and option levels, with virtually every engine in Chryslers Inventory. The Challengers longer wheelbase, larger dimensions and more luxurious interior were prompted by the launch of the 1967 Mercury Cougar, likewise a bigger, more luxurious and more expensive pony car aimed at affluent young American buyers. This sweet example of a 1970 Dodge Challenger T/A sports a healthy 340CI V8 motor toped by a triple two-barrel carb six pack intake setup mated to that tough 727 3 speed automatic transmission and a 3:23 sure grip rear end. This plum crazy purple pavement eater is not something to be messed with! This Challenger is coated in that beautiful Mopar Plum Crazy Purple paint with a factory black vinyl top and matching black vinyl interior. This vehicle has gone under an extensive restoration and has been in the owners collection for over 15 years. This vehicle features the following options: AM/FM radio, Spare tire, jack, hub caps, power brakes, power steering, seat belts, vinyl interior, radial tires, rally wheels, positive tractions.
