Description:

For sale by our Nashville showroom is this eye catching 1956 Ford F100 Panel Van. Under the hood of this rowdy resto-mod is a massive 460 cubic inch V8 fed by a pair of 4-barrel carbs and a beefy C6 3-speed automatic transmission. One look under the hood into the clean engine bay and you cant help but appreciate the work that has gone into this Ford. The massive long tube headers stand out prominently, the polished brass radiator tank pops in contrast to the color matched engine bay, and the shotgun-style scoop with angry eyes stares menacingly back at you. The entire rest of the vehicle matches suit with a plethora of custom touches inside and outside the vehicle. The hood has been louvered to better keep hot air out of the engine bay, as well as looking much better than factory. A Supertrapp muffler comes out of either side of the vehicle just in front of the rear wheel and makes an aggressive roar when accelerating. The two-tone theme carries into the interior of this finely finished Ford, and makes for a very aesthetically pleasing F100. This 1956 Ford F100 is the benchmark for a high-quality resto-mod classic. Options include: Air-Conditioning, CD Player, Spare Tire, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Tilt Steering Wheel, Cloth Interior, Kill Switch, and Racing Wheels with Radial Tires. Description:

This could potentially be the only Cougar like this one still in existence! Sold June 23rd, 1969 this triple black Cougar was purchased and adored for many years by what is believed to be only two owners. After the current owner purchased it 6 years ago, this classic Mercury underwent a complete restoration where the car was stripped down to the bare tub. Once taken down bolt by bolt, the car was professionally restored using correct parts and no expense was sparred throughout. The same 390 cubic inch big block V8 and C-6 Merc-O-Matic that came in only 102 Cougars that year was also taken apart and professionally rebuilt. Since this work was completed and the car was put back together, there has been only 464 miles put on this stunning Cougar! The Raven black paint that was a factory color in 1969 looks deep and is like looking in a mirror and pairs well with the completely black interior and black soft top. As you sit in the driver’s seat, and stare out over the gauges, you will be impressed at the overall condition and feel as if you are looking at this Cougar back on the showroom floor in 1969. The ride in this Cougar is just as impressive. Before the interior was reinstalled, the floor pans were lined in Dynamat to keep the road noise down. This Cougar is a piece of American automotive history and is an excellent option for someone who wants a very original classic with a MARTI report and the prominence that goes with it. This vehicle is located in our Denver showroom. You can view this 1969 Mercury Cougar in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

Offered for sale by our Chicago showroom is this beautiful 1962 Chevrolet Corvette. Powered by a 327 small block V8 with only 376 miles since new, this is a true “must-see. Given the nickname “Cherry Smash this Corvette has won national shows, been on the cover of magazines, and has been completely customized from top to bottom, inside and out. Starting with the 327 having been completely gone through and prepared for boost via the 4-71 Cragar supercharger blasting out an estimated 600+ horsepower. Being that this ‘Vette was never destined for the streets, the alternator was removed to eliminate as much parasitic drag from the engine as possible. Lots of Corvettes have big horsepower claims, but none of them have looks on par with this 1975 ISCA show winner. With a painted frame, chrome front straight axle, and custom velour wrapped interior, including the roll cage, this Corvette just oozes style and is loaded with secret changes and upgrades from your standard 62 model. The front rims are still wrapped in period correct Stahl tires, while a fresher set of rear slicks have been installed for safety. The vehicle was recently features in the Summer 2021 issue of Speed & Kulture Magazine as a full page spread! The 4-speed trans shifts like butter and is eager to be wound out and hammered into gear. The blower puts out the distinct whine that only a roots-style supercharger can deliver bringing a vintage sound to match the sights and smells of unburnt fuel and candy-metallic paint. This Corvette is full disco and is a true survivor of the glory days of drag racing and car shows. Options include: Manual Convertible Top, Seat belts, and Racing Wheels. Description:

In stunning black on black we have this 1956 Ford F-100. With 55,150 miles this black beauty is a clean example of an early F series, a series that would go on to become the top-selling vehicle of all time. Powered by the 223-inch OHV six-cylinder that is mated to a 3-speed manual transmission, this thing is a blast from the past. As told by the owner this is a numbers matching truck. It has also received a complete repaint to give a fresh look. Starting in 1953 Ford decided their post war trucks were going to need to evolve and evolve they did. No particularly in what they could haul but how they rode and felt. Designed to be more “driver oriented than the trucks of the past, these were made to give it a more passenger car like feel. Given a much larger cab they also give the riders more room to move about. If this truck strikes a chord with you, as it should anyone, feel free to reach out to us. You can see the truck at GatewayClassicCars.com where you will be able to see over 100 HD photos and video or give us a call @ (913) 815-1340.

