Description:

For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 2007 Ford Mustang GT California Special. The California Special edition was originally introduced in 1968 as a limited run special edition. This was an appearance package which could be added to a Mustang GT. The package included Fog lights, hood pins, side scoops, a deck lid wing, and Thunderbird tail lights. Less than 5,000 of the 1968 GT/CS were produced making them rare and sought after. Ford paid homage to these 1968s by bringing back the package in 2007. The new version of the package adds the following to a Mustang GT: two tone leather seats, unique floor mats, side stripes, side scoops, rolled exhaust tips, unique front and rear bumpers, and 18 polished wheels. This one is painted in Red Fire Metallic over a two toned tan and gray leather interior. Shifting is a blast thanks to a 5 speed manual and power is on demand coming from the 300 horse power 4.6 liter V8. A Shaker sound system will play our favorite tunes, or you can roll down the window and listen to the dual exhaust tips rumbling from the V8. The GT/CS are a limited production run and will most likely find their ways into some collections over the years. Heres an opportunity to do just that or drive it and have fun! For more information on this 2007 Ford Mustang GT/CS, call 618-271-3000. To view 100+ HD photos and a video of the Mustang, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com.

Description:

Now featured in our Denver showroom is this tastefully modified 1979 Chevrolet C10 with the same drive train that came stock almost 40 years ago! Powering this old stepside pickup truck is a 454 cubic inch V8 that has been bored .030 over and has just over 2,000 miles on the fresh rebuild. During this rebuild it received forged pistons, an RV cam, and capped off with a Holley 750 to feed this big engine. The TH400 transmission is able to transfer this power with ease to the strong 12-bolt rear end equipped with 3.73:1 gears for great off the line torque while not jeopardizing your cruising ability. This truck is not just a power house though, it has been fitted with power disc brakes on all four corners to bring it to a stop quickly and the front suspension has been upgraded to a DJM front suspension kit for a premium ride and better handling. The aftermarket front suspension paired with the power steering makes for a fun ride and out cornering most other trucks on the road! The interior has also been tastefully modified with a reupholstered seat, new dash pad, and billet inserts on the dash and gauge cluster that match the door panels nicely. The red PPG paint fits this truck well and the 1963 Plymouth taillights and louvers added to the rear set this truck apart from the rest! After many years of being loved and enjoyed by the same owner, this 1979 C-10 is ready to be enjoyed by someone new. If you are looking for a fun sporty pickup truck this one is an excellent choice and would be a great platform if you would like to customize it and make it your own. This vehicle is located in our Denver showroom. You can view this 1979 Chevrolet C-10 in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. For sale in our St. Louis is a super-fun 2008 Porsche Boxster. Picture blasting through a section of curvy back roads behind the wheel of a beautiful sports car, but not just any sports car, a German engineered Porsche. With the engine placed in the middle of the car for weight distribution, and a proper 5 speed manual transmission, youre piloting a real drivers car. The raspy flat 6 growls with an intimidating exhaust note and the wind is in your hair with the convertible top lowered. What could be better? As sports cars go, this baby is a bargain. With only 50,785 miles on the clock, this hardly broken in Porsche is begging to be driven even more. The metallic brown paint shimmers in the sunlight and looks great against the dark tan leather interior. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to offer a one of a kind 1985 Chevrolet Camaro. The term one of a kind is often thrown around loosely, but in this case, it is true; you will not find another Camaro just like this one. To start, this is a one owner since new Camaro with only 28,326 miles on the odometer. Thats right, this cream puff has averaged less than 1,000 miles per year since new. Open the door and the upholstery looks like its never been used. The seats, carpet, and dash are in wonderful shape and have clearly been stored out of direct sunlight. In addition to being one of the cleanest Camaros from this generation that you will find, the exterior has been treated to a high end custom paintjob which is highly impressive. Detailed striping runs front to back with orange, red, and gray. The paintwork has been beautifully applied and truly is a work of art. Speaking of a work of art, pop the hood of this Camaro and youre in for a treat. The car sports its original 5.0 Liter Tuned Port injection V8 which has been dressed to the nines in chrome. The intake, valve covers, shock tower covers, radiator cover, AC compressor, and even the brake booster is all chrome. In addition, the paint inside the engine bay is all nicely polished and even pinstriped. Finishing off the look and adding a few ponies is a March Pulley system. Without a doubt, this hood is best displayed open, so everyone can see what youve got. This bad boy is not all show, it also has a complete SLP package that includes intake runners, larger oil pan and exhaust with a set of tuned headers to help the V8 breathe and sounds fantastic. A posi traction rear end with 3.73 gears make stop lights a blast! If youre looking for a Camaro that will stand out in a crowd at your local car show or cruise, this is it. You can see this 1985 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 in greater detail in our St. Louis showroom or at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Please contact 618-271-3000 or stl@gatewayclassiccars.com with inquiries.

