The Z32 was a new design. The body was wider with a rounder profile and fewer hard edges. It had a marginally increased drag coefficient of .31 compared to the Z31's .30. Twin Turbocharged Z32s also featured active rear wheel steering systems called "Super HICAS", first introduced on the HR31 Nissan Skyline, which was actuated hydraulically until 1994 when Nissan switched to an electric actuator. Nissan designated the final 300 units earmarked for North American sale in 1996 as "Commemorative Edition" cars, although nothing new or exclusive to the model was included. The 1996 model years vehicles did not feature Nissan's NVTC variable valve timing system, which had been present on all previous Z32 models. Production continued in Japan until August 2000, with styling updates and the addition of HID headlamps in 1998.[4]

This 2003 Harley Davidson Soft tail FXST is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. 2003 would mark the 100-year anniversary for the new world renowned bike company. The original design was a no frills race bike designed for durability and speed. The biggest revolution however would come in 1909 with the introduction of the V-twin, the same basic principal of today’s engines. This 03 has taken the V -twin to a whole new level. The 95 Screaming Eagle Engine has been topped off with a set of Screaming Eagle heads, stuffed with a set of 10.5: 1 pistons a SE 257 Cam adjustable push rods and a 42MM Mikuni carb finish up the engine build. The Vance & Hines Pro Pipe header let this beast breath. The Screaming Eagle 6 Speed OD transmission lets you click off the gears at ease. Using Fat Boy Fenders with the front narrowed 2.5 inches this bike has a look all to itself. The wheels on this 03 complete the look with their taller than stock stature. The hooligan wheels are some of the best of I have seen with a 21” on the front and an 18” on the back that has matching pulley and rotors. Then of course there is all that chrome, from the engine fully detailed out to the chrome brake calipers if you don’t hear it pull up you will certainly see it when it parks. If you have wanted a great riding awesome running Hawg that is sure to get your motor running your search is over. This 2003 Harley Davidson Soft tail FXST has aluminum wheels, Corbin Solo Seat, Drag Bars, and Deuce Forks. Description:

For 1985, GM dropped the 252-cu.in. V-6 and made the 307-cu.in. V-8 the standard engine across the entire Riviera lineup. The turbocharged V-6 remained an available option on the convertible, with its price reduced to $735, but a mere 49 customers checked this particular option box. For the Riviera convertible's final year on the market, GM built just 400 examples in total, priced from $26,797. With options piled on, however, it was relatively easy to price a Riviera convertible well beyond the $30,000 mark. After four years of production and 3,898 units assembled, GM pulled the plug on the Riviera convertible following the 1985 model year. While neither the Riviera nor its slightly upscale sibling, the Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz Convertible, introduced in 1984, were a commercial success, both foretold the return of the convertible to the U.S. market, and more mainstream models would soon follow.

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Philadelphia is very excited to offer this 1965 Volkswagen Walkthrough 21 Window Bus Tribute. We use the term build quite often in this business. Frankly,it is over used. This bus is a true build. Passionately put together by a true automobile enthusiast who spared no expense when designing this Dream Bus. The goal was to create a show winning transporter. Completed in early 2018 the bus has won first place awards in both shows entered. The prestigious Lakeland VW Classic in March of 2018 and the New York City Volkswagen Governor’s Island Traffic Jam Show. He started with a 11 window German made Walkthrough bus. This is important because buses that were made in other countries often used inferior parts. The exterior is finished in Porsche Meissen Blue and Volkswagen Pearl white. It features custom Porsche 356 rockers and Bumper trim along with Euro style Clear turn signal lenses with yellow bulbs. Those are European Bumpers by the way. There are also two complete sets of wheels one with white walls and the black wall tires that are on the bus currently. The owner tells me that they are more at home on the highway than the whitewalls but that the whitewalls look too good on the bus to pass them up. Adding to the coolness of this bus the vehicle was lowered two inches. Other suspension mods include adjustable Koni shocks, a custom sway bar, front disc brakes and a rebuilt steering box. Everything is concourse quality. The engine is a GEX Custom 1915cc and the Rancho Freeway Flyer 3:88 transmission are both brand new. The motor is equipped with a deep sump oil pan and an auxiliary oil cooler and fan. A custom exhaust system delivers a perfect air cooled sound. The interior features custom upholstery using period correct vinyl and German cloth. Custom Porsche 356 German Square Weave carpet was used throughout along with Dynamat sound proofing as well. The bus has a 12 volt electrical system with an Optima yellow top dry cell battery. The sound system features a Retro Sound Radio with Bluetooth. The engine firewall upholstery is custom Diamond Stitched. The dash has been custom painted also in Porsche Meissen Blue and houses a complete set of custom gauges. Including Temperature and oil pressure. It also has a Deluxe original VW clock and a power outlet under the middle seat. Check out the basket cup holder. The best interior option by far is the 8000 BTU air conditioning unit that is located under the rear seat and is powered by a Honda 2200i Inverter generator that is custom installed. Seat belts were also added as they were not standard in 1965. The front windows are safari type and the side are Pop Outs. All the windows are custom tinted. Check out the size of the sunroof, Let The Sun Shine In! In the rear cargo area there are Porsche 356 luggage brackets, leather straps and even a piece of vintage Luggage. The bus is also equipped with a Blaze Cut fire suppression system. There have been approximately 3300 miles put on the bus since its completion with all maintenance and tuning done by Dougherty’s Automotive. They are Porsche experts located in West Chester, Pa. Description:

Now available in our Philadelphia location is a 1957 Chevrolet Corvette with fuel injection. This car is still very much as it was when the restoration was completed less than 100 miles ago, and it offers an unbeatable combination of performance and good looks. To many, this is exactly what the mental picture of a 1957 Corvette describes: red on black, fuel injection, 4-speed and ready to go to a new home. The ’57 Corvette was the last of the single-headlight series. They featured many new performance options including 245- and 270-hp V8s with single or dual 4-bbl carbs; and the injected 250-hp and 283-hp engines. This one has the 283 CI 283 HP V8. GM built 6,339 1957 Corvettes. 713 cars were ordered with RPO 579B (11% of the cars built), which was the option code for the 283/283, a high-lift cam and Rochester fuel injection, like our car. Wearing a set of bias ply tires just like it did in 1957 this car goes down the road just like it did in 1957. This is one of the first cars that Detroit produced that was delivering a horse power per inch. The fulie Corvettes are legendary with enthusiasts and are sure to be the focus of attention at any show. To view this 1957 Chevrolet Corvette in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or our Philadelphia showroom located in West Deptford, NJ. For sale in our Fort Lauderdale showroom is this iconic Mercedes Benz 190SL. Known as the “little brother” to the 300SL, the 190SL shared many styling cues, engineering, and suspension designs. With that said, this Benz was a very impressive car upon its debut. The prototype 190SL was first unveiled at the 1954 New York Auto Show and put into production the following year. This sleek classic is easily recognizable from a distance. Back in the showroom after over 50 years, this SL is even more desirable than it was when it first came out, and an even better investment. These cars are only going to appreciate in years to come. Whether you want a gorgeous garage queen, a safe investment, or a Sunday roadster to drive with the top down, this car can be all three. The wide white wall tires accent the cream exterior and tan interior superbly. The seats are very comfortable and the interior is in fantastic shape. The paint shows very well and looks excellent. This driver quality car is one that should be shown off to others and enjoyed. Drop the top and take it anywhere you can think of, because you will be making excuses to take this out of the garage! These first generation Corvettes are by far the most elegantly designed compared to later models. The dual headlights and swoopy body lines make for an appearance that rivals European exotics of it’s time. Finished in a bright Red with white contrasting side coves this Corvette is a real show stopper. As you walk around the vehicle you’ll notice nice details like the intake cutout in the hood, custom wheels and intact chrome trim. Take a seat inside and at first glance you might think its all factory spec but look closer and you’ll notice a gauge cluster which has been retrofitted with modern gauges, a center console with integrated shifter and ridetech air suspension control panel and a set of bucket seats upholstered in leather. Under the hood is a crate 502 cubic inch V8 and is paired with a 3 speed automatic transmission. With power being put down by a 9 inch rear end with 3.50 gears imagine how this car can get up and go! The sound is intoxicating, you just want more and more as you step on the gas! Pop off the hard top and cruise with the wind in your hair. If you’re looking for a classic Corvette with style and power this is the one you want to own! Options include AM/FM radio, power brakes, power steering, seat belts, leather and aluminum wheels wrapped in radial tires.

Description:

An absolutely stellar black beauty! This is a highly collectible and sought after 1977 Pontiac Trans Am Special Edition. This represents a show condition version of the famous Smokey and the Bandit Trans Am made famous by Burt Reynolds. This car features the original black paint with its original Y81 Special Edition gold trim and massive firebird decal on the hood. Lacking only the T-Tops of the actual Y82 Special Edition movie version of the car, the color, the year, the interior, the engine, and everything else is exactly correct. Under the hood is the coveted 400 cubic inch Pontiac V8 that is more desired by collectors than other engine options in the year. It is mated to a factory Turbo Hydromatic automatic transmission and factory rear end. The odometer is showing only 8,000 miles. It has power disc brakes and power steering. Previously held in a private collection, this is a rare opportunity. The real bandit Trans Am from the movie sold at auction recently for over $490,000. While not that exact car this car certainly represents the next thing to owning the original. With all the original running gear, clean original interior, and even the original radial tires according to the owner, you could be just like the Burt with this collectible show piece..