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to present this amazing 1970 Pontiac GTO Convertible in our Orlando showroom. You can clearly see that someone invested nicely in the paint, and maintenance of this 1970 Pontiac GTO Convertible. And with its 400ci V8 also looking (and sounding) so good, you know you have found muscle car heaven. The glow of the paint first catches your eye (and everyone else, too.) They resprayed the paint to have a vivid personality and deep clearcoat shine. It looks terrific in the sunlight, which is exactly what you want a convertible to do. And you can also tell there was investment that went well beyond the paint to make sure the body was looking nice This is a real-deal GTO, and a convertible version is a rare treat. So, they made sure this one lived up to its legendary status with proper dual hood scoops, and American Racing Wheel GTO wheels. The crisp white roof looks great against the deep Atoll Blue exterior, and with the flip of a switch, it powers down to reveal a similar dynamic with the Blue interior. There was a nice investment here, and you can tell by the condition of the seats, sun visors, and door panels. This one really has a great period-correct feeling with a center console and even the AM/FM radio is still on display and features a nifty bluetooth adapter! The three-spoke steering wheel feels great in your hands, and with the deeply inset triple pod gauge setup, the view from the drivers seat almost European. When you open the hood, you can immediately see this motor is for both power and flair. The mighty V8 inhales deeply with a four-barrel carburetor, and it exhales with authority through the dual exhaust. Plus, with a strong 700 R4 Automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes w/discs up front, and it is easy to enjoy this beastly GTO. The sale comes complete PHS document. Description:

Offered for sale by our Dallas Fort Worth showroom is an extremely rare 1957 Jaguar XK140MC. This MC has been well taken care of, and is still capable of taking you anywhere needed! When the XK140 took over as Jaguars flagship sports car in 1954, it had a serious challenge, following in the tracks of the spectacular XK120. True, it looked a lot like the car it followed, but there were quite a few differences, too. The large bumpers and heavier cast grille may have taken away a little of the models inherent grace, but this new trim provided far better protection from the large Detroit behemoths that populated the sports cars largest market in America. And while the weight went up slightly, so did the power of the 3.4-liter, twin cam six, which was up to 190 horsepower in standard trim. As a result, performance remained on a par with its predecessor. The uprated engine was mated to the same four-speed manual unit used in the XK120, although overdrive was available. To view this numbers matching 1957 Jaguar XK140MC in greater detail, including 100+ HD photos and HD video, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is proud to present this beautiful 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS Convertible. Capturing the model at its first generation, open air, this 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS Convertible X55 Code car wears its original colors both inside and out and carries a period correct # matching powerplant underneath its hood. This classic has been the beneficiary of a skillful restoration that put a central emphasis on aesthetic authenticity and its looking and running great. The factory-correct Frost Green is great to have. Not only is a cool 60s-style color, but you dont see it too often anymore. While the recent respray gives it a nice gloss, We especially like it on the distinct bold D90 hockey stick stripe package that runs up the front like a bumblebee stripe, to compliment the awesome white ragtop. The interior retains its original configuration as well, with the green of the upholstery contrasting with the green of the dash area and carpeting, the latter of which looks new. To enhance safety as this 69 rolled out, Chevy went to higher backed buckets with added headrests and the pair here are well-positioned for plenty more miles of comfortable use. Take a closer look at the dash area - besides the collection of clear, functional gauges residing in the instrument panel, the dash pad running across the top appears good shape and the woodgrain accents were applied good. An aftermarket AM/FM/CD player is about the only deviation from stock youll find inside these doors and, as you take your position in the drivers seat, youll come into contact with one of Chevys signature design features of the era - the horseshoe shifter on the center console. Beneath that sculpted hood is a 350 cubic inch V8 thats the same powerplant this vintage Chevy rolled off the showroom floor with. It sits in a very clean engine compartment with its chrome air cleaner contrasting with the orange of its block and valve covers, firing up quickly and pulling with plenty of conviction as it sends a clear, resonant note out of its aftermarket mufflers. This Camaro is a 3-speed automatic TH350 transmission known for its rugged dependability. A set of 14 SS wheels complete the look of this vintage muscle car, sitting overpower brakes at all four corners that feature discs up front for fade resistant stops, while featured power steering makes for nice, easy navigation. Below, the undercarriage looks very solid. Exuding vintage aesthetics and running strong, this 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS Convertible offers the promise of many future fun filled, open air miles. Gateway Classic Cars of Philadelphia is presenting a 1967 Plymouth GTX for sale. This 1967 GTX is wearing fresh Black paint and a Red interior. This Plymouth is powered by a 426(478) CI V8. The transmission is a A833 manual both with approximately 4500 miles since rebuilt. The rear is a Dana 60 with 3:54 gears. The engine is a stroker with Hydraulic lifters and it runs great. The Hemi was an option in this car in 1967. This GTX was originally equipped with the 440 CI engine that was standard. This car is represented as being a rust free solid car. The paint work is over 5 years old and looks fresh. To the owners knowledge this car has all original body panels. In the 60s when Plymouth and Dodge started throwing big V8s into their cars they could be a little rough around the edges. The GTX was the sophisticated Mopar. Designed for the Gentleman who wanted to drive a muscle car. The GTX was based on the good-looking two-door Belvedere hardtop. The GTX was dressed up with a special grille and tail panel, simulated hood scoops, and chrome gas cap. The cabin was top-of-the-line, with bucket seats, embossed vinyl, and lots of brightwork. The dash in this car has a clean uncluttered sophisticated look. The shifter coming out of the floor with no console is all business and the column mounted tach tells you what that business is. Everything looks new inside this car from carpet to headliner.
