Description:

We are proud to offer this 2001 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 in our Saint Louis showroom! It is a well-cared for example with some tasteful touches. BACKGROUND: The Corvette model is one that needs very little introduction in car circles. Corvettes are known for speed and performance throughout the industry. Chevrolet has stayed true to this throughout the years and they always have that next level option for even more go! The Z06 package first debuted from Chevrolet in the famous 1963 C2 Corvette. It began as a performance package geared towards clients who may want to take their new car to the track. The Z06 moniker was not seen again until 2001. Finally, the Z06 emblem resurfaces on this 2001 Chevrolet Corvette for the first time in 38 years on this C5 Corvette. As always it delivers even more performance above and beyond the baseline Corvette. We get the LS6 engine for the Z06 model pushing the power output to 385HP! Exhaling from the LS6 we have Dynatech SUPERMAXX headers leading into a beautifully tuned Borla quad exhaust guaranteeing smiles and excitement. On the inside of the 2001 Corvette we have a Hurst shifter, and cameras on the front and rear of the car feed to the rearview mirror. We have LED lighting under the dash, in the engine bay, underneath the car, and Corvette puddle lights to finish off the light show. To protect from rock chips there is a clear bra film fixed to the front of the car. In front of the rear wheels are air vents to force cool air onto the rear calipers. We also have the C6 Z06 wheels for a more modern feel. Look no further, this car is waiting to provide its next owner with many years of smiles and enjoyment.

Description:

We are super-thrilled offer for sale this eye-catching 1962 Ford Galaxie 500 Sunliner (convertible) in our Saint Louis Showroom of Gateway Classic Cars. The next owner of this beauty will be fortunate enough to inherit the REO Speedwagon 8-Track cassette tape that you can see sticking out of the player. BACKGROUND: The Ford Galaxie is a full-sized car that was built in the United States of America by Ford for model years 1959 through to 1974. The name was used for the top models in Fords full-size range from 1958 until 1961, in a marketing attempt to appeal to the excitement surrounding the Space Race. For 1962, all full-size Fords wore the Galaxie badge, with 500 and 500/XL denoting the higher series. Ford stated in its sales literature that XL stood for Xtra Lively. In 1962 the new top-line Galaxie 500 (two-door sedan and hardtop, four-door sedan and hardtop, and Sunliner convertible) models offered plusher interiors, more chrome trim outside, and a few additional luxury items over and above what was standard on the plainer Galaxie models. (source: Wikipedia) This particular 1962 Ford Galaxie 500 Sunliner is now on its third owner and has been in the same family for a significant amount of time. By appearances and testimony, this Galaxie looks to be an original survivor with a number-matching engine and transmission that has never been rebuilt. So, you are looking at something unique and valuable here. One of the things to get very excited about with this 1962 Ford Galaxie 500 Sunliner is how well maintained the interior condition is. The seats and inside door panels have all been tightly fitted with plastic to protect them from wear and damage. The dash is in great shape and does not show any fading or wear. With exception to the temp gauge, all the other gauges show well and function appropriately. As you can witness in the video, the convertible top opens and closes smooth and tight. The exterior body is in good condition. Upon our inspection we didnt notice any disqualifying damage or corrosive rust. The chrome trim is still in good condition, as well as the red body paint; albeit, showing swirls from years of buffing. In short, you have every reason to inquire further about this 1962 Ford Galaxie 500 Sunliner by viewing it in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video of the car running and driving at our website - http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For even more information, please call 618-271-3000 or email STL@GatewayClassicCars.com to speak with one of our knowledgeable sales consultants.

Description:

Now for sale in our Houston Showroom is this great-looking, numbers-matching, low mileage 1955 Pontiac Chieftain. Covered in a two-tone paint scheme in brilliant blue metallic and white, and sporting a subdued custom pinstriping outside and in, its one good looking car. The interior and trunk areas look great, with few signs that this car is 62 years old. Its exterior color scheme is carried over very naturally from its exterior, with the metal surfaces bathed in the same colors as the exterior, and the soft surfaces are done in very well matched shades of blue and white vinyl. With only 37379 original miles on the odometer, this car has plenty of life left on its all-original drivetrain. The Pontiac Chieftain is an automobile which was produced by Pontiac from 1949 to 1958. The 1949 Chieftain and Streamliner models were the first all new car designs to come from Pontiac in the post World War II years. Previous cars had been 1942 models with minor revisions. The 1955 model Chieftains featured completely new chassis, body and engine. The engine was the biggest news as this was Pontiacs first V8. The 287 CID engine made 173 or 180 HP at 4400 rpm depending on which version was ordered (the difference was compression ratio-based). A 6-cylinder engine was no longer offered. The traditional appearance five-chrome strips running down the hood and trunk were updated with a twin-stripe design. Speaking of chrome, the chrome on this baby shines like new, wherever you look! Additional options on this 1955 Pontiac Chieftain for sale include AM/FM/CD Player head unit, Seat Belts, Wide White Wall Radial Tires, and Vinyl Interior. Gateway Classic Cars is pleased to offer this rare British beauty, a 1969 MG C, for sale in their Indianapolis showroom. The MG C was a 2.9L I6 that was only built from 1967-1969 with only a handful ever produced. The 2.9L I6 originally developed 145 bhp and had the ability to reach 120 mph. This MG C has been in the capable hands of its current owner for the past 23 years, and has been well cared for, receiving proper maintenance and attention. It has been regularly driven and enjoyed but is now looking for a new owner. This is your chance to own a unique piece of British automotive heritage. The top works great, and the rear window is clear and pliable. The car has a working factory am/fm radio, vinyl interior, wire wheels with a knock off hammer, spare tire, jack, seat belts, and passenger side mounted rearview mirror. Painted in British Racing Green, this little MG couldn’t be any more English. Description:

