Description:

For sale in our Dallas Fort Worth showroom is a 1957 Jaguar XK140. When the XK140 took over as Jaguars flagship sports car in 1954, it had a serious challenge, following in the tracks of the spectacular XK120. True, it looked a lot like the car it followed, but there were quite a few differences, too. The large bumpers and heavier cast grille may have taken away a little of the models inherent grace, but this new trim provided far better protection from the large Detroit behemoths that populated the sports cars largest market in America. And while the weight went up slightly, so did the power of the 3.4-liter, twin cam six, which was up to 190 horsepower in standard trim. As a result, performance remained on a par with its predecessor. The uprated engine was mated to the same four-speed manual unit used in the XK120, although overdrive was now available. To view this numbers matching 1957 Jaguar XK140 in greater detail, including 100+ HD photos and HD video, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For more information please call the Dallas/Fort Worth Showroom at 817-310-9400 or email at dallas@gatewayclassiccars.com.

For sale in our Houston showroom is this beautiful 1939 Ford Roadster street rod. Covered in an unmistakably flamboyant metallic green, this baby really stands out from the crowd! Featuring a detachable chopped hard top, this is one unmistakable hot rod. a 400hp 350 CID V8 with under 4000 miles on it lurks under the hood, and its backed by a freshly-built TH350 3-speed automatic, which sends the power to the Ford 9 rear, with a custom 4-link setup handling getting the power to the ground. Coilover shocks are at all 4 corners, and its massive Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires (225/35-ZR19 front, 295/30-ZR20 rear) wrapped around the Budnik billet wheels (19 front, 20 rear) all contribute to enabling this vintage hotrod to handle like a modern sports car. Power steering is there to help aid low-speed maneuverability, but its doubtful youll spend much time going slow! Dont worry if you get going too quickly because of the surge of adrenaline that will get to your right foot - your left foot can stab the slow pedal, and the multi-piston Wilwood brake calipers will grab the massive rotors (drilled/slotted up front, drilled out back) and haul you back to legal numbers in no time. Open the custom, shaved handle suicide doors, and the coolness continues...Inside, youll find a completely custom interior, with plenty of creature comforts. A fully-polished Colorado Custom tilt-adjustable steering column is topped by a billet steering wheel, and the dash sports a full set of AutoMeter ProComp gauges to both keep the driver informed of critical vehicle systems, as well as to further the high-performance street rod motif. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is pleased to present this 3-owner 1941 Cadillac 62 Series 67D Coupe Convertible. This car is in very good overall condition and appears to have a repaint at some time in the past. The bumpers appear to have been replated, as the remaining emblems and trim are in good original condition, showing minimal patina. The consignor states this Convertible is number matching, powered by a 248-cu. in. Flat Head V-8 mated to a newly rebuilt 3-speed selective synchromesh manual transmission, with ~5,00-miles on it. This is what GCC would consider a very nice driver! She is painted in Black, with a Saddle power top, and Red leather interior. The red leather interior is in very good condition and appears to have a new quality pile carpet installed. The car has performed well over the years and has been regularly maintained, as it runs and drives like expected, the car doesnt need much to be enjoyed immediately. Styling was heavily emphasized for 41, and when new these opulent Cadillacs emerged looking quite distinctive. The prow-nose motif of the Thirties was gone and replaced by a blunter and more imposing frontal design that was highlighted by a dramatic horizontal egg-crate grille - a theme that has been continued to this day. The coffin-nose-style hood (evidence of the industry-wide effect of Cord styling) and the headlights integrated into the broader fenders separated it from all Cadillacs that had gone before. At the rear the fenders show squarer, the left taillight hides the gas-filler cap, and twin vertical bars divide the rear window into three segments. Three horizontal chrome speed stripes on the front and rear fenders of this model help promote the theory of movement while standing still. This Cobra makes the power to tackle any application from cruising the strip to track day setups. Under the hood is a healthy Real 427 Big Block Engine with dual four barrel Holley carbs estimated at 500hp that rumbles to life and bells out a menacing note through the side pipes. Furthermore, this AC Cobra also features solid tubular frame giving it much more strength and rigidity in the car than most other vehicles on the market. **MORE PHOTOS AND VIDEO COMING SOON** Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is proud to offer this epic customized 1957 Chevrolet Corvette for sale right now in our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix. Starting with a 57 body and an all new aluminum monocoque chassis, this car was built from the ground up by Street Legal Performance (SLP) Engineering- a Michigan