Description:

This extremely clean 2006 Chevrolet SSR is for sale in our Dallas/Ft.Worth showroom. The SSR is a retractable hardtop truck that was based off the Trailblazer chassis manufactured from 2003 to 2006. The first couple years of manufacturing did not bring the results that Chevrolet had hoped for but in 2005 things would change drastically. Performance would get a huge jump with the introduction of the now infamous 6.0 LS2 V8. Producing an astonishing 400 HP the SSR would finally be able to wear that SS badge proudly. With its short production run it is only a matter of time before they become the next hot thing in the collector car market. This 2 owner has had an easy life driven only on the nicest of days. The Bermuda Blue/green paint looks like glass and is one of the most iconic colors of the SSR. With the top, up it is a great looking truck taking many of its design cues from the old 50s Action line pickups. The custom radio sounds great. Of course, if that’s not your thing just simply shutoff, or turn down, the speaker for a more refine listening experience. The fiberglass toneau cover gives the SSR a finished look concealing the bed nicely. Not only does it conceal it but it is watertight giving you plenty of storage options on the next road trip. The custom locking tie downs give you endless possibilities when trying to keep stuff from rolling around. This is all about the retractable hardtop, the best of both worlds. Not only do you get the sleek looks of a hardtop but you get the enjoyment of having the wind in your hair. All this take is the push of a button and its as if a real-life transformer is in front of you. Safely stowed away in a compartment and tucked away this has to be the coolest truck ever made and with only 20000 ever being built this one is sure to not last long. Options on this 2006 Chevrolet SSR include AC, AM/FM/CD, Retractable Hardtop, Cruise, GPS, Heated Seats, Lumbar, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Power Locks, Power Seats, Power Sunroof, Power Windows, ABS, Tilt, Traction Control, Seat Belts, Driver / Passenger Airbag, Anti-Theft System, Leather Interior, and Aluminum Wheels Wrapped in Radial Tires. 2006 Chevrolet SSR can be seen, including an HD video, at www.gatewayclassiccars.com, for more information call at 817-310-9400 or email Dallas@gatewayclassiccars.com.

Motorcar Classics is proud to present this truly stunning 1959 Mercedes 190SL Roadster finished in Silver Metallic with Red leather interior and Black convertible top. Without exaggeration, this 190SL is the best example we have been privileged to offer in many years. It comes to us from 43 years in the hands of one owner who just completed a total nut & bolt restoration that took three years at a cost of approximately $200,000. Prior history is known and the car comes with a substantial history file including photographic documentation of the restoration. Look closely and you will see that everything is done to a jewel-like level of perfection to make the car equal or superior to when it left the factory. In addition to the huge provenance, the car includes a brand-new set of accessory fitted luggage. It will make a huge impression on a concours lawn and is a potential show champion. We know that on 9/7/1959 the brand-new 1959 190SL was Delivered to Daimler Benz Aktiengesellschaft Werk in Sindelfingen, Germany. This 190SL is highly optioned with every option offered in 1959 including Rossi Red Leather, Becker Mexico Radio, Bosch Running Lights, Fender Mirror, Bumper Guards, Tool Set, Kinder Seats and Matching Luggage. On 10/7/1959 the car was Registered to Gerard Helmecke, 808 Bordesholm, Holstein, Germany. On 10/16/1963 the car was shipped to Benzel Busch Mercedes Motor Car Corp, 28 Grand Ave Englewood, New Jersey, who was and still is the Largest Mercedes Benz dealership in New Jersey. It was purchased by Russel Caulder from Long Island, New York.In August of 1976 the car was purchased by our client from an ad in the New York Times in honor of the first birthday of his daughter. He owned the car since and three years ago embarked upon the epic restoration that results in this beautiful automobile. The 190sl went through an extensive, complete nut and bolt rotisserie restoration. The body was meticulously stripped by new dustless liquid blasting that doesnt harm metal. The engine and original Solex carburetors were restored and tuned to factory specification by German craftsmen. Every internal engine part is brand new. The original and unreplaceable air boxes were shipped to Poland and restored to as-new by expert craftsmen. The headlights, fog lights, windshield wipers and other electrics are all Correct Bosch components. The original Becker Mexico radio was refurbished by technicians in England. The transmission, rear end all suspension including springs, shocks, brakes are all restored to as-new condition. All Brake drums are numbered and original. Correct Rosso Red leather was sourced from Mercedes original suppliers and used in the total interior restoration including the rare Kinder Seat. All seat frames were re-chromed and fitted with new springs and padding in all the seats cushions and backrests. All the gauges were restored to as-new by Palo Alto Speedometer in California. All the chrome was refinished to Show Chrome standards. New correct German rugs. The top frame was refinished and fitted with a correct German Convertible top. All bright work and badges are exceptionally polished. We do not believe you will find the equal of this 190SL and finding a restorable example and duplicating the effort put into this car would prohibitively expensive. This is a car that will bring incredible pride of ownership and instant gratification to its next owner. Independent expert inspection is invited.
