This will throw you back in your seat and keep you there. Mechanically, this car is very impressive. This Cuda is powered by a 340cid V8 6 pack. The 6 pack refers to the 3 two barrel carburetors. This engine puts out plenty of power. A true Mopar, it even has a Mopar battery! The motor is mated to a 3-speed “Slap Stik” automatic transmission. This Barracuda is a breeze to drive thanks to its power steering and power brakes. Inside the engine bay is clean enough to eat off of. The good doesn’t stop there. The paint job on this ‘Cuda is just as impressive as the engine on this beast. Painted in a ‘Plum Crazy’ purple, this tribute car has the AAR strobe stripe and AAR logo that are just right. Also correct is the flat black hood with hood scoop and hood pins. The side exhausts combined with the lights and front and rear spoilers make this AAR tribute look like Plymouth just built the real deal. Speaking of the side exhausts, this ‘Cuda sounds mean! It doesn’t stop with the sound; the driving experience in this Barracuda is fantastic. The white interior of this muscle car is immaculate. The comfortable seats and headliner look as though they just came right from the factory. No expense was spared on the interior of this monster. The white really pops against the ‘Plum Crazy’ paint job. You’ll be sure to catch the attention of anyone in the vicinity of this car. This ‘Cuda will not last long. Gateway Classic Cars is excited to offer a 1947 Plymouth Special De Luxe Convertible. When Plymouth introduced the De Luxe and Special De luxe series to the market in 1946, they were a huge hit and often came with long waiting lists for those who wanted a brand new one. This particular example puts a extreme emphasis on the word Special in Special De Luxe. Offered in a stunning Viper Red paint accented by the tan top and glisten chrome, this car is a show stopper! When the car was being restored, the owner spared no expense and even had every panel on the car acid dipped. Besides the paint and LED head lights, youd never know just how custom this classic is. Inside the cabin youre greeted with a beautiful custom tan vinyl interior helping to make this a comfortable cruiser. The vacuum powered top has been converted to simpler and more reliable electric unit. Put the key fob in the insert on the dash and press the push button start to hear the glorious roar of the surprise waiting for you under the hood. Powered by a modern fuel injected 5.7L Hemi V8 engine that is mounted to a modern Dodge transmission, this Classic Plymouth comes with both the comfort of driving on modern highways and the Mopar performance to have some real fun! Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is very proud to offer this beautiful 1968 Plymouth Roadrunner. After spending most of its life as a clean driver, this awesome B-Body was the perfect starting point for a professional, rotisserie restoration that mixed a killer engine with classic MoPar attitude. The cars straight body was stripped to bare metal, fitted to a few floor pan patches and finished with a fresh trunk pan. Once those planes were completely clean and fully prepped, quality PPG base-coat was detailed with custom Road Runner graphics and sealed in glossy clear. And today, this primed and polished Plymouth sits as one super slick road warrior that features a perfect combination of no-nonsense looks and vicious street manners. Admittedly, the Road Runner was a little more ambiguous than its Dodge-branded siblings, but a lot of people like that contrast and dig the models super clean looks. At the front of this coupe, a black-trimmed, body-width grille hangs four H4 headlights above a mirrored bumper and clear parking lamps. Above that grille, a familiar A12-style hood flows to like-new glass thats sandwiched between fresh stainless trim, silver stainless wipers and filled cowl. At the sides of that hood, subtly sculpted panels hang a chrome drivers mirror above shaved fenders, shaved doors and sectioned quarters. And at the back of those panels, a clean decklid centers a color-keyed wing above factory-fresh taillights and a second mirrored bumper. * 500 cubic inch big block V8 * Tremec TKO600 5-speed manual transmission * 8.75-inch rear axle / Posi-traction differential / 3.91 gears * Custom leather interior * Power steering * Wilwood 4-wheel power disc brakes * Upgraded suspension * Billet Specialties SLG wheels * Slight body modifications * Pioneer / Kicker audio What do you do when you have a sweet MoPar muscle car that needs a heart transplant? You call Alpharetta, Georgias Grimes Automotive Machine and order something akin to this Plymouths 500 cubic inch Chrysler big block. According to 2013 dyno results, that mill, essentially a bored, stroked and built 440, moves to the tune of 579 dyno-proven horsepower and 625 lb./ft. of tire-spinning torque! At the top of the block, a K&N XStream air cleaner forces wind in to a big Holley carburetor thats cinched to braided fuel lines. At the base of that carb, a MoPar intake feeds air and fuel to Edelbrock Performer RPM heads, which have been ported, polished and treated to a multi-angle valve job. Beneath those heads, forged internals, which include an Eagle crank, Scat rods and Wiseco pistons, combine with roller lifters, roller rockers and a custom-grind Comp hydraulic roller cam to create stout 10.5 