Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1968 Chevrolet Camaro SS Tribute Convertible! By the mid-60s the muscle car wars really started to rev up! Chevrolet had the Corvette, but it didnt compete in this newfound market. Seeing the success of their competitors, Chevrolet decided to dream up a car that could go toe to toe with the mustang and what came out would become a legend. The Camaro debuted in 1967 kicking off the pony wars within the muscle war, a rivalry that still lingers today after 50 years! The Camaro may be in its 6th generation now but what we have here is a 68 model. This Camaro was assembled out of the Norwood plant. The orange paint presents well, and the color really shows off the bold lines of the car. The black vinyl interior goes well with the tones and is also in good order. Under the hood is a 350ci V8 backed by a turbo 350 3-speed automatic transmission. The car runs and drives out well, shifts smooth and 4-disc brake conversion helps her brake with ease. Power top works and can be seen in the video operating. Current owner has had her for over 5 years, acquired from a private owner. Car recently received new tires, had a front-end alignment and a new gas tank. The convertible boot cover does come with the car. The title is clean and clear and ready to be transferred into your name now. Options on this Camaro include: Power Steering, Automatic Convertible Top, Vinyl Interior, AM/FM Radio, Alloy Wheels, and Radial Tires. This 1968 Chevrolet Camaro SS Tribute Convertible is offered by our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Now available at our PHILLY location is this beautiful 2006 Hertz Mustang GT. This retired rent-a-racer racked up just 9600 miles before being retired from rental duty. It now has 9859 total miles making it one of the lowest mileage Hertz cars that we have seen. There was a time in the late 1960s when $17/day would put you behind the wheel of a genuine Shelby GT350H.They were available at select locations across the country. There are endless tales of GT350H’s returning to the rental lots with worn tires, roll bar mounts or holes in the floor, even entirely different engines. It’s hard to say how many of those stories are true but the cars became known as Rent-A-Racers. The name stuck and the cars that survived their rental duties intact are worth a mint today. To commemorate these legendary cars, Shelby created the 2006 GT-H. Number 222 of just 500 produced. It still has the original Pirelli Zero Nero tires with 7-8 32nds tread remaining. They are practically new. The 2006 Mustang GT-H is sure to follow in the footsteps of the GT350H.and climb in value as years’ pass. If you missed out owning one of the first Hertz cars, don’t miss your chance at redemption! This vehicle also includes the Shelby dash plate. Indicating that this is number 222. It has never been installed on the car as the original vinyl version is still in place. Also included is the matching Shelby key tag with car id. This car also has the optional Sirius tuner with Hertz logo. Lift the hood and you’ll find one Ford’s venerable 4.6L modular motors. As a 2006 model, this is the 24V SOHC equipped with variable camshaft timing. These engines turned out a respectable 300hp in stock trim but, of course, nothing leaves Shelby without upgrades. For the GT-H, that comes in the form of a Ford Racing Power Pack. First, the ECU is flashed for a more aggressive timing curve. Next, breathing is made easy through a 90mm cold air intake, free-flowing mufflers and an X-pipe that replaces the more restrictive H-pipe. The upgrades add roughly 25hp and 10lb. ft. of torque. The engine fires up with ease and sounds killer through the revised exhaust system. To view this 2006 Ford Mustang in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or our Philadelphia showroom located in West Deptford, NJ. Description:

Now available at our Philadelphia showroom is a 2009 Chevrolet Corvette SV 9 Competizione. If you have never heard of an SV 9 Comptizione you are not alone. In the summer of 2009 in Las Vegas at the SEMA show the SV Motor Company debuted the much-anticipated SV 9 Competizione. Based on the Chevrolet Corvette it was designed to capture the essence of the Italian exotics without all the expensive maintenance that they require. The grand plan was to produce 1000 of these cars that model year. With a catalog of 25 exterior colors, four wheel choices and five interior trim options. SV motors promised that no two cars would be the same. Distinguished by its unique carbon fiber composite body panels, Osram Xenon headlights and extra wide alloy wheels with Pirelli P-Zero Rosso Tires. The SV 9 features a luxurious interior featuring custom leather upholstered seats and paneling by Mario Levi Spa of Torino, Italy, special woodgrain accents and custom instrumentation. The heart of the car is the LS3 6.2L/450 HP all aluminum V-8 