For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 1973 Chevrolet Camaro Split Bumper. Most will agree that the 73 is the last of the greats for the Camaro as 1974 would see body changes and drops in horsepower. This beauty is painted in a great shade of Red and has the classic combination of a black vinyl interior. Power comes from a mild 350 small block that sends power to a TH-350 automatic transmission and back to a 10 Bolt rear end housing 3.08:1 highway gears. Equipment is just right with Air Conditioning, Power brakes, Power steering and a stereo with CD plyer. The 350 has around 500 miles on it since a professional rebuild. The transmission was also rebuilt and has a mild shift kit. When considering a Camaro of this era, in almost all cases, youre going to prefer a Split Bumper car. This one looks great riding on a set of chrome rally wheels that are wrapped in radial rubber. The car has been frame on restored. The undercarriage still looks original and is not covered in heavy undercoating to hide anything. It sure looks solid and is ready for someone to take it to the next level or enjoy it as is and still be a very proud owner. The odometer shows 72,599. It is marked as unknown mileage due to no supporting paperwork, however we cant imagine that this one has rolled over. It is just too solid for that and wouldnt look nearly as nice as it does today. For more information on this 1973 Split Bumper Camaro, call 618-271-3000 or stop by our St. Louis showroom. To view HD photos and video, visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com

Description:

This 1966 Dodge Coronet convertible is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The Cornet was released in the 49 lines up as MOPAr5’s first postwar body style. It would go through many different renditions throughout its 30+ years but the most memorable has to be the 5th generation line up. This example was a frame off restoration with a build book that documents the progress. Taken down to bare metal and starting from there it was painted back to its original color. The convertible top was redone as well with the black vinyl still being in excellent condition. Hit the button and watch as the she folds down exposing that beautiful blue sky Under the hood is the original numbers matching 318 which was rebuilt during the build as well. The 727 had the same attention shown, gone through and built back to factory spec. The interior in the car was redone at the same time with the bench being covered in black vinyl which shows great on this car. The factory AC is a great touch and an option rarely seen on Mopar’s especially convertibles. The original hubcaps are a great touch and give it that original look with the newer style radial tires giving it a better feel of the road. If you have been wanting a droptop MOPAR that is original but won’t break the bank this Coronet is a great candidate. Options on this AC, AM Radio, Power Top, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Vinyl Interior, Hubcaps and Radial Tires. This 1966 Dodge Coronet Convertible is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

For sale in our St. Louis showroom is a 2-owner, super low mile 1973 Ford Mustang Convertible. The last year of the first-generation Mustang, 1973, saw several styling changes for the iconic pony car. The front bumper was enlarged to meet new NHTSA standards and was now urethane. The sport lamps were turned into turn signals since the new bumper covered the old turn signal location. A person could also order Mach 1 decals as part of the Exterior Decor Group option. This Mustang has been owned by the same individual for the last 20 years. He received it from his neighbor as a gift! I wish I had a neighbor like that. Powering this 73 Mustang is a 351 CID V8 engine, and a 3-speed automatic transmission transfers the power to the pavement. The engine and transmission are both believed to be original to the car. The odometer reads 32,486, which is believed to be the actual mileage on the car. Options for this 1973 Ford Mustang Convertible include: Air Conditioning, AM/FM Radio, Automatic Convertible Top, Hub Caps, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, and Radial Tires. The red exterior paint was resprayed and looks great. The white vinyl interior is also in good condition and provides a great color combo with the red exterior. Classic hub caps adorn all four tires and provide a great look for this pony convertible. This is a great example of an early 70’s Mustang convertible in great color combination with very low miles.
