Description:

For sale in our Atlanta showroom is a fantastic 1971 Pontiac Firebird Formula. This 1971 Pontiac Firebird formula 455 H.O., 4 speed, with original Frigidaire Factory Air Conditioning is Exceptionally Rare! Extensive research of available documentation establishes almost 80 (eighty) similarly equipped Pontiac Firebird Formulas were manufactured in 1971. Using the US Department of Transportations scrappage rate of 6.3% (attrition), for gasoline vehicles in this weight class, less than 4 of these vehicles remain in the world! Its entirely possible this is the only one with original parts, or it could be the last ONE altogether! This gem is for the unique individual that desires something truly extraordinary. A solidly documented, nut & bolt Frame-off/Rotisserie authentic restoration was completed to this Numbers Matching Formula in 2010. The fit and finish is a much higher standard than when the 455 H.O. was new. The car looks beautiful and with its Muncie 4 speed (Rock Crusher) and Rochester Quadra-Jet 4 BBL carburetor it runs better than it looks! The car runs like it was new. (The present owner knows it runs like new because he owned a brown 1971 Pontiac Firebird Formula 455 H.O, 4 speed, with Factory Air in 1971). All components of the car operate, including the original Frigidaire Factory Air Conditioning. The Original Window Sticker and keys are included. This car is AMAZING! This Formula retains original sheet metal, original numbers-matching driveline, and much factory original documentation from Day One. Purchased new on April 19, 1971 from Von Schledorn Pontiac in Menomonee Falls Wisconsin, this Formula has had only two previous owners. (Protect-O-Plate included). Its finished in its factory original color, Laurentian Green (Code M - 1971 color swatches included) with Saddle color Bucket Seats (Code 213). The Laurentian Green paint is buffed & polished to a mirror-like shine. All chrome & original stainless trim is in show quality condition. You can walk around this Formula and not find a bad angle. The authentic restoration on this car is wonderful. The undercarriage is show-ready. The stock Rally 2 steel Wheels and rocker moldings are original. 1971 was the year Pontiacs 455 H.O. engine achieved 480 Foot Pounds of torque. A desirable quality of the 455 H.O. engines was the Select Fit process during line assembly of the engines. This allowed for closer tolerances resulting in a nearly blueprinted engine - direct from the factory. (Torque dropped to 415 ft. lbs. in 1972). This dual exhaust splendor includes a “Hurst shifter, front fender extractors, an Endura bumper, side door guard beams, a 160 mph speedometer, and 8000 RPM tachometer. Original factory options include: C60 - Frigidaire Factory Air Conditioning. LS5 - 455 H.O. engine with Rochester Quadra-Jet 4 BBL carburetor. M-22 - Muncie Rock-Crusher 4 speed HD Close ratio transmission and 3.42 Sure Grip Rear Differential N41 - Variable Ratio Power Steering. J50 - Power Brakes. Y99 - Handling Package. NK3 - Formula Steering Wheel. C50 - Rear Window Defogger. U58 - AM-FM Stereo Radio. U30 - Rally Gauge Cluster Clock & Tachometer. D55 - Center Console. AK1 - Custom Seat Belts with Shoulder Harnesses. A01 - Soft Ray tinted glass all windows. B80 - Roof Drip Scalp Moldings. B96 - Moldings Wheel Openings. W54 - Custom Trim, includes Trunk Mat, Rear Quarter ash trays, Door handle inserts, Roof Panel Insulation. This unique treasure is an excellent investment grade American Muscle Car. Its condition and rarity will certainly continue to increase its value. Considering its utmost rarity, authenticated originality, all numbers-matching driveline, no-expense spared rotisserie restoration, and massive amount of original documentation, it will be impossible to find a more perfect example of a 1971 Pontiac Formula 455 H.O., with Factory Air Conditioning, and Muncie 4 speed, anywhere At Any Price To see more of this 1971 Pontiac Firebird Formula for sale in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures with a video visit us at Atlanta@gatewayclassiccars.com or call us today at 678-894-4833. