Description:

For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 1999 Chevrolet Corvette. 1999 is the third year for the redesigned C5 Corvette and was a night and day difference from the outgoing C4. One of the best upgrades that improved handling was a rear transaxle. This moved the transmission to the rear of the car for superior weight balance from front to rear. The car was also lower, wider and longer. Power was from a state of the art LS1 V8 producing 345 horsepower. Shifting was accomplished by a new overdrive automatic. Heads up Display was also introduced in the new C5 and would display information onto the windshield such as speed, RPMs and fuel economy. This beautiful Red over Black leather coupe has 76,467 miles, has a clean history report. This one is equipped with the optional removable Targa top that stows nicely in the rear compartment for simple fun in the sun! Equipment and options for this 99 Corvette include Power windows, cruise control, power locks, cold A/C, Power leather seats, traction control, tilt steering column and replica Z06 chrome wheels and Firestone Firehawk radial tires. Description:

Thank you for your interest in this 1965 Ford Mustang located in our Tampa location. This car is a true piece of Ford history that simply turns heads anywhere it cruises by. The Twilight Turquoise green paint scheme with black vinyl top have made this car really stand out against other Mustangs in its class and is the way this car came from the factory when it was new. This rare 200 CI 6 cylinder and 3 speed manual transmission have been completely rebuilt just under 11,000 miles ago. The 200 CI 6 is rated at 120 horse power but sure feels like more. Contrary to popular belief, the first model year for the Ford Mustang was 1965. Mustangs produced between March 9th and July 31st of 1964 are often coined the 1964 ½ Ford Mustang by enthusiasts, but for all intents and purposes, the cars are 1965 models on paper. The 1965 Mustang listed is built after the time line and is an actual 1965 with the 200 inline 6. This particular Mustang has been restored and redone about 7 years ago and has a 170 sticker on the air breather but it is in fact the 200 due to there being 5 freeze plugs in the block. It has recently had new tires and brakes put on it. The overall condition of the paint, interior, and engine in my opinion would rate as show quality. This car has many options like Air conditioning, AM/FM radio, black vinyl interior, and even white wall tires which makes the cars driving ability comfortable. If you are looking for the first classic car investment or even adding to one and need that super clean Mustang, this is the car for you. This 1965 Mustang is for sale in our Tampa Showroom and can be viewed in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. For additional information, please call our knowledgeable staff at (813)645-6200 or email us at Tampa@GatewayClassicCars.com. If you would like to see it in person, come to our Tampa Showroom, located at 351 30th Street NE Ruskin, FL 33570. Hours: Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. For sale in our Chicago showroom is this beautiful 1985 Chevrolet El Camino. Beginning life in Australia, coupe utility vehicles were a hit for many years preceding the birth of the legendary Chevrolet El Camino in 1959. Twenty six years after the first El Camino was put on the market, this fifth generation Choo Choo hit the road, ready for anything. This vehicle is powered by a 350 cubic inch crate engine and backed by a Turbo Hydramatic 350 transmission, both new at time of installation. The stock rear end sports a 3.73 gear ratio and has successfully seen just under 48,000 miles, while the engine and transmission have a mere 1,500 miles since new. Barely broken in, this beautiful ‘ute’ runs like a champ. The black base and clear coat paint makes you wish there was a lifeguard on duty, just in case you start to drown in the depths of this gorgeous exterior. Lifting the handle and opening the door, you are welcomed by the smooth burgundy interior that gives a perfect yet subtle contrast to the even darker surroundings. Description:

For sale in our Chicago showroom is this 2002 Chevrolet Camaro Z28. Packing a 5.7l LS1 under the hood paired to a 4-speed automatic transmission makes this one speedy ride. 2002 was the last year for the 4th Generation of the Camaro, and also of the F-body platform that had brought the Camaro and its sister car the Pontiac Firebird to the market in 1967. This clean Camaro convertible is covered in a crisp coat of black paint, skinned in a black leather interior, and covered with a black cloth top. Factory cars dont get sharper than this! With not a modification to be found, this clean Camaro is exactly as GM built it with just a touch over 43,000 original miles. Drop the ragtop, crank the radio, throw on some cheap sunglasses, and blaze on down the highway with a smile on your face and not a care in the world. Even though the healthy V8 is thumping over 300 horsepower, fuel economy will keep your wallet full. Description:

For sale in our Dallas/Fort Worth showroom is a nasty 1982 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS Clone. The Chevrolet Monte Carlo is a two-door coupé that was produced by Chevrolet through six generations from model year 1970 to model year 2007. This once timid 1982 Monte Carlo has turned into a fire breathing, earth pounding, head turning Super Sport clone with a take no prisoner attitude that is STREET LEGAL!!!! . Pumping life into this beast is a 454 CID V8, .040 over, steel rods, cast crank, Comp hydraulic cam, roller rocker arms, oval port heads, Victor Jr. intake oval port, Holley 950 double pumper carburetor, MSD distributer, MSD 6AL box and blaster 3 coil, Miloden 7 qt oil pan, ARP bolts(head, rod, main), SFI flex plate, Taylor 10mm spark plug wires, chrome alternator, March Billet pulleys, remote oil filter, forged pistons, and a 3500 stall. Phew!!! Whats this all mean? Not only 550+ horsepower, but also 535 lb ft of torque are getting cranked out of this incredible Big Block Chevy. This power is then routed through a Turbo 400 transmission, with TCI aluminum trans pan, braided lines, custom transmission cross member, Hurst quarter stick, Hurst roll control, drive shaft loop, and balanced drive shaft. Putting this power to the pavement is a rear end built and assembled by Curry Enterprise, a 9 inch Ford rear end narrowed 2 inches on each side, with Curry 31 spline axles, and a Detroit locker with 3.70 gears. The rear frame rails have been moved in 3 inches and its been mini-tubbed. Stopping this Chevy isnt a problem with the Wilwood 4 piston calipers in the front and dual piston calipers in the rear. Wilwood vented rotors are in the front and rear as well. While looking underneath, also note the gas shocks all around, Hotchkis upper and lower control arms with tubular lateral links in the rear, and Hotchkis upper A-arms in the front. In the front are F-body spindles, rebuilt lower A-arms and all new steering components including tie rod ends, adjustment sleeves, center link, idler arm, hangers, bushings, sway bar bushings, end link, brake lines and fittings. Temperature is not a problem, the engine is kept cool by a Griffin aluminum radiator, closed radiator panel and TCI 15-1/2 x 10 inch transmission cooler. The exhaust gives this animal the roar it deserves. It all starts with the 2 inch Hooker Super Competition headers and followed up with 3 inch Torque Tech exhaust and 3 inch 2 chamber Flowmaster mufflers. All of this is welded and band clamped, and theres even stainless steel header bolts. If that wasnt enough, all of the exhaust is also powder coated. But thats not all, the undercarriage is a satin black, gloss gray and gloss purple. If you can tear yourself away from looking underneath this Monte, then take a step back and look at the exterior. The body is draped with Toyota Super White paint #040. The engine compartment is even painted with a high gloss black. The custom Burgundy interior has an embroidered head rest and dash. Autometer gauges encompass this interior. The trunk also is custom with a custom fuel cell cover. Under the custom cover is a RCI 16 gallon fuel cell. The fuel is fed by a Holley blue pump with fuel filter. The Weld Prostar aluminum polished wheels are all wrapped with BF Goodrich Radial T/A rubber. Photos and this awesome description simply do not describe how nice this car is. This is a true MUST SEE! If you are interested please feel free to make arrangements to see this car and be prepared to be anything but disappointed. If you like attention this finely detailed Monte Carlo is for you, it can be yours with one phone call!!! No disappointments on this beauty! To view this vehicle in greater detail including HD pictures and videos, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com. This beautiful 1987 Chevrolet C20 is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The square body Chevy trucks have really taken off in price and popularity the past couple months. 