Description:

Now for sale in our Houston Showroom is this great 1980 Chevrolet El Camino. The El Camino was Chevrolets answer to Fords wildly popular Ranchero. Brought out in 1959 and based off the Impala platform the first El Caminos were much bigger, and many say nicer but did not sell as well as the Ranchero and production ended just one year later. Just 4 years later though it would return, and it seems as if Chevy got their stuff together finally with production going clear into 1987. This 1980 is a great example of what a lot of people are doing with these. First, they find one that the body is in decent condition and drop a small block in it. This El Camino fits that bill to a t. This El Camino originally came with the 305, in its place they put in a nice 350 CID V8 Engine. This one has only 1,500 miles on it since it was rebuilt, shes just now getting warmed up. Backing that crate motor is a TH350 transmission which complements the small block nicely. The exterior was painted yellow with gray stripes. The custom chrome trim all around really sets the color off and is a very subtle custom touch. The new Cragar rims are covered in radial tires. Open the door and you will see an interior that is a lot sportier than most El Caminos. The bucket seats are in great condition with cloth interior. This El Camino just had all the wiring redone by Slaters Auto Works; it was also tested for any issues. The custom console is an excellent addition to this El Camino. The dash is all original and unlike most is not cracked and broken. Options on this 1980 Chevrolet El Camino include, AC, AM/FM Radio, Lumbar Support, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Locks, Cloth Interior, Power Seats, Power Windows, Custom Wheels, Tilt, Seat Belts, Vinyl interior and Rally Wheels wrapped in Radial Tires. This 1980 Chevrolet El Camino is for sale in our Houston Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. For additional information please call our knowledgeable staff at (832)243-6220 or email us at Houston@GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Now available in our Dallas-Showroom is this 1975 Chevrolet Corvette. The 1975 model was advertised as a more efficient Corvette, as service intervals were extended and electronic ignition and the federally mandated catalytic converter were introduced with unleaded fuel only warnings on the fuel gauge and filler door. Dual exhaust pipes were routed to a single converter, then split again leading to dual mufflers and tailpipes. Starting this year, tachometers were electronically driven. The Corvette began to be influenced by the metric system as speedometers now displayed small subfaces indicating kilometers-per-hour. 75s featured revised inner bumper systems with molded front and rear simulated bumper guards. The urethane rear bumper, now in its second year, reappeared as a one-piece seamless unit This 1975 Chevrolet Corvette is powered by numbers matching 350 motor and is connected to a 3-spd turbo automatic transmission. The engine was rebuilt by the prior owner between 2008-2010, they also decided to refresh the chassis at this time: Suspension, Brakes, Steering box. Some of the more recent work on this Corvette would include, New carburetor, starter, battery, and radiator. The A/C unit has been converted to R185- compressor does show signs of leaking but is cold when charged. The owner has also chosen to upgrade the stereo system, installing Kenwood CD-player with USB capabilities, Kenwood KFC-XW800F subwoofer and new Kenwood speakers. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to offer this red 1979 Chevrolet Corvette. Driven only 61k actual miles on its numbers matching engine and transmission, this car has tons of value. The Chevrolet Corvette (C3) was a sports car that was produced by Chevrolet for the 1968 through 1982 model years. Engines and chassis components were mostly carried over from the previous generation, but the body and interior were new. It set new sales records with 53,807 produced for the 1979 model year. The C3 is the third generation of the Chevrolet Corvette, and marks the second time the Corvette would carry the Stingray name, though only for the 1969 - 1976 model years. This time it was a single word as opposed to Sting Ray as used for the 1963 - 1967 C2 generation. The name would then be retired until 2014 when it was re-introduced with the release of the C7. This all original Corvette has been meticulously taken care of and kept the way it came from the factory. The red paint is original but still shines in the sun like it would have in 79. This C3 even comes with the window sticker from GM. This car is turn key and ready to be enjoyed. Being all original you can use this car as a daily driver or even put it into shows. All of the fluids and filters have recently been changed. This car has also had new brakes and mufflers installed. Positraction rear axle, tinted glass, and a wide-ratio 4-speed manual transmission were standard in 79. This 5.7 liter engine runs great and has plenty of life left in it. Options on this Corvette include; Air conditioning, T-Tops, Cd Player, cruise control, power windows, power steering and brakes, vinyl red interior, tilt wheel, posi traction, radial tires, and even rally wheels. Do not let this sharp Corvette pass you by! This 1979 Chevrolet Corvette is listed for sale in our Tampa Showroom and can be viewed in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Detroit is proud to present this 1939 Jaguar SS100 Replica Roadster. The paint immediately sets this sharp Jag apart from its counterparts. The deep brown and Cream two-tone are a timeless color combo, and both have the high gloss look of a quality investment. The separation of the two colors also draws extra attention to the best parts of this design. Plus, the convertible top is in a slightly lighter shade against the paint, and that gives this Jag replica a truly European touch. The chrome accents add to the luxury look, like the Jaguar leaper mascot, chrome bumpers, dual horns, and wire wheel covers. Under the hood is a 1.4-liter overhead camshaft Chevrolet motor. That means the heart of your custom cruiser delivers reliable performance and easy maintenance. When you listen to the purr of the custom exhaust, you would not think that this is powered by a 4-cylinder engine. This roadster is a thrill to drive with its 4-speed manual transmission and different windshield options. During the engine rebuild, an electric fan with thermostat control was added. the radiator, carburetor, spark plugs, distributor, and the alternator were replaced. This car not only comes with the full windshield with a full soft top but also the sporty two small wind visors and a tonneau cover to put over the rear and passenger seat while driving! The interior features nicely bolstered brown leather bucket seats. As you would expect in a vintage British roadster you get plenty of wood on the custom dash and grippy sports steering wheel. Suicide doors, a dash-mounted rear mirror, side wind deflectors, and a full set of classy gauges complete this vintage motoring package. This car is ideal if you are looking for something that will turn heads and not break the bank. Maybe because it’s got new exhaust, new tires, new gaskets, rebuilt suspension and new Euro version rear body panel to accept Euro bumpers. With its 2.7L I6 engine which was tuned to provide torque at low engine speed and rebuilt M5 5 speed manual transmission, it sounds and runs just like it did in 85’. With a smooth Silver exterior accented by a mid-tone blue interior, this numbers matching 528 is ready for lots more fun under the sun. Just roll back the power sunroof to appreciate the rays. Everything works as it should, the AC blows cold and the heater is hot. Power steering, power brakes and power windows make for the comfort you come to expect in a BMW. According to BMW, the 525e is more fuel efficient than the 520i, which has the same rated power of 92 kW. The e stands for the Greek letter eta, for economy.