based company that is well known for performance and appearance modifications on modern muscle cars. This classic sports car was repainted in GM “Torch Red, perhaps the most famous Corvette color, with Silver coves and re-plated chrome. The stance on this ‘Vette is set off by ZR 17 rims and staggered Goodyear tires. The business end of this 1957 resto-mod is found under the hood; a 383 CID V8 with Callies crankshaft, roller cam, 10:1 compression GM cylinder heads and an SLP T-Ram fuel injection system delivers insane get-up-and-go to say the least. Baer disc brakes, power steering, Ridetech coil-over shocks and independent rear suspension help this car handle extraordinarily compared to your average first generation Corvette. A 6-speed manual transmission is exactly what you need to enjoy this fast, fun Corvette and thats exactly what you get with this build. The interior on this stunning 1957 was restored and re-upholstered by Masterworks Automotive in Michigan using period correct gauges and all Red vinyl/carpet. You might notice the rare mechanical tachometer- a useful item to have on this performance-oriented build. Minor noticeable interior modifications include the ZF 6-speed shifter sourced from a C4 Corvette and cut-off switches for the fuel pump and electric fan under the dash. From afar, this 1957 Chevrolet Corvette might resemble a classic design but once you get up close and personal its a whole other story. We have absolutely fallen head-over-heels for this phenomenal driving machine since it arrived in our showroom and whoever owns this quality build next is going to be a lucky person! Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is thrilled to present this colorful and characterful 1933 Ford Pickup with 1960 Cheesbourg Enterprise Tag-A-Long (trailer) for sale on consignment with our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix. Not much can beat a flashy, custom hot rod when youre looking for a good time on four wheels and thats exactly what you get here. This Purple 33 Ford, nicknamed “Grape Nutz by the owner/builder, is a fascinating to look at and even better to drive! The narrowed and boxed frame of the truck was lowered around 8 and the front axel was dropped to give the low body look. The truck bed was also shortened and modified to tip up for access to the gas tank and battery. Fat Hoosier Pro Street rear tires over Weld racing wheels look right at home and the “flame job on both doors is a classic touch on this street rod. The trailer (must be sold with the vehicle) is one of 50 manufactured by Bill Cheesbourg who was a race car driver from Tuscon, Arizona and used trailers to pull behind his Corvettes. It has been modified with a hard cover, paint matching the body, custom pinstriping and adding a rear bumper. Under the custom half-hood on this sweet 33 is a 400 CID Chevrolet small block paired to a 200R4 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive, turning the rear wheels through a Ford 8 rear end geared 3.0. Chrome components galore help spruce up the look and a purple painted engine block matches the rest of the truck. Exhaust headers feeding dual exiting stainless steel pipes give this 33 Ford the soundtrack it deserves. Hop inside Grape Nutz and youll be pleased to see nice Gray leather seating with safety belts, refurbished dash with AutoMeter gauges and professional wiring by Southwest Custom Trucks hidden from sight. The door handles and window levers are chrome coated and turn signals have been added. What a cool build! Theres more to share with any interested party on this 1933 Ford Pickup with trailer and this one is ready for its next owner to enjoy it, hopefully for many years to come. Give our helpful and knowledgeable Sales staff a call today at (623) 900-4884 and we will put our eyes and ears on this custom hot rod Pickup for you. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is thrilled to present this proud-to-be-purple 1967 Chevrolet C10 on consignment with our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix. Classic trucks are very much in demand right now and are trending up in value too thanks to their newfound popularity in the market but full restorations like this take the pickup craze to the next level. This C10 for sale grabs some serious attention in Purple Metallic and theres all kinds of exterior details to appreciate such as the sport side mirrors, LED headlights/taillights and the hood cutout for the muscly-looking air scoop. The pickup bed has been fully painted and the floor lined for protection- theres also custom lighting for the bed which is a great show feature. 