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is humbled to offer what must surely be one of the most breathtaking big window 1956 Ford F100s in existence. With a build cost of over $320,000 and over $75,000 in body and custom paint work alone, it is completely clear that no expense was spared during the assembly of this masterpiece. The truck was originally built for renowned Hollywood Producer James Brubaker, who was integral to blockbuster hits such as Bruce Almighty (2003), The Nutty Professor (1996) and Cobra (1986) before finding its way to the current owner who has taken this breathtaking truck to the next level. It is literally a running, driving work of art. This 1956 Ford F100 is unashamedly the center of attention in its exceptional House of Color Ultra Orange Pearl with Egyptian Gold Pearl flames. The paint and body work were completed by Hog Wild Creations in Oxnard, California and prior to the paint the team there shaved the F100s driprails, removed its door handles added a one-off sculpted exterior cab visor and extended the rear fenders and running boards that envelope the fenders. The forward-tilting hood and custom tailgate were also installed. Inside the recognizable big window cabin, Jesses Interiors in Saticoy, California installed the Glide Engineering Ferrari leather seats, sculpted door panels, Mercedes-Benz tan wool carpeting and leather/suede accentuated headliner. Other notable interior options are: Vintage Air climate control, a leather-wrapped Colorado Custom steering wheel with Cruise Control and an upgraded Apple App radio audio system, Viper alarm, remote door poppers, windows and auto start controlled by a key fob. Now that weve delved into the aesthetics of the truck, a run down of the incredible engineering is in order. One of my favorite aspects of this truck is that it has the right powertrain by putting a Ford engine and transmission in a Ford. Under the hood of this 56 youll find a fully detailed and polished Ford 351 (5.8l) fuel injected motor tied to a Ford E40D 4-speed automatic transmission. The 351 features Ford Racing aluminum heads, Billet Specialties valve covers and an MSD ignition. The soundtrack is unmistakable through the thermal-coated Rewarder headers backed by Flowmaster mufflers. Make sure to look underneath this truck too as you will be met with something that looks just as good as whats visible above the asphalt. A fully chromed and polished Krugel Komponents independent front and rear suspension fitted with ShockWaves air ride technology are completely visible through the laminated safety glass pick-up bed floor. Wheels and tires on this F100 are 18 (front) and 20 (rear) Rallys from Intro Custom Wheel wrapped in brand new BF Goodrich tires and stopped with Wilwood brakes. This F100 for sale is THE showstopper at absolutely any occasion or event it graces its presence with and even better, this truck has not been on the show circuit, so we are confident its ready for you to win its fair share of Oscars. Call our helpful and knowledgeable Sales team at (623) 900-4884 for more information on this one-of-a-kind truck or alternatively send us an email inquiry at scottsdale@gatewayclassiccars.com See more at: http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/SCT/359/1956-Ford-F100

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to offer a highly unique and strikingly beautiful 1930 Graham 46. Graham-Paige was an American automobile manufacturer founded by the Graham brothers: Joseph, Robert and Ray Graham. These brothers started in manufacturing with a glass company, then graduated to manufacturing kits to turn Model Ts into trucks, and finally branched out to form an automobile manufacturer of their own in 1927. They purchased the Paige-Detroit Motor Company hence the name Graham-Paige. They initially offered several vehicles with either a 6- or 8-cylinder engine. This Graham 46 has the standard six engine which hums like a sewing machine. The history of this particular Graham is quite interesting being only a 3-owner car. That is right, only 3 owners over the past 88 years! The first owner was a Graham dealer in Carlinville, IL who parked the car in his dealer garage from 1941 until 1965. In 1965 it changed hands to the second owner, a friend of the third. The third and current steward of the vehicle purchased in 1987 with only 20,000 miles on the odometer. He began restoring the car in the mid-1990s and has done a marvelous job. The body panels are original save for the running boards, and all panels have been sand blasted, zinc chromated, primed, and painted. The result is a gorgeous blue exterior which displays the clean lines of this Graham beautifully. Since being restored, the car has been lovingly cared for an obtained very few miles since. Currently the odometer reads 20,911. This vehicle is a well-preserved piece of history. You can see this 1930 Graham 46 in greater detail in our St. Louis showroom or at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Ft. Lauderdale is proud to offer this 2017 Sand-rail. At the end of World War II, thousands of soldiers returning from the war had spent years driving Jeeps, tanks, and half-tracks with few or no roads. Having an increased disposable income, these GIs