Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is excited to feature this beautiful 1987 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS for sale right now in our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix. Monte Carlos were one of the most memorable cars from the 1980s, a decade that was largely forgettable when it came to styling and performance. This 1987 model is reminiscent of another time where body-on-frame, rear-drive 2-door V8s were the norm. Our Monte Carlo for sale, painted in Black, is in unbelievable shape and is show-ready in terms of appearance. The current owner won multiple awards with this vehicle and it has been entered in big shows such as the All GM division at Carlisle. With a 5.0l V8 under the hood and a 4bbl carburetor, this Monte Carlo SS definitely classifies as a “Muscle Car. A 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive and 3.73 gears is well-suited to the V8 and performs well on the highway too. This may be a large, heavy car but many who remember driving G-Body GM cars will recall that they handle well with minimal body roll and grip the road thanks to the wide tires. Inside, youll find 80s paradise with Maroon velour interior and options such as Air Conditioning, Power Windows/Locks, an AM/FM Radio with Cassette and Cruise Control. All the materials and surfaces on this 1987 SS have held up extremely well and look less worn than youd expect for a 32 year old car. Just throw this baby in “Drive and youre ready to hit the highway or the racetrack for some fun! Give our helpful and knowledgeable Sales staff in Scottsdale a call on this clean 1987 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS for sale right now by dialing (623) 900-4884. This 1984 Chevy C10 may look like any other well kept C10, with nice driver quality silver paint and dark tinted windows. Ever heard the term sleeper? Thats exactly what we have here. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to list this sleek 1972 Plymouth Scamp. There are two ways to build a fast car: make it powerful or make it light. Or better yet, combine the two and build a fast, agile street performer like this cool little 1972 Plymouth Scamp. With a thumping 340 under the hood and an appealing paint job, this is an extremely fun car thats also very reasonably priced. This one is the result of a project that transformed your moms grocery-getter into a sharp, pavement-twisting, and fun little compact. The bodywork is well done, and was clearly a solid, original car that needed little sheet metal fabrication. You cant miss the dual white hood scoops, tight white vinyl top, and painted to match Mopar wheels that are wrapped in Cooper Cobra tires. Jumping inside this cool little scamp youll find a nicely presented vinyl blue seats and door panels. The dash is nicely preserved with all the original gauges and just over 51k on the odometer. The current owner has enjoyed this Mopar for the last 15 years and about 4 years ago decided to rebuild the engine and transmission. While most Scamps limped along with a slant-six, this one has had new life breathed into it thanks to a 340 cubic inch V8 pulled from a Plymouth Duster. Appearing as it was factory, the matching turquoise paint on the engine block looks very vintage, and the chrome on the air cleaner and valve covers adds some flash. It was rebuilt about 3,500 miles ago with an upgraded aluminum radiator, 4-barrel carburetor on top, and even clean manifolds. A dual exhaust system peaking out the rear means it sounds as nasty as it looks but it doesnt mind traffic with a big radiator. The engine is backed by an automatic transmission that was also just rebuilt 3,500 miles ago and feeds a robust rear end that doesnt seem to mind the torque. Front-wheel disc brakes deliver reliable stops, undoubtedly assisted by power brake booster. In my opinion, the best feature on this car is the cold original AC compressor. Yes, that is correct, this 1970s R12 A/C compressor is blowing cool air! When was the last time you saw a Plymouth Scamp of any sort, let alone one built to this level? This cars awesome power-to-weight ratio makes it a blast on the road, so youve been looking for your next summer cruiser, this one deserves to be at the top of your list. Call today! To see 100+ HD pictures and videos of this 1972 Plymouth Scamp Bucket please visit GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is loving this silky-smooth German cruiser 1987 Mercedes-Benz 560SL featured in our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix. This classic Mercedes was part of the famous W107 series of Mercedes-Benz automobiles that ran from 1972 all the way to 1989 and the 560SL variant featured the biggest engine and therefore the “top-of-the-line reputation both at the time and today in collector markets. That engine is a fuel injected 5.6l V8 pushing an estimated 238hp and 287lb/ft of torque which was more than Rolls Royces were making at the time. A solid 4-speed automatic transmission gets you through the gears without a second thought once you flick this 560SL into “Drive. Aesthetically speaking, this Mercedes comes painted in a deep Charcoal Gray color that is so easy on the eye and is the perfect combination with the black convertible top and Silver leather interior/carpet. The 560SL offered an extensive list of factory conveniences such as power windows, power locks, cruise control, an upgraded AM/FM/CD stereo and air conditioning. Because this was built 1987, there are also more modern safety features than most W107s such as anti-lock brakes, a third brake light, and a driver air bag. It gets even better when you find out that this 1987 Mercedes is a 3-owner from new car and has only been driven in quite possibly the best states for preserving a vehicle: California and Arizona (Carfax available on request). The 560SL has maintained its reputation as a powerful, reliable, well-appointed, classically styled luxury automobile and if youre still reading this you must be considering purchasing this one by now! Give our educated and professional Sales staff a call at (623) 900-4884 to get more information on this 1987 Mercedes-Benz 560SL. Description:

Over $300,000 invested into this one-off custom Bel-Air and is absolutely jaw-dropping from every angle. Winning many awards from the Good Guys Columbus Builders Choice award to the NSRA Louisville Top 25 Pro Pick, this 1956 is well deserving candidate for all the attention it receives. As you approach it from a distance, it looks like just a very well done 1956 Bel-Air. However, as you get closer the subtle modifications start to jump out at you. The grill was kicked out for a more stream-lined look, hood humps from a ’57 Chevrolet were used to make the hood cowl, Porsche headlight lenses set back 1”, custom one-piece stainless roof moldings, removed vent windows from doors, and custom rear bumper notched for the twin exhaust are just a few of the cool and unique twists to this elegant Bel-Air. If you have the privilege of getting the chance to touch it, open the door using the slim Jaguar door handles and slide into the completely custom interior done by Paul Atkins using only the highest quality of materials. As you look out over the smoothed-out dash, you will be amazed at how clean and simple everything was kept in this build. Even the radio was hidden behind a door to keep any clutter out of sight. Despite the clean appearances, this car is fully functional and is a treat to drive! The 5.7L LS1 sitting under the hood comes to life with ease and a low rumble projects out the back. Slide it down into drive and the 4L60E automatic transmission does the work from there! The 350 horsepower is plenty to get this moving in a hurry and the Wilwood disc brakes bring it back to zero just as quick. As you arrive at your destination, get out, and look back at your ride; it is hard not to stop and stare. The ride height was dialed in to perfection and sits nicely on the Billet Specialty wheels. There were no corners cut on this build and is the ultimate choice for someone looking at a car that can be shown or enjoyed. No matter what the use may be, this car is a show stopper anywhere it goes! This vehicle is located in our Denver showroom. You can view this 1956 Chevrolet Bel-Air in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Denver is proud to present this 1970 Dodge Charger R/T Restomod. In the wide world of muscle cars there are a select few that can claim to be iconic, and we are privileged to be offering one of these vehicles in our showroom. In 1970 Chrysler billed the new Dodge as “The most potent pony car ever, and you would be hard pressed to prove them wrong. Our Plum Crazy Purple with a Pearl Coat Charger features the legendary Hemi 528 engine backed with the brute strength of a Torqueflite 727 transmission. There is only 738 miles on it since it was rebuilt. The rear end is DANA 60 with a 3:55 gear ratio. Attention to detail was meticulous in the restoration of this Charger R/T. Looking inside, you will find black leather seats and a solid wood dash and new gauges but with the 1970 look. This Charger is one of the last true Mopar muscle cars produced. Moving into the mid 70s, across the board you would find low rated horsepower, highly emission-controlled cars of the future. This Charger will break away from the streetlight at lightning speeds and is still great for highway cruising. If you are looking for Mopar muscle car that will not disappoint, look no further. The build quality speaks for itself. Options on this 1970 Dodge Charger Restomod are: AC, Aluminum Wheels, AM/FM Radio, 8-Track Player, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Tilt Wheel, Seat Belts, Leather Interior, Radial Tires and Posi Traction. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to present this 1957 Chevrolet 210 Custom! Some people dont believe the perfect car exists, but this Tri-Five beauty has to come close! 57 Chevys are all over the place. Here is an example of an incredibly high quality build and a car that is not all looks. These cars started life off as a family cruiser and have turned into hot rods over the years. This is not just a pretty, fast car. This is a drivers car. The suspension setup is level and rigid in the corners where you want, but still supple when you go over bumps. The Red Jewel and Champagne exterior immediately draws you in and does not disappoint upon close inspection. The tried, true, and powerful LS2 was chosen as the power plant for this beautiful 1957 Chevy 210 Custom, and it is dressed to impress when you open the hood. This is above and beyond what you see on TV! The interior is spacious and comfortable. Style and class continues underneath with the custom chassis. Giant Wilwood brakes are up to the task of slowing this rocket down offering 6 piston front calipers and 4 piston rear calipers. Much of the build was thought out, and a ton of new sheet metal was used to ensure a smooth paint job. The build is not only striking in every fashion but has a healthy amount of proven mileage. The car has been enjoyed enough to assure one that the kinks are all worked out, and that LS2 has plenty of miles to give. 1957 Chevrolet 210 Custom is for sale in our St. Louis Showroom and can be seen in great detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars Houston showroom is proud to offer this numbers-matching Wimbledon White 1968 Shelby GT500 convertible for sale. Some Fun Facts About 1968 Ford Shelby GT500 Convertibles: 4,451 - 1968 Shelbys were made 1,423 - Were GT-500s 402 - Of those were convertibles. Of them, 249 - Came with Automatic Transmissions AND 158 of them came in this paint/trim combination...this one has also been signed by Carroll Shelby, and you can see his signature on the glove box in the pictures on our website. While this car has a Marti Report, its the Deluxe report (not the Elite report), which would boil it down further to its most unique nature; but with Shelbys signature on the glove box, its likely one of the very few of the 158 that have that bonus! This GT500 was ordered in Wimbledon White, with Black Power Convertible Top, Black Interior, Extra Cooling Package, Visibility Group, Wheel Well Moldings, Power Steering, Power Front Disc Brakes, AM Radio, Interior Decor Group, Tachometer and Trip Odometer. According to its owner, its powered by its original 428 CID PI (Police Interceptor) V8 topped by a 4BBL carb and backed by its original Select Shift C6 3-speed automatic transmission. The black interior is presented with wood-grain elements, a center console with shifter, Oil Pressure Gauge and Ammeter. The synthetic leather seats are in good condition, as is the black carpet, and all the trim looks quite good as well. The black convertible top is like new, with the original glass backlight having been replaced with a flexible plastic rear window, and it operates as it should. The car sits on a set of 15 Shelby Magnum 500 wheels, which are wrapped in E70-15 Goodyear Speedway bias ply tires that look like they have plenty of life in them. However, when you fire that big 428 to life and click the C6 into drive, be careful when you get on the loud pedal, as this GT500 will easily bake those tires life right out of them if you nail it! There arent many of these GT500s left, so if youve always wanted one, make this one yours!