20 chromed Ridler wheels all the way around shimmer in any light and our favorite feature of this 1967 Chevrolet has to be the NASCAR style side-exiting exhaust which completes the cool factor. As you might expect on a high-end build like this, the action takes off under the hood; a 427 ZZ crate V8 motor offers serious power and is assisted by further performance enhancers such as an aluminum intake, Holley 4bbl carburetor and an upgraded radiator with dual electric cooling fans. The engine compartment is nicely dressed up and ready to be shown. Assisting with handling is power steering and a healthy suspension set-up including coil-over springs and shocks while braking is strong thanks to 4-wheel power discs. The rear wheels on this pickup turn through a 3-speed automatic transmission linked to a 12-bolt differential. The exterior of this truck is nice but the interior adds plenty of comfort and style into the equation too. Two Black bucket seats with full Simpson racing harnesses should keep even the most nervous of passenger feeling secured and while there is a third “jumpseat in the middle, it might be better served as an armrest with cupholders for driver and passenger. AutoMeter gauges keep you fully informed and the custom steering wheel comes with a tilt column. All the important dash components are surrounded by chrome including the custom touchscreen stereo system and climate/window switches. Thanks to this expensive restoration, the next owner of this truck should not have much to tinker with. Give our helpful and knowledgeable Sales staff a call today to reserve your place in this 1967 Chevrolet C10 today by dialing (623) 900-4884. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to present this owner-documented numbers matching 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z28. There is a lot to like about this car - in fact there is everything to LOVE about this car! There is not a big enough word count to show off this car in every single detail, but we will hit some highlights. Under the hood of this beast is a Chevrolet 302 cubic inch motor backed up by a M-21 4-speed transmission. Per the provided owner documentation, the engine, transmission, and 12 bolt posi-traction rear end are all not only numbers matching components but born with original to car. All critical components, and many auxiliary pieces have either been rebuilt by hand or rebuilt by industry professional to OEM standards. The exhaust was tastefully upgrade to Gardner - the penultimate exhaust system for these first gen Camaros - and the chrome exhaust tips are correct for late production vehicles - the build of this car has been traced back to the fifth week of September in 1969. General Motors produced the 302 in order to complete with the SCCA <5.0 liter engine requirements. From the factory performance numbers were intentionally underrated at 290HP at 5800RPM. Most Z28 fans know these 302s rev beyond 5800RPM, but few know the exact limits. Most drivers were confident revving up to 7,000RPM and some brave enough to go beyond. Simple fact is this rough and tumble cam is begging the driver to show the right pedal some love! Beyond the rarity of a true Z28 in this condition, is the yellow houndstooth interior. We are unclear on how many Z28s were produced with the yellow houndstooth, but we do know there cannot be many left in this condition. All of the restoration photos, and firewall tag verify and validate every claim this car has. The entire drivetrain has been rebuilt and carries less than 200 miles on the build that occurred from 2010 to 2013. The mileage is enough to shake out any gremlins, but low enough to be a fresh driver for the new owner. Also available for viewing is the original shipping document, original pre delivery service/adjustment sheet, protecto-plate, and original order sheet. We beg and implore you to not miss out on this opportunity. We believe there is not another opportunity like this car out there, and this is the first time in 10 years this car has been offered for sale. Any questions that can be asked we have answer available. Let us make this car yours! This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 is in our St. Louis Showroom and can be seen in great detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is excited to offer this HEMI-Powered 2009 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon for sale right now in our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix. This is a modified 3rd generation Wrangler, that Chrysler marketed and sold for a lengthy 12 years (2006-2018) in this body style, giving the buyer of this example an advantage because it still looks like a much newer vehicle on the road. Lets start with the obvious draw on this example- the owner of this Jeep Wrangler for sale opted to do something that Chrysler never dared to by dropping a 6.1l HEMI V8 motor under the hood. That more than doubles the power output of this 4X4 to 425hp as a result, as the stock 3.8l V6 produced a little over 200hp. This Jeep runs RWD on the way to the trail, but a G2 front axle geared 5.13 will engage when 4-wheel drive is on. The new engine has a little over 30,000 miles on them since installed and the truck itself has around 63,000 miles on the body. The 545RFE 5-speed automatic has just been rebuilt too. Painted in “Deep Water Blue Pearl, this 2009 Jeep is set up for wherever you want it to go thanks to extensive custom work done by Cutting Edge 4X4, based in Phoenix. Highlights include a lift up front with Fox performance shocks, Performance Steering Components cylinder assist steering kit, Ron Davis aluminum radiator, Warn winch and Delta light bar on the hood, roll cage integrated inside and a Safari snorkel to keep those wheels turning even when this 2009 Wrangler Unlimited is forging watery terrain. 17inch black painted Dirty Life wheels on massive Toyo Open Country off road tires complete the look on this rugged 2009 Jeep Wrangler. Inside the comfortable and durable gray cloth interior its mostly stock with plenty of modern driving conveniences like air conditioning, a CD/radio unit, power windows, power locks and cruise control.