sporting a six-speed transmission and a ANSA exhaust system. The Corvette Z51 Performance Package adds 14.1-inch cross drilled ventilated disc brakes, special shocks, springs, and stabilizer bars. It also includes engine oil and transmission fluid coolers and a six-speed transmission. Unfortunately, less than a year later the man behind SV Motors Joseph “Giuseppe” Viola, was indicted on fraud charges and sentenced to 36 years in prison. That was a death sentence for the SV 9. There would be no production. All the plans for producing this fantastic car were canceled. Only 4 were built. One in Red, one in White, one in Blue, and the Green one that we have here. Performance is 0 – 60 in 4 seconds with a top speed of 190 MPH.To view this 2009 Chevrolet Corvette SV 9 Competizione in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or our Philadelphia showroom located in West Deptford, NJ. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars Ft. Lauderdale is proud to offer this Classy 1990 Land Rover Defender 90. Land Rover was conceived by the Rover Company in 1947 during the aftermath of World War II. Before the war, Rover had produced luxury cars which were not in demand in the immediate post-war period and raw materials were strictly rationed to those companies building construction or industrial equipment, or products that could be widely exported to earn crucial foreign exchange for the country. Because of the tight financial position in this period of British Leyland (which owned Land Rover), Santanas were often better placed than Land Rover was to deal with these failings. This meant that Santana began to engineer its own solutions to common problems into the models it produced and thus arose a degree of originality in Santanas models compared to Land Rovers original products - a trend that led to the companys position today. Land Rover is known the world over for its capabilities off road. Whether it is the Sahara, the Amazon, the Mojave, or the Alaskan Outback or Defender. This Charming 1990 Land Rover Defender 90 has a vibrant White exterior paint with Black trim, and pairs nicely with the beautiful Black leather interior. Equipped with a rebuilt inline 4 cylinder 200 TDI 2.5 Liter Diesel engine, with less than 20 miles since the new rebuilt, as well as a bore of 90.47mm and a Piston Stroke of 97mm, this Defender can move. Moreover, the 200 TDI 2.5 Liter is accompanied by a 5-speed manual Transmission. Other options include: Power Steering, Power Brakes, Air Conditioning, Am/Fm Radio, Light Bar, Towing Winch, Spare Tire, Seat Belts, Aluminum/Alloy Wheels, Radial Tires and more! Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is excited to present this all-steel 1938 Pontiac Business Coupe for sale on consignment with our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix. Theres a lot of hot rods out there for sale and its safe to say it can be hard to stand out from the crowd in this category. Theres just something about the body lines on these custom classics and the way they can be endlessly personalized into an all-round cool build like this one. Painted in Dark Pearl Blue and Purple PPG two-tone, this Pontiac takes on its own personality from the moment you set eyes on it. The body was chopped 5 ½ inches with the B-pillars removed entirely and running boards were integrated and painted in the same Purple body color. Budnik 15 aluminum wheels with BF Goodrich rubber on all four wheels look great and complete the polished stance of this 38 Pontiac. Under the hood of this street rod is a ZZ3 350 CID V8 small block engine with TPI fuel injection. A 4-speed automatic transmission (700R4) with overdrive is smooth and effective around town or on the highway. Stopping and steering capability has been upgraded along with the rest of the car using 4-wheel disc brakes, independent front suspension with coil over shocks in the front and rear. Pop open the doors (exterior door handles have been removed) and feast your eyes on the refined interior of this Business Coupe. Gray leather seating is comfortable and gives driver and passenger a lot of space. A full VDO gauge set is informative and provides all the readings youll need to keep your head in the right place while youre out enjoying the ride. Meanwhile, the Budnik steering wheel with tilt column is a nice addition and features the Pontiac logo on the horn button for an appropriate finishing touch. This 1938 Pontiac Business Coupe for sale presents itself as a great driver or show vehicle; if youre looking to own a hot rod to be proud of and dont feel like waiting years to build one, this is your chance! Description:

Gateway Classic Cars Houston showroom is proud to offer this beautiful Ontario Orange 1972 Chevrolet Corvette for sale. This T-top car is powered by its original 350 CID LT-1 V8. 1972 was the last year for front and rear chrome bumpers and saw the beginning of the use of SAE net power ratings. This meant that power was rated with all engine accessories in place. This Corvette has the high-performance small block engine (the LT-1 was rated at 55 more HP than the base units 200HP); which, when converted back to gross HP (like its 1971 rating would have used), would have been rated at close to 350HP. This is still more than enough to burn off the rear tires and give a lot of cars a run for their money. The C3 Corvette (referring to the third generation) ran from 1968 all the way through 1982. This C3 is one of only about 20,486 Corvette coupes produced in 1972. With its roughly 93,000 miles on the odometer, and having its original drivetrain, it is very likely to increase in value as the LT-1 cars become harder to find (especially the manual transmission cars). This numbers matching Corvette is equipped with its original-spec leather seating, and the black interior nicely contrasts with the Ontario Orange paint. It fires up with ease, and is a real pleasure to drive, with everything operating smoothly and properly. This beauty is ready to rock the shows and steal the show at cruising events. Pop off the T-tops, remove and stow the back glass, and have a near-convertible experience, while still getting the better ride that most coupes have (compared to pure roadsters). So, what are you waiting for? Snap this one up, strap yourself in, fire it up, grab 1st gear, and hit it! With upgrade suspension, this car rides very smooth. Some of these upgrades include new Speed Tech upper and lower control arms, Viking double adjustable coil overs, and upgraded sway bar as well. To add to the classic touch this sits on a set of chrome Cragar wheels with Nitto tires with plenty of tread left in them. The interior still has the original style to it and is in great shape. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars Houston showroom is pleased to present this awesome orange and white 1971 Chevrolet Super Cheyenne C10 pickup. Chevrolet produced these Action Line trucks beginning with the 1967 model year and concluding in 1972. The Action Line is the first generation to use the C/K designation to differentiate the 2WD drive trucks from the 4WD versions; with the C designating rear wheel drive, and K designating 4x4 drivetrains (until the 1987-91 model years, which used R and V for 2/4-wheel drive configurations respectively). The Action Line trucks are among the most popular and desirable trucks today, and this is one of the nicest weve had. Looking at this truck from a distance, some might mistake it as being virtually unused; but up close, its evident that it has been used, but only ever so slightly! Its really in great condition: from the body to the paint, to the interior, to the drivetrain, this is really a gorgeous truck. Whomever did the painting took great pride in their workmanship, and it shows - the body and paint need to be seen up close to appreciate how nice this truck looks. The exterior trim is in similar shape, looking nearly like new, complete down to the detail of the woodgrain applique strips. The weatherstripping and seals are also in very good shape, so from a restoration perspective, this baby is complete - just buy it, drive off, and enjoy the fact that your classic Super Cheyenne is in your garage, and not the restoration shop! Powering this clean 71 is the ubiquitous 350 CID (small block) V8, backed by a GM TH350 3-speed automatic transmission, which delivers the output to the 12-bolt rear end. The mighty mouse motor is topped by an Edelbrock 4BBL carb on its aluminum intake. A set of Hooker headers scavenge the exhaust into the true dual exhaust system, providing a nice muscular sound, as well as freer breathing than the original cast iron exhaust manifolds/single exhaust configuration ever could have. Its riding on a set of original style wheels with bright chrome beauty rings and BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires. The interior of this Super Cheyenne is as nice as the exterior, with nearly everything almost indistinguishable from new. The carpet looks fresh, the switchgear and levers look great, and the bench seat looks awesome; with its black and white houndstooth fabric providing improved comfort vs. an all-synthetic leather seat. The black vinyl trim on the bench gives improved wear resistance in the most friction-prone parts of the seat, while the cloth keeps passengers from getting sticky shirts. Passenger safety isnt overlooked either, with power front disc brakes (introduced on Chevy pickups in 1971) and seat belts for both outboard passengers. Additional features and options on this 1971 Chevrolet Super Cheyenne C10 include cold air conditioning, retro-styled AM/FM/Cassette head unit (not hooked up), Cloth/Vinyl seating, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Radial Tires, Rallye Wheels, Seat Belts, Spare Tire, and Tilt Steering Column.
