Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Fort Lauderdale is pleased to offer this beautiful 1970 Mercury Cougar Eliminator. Mercury introduced the Cougar in 1967 as the Pony Car wars were in full swing. Mercury was reluctant to bulk up the Cougar and take on the muscle market, a place where rivals like the SS396 Camaro and Ram Air 400 Firebird had already begun staking territory. By 1969, the Mustang was knuckling against these two with its 428 Cobra Jet Mach 1, and Mercury could no longer sit on the sidelines. By mid-year, the division had jumped into the fray with the Eliminator. The name was taken from a Cougar show car and from the 1968 Cougar Eliminator funny car driven by “Dyno Don Nicholson. Management fathomed that racing exposure could heighten Mercurys profile with young performance buyers. Decked in bright colors, blacked out grilles, body stripes, spoilers and decals, the Eliminator was based on the standard Cougar and came with a choice of engines from mild to wild. This awesome bright baby blue 1970 Mercury Cougar Eliminator is powered by a 351 Cleveland V8 mated to a 3 speed automatic transmission. With a wonderful white, this is one groovy looking machine! Options on this 1970 Mercury Cougar Eliminator include Am/FM Radio, Spare Tire, Tilt Wheel, Power Front Disc Brakes, Power Steering, and Competition suspension. Description:

Gateway classic cars of Nashville is proud to digitally present this 1955 Ford F 100. Fresh from the Shop where it was totally restored and restomodded or as I like to say, restomadded! This Ford is the brainchild of some mad mechanic who wondered, what if I slide a 412 horsepower 5.0 Coyote engine in to a 1955 Ford F100!? The team that did the build on this Ford cranks out some of the sweetest street rods and are known to pay attention to the smallest items. This truck is stunning no matter the angle you look at it. The undercarriage has cost me at least an hour of time, staring with slight amounts of drool and amazement at the paint that appears to have been color sanded and buffed, who color sands and buffs the bottom of the floor pans and bed? Someone who cares about quality! Now, let talk about the undercarriage. 5 link tubular with coil overs in the rear, holding what I believe to be a 9 inch and wildwood slotted rotors and calipers to do the squeezing front and back. In the front Tubular A arms and coil overs to handle the bumps. The rims almost look stock but are in fact 20 inch with dog dish caps. The red with black fenders and running boards contrast perfectly, this is echoed with the leather interior which is black with red accents. Even the headliner appears to be suede. JL Audio supplies the sound with speakers and media master head unit cleverly built into the headliner keeping the dash looking factory fresh. So, you are thinking about a truck to do the hauling around the house, I mean, who likes to rent or borrow a truck when you need one? You know, something to haul gravel, topsoil or the new dining room suite, well, this is not the truck! I mean you could get that load of gravel home in a hurry but if you do, please do not let me know. Options for this 1955 Ford F100 include: Power brakes, Power steering, Power windows, anti-lock brakes Tilt steering wheel, Leather interior, Seat belts and positive traction, cause, you are going to need it! This 1955 F100 can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD photos at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. The Porsche 356 is a sports car that was first produced by Austrian company Porsche Konstruktionen GesmbH, and then by German company Dr. Ing. H. c. F. Porsche GmbH. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS. By the mid-60s the muscle car wars really started to rev up! Chevrolet had the Corvette, but it didnt compete in this new found market. Seeing the success of their competitors, Chevrolet decided to dream up a car that could go toe to toe with the mustang and what came out would become a legend. The Camaro debuted in 1967 kicking off the pony wars within the muscle war, a rivalry that still lingers today after 50 years! The Camaro may be in its 6th generation now but what we have here is a 1969, the last year of the first generation and perhaps the highest sought-after year of its production. Walking around this Camaro a smile starts to crack as you take in the angles that are so easily visible in the beautiful Dover White paint set off by a black vinyl top. The white and black houndstooth interior