Description:

If you have been wanting a classic truck but your other half wants a classic car this El Camino is the best compromise and will make both of you happy for years to come. 1968 would be the first year if what many consider the best looking of all Chevelle’s. With a much rounder and sleeker shape, the new body style was an instant success. As with previous years the El Camino would be based on the Chevelle with the front end being that of the Chevelle. This example would make a terrific addition to any collection or even use as a daily driver. The paint and interior are new and show well with no signs of any major body work. Under the hood is a new Blueprint 355 cubic inch V8 which throws out 440 hp and 450 torque, mated to a new BMI built 350 turbo transmission. Putting power to the ground is a Richmond 12-bolt Posi rear end that has a set of 3:09 gears giving it a great mix of off the line acceleration and top end torque. Inside the leather Procar seats are comfortable and get you ready to feel all 400 of those horses. The wooden steering wheel is a nice touch and looks great inside the cab. Options on this 1968 Chevrolet El Camino include; AM/FM Radio, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Hub Caps, Leather Interior, Seat Belts, Rally Wheels and Radial Tires. This beautiful 1968 El Camino is for sale in our Milwaukee Showroom and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com; call (262) 891-4253 or email us at milwaukee@gatewayclassiccars.com for additional information.

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to offer this red 1979 Chevrolet Corvette. Driven only 61k actual miles on its numbers matching engine and transmission, this car has tons of value. The Chevrolet Corvette (C3) was a sports car that was produced by Chevrolet for the 1968 through 1982 model years. Engines and chassis components were mostly carried over from the previous generation, but the body and interior were new. It set new sales records with 53,807 produced for the 1979 model year. The C3 is the third generation of the Chevrolet Corvette, and marks the second time the Corvette would carry the Stingray name, though only for the 1969 - 1976 model years. This time it was a single word as opposed to Sting Ray as used for the 1963 - 1967 C2 generation. The name would then be retired until 2014 when it was re-introduced with the release of the C7. This all original Corvette has been meticulously taken care of and kept the way it came from the factory. The red paint is original but still shines in the sun like it would have in 79. This C3 even comes with the window sticker from GM. This car is turn key and ready to be enjoyed. Being all original you can use this car as a daily driver or even put it into shows. All of the fluids and filters have recently been changed. This car has also had new brakes and mufflers installed. Positraction rear axle, tinted glass, and a wide-ratio 4-speed manual transmission were standard in 79. This 5.7 liter engine runs great and has plenty of life left in it. Options on this Corvette include; Air conditioning, T-Tops, Cd Player, cruise control, power windows, power steering and brakes, vinyl red interior, tilt wheel, posi traction, radial tires, and even rally wheels. Do not let this sharp Corvette pass you by! This 1979 Chevrolet Corvette is listed for sale in our Tampa Showroom and can be viewed in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to offer a 1967 Buick Skylark. This 67 model comes from the last year of the first generation Skylark. Similar to Chevrolet Chevelle, this midsized vehicle was offered in coupe, convertible, 4 door sedan, or hard top variants. This particular hardtop is nicely optioned with white paint, magnum style wheels, and a rather fetching set of fender skirts. The interior is a classy white to match the exterior. Theres buckets in the front separated by a center console. Highlights of the interior are the Kleenex box holder under the dash and an extremely unique 3 prong steering wheel. Though it is just a two door, this Skylark has plenty of rear seating room to keep the whole family comfortable. Under the hood is the optional 300 CID V8 with a 2 BBL carburetor. Backing the 300 is a Turbohydramatic 350 automatic transmission. The odometer reads 83,689 miles. We dont have documentation proving this as actually, but from the condition of the car, it wouldnt be a farfetched idea. The car has been painted at least once, and it shows very well. This would make a great car show cruiser, or road trip car. Back in the 1960s, they said a good Doctor would drive a Buick. If your doctor showed up in a Chevy, it means they must not be a very good Doctor, but if they showed up in a Cadillac, it means theyre charging you too much! You can see this stylish 1967 Buick Skylark in greater detail in our St. Louis showroom or at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Please contact 618-271-3000 or stl@gatewayclassiccars.com with inquiries.