1987 was the last year of the now infamous square bodies. this beauty is an even more sought after being a C20 which was GMs way signifying its truck line. C would stand for 2WD and the 20 for 3/4 ton. This example has gone through a restoration that left no piece of the truck either refurbished or replaced with new. The paint is a deep red and looks like it came out of the factory. The bed has been rhino lined and gives it a great look and durable finish. Inside the original bench seat has been reupholstered and looks great right where it sits. With an updated XM stereo that can be used with Bluetooth. With the truck now having an upgraded tbi injection system it runs extremely smooth. The 700r4 transmission shifts out nicely with OD being a very nice option allowing for the truck to run up on the highway with ease. This is definitely one of the nicest square bodies to come into our showroom and with the market showing these beautys doing nothing but going up in value now would be a great time to jump on this beautiful truck. Options on this 1987 Chevy C20 include AM/FM/XM, Seat Belts, Tilt Wheel, Cruise Control, Cloth Interior, Power Windows, Power Locks, Alloy Wheels with Radial Tires. Gateway Classic Cars is excited to bring little history into our Milwaukee showroom with this 1937 Desoto Touring sedan. Desoto was born as a division of the Chrysler in 1928 to directly compete with such names as Oldsmobile, Buick, Studebaker and Hudson in the mid-priced market. Desoto went on to become a very successful brand for Chrysler which was manufactured from 1928-1961. First model year sales totaled 81,065 units setting a first- year sales record that was not broken until 1960. Remarkably, over two million vehicles were manufactured during Desotos long run. The Desoto logo featured a stylized image of the Spanish explorer Hernando de Soto for which the car was named after. De Soto led the first European expedition deep into the territory of what is now the United States. Exploring territories which are now recognized as Florida, Georgia and Alabama. Our 1937 Desoto Touring Sedan is a fine example representing the Series S-3 airstream model, featuring timely Art Deco styling. A vehicle that defines “simple elegance. S-3 styling featured a horizontal grille with a vertical center panel painted to match the body color. Speaking of body color, our 1937 Desoto is sharply painted in a red/white two-tone combination. The gorgeous bullet headlights, suicide doors and color keyed steel wheels make this Desoto a showstopper. Powered from a L-head six- cylinder engine featuring a 228.1 cubic inch displacement offering 93 H.P. The transmission is a synchromesh three-speed manual. Hydraulic brakes and steel wheels were standard equipment on this 1937 Desoto Touring Coupe. The time is now to own a piece of Desoto history. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to offer a beautiful 2014 Yamaha VMAX. Yamaha got it right when they designed this 1,679cc V4 rocket for the road. They managed to take the same horsepower as a new Honda Civic and cram it between the 2 wheels of this high performance machine. Thats 174 horsepower available at the twist of the wrist. Safety wasnt forgotten; this bike comes with adjustable front and rear suspension as well as a slipper clutch and ABS. Power is delivered via a 5 speed transmission and a shaft drive to a massive 200mm rear tire. Brembo brakes with dual disc in the front and single in the rear bring this 683 lb beast to a halt with ease. A 30.5 seat height give a commanding view of the road and the bar height keeps the rider in a good position between sport and touring. Although the 4 gallon tank and large side air intakes make it look top heavy, the center of gravity is kept low to improve handling. This bike is just as comfortable carving the twistys as is it opening up the throttle on a straight stretch of highway. If youre looking for a high horsepower muscle bike that still has nice street manners, this is the machine. With only 860 miles, this bad boy is hardly broken in. You can see this beautiful 2014 Yamaha VMAX in our St. Louis showroom or at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Please contact 618-271-3000 or stl@gatewayclassiccars.com with any questions.

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is offering a 1931 Ford Model A two door sedan. The Model A paved the way for mass produced vehicles. By the end of the run, Ford had produced almost 5 million Model As. These vehicles could be purchased in a variety of body styles. From sporty roadsters to industrial trucks, the platform was extremely versatile. This particular example is the popular two door sedan. Theres seating for 4 and plenty of windows for airflow. Even the front wind screen can be tilted open to let in fresh air. Under the hood is a simple flat head 4-cylinder engine. It uses a 3-speed manual transmission and transfers power to the rear axle. These cars are not speed machines, but they are torquey and fun to drive around town. The consignor has owned the car since 1999, and states they have the receipt for the engine rebuild from 7/00. This one fires up nicely and runs and drives like it should. The exterior is a Brown and Tan 2- tone paint, with cloth interior upholstery. This Model A is road ready and has a lot of life left.