This RT is painted Ice Blue Metallic and complimented with a black interior. Inside this car has the rally instrument cluster, am/8track and bucket seats. According to the current owner it has gone through a body on restoration 10 years ago. In the engine compartment is the potent 383cu magnum matted to a 4speed A833 with a pistol grip manual. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Kansas City is proud to present this beautiful, fully customized award winning 1946 Chevrolet Coupe. This 1946 Chevy Coupe under went a complete rebuilt of the entire car and this coupe was built to be driven. The motor is a Chevy small block 400, 383 Stroker motor and the heads are ported. The transmission is a turbo 350 built for the motor. The owner states that the body was removed from the frame, stripped down to bare metal along with the frame. The frame was completely rebuilt and painted along with an independent front end by Fat Man. The body under went a total rebuild. When you park the car next to a stock body you will really see all the subtle changes, along with the very noticeable changes. The top was chopped 3”. The windshield and back glass are recessed into the body just like modern windshields and even the wing windows are functional. It has power windows and door openers which you will not find on just any 46 Chevrolet Coupe allowing you to open doors from the key fob. The top of hood of the car was removed for a new sheet metal top. That was done instead of welding the center hood seam which could cause warping and possibly rust later in life. The new hood skin was cut out and a slight brake was made in a sheet metal brake to form the hood peek. Then it was oxy acetylene welded and hammer welding, old school. The hood nose is laid back 2.5” from stock. Until you see it setting next to another car you will not notice it because it is so subtle. The hood scoops were made using a ¼” steel rod and fully welding both sides of the rod in to place. The rain drip rails were removed and a ¼” steel rod was welding on both sides and molded into place. The belt line below the back glass going around to each back window to help break up the body and create a better body line. This is a subtle but dramatic change that really enhances the appearance of the Coupe. The final paint and body work was performed by the famed builder and painter Rodger Ward in Ottawa Kansas at Bad Paint Company who has had several magazine cars over the years. This stunning Coupe also has frenched head lights, filled door handles, frenched taillights, and a smoothed bumper and grill. The wheels are Torque Thruster wheels. 17” up front and 18” on back. The rear end is Posi-trac with 3:23 gearing. Holley Sniper fuel injection has also been recently added. The radiator was replaced with a new aluminum radiator with electric fans. Evans High performance coolant was also used over standard coolant. Front disc brakes have also been installed and the brake lines were replaced with new ones. Some additional features of this stunning 1946 Chevrolet Coupe include A/C, AM/FM radio, GPS, Power Steering, Power locks and also keyless entry.

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Chicago is excited to offer this very unique 1940 Ford Super Deluxe Flower Car once again. If youre scratching your head thinking Ive never seen one of those before! Its probably because you most likely have not. This 1940 Ford Deluxe was produced by the Ford Motor Company and then converted by The Eureka Manufacturing Company of Rock Falls Illinois into a flower car. Essentially starting out as a 5-window coupe, the conversion lengthened the chassis and the convertible rear casket compartment was created with metal rollers and pins to store the side rails that would hold flowers in place. This car had a dual use of being enclosed with the original canvas cover for the less elaborate funerals and having the rear compartment cover removed and side rails installed for a more elaborate send off. Flower cars were popular during the middle of the century and now are rarely seen in modern funerals. While most if not all of these conversions done by Eureka were on General Motors vehicles this one being a Ford and not a Packard or Cadillac makes this highly obscure and is believed to be the only one ever made. This car was purchased new in 1940 and check out the original photos of the car being delivered. Now fast forward to now and you will notice that not much has really changed. This is an original, unmolested, unrestored car that still retains the original paint, original canvas cover, original interior and powertrain. Now is your chance to own something that nobody else has and enter the world of Professional Car Collectors. Surely this will be the only one at whatever show you attend and thanks to years of maintenance and recent service work performed this car is ready for the road and will cruise at highway speeds. New parts include brake shoes, wheel and master cylinders, brake hoses, rear axle seals, new points set, fuel tank, fuel pump and carburetor overhaul. Located in our Chicago showroom, this 1940 Ford Deluxe Flower Car can be seen including an HD video and pictures at www.gatewayclassiccars.com.