to 1 compression. That compression is sparked by an MSD Pro-Billet distributor, which sequences fire between an MSD Blaster 2 coil and MSD Super Conductor plug wires. When that fire flashes, Hooker Super Competition headers ensure the engine breathes well. At the front of those headers, snazzy March serpentine components spin a billet power steering pump and polished Powermaster alternator at the sides of a quality Edelbrock water pump. At the front of the engine bay, a proven Griffin radiator makes good use of dual SPAL puller fans. Theres an impressive roster of hardware that includes, but isnt limited to, a Milodon windage tray, a Wilwood master cylinder and tough ARP bolts. And aesthetically, the Jet Black mill provides an excellent contrast to the cars bright red fenders, with details like tubular chassis supports, color-keyed Mopar Performance valve covers and intricate breathers supplementing power with polish. Like its slick exterior and clean engine bay, the bottom of this coupe is a great combination of past and present. The powerful engine sends thrust to a Keisler-sourced Tremec TKO600 5-speed that enables the car to comfortably attain highway speeds. That proven transmission twists a tough Keisler driveshaft and familiar 8.75-inch axle, which spin a posi-trac differential around big, 3.91 gears. That awesome drive-train rides between beefy sway bars, Fatman drop spindles, modern coil-overs, small lowering blocks and Competition Engineering shocks. Turns come courtesy of factory-style power steering. Power-assisted Wilwood calipers provide stops. 3-inch exhaust employs electronic cutouts in front of dual-chamber Flowmaster mufflers. Torque meets the pavement through polished Billet Specialties SLGs, which spin 245/45ZR18 Nitto NT555 Extreme ZRs in front of 295/45ZR18 Nitto NT555 Extreme ZRs. Naturally, the cars painted frame and undercoated floors are solid and display no signs of major rust or serious weathering. And yes, in typical resto-mod fashion, theres a roster of great finishing components, including stainless fluid lines, polygraphite bushings and sturdy subframe connectors. Pop this Plymouths tight-fitting doors and youll find a custom leather interior that plays on the cars incredible aesthetic. An attractive bucket and bench combo has, like the rest of the cockpit, been decked in clean, silver accents that do a great job of mimicking snakeskin. In front of those mitts, a custom, color-keyed dash hangs Auto Meter Ultra-Lite II telemetry beside an MP3-compatible Pioneer head unit that controls Kicker speakers, a Kicker amplifier and Kicker sub-woofers. At the base of that dash, a custom console centers a TKO Pistol Grip shifter in front of a broad armrest, a small fire extinguisher and metal cup holders. Beneath that console, tight carpet bridges the gap between machined foot pedals, stainless sill plates and body-matched doorjambs. At the edges of that carpet, custom door panels hang polished handles between glossy frames, snakeskin armrests and small switches for modern power windows. In front of the driver, a polished and half-wrapped Billet Specialties steering wheel was specifically chosen to match the cars rolling stock. And behind the Dynamat-wrapped cockpit, a custom, Road Runner-themed trunk features plenty of room for car show supplies. An Equus Oil Pressure gauge has been added just to make sure this beast is running at its max ability. It sits on the stock 14-inch Rally Rims. Description:

We are proud to feature this incredible nice 1970 Plymouth Cuda in our Ft Lauderdale showroom. Folks, this doesnt happen very often that an example like this 70 Cuda rolls into our showrooms. You are looking at a matching numbers 440ci 4-barrel V8 375 horse car. As you expected the VIN starts with BS23U and the story of the car begins in Los Angeles, CA where it was put together on December 10th. The car recently underwent a complete high-quality restoration. From top to bottom, from front to back everything looks fantastic. The straight E-Body lines up as it should and is wrapped in a blue (color code B5) paint and white vinyl top (code V1W). Of course, you wont find any paint on the trim or where it shouldnt be. The Cuda was completely stripped and dissembled when it was professionally restored. There is no area on the body where a magnet wont stick. Lets continue with the clean interior of the MOPAR. First you will notice the bucket seats and the woodgrain console. The rally instrument cluster package will keep you updated when you are riding in this super nice car. And this is where the real fun begins. Turn the key and the rebuild 440ci V8 big block engine will be ready for battle. The dual exhaust will blow out a V8 symphony. Step on the gas pedal and you will be pressed in your seat like taking off in a 747 Jumbo Jet. Goose bumps are included for no extra cost. While driving down the road in this out of the ordinary muscle car you will be the king or queen of the streets. And royalty demands to arrive at their next destination with a cool head. The factory cold A/C (option H51) will make sure that you will. There are muscle cars and then there are MUSCLE CARS. This is the real deal here. This MOPAR will be found in any automobile history book and it proves that the muscle car era was on its highest peak in the late 60s, early 70s. The investment grade Plymouth Cuda is ready for a new home. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. This is a must see. Let it ride!!! To see 100+ HD pictures and a video of this 1970 Plymouth Cuda, please visit gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1964 Plymouth Belvedere with a period correct 426 Cross-ram HEMI is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The Belvedere name was first used on the new Hardtop body style on the Cranbrook line in 1951. In 19654 it replaced the Cranbrook as the top trim level and became a full model line with sedans, wagons, and convertibles all adorning the nameplate. It would go on as Plymouth’s full-sized car until 1965 when it became the intermediate until being abandoned all together after 1970. What most people will remember about the Belvedere however is it was the first production vehicle to come from the factory with the now legendary 426 HEMI. It is believed that only 35 legal street cars were produced making these cars one of the rarest MOPAR’s to ever leave the assembly line. An original Wedge car was found in AZ and hauled back to KY for its 4-year six figure build. The body of the car was straight and rust free, so minimal body work was required. Painted in the classic white paint this jewel is guaranteed to be in style long after were gone. The real deal aluminum hood is a highly sought-after piece that took quote some time to source. Under that huge hood scoop is really what we are here to talk about, the elephant in the room if you will, and I mean that literally. The engine was pieced together after many years of research from the original aluminum cross ram intake to the chrome valve covers this 426 is a real deal 12.5:1 ground pounding monster. The Carter carbs were not used as the Holley’s are considered to be a much more reliable setup and are the ones used on the 4-barrel model. With all that power to tame a bullet proof transmission was needed and just like in 64 the 833 4-speed was the go to piece. The rear-end would see the same consideration with an 8.75 rear being used but with a very respectable 3.55 being instead of the 4.56 that were found on most of these drag strip killers. The interior was the last piece of the puzzle but after 3 years the build was coming to an end. The bench seat upfront is exactly what you would you have seen in 1964 with the 4-speed shifter hugged up close and personal to the driver’s leg. It would prove to be the perfect position with your hand almost naturally falling right on to the handle you really couldn’t ask for anything better. The blue vinyl is correct and what should be in a 64 although the factory racers used van bucket seats. All in all, if you want one of the most radical production cars to ever leave Detroit this 64 Belvedere is it. Options on this 1964 Plymouth Belvedere with a Cross ram Hemi Include, Vinyl/Cloth Interior, Seat Belts, Hub Caps and Radial Tires on the front with a set of Bias Ply drag slicks on the back. This 1964 Plymouth Belvedere is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is very very excited, to offer this Rotisserie Restored 1970 AAR Cuda in our Atlanta Showroom! Talk about a Classic Muscle Car - this example is just 2-steps away from the Ultimate 1970 Hemi Cuda! Plymouth produced 2,724 AAR Cudas total, 1,614 with automatic transmission, 121 of those were Lemon Twist Yellow. This fine example is consignor stated 3-owner car, numbers matching, [excluding transmission] originally from the New Orleans, that hes owned since 2009. From 2009 until 2012, she underwent a complete nut and bolt restoration under his care. You can easily see that she has been done back to factory specs - only better - because the fit and finish is extremely well done - and when you close the doors - you will see just how well they are aligned - they close like they should-easily! This AAR is dressed in paint code FY1 - Lemon Twist Yellow, with the fiberglass hood painted in black, Black vinyl interior, with the Black front/rear spoiler. The body and paint were completed by Wilsons Body Shop in Waco, GA, and shows extremely well. This car screams what she was when born - the body lines - the stance , this car has the whole package. As you may know, she is powered by the 340 cu in V-8 rated @ 290-hp [yeah-right] mated to the 727 Torque Flight automatic transmission, with the “slap-stick shifter, Dana posi-traction rear end, with 3:55 gears, and approx. 1,000-miles since completion. The engine rebuilding was handled by Matt Bishop Race Car Engine Builders, Mableton, GA, who bored the block .30 over -and did the remaining rebuild to factory specs. The owner believes the miles on the odometer, are the original miles on the car- due to how clean, and minimal wear he found - but can not document it. He was smart enough to document all that was done, from start to finish w/ photos, and invoices. This Cuda was updated with simple, yet beneficial changes such as: Dura-Mat floor sound deadening, rebuilt factory installed power steering unit, updated wiring harness to allow for future addition of a stereo, including wiring for the rear speakers. The glass has all been replaced excluding the rear ¼ glass, and added a tinted windshield. You may find a Cuda for sale thats being touted as this and that - we can tell you - this one was done right - and is basically - a new car!