For sale in our Fort Lauderdale showroom is this super nice 1984 Porsche 944. If you are looking for an extreme clean and beautiful example of a 944 – stop looking. This beauty just rolled into our South Florida showroom and we are excited to have it with us. The car is just broken in with a little over 85k original miles. You are looking at a one owner Porsche that was garage kept her whole life in beautiful California until she was recently relocated to sunny Florida to the new owner. The 944 Porsches are still undervalued, and it is extremely hard to find the real good ones. This one is probably one of the nicest in the country. The exterior presents itself in excellent condition. You will have a tuff time to find any wear or tear. The black wheels are a great match to the golden paint. Open the door and see a super clean interior. No weird smells and you will immediately see that she was pampered her whole life. The seats look like the Porsche was only driven a couple of test miles. In the rear you will find the 2.5L engine that moves the 944 to the front. In connection with the 5 speed-manual transmission this car out of Stuttgart is lots of fun. With many options she is ready to go the extra mile with comfort. To make sure she is ready for the third owner the car was completely serviced recently. But the best about this car is that she is solid as a rock. We all know about the California dry weather. There is not one area where a magnet won’t stick and if you peak underneath the car – you will get back up with a smile on your face. This is a must see. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions. Let it ride!!! To see 100+ HD pictures and a video of this 1984 Porsche 944, please visit gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

In the 70s the Lincoln Mark series was the pinnacle of luxury. This was Ford Motor Companys way to compete with Cadillac and a very successful way at that. The Mark V screams 70s luxury, from its long straight body, to the hideaway head lamps, to the pillow top seating, or even the opera windows. The size, weight, and presence of the vehicle lets you know that someone important is behind the wheel. Although the car is something to admire, behind the wheel is the best place to be. The bench seat is as comfortable as your easy chair at home, the steering is light enough you could steer with one finger, and the ride is so soft it feels like youre floating down the road. This is a car made to cover long spans of roadway. Powering the car along is a 400 CID V8 backed by a silky smooth 3 speed automatic transmission. The original owner ordered this one with plenty of goodies including A/C, AM/FM, cruise control, hub caps, power brakes, power steering, power locks, power windows, power seats, tilt/telescopic wheel, seat belts, cloth interior, and white wall radial tires. These late 70s cruisers have a great following and may be the next high dollar classic. This one is ready for the collector, or simply to be driven and appreciated. You can view this 1978 Lincoln Mark V in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. If you are interested in purchasing this vehicle or have more questions regarding it please call us at (303) 872-4722 or email us at Denver@gatewayclassiccars.com. http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/DEN/301/1978-Lincoln-Continental-Mark-V

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to offer this sharp 1964 Mercury Comet. This beast is powered by a Ford 302 V8 Engine that includes a holly carb, MSD ignition and ford racing valve covers. Its even has hood pins to keep the beast behind closed doors. Dont be fooled by the 4-speed shift knob as this Comet has a 5-speed transmission that turns 3.08 posi traction gears. This Mercury is set up to handle great with a new front coil spring suspension. The white exterior is complemented greatly by the chrome Riddler wheels that really gleam in the sunlight. The interior is stitched up in an awesome black and burgundy combination that makes the inside as much of a head turner as the outside of the vehicle. Dont worry about keeping cool as this Comet has a new vintage air system. The odometer is only showing 67,478 miles. This body style comet has a lot of history behind it starting in 1964 the Comet was redesigned with a much more square shape, though it was still built on the same unibody as the 1963 model. Its basic lines were shared with the new Falcon, but the front grille used styling similar to that of the Lincoln Continental. Along with the redesign, the model designations were changed. The performance version was known as the Cyclone, replacing the previous S-22. Then in descending order of trim levels were the Caliente, 404 and 202, replacing the previous Custom and base models. The 2-door station wagon body style was discontinued. The top-of-the-line station wagon continued to be known as the Villager. The base 144 cid six engine was dropped and the 170 cid six became the new base engine. The 260 V8 was available at the beginning of the production run, with the new 289 being available mid-year. Due to the success of the full size Ford and Mercury fastback roofline introduced in mid-1963, the Falcon and Comet 2-door hardtops got a similar roofline with sharper corners. These vehicles really helped pave the way for the muscle car era that was about to begin in the United States of America. Description:

For sale in our Dallas/Fort Worth showroom is a 1974 Dodge Dart Swinger. 1974 was a difficult year for the muscle car. Coming off of the 1973 OPEC oil embargo, engines had begun to get smaller, with fewer carburetor barrels, lower compression, and generally just began to feel anemic. Normally, all of these poor descriptors would fit a 1974 Dart, but not this Y-6 Gold one you see before you. This car has had new life breathed into it, in the form of a 340 CID V8 from a 1970 Dart. It has the famous “6-Pack on top of it, with a triple Holley 2-barrel carburetor set up, and a Mopar Purple cam. The 727 Torqueflite 3 speed automatic has been rebuilt roughly 300 miles ago with Redline high performance parts and a mild shift kit make sure the shifts are firm. To handle the new found power, the rear end has been changed to a Ford 9 rear end with 4:10 gears to get the car up and off the line more quickly. The 74 Dart was redesigned to be a much more comfort-oriented car, and this example is no exception with a comfortable ride, and easy steering inputs. Some of the amenities that add to the drivability of this car are an AM/FM radio with cassette player, power brakes, power steering, seat belts, vinyl interior, radial tires, and rally wheels. This 1974 Dodge Dart Swinger is for sale in our Dallas-Fort Worth showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Philadelphia welcomes this beautiful 1978 Ford F150 Pickup to its showroom located in West Deptford, NJ! It can be said that America has had a deep appreciation for pickups since their introduction in the early 1900s. Ford has been there since the beginning, producing some of the most iconic utility vehicles in which many have shared an abundance of memories. This 1978 Ford F150 Pickup has seen a lot of good times and was sold new at Rosen-Novak Ford in Denver, Colorado! Immediately after purchase, the owner had an aluminum camper cap installed over the bed area and added shag carpet and two benches that converted into a bed so that he and his wife could travel in the truck! Additional items included a large store pouch behind the seat and CB radio that certainly conveys the convoy craze that spread throughout the country at that time. The current owner kept most of these nostalgic goodies except for the camper cap, bed seats and shag carpet which revealed a well-preserved bed area with limited wear! The interior of this truck is a trip back in time to the late 70s, with the immaculate bench seat and super clean carpet, door panels and headliner! Powering this green machine is a 300-cubic inch straight-six engine, a staple of American truck culture. Throughout its 31 years in service, the 300 inline-six has found its way into not only pickups, but also airline tugs, tractors, irrigation pumps, and snow plows. Linked to this dependable powerplant in a 4-speed overdrive manual transmission that shifts just as nicely as when it left the dealer! Since bringing this truck to the East Coast, the current owner has treated it to a full-service treatment including flushing fluids, replacing the shocks and tuning this beauty to driving perfection! The original carburetor was jetted for the higher altitudes of Colorado, so it was replaced with a remanufactured unit for versatile driving. This truck is a true survivor and includes an extensive collection of documents including invoices, original bill of sale as well as the last Colorado inspection papers from 2003 when the first owner stopped driving it around Arvada, Colorado. In addition, the new owner will receive the original owner’s manual pack, a numerous assortment of service and parts receipts and a framed document from the dealer commemorating the purchase! This F150, purchased with the rare Explorer Package, was truly well-cared for by its owners and is ready for its next chapter! It is believed that the mileage is true as supported by the documents included. Don’t waste any more time as original trucks like these are hard to come by in the condition seen here! Call us today to make this F150 yours today! Additional features include Air Conditioning, AM/FM Radio with Cassette, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Factory Mag Style Wheel Covers and Seat Belts. To view this 1978 Ford F150 in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or our Philadelphia showroom located in West Deptford, NJ.
