Description:

For sale in our Scottsdale Showroom is this 1979 VW Beetle convertible with a Fuel Injected engine and 5 speed transmission. The 1979 model year was the last year for the convertible Beetle which makes this car even more desirable. There were many upgrades done to the Beetle throughout its long production history and this car incorporates many of those improvements. The Bosch electronic fuel injection on this car insures easy starting in all weather and increases horsepower and gas mileage. The Macpherson strut front suspension gives this Beetle better handling and rid than earlier models. Unlike many vintage VWs that have had questionable and not always beneficial “modifications” done, this Bug is just as the engineers at Volkswagen who designed these cars intended. The body looks original on this car and is in good shape although there appears to be rust on the floorboards which was repaired with sheet metal and screws. The car has had a repaint at some point which looks good and the glass is in good condition as well. The soft top has no tears and works well, and the back glass is good, the black interior is also in good condition. There is a Sony AM/FM/CD player in the dash that works great to play your favorite tunes. This car runs, drives and shifts as it should and is ready to take you on your next open road adventure, so put the top down, let the sun shine and let the good times roll in this classic VW Beetle convertible! Remember yesterday’s thinkers are todays buyers so don’t wait. The sixth generation of the Ford F-Series is a line of pickup trucks and medium-duty commercial trucks that were produced by Ford Motor Company from 1973 to 1979. This generation was launched in December 1972 for the 1973 model year. These were the last generation of trucks to use the F-Series chassis introduced in 1965. After a decade as a compact SUV, the Ford Bronco was redesigned as a shortened version of the F-Series. This generation also marks the introduction of the F-150 (introduced in 1975) which today is the most popular model. This generation is noted for the body panels durability as Ford used extensive amounts of galvanized sheet metal, zinc coated steel, zinc rich primer and fender liners, to fight corrosion. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas is proud to offer a super clean 1983 Mazda RX-7. When talking about Japanese sports car, it is impossible not to mention the RX-7. Mazda first offered the car in 1978 with a revolutionary engine. The Wankel rotary was an engine which defied the norm with its design. The engine has no pistons, but rather a triangular rotor which rotates around the combustion chamber. The result is a much smaller displacement than the typical piston engine. This RX-7 sports the 1.2 Rotary engine. This engine produced just over 100 horsepower, but was lightweight which allowed the car to have an incredibly balanced 50/50 weight distribution. The entire car was under 2,500 pounds, so there is no doubt why they handle very well. This particular example is a well maintained 76,504 mile car which is a total survivor. This car comes with repair records, dealer delivery info, original workshop manual, Mazda RX-7 repair manual, Mazda dealership brochure, and the original window sticker. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Philadelphia is presenting a 1986 Buick Lesabre Grand National for sale. This Grand National is powered by the 3.8 ltr 6 cylinder with automatic transmission. That is correct this is a Lesabre Grand National. How would you like to own the rarest Grand National ever produced? There were either 112 or 117 of these cars produced depending on whose number you believe. That makes this the lowest production performance car from the 80s. With the success that Buick had with its NASCAR themed Regal based cars they saw no reason that the new 2 door Lesabre model couldnt enjoy the same success. I guess they underestimated the importance of the performance numbers with that popularity. This Buick is equipped with air conditioning, Power steering and power brakes. Other equipment includes power windows and locks along with Tilt wheel and cruise control. This Grand National is being represented with 25,630 actual miles. To view this 1986 Buick Lesabre Grand National in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or our Philadelphia showroom. Gateway Classic Cars is excited to add this classy 1986 Chevrolet El Camino to our Milwaukee showroom. This El Camino had a frame on restoration 6,000 miles ago with its tastefully appointed gray/ silver paint scheme and masculine American Racing Torq Thrust mag wheels, putting this El Camino in a league of its own. Produced from 1959-1960 and 1964-1987 the EL Camino was introduced by General Motors to compete with the Ford Ranchero. In the first two years of production the EL Camino was adapted from a two-door station wagon platform that integrated the cab and cargo bed into one continuous body. From 1964-1977 the EL Camino shared its platform with the Chevrolet Chevelle and from 1978-1987 it was produced on the GM G-body. This 1986 El Camino a fine example of the coupe two-door pickup. Besides its fantastic two-tone paint scheme, the luxurious velour burgundy bucket seat interior features almost all the options available in 1986. Options such as floor shifter console, power steering, power brakes, power windows, power locks, air conditioning and cruise control. Many aftermarket products have been added including a Kenwood stereo, Grant steering wheel, gauge package, Rhino bed liner, and new tonneau cover. The El Camino is powered by a 305 cubic inch small block V-8 attached to a three-speed automatic transmission. All of this is resting on a new set of Nitto tires (700 Miles) that are mounted on new American Racing alloy rims. The Chevrolet El Camino might have been discontinued in 1987, but it has surely found a place in American truck history. Description:

For sale in our Las Vegas showroom is this fantastically plush 1979 Lincoln Continental Mark V. When new, these vehicles had a sticker price of right around $22,000, which made it the most expensive American-made vehicle of that year. Taking inflation into effect, this Lincoln would cost almost $84,000 in US currency today. Luckily, we arent crazy enough to ask for that much. The 6.6-liter V8 engine purrs smoothly at idle and hums quietly down the highway, comfortable at any speed. The motor is backed by a silky-smooth 3-speed automatic transmission. The motor and transmission were both rebuilt with full documentation and receipts of the work done. The motor has roughly 1,000 miles on it and the transmission has 5 miles on it. The Lincoln Continental was known for its majestic look. It was made to feel like you were floating on a cloud while driving down the road. The smooth Burgundy paint breaks way to the Burgundy leather interior inviting you to sit for hours as you travel to wherever the road takes you. The underside is just as clean as the top showing minimal signs of any use at all. The glass is crystal clear and all the windows roll up and down without hesitation. Any imperfections in the road are simply ignored by the smooth suspension. This classy Continental is a throwback to a time when American vehicles were at the top of the luxury game, and a Lincoln was a status symbol to be reckoned with. This Continental is a wonderful representation of what it meant to be a high-roller in the late 70s and is as smooth as they come. Options include Air-Conditioning, Alloy Wheels, AM/FM radio with cassette, Leather Interior, Cruise Control, Power Brakes, Power Door Locks, Power Seats, Power Steering, Power Windows, Seat Belts, Tilt Steering Wheel, Heated Seats, and Power Mirrors. Dont miss your opportunity to own this gorgeous car! Description:

Offered for sale by our Gateway Classic Cars of Chicago Showroom is this low mile 1988 Pontiac Fiero Formula! The Pontiac Fiero only had a 5 year run from 1984-1988 and was designed to be the sports car for the masses! 1988 marked the last year Fieros were created. With the 2.8L V6 behind the driver and paired to an automatic 3 speed transmission, it was the first affordable mid-engine car to hit the market. The car was originally a Canadian car so it reads 5,431 KM on the odometer, which translates to about 3,300 miles. The car is originally yellow from the factory and 1988 was the only year the Fiero was available in yellow with less than 1200. All combined, this makes this particular Fiero a low mileage and rare Fiero. Inside the car has a clean grey cloth interior with all the gauges to make sure the engine is performing like the sports car its supposed to be. All of this sits atop black 15-inch basket wheels. Uprising in popularity with tons of car clubs designated to promoting and preserving the Fiero, this particular car is great for any collection or for a personal driver. This 1988 Pontiac Fiero Formula wont disappoint its next owner. Description:

For sale in our Chicago showroom is this sharp 1985 Chevrolet El Camino. Sporting a smooth running 305 and a 3-speed automatic transmission, this El Camino is a fantastic long-hauler, but still can cook the tires! The engine is virtually stock and has been very well taken care of. A soft rumble can be heard at idle giving just enough of a muscle-car feel to draw attention at the local parking lot. With a fresh 2-tone repaint laid smooth and clean, this El Camino is all dressed up for a night on the town. The dash has been upgraded to that of a Monte Carlo for a bit more class inside the vehicle. The cloth tan interior has a very unique contrast with the black and red two-tone exterior that works surprisingly well. This is a “start up and drive car, ready to take you anywhere you want to go. If there was a bridge from New York to France, this bad boy would purr along the whole way! With a new paint job, a strong driveline, and a solid body, this 1985 El Camino is a great classic piece of American history. Options include: Air-Conditioning, AM/FM Radio, Spare Tire, Cruise Control, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Tilt Steering Wheel, Seat Belts, Cloth Interior, Radial Tires, and a Alloy Wheels.