formed the original core of off-road enthusiasm. Initially, they used surplus Jeeps and cut-up cars to build their off-road vehicles. Throughout the 1950s the sport continued to develop. As the late 1960s and early 70s approached, enthusiasts saw the need for lighter and more powerful sand vehicles, easily capable of ascending steeper and higher dunes. Many started experimenting at home by building super light weight vehicle frames from metal tubing, often without a roll cage. Many were nothing more than a frame, engine, transmission, wheels and one or two seats. By placing the motor and transmission in the rear of the frame it allowed the front of the sand-rail to remain extremely light and thus able to float over the sand dunes. An added value of placing the engine in the rear of the vehicle was that heat created by the motor did not blow into the face of the driver and passengers. From the 1970s forward, sand-rail builders continued to develop the delicate balance between weight and power. Built with only the essentials for high speed off-road fun, this sand rail is powered by a Ford Focus motor mated to a 3 speed transmission. This 4 seater Sand-rail is perfect for awesome rooster tails and sling shooting off the dunes or around the beach. This rail has a cool metallic burgundy frame, with front and overhead HID lights, plus rear tail lights. Rounding everything off is the cool ‘retro spun aluminum wheels and tank. This 2017 Sand Rail is ready to roll! To view this 2017 Assembled Sand-rail in greater detail, including 100+ HD photos and HD video, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

For sale in our Dallas showroom we are proud to offer a sporty looking 1982 Chevrolet Corvette. 1982 saw the debut of the Cross-Fire Injection fuel delivery system. This TBI (Throttle Body Fuel Injection) was not the type of fuel injection installed previously in some C1 and C2 Corvettes. It utilized two throttle bodies combined with Chevrolets computer control system. The engine produced 200 hp and was mated to a new four-speed automatic transmission with torque converters bypass in the top three gears. Compared to the previous Turbo-Hydramatic 3-speed, the new 700-R4 transmission had a lower first and second gear for improved low-end acceleration, and a fourth gear overdrive that would reduce engine RPM by 30 percent at highway cruising speeds, resulting in better fuel economy. This 82 Corvette for sale looks great in White and once you step inside this sporty Vette, you sit comfortably in the Burgundy sport bucket seats. You will feel like your back in the 80s when driving this Corvette down to your is the 5.7L V8 local car show. The original engine is in amazing shape with just under 60k original miles. the original 700R4 which came with this model year is in place and works without flaws. Description:

This 1975 Chevrolet Corvette is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The 75 Corvette was the most popular model sold, by number of units at least, with right under 39000 units sold. There was only one engine size that year with two different HP ratings with the L82 model putting out a modest 205 HP. This 75 however has had a stronger 35 dropped in making it a much better performer. The yellow paint was a custom blend giving this Vette a unique look. If that isnt enough to separate you from the crowd the added graphics should do the trick. The ghosted in stripes take this paint job to the whole different level. With the exterior looking like its going 100 MPH sitting there the engine was going to need some attention. The new motor has a small cam giving it a nice lope and good mid range power. The Holley carb not only feeds the small block just the right amount of fuel but are known for being the most dependable. That great exhaust note you hear is courtesy of the full length headers connected to the dual Flowmaster mufflers giving it that classic muscle car sound. Bringing this one off custom Vette to a stop is the 4 wheel power disc brakes which have excellent stopping power. The chrome torque thrust wheels also give you more rubber on the road while maintaining that classic look. The excellent ride quality has been achieved thanks to replacing all the major suspension components. The interior is in excellent condition with it being redone in the past 6 months. The black buckets not only look great but are extremly comfortable. There are definitely other 75s on the market but not as cool or custom as this one. Options on this 1975 Chevrolet Corvette include ; AM/FM/Cassette ; T-Tops, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Telescopic Wheel, Tilt Steering, Leather Interior, and Alloy Wheels wrapped with Radial Tires. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is excited to present this 2003 Ford Mustang for sale in the Milwaukee Showroom. Sometimes when customizing a vehicle, it draws different crowds to do things outside the box and other than the norm. This Mustang truly takes the cake on that as instead of a typical build up of a V8 GT Mustang, the customizations were done to a V6 base model. This Ford features a 3.8-liter V6 under the hood which has been outfitted with a Paxton Supercharger and stainless steel headers which breathes out through a stainless Pypes exhaust system. The V6 is backed by a T5 5-speed manual transmission, giving the most exciting experience possible. The car is coated in a grey metallic color which brilliantly shows underneath a super glossy clearcoat which is accompanied by custom Shelby inspired graphics. The customizations to the exterior continue with Lambo doors, an aftermarket spoiler, chrome Torque Thrust style wheels wrapped in performance radial tires, and a racing style lower valence on the front of the car. The Mustang also features air conditioning, an aftermarket touchscreen radio with navigation, anti-lock brakes, and cruise control to make for one loaded ride. This 2003 Ford Mustang is at our Milwaukee Showroom at Gateway Classic Cars and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com which includes 100+ HD photos and HD video. To see the car in person, it can be seen at our Milwaukee Showroom located at 9949 58th Place Suite 400, Kenosha WI 53144. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is excited to feature this 1982 Chevrolet Corvette for sale right now in our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix. 1982 was the final year of the iconic C3 Corvette, which started in 1968. During that time, the automotive industry in the USA went through a transformation concerning emissions regulations and safety standards yet the appearance of the Corvette, Americas sports car, is still recognizable when putting a first year and last year C3 side by side. While this Vette is not completely factory in appearance or mechanically, it is a very attractive offering for someone looking for a unique car that has been built right and hasnt strayed too far away from its stock form. The blue exterior paint on this car was done in the last couple of years while the new red vinyl interior and carpet was installed at a similar time. Under the forward-opening hood of this 1982 Corvette is a 5.7l Throttle Body Injection “Cross Fire Injection engine tied to a 4-speed automatic transmission. The engine has been totally gone through and includes a recent service to the fuel pump and filter, IAC valves and throttle bodies- the intake system can be a gremlin as this was early days for fuel injection in American cars. In fact, I dont think Ive seen many 82 Corvettes in this kind of condition with the TBI small block Chevy. Other new (or at least lightly used) items on this ‘Vette include tires, brakes pads/rotors, weather stripping and door panels. Imagine yourself taking off the T-Tops and going for a cruise in the late night summer sun, enjoying the commanding driving experience this late-model C3 provides. Give our helpful and knowledgeable Sales staff a call at (623) 900-4884 for more information on this 1982 Chevrolet Corvette for sale. Alternatively, we will be quick to respond to any email inquiries sent to scottsdale@gatewayclassiccars.com See more at: http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/SCT/475/1982-Chevrolet-Corvette

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is excited to present this 1982 BMW 320i for sale at the Milwaukee Showroom. The 80s came as a prime time in BMWs existence in terms of establishing themselves as an iconic car brand for they already had made their stamp in terms of quality and luxury features. This 320i comes as a prime example of a car that has been babied and well preserved from the day it rolled off an assembly line. Under the reverse opening hood of this gloss black beauty lies an M10 1.8 liter 4 cylinder engine that has years of reputation as a bulletproof power plant among the older BMWs. The little 4-cylinder propels itself through a Getrag 245 based 5-speed manual transmission that also has a solidified reputation in terms of strength and reliability. The BMW comes with features that show the charm of its era while showing that it was ahead of its time like AM/FM radio with cassette, power mirrors, and a manual moonroof operated by crank. It is with no hesitation that we say that you will not find too many E21s in this prime of condition so it would be unwise to miss out on being the new owner of this one. This 1982 BMW 320i is available at our Milwaukee Showroom at Gateway Classic Cars and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com which includes 100+ HD photos and HD video. Description:

Gateway Classic cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1985 Mercury Capri McLaren Edition. 1985 Mercury Capri ASC McLaren was an experiment to see if American muscle could be polished to compete with European 2-seaters like the Mercedes SL. the legendary Ford 5.0, this is a nicely preserved example of one of the more interesting footnotes in the Mustang/Capris long, illustrious history and a downright fun car to drive. This example shows only 93,343 miles on the odometer but has only 43,000 since being completely rebuilt and gone through to ensure a wonderful driving experience for years to come. The interior is perhaps the McLarens most dramatic feature. First, the back seat is gone, replaced by a Mercedes-style package shelf thats actually pretty handy for running errands around town. The Recaro buckets are upholstered in high-grade tan leatherette and are every bit as comfortable as they look. The center console almost looks like a factory Capri piece, but is just different enough to make even experts do a double take. The rest, of course, is standard Capri fare, including the highly legible gauges and well-designed switchgear. Standard features include power windows and locks, A/C, and a fantastic AM/FM/CD stereo. Seeing as ASC specializes in convertible conversions for the OEMs, it should be no surprise that theres a snug-fitting black canvas top that stows easily under the flush-fitting rear deck and offers a very Mercedes-like rear window treatment that is surely no coincidence. Power comes from the Mustang GTs 5.0-liter V8, which made a robust 180 horsepower and 260 pounds of torque. Its legendary, so Im sure I dont need to get into the specifics, but its remarkable to see a completely stock and unmodified 5.0 that hasnt been heavily modified and raced. Everything is pretty much the way the factory intended, so it starts easily and runs beautifully and has a nice burble from the throaty dual exhaust. A 5-speed manual transmission makes for easy around-town driving and with the tall overdrive, the freshly installed 3.55 gears in a fresh 8.8-inch axle with limited slip mean that it still loafs along on the highway. One of only 460 Mclaren Capris built in 1985, this is surely one of the very best. Hailing from long-term ownership and with receipts and maintenance records, its a car you can buy with confidence. Options on this 1985 Mercury Capri McLaren include: AC, AM/FM CD, Manual Convertible top, Spare tire, Power Steering, Power locks, Jack, Power windows, tilt wheel, Seat Belts, Leather interior, And Aluminum Alloy wheels with Radial tires. This 1985 Mercury Capri McLaren is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. For additional information please call our knowledgeable staff at (812) 294-1555 or email us at louisville@GatewayClassicCars.com. This beautifully maintained Corvette still purrs just like the day she rolled off the line and has plenty of life left for long summer cruises with the roof tucked behind you under the back deck. The 4-Speed Automatic Transmission shifts smoothly and effortlessly and is strapped to a posi-traction original rear end with a highway friendly cruising gear which encourages long distance travels in your new Corvette. Description:

Our Kansas City showroom is delighted to offer this 1966 Ford Thunderbird. The Thunderbirds have always been stylish and even though it was the last year of the generation, 1966 saw a stylistic revision for the Thunderbird highlighted by a new egg-crate style grille with a large Thunderbird emblem at its center and a single-blade front bumper. The rear bumper was restyled to include new full-width taillamps. Engine choices were also revised for 1966. The standard 390 cu in (6.4 L) V8 equipped with a single four-barrel carburetor produced 315 horsepower. Newly optional and taking the top position for performance was a 345 horsepower (257 kW) 428 cu in (7.0 L) V8. The 428 cost only $86 over the base engine, and was a popular option. This Thunderbird is no exception with stylish finishing such as the Thunderbird emblem on the grill as well as the side mirrors and factory hub caps. This luxury Tudor is also faster than some sport coupes with the 428 CID engine. Additional options available on this 1966 Ford Thunderbird include: Air conditioning, AM/FM Radio, Cassette, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Power Locks, Power Seats, Power Windows, Tilt Wheel, Vinyl Interior, White Walls and Wide White Walls.
