Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of San Antonio/Austin is pleased to present this 1967 Chevrolet Camaro finished in Granada Gold. The Camaro was more than just Chevrolets answer to the 1st generation Ford Mustangs, it was the beginning of Chevrolets dominance in the segment. Derived from a French word meaning Comrade or Friend, the Camaro was quickly recognized as a friendly word for sports car buyers looking for a true value. This Camaro has gone against the normal route of a big and powerful motor with a smooth, gas-sipping inline 6 mated to a three-on-the-tree manual transmission. This combination generates plenty of torquey power yet runs smoothly and can be tuned to get decent fuel economy. Cornering is a thrill, instead of going nose-down into a turn like the V-8-powered brute, the nimble six-cylinder Camaro hugs the curves like they are old friends. The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in black vinyl with color-coordinated door panels, dash pad, headliner, and carpets. Additional appointments include lap belts, a heater, Camaro-branded floor mats and a push-button AM radio. The three-spoke steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer an 8k-rpm tachometer and a fuel gauge. Auxiliary gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature and battery charge are located on the center stack below the radio. This car will make you take the long way home every time.

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Denver welcomes this 1961 Pontiac Bonneville! The Bonneville remained Pontiacs costliest and most luxurious model throughout the 1960s. The distinctive protruding grille made its appearance on all Pontiac products during the early 1960s. The Bonneville differed from its lesser Catalina and Star Chief counterparts by featuring more luxurious interior trim with upgraded cloth and Morrokide vinyl or expanded Morrokide upholstery in sedans and coupes, expanded Morrokide in Safari wagons and genuine leather seating in convertibles. Bonnevilles (with the exception of Bonneville Safari station wagons) were also (along with Star Chiefs) built on a longer wheelbase version of GMs B-Body. Also found in the Bonneville were instrument panels and door panels with walnut veneer trim, carpeted lower door panels, grab bar on the passenger side of the dash and courtesy lights and a rear arm rest. Bonneville models were standard equipped with Hydra-Matic (through 1964) or Turbo Hydra-Matic (1965-on) automatic transmissions. Other options included power steering and power brakes as well as air conditioning. Other popular options included power windows, power seats, radio, cruise control, and 8-lug aluminum wheels (This one has them!) that included integral brake drums for improved stopping power. The Bonneville also had more powerful standard V8 engines than other full-sized Pontiacs including the 389 cu in (6.4 l) (this one is an Original Tri-Power) or 400 cu in (6.6 l) V8s with four-barrel carburetors (power ratings of 303 to 340 hp (226 to 254 kW) depending on year) with many optional V8 offerings available including Tri-Power (three two-barrel carburetor) options on both the 389 cu in (6.4 l) and 421 cu in (6.9 l) V8s that offered up to 376 hp (280 kW) through 1966. For 1963 only<1963 Pontiac shop manual>, Pontiac also offered the 421 cu in (6.9 l) Super Duty with two four-barrel carburetors, rated at 425 hp (317 kW), as a US$2,250 option (when the base Bonneville listed at US$3,349) (SOURCE Wikipeda) The engine has been bored .030 over with a mild cam. What a great Sunday cruiser. Dont miss your opportunity to own a piece of American built Muscle /Race Car history. It can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and a HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is pleased to present for sale, on consignment, this stunning 1956 Ford Fairlane Crown Victoria! Prior to the Crown Victoria becoming its own model in 1992, it appeared in 1955-56 as a premium trim for the Fairlane and later from 1980-91 as the premium trim for the LTD. The thing that separated a Crown Victoria from a standard Fairlane was the B-Pillared roofline. The B Pillar was fitted with a stainless steel band crowning the roof and giving a sleek appearance. There is a lot to take in with this car from the Goldenglow Yellow and Colonial White exterior that is heavily accented with chrome and stainless steel trim. The extended rear bumper that houses the roll away spare tire that gives you access to the trunk and gas filler and the unique placement of the Crown Victoria emblems on the door that just seem to belong there. Not to be outdone, the stunning black and white interior is a piece of art in itself with the roofline continuing through the interior headliner, a full set of gauges and even an armrest in the rear seat! This car is equipped with the Thunderbird Special 312 cubic inch V8 Y Block mated to the 3 speed manual transmission, both of which are reported to not have been rebuilt. Additional features on this car include an AM/FM/CD radio located in the glove box, power brakes, seatbelts and tilt steering. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is pleased to present for sale, on consignment this amazing 1962 Lotus Super 7 kit car by R Motorsport, Ltd, dubbed the Diva Roadster. Paying homage to the Lotus Seven from the 60s, there were improvements made to the chassis design, suspension, safety and comfort features. Most notable is the fact that they ditched the inline 4 cylinder engine for something a little bit more robust. A freshly rebuilt Chevrolet LS1 provides a little more punch, while the 4L60E, 4 speed automatic transmission transfers the power to a Ford 8.8 rear end that houses 3:73 gears. Pull the quick release steering wheel and ease down into the drivers seat, take a look at the classic flat dash with AutoMeter speedometer, tachometer, oil pressure, water temp, voltage and fuel gauges. 4 wheel disc brakes sit inside a set of Vintage Wheel Works V60 wrapped in BF Goodrich G Force Comp 2 tires, size 245/45/17 in the front and 275/40/17 in the rear. Luxury comes by way of power steering and brakes and safety comes by way of seat belts (helmet optional). A book full of records, receipts and build instructions will be included with the vehicle. You may not know if an open air, open wheel, street legal track car is your thing until you get behind the wheel of one and thats where the obsession begins. This roadster is ready to tear up the streets or the track, call today to learn about the purchase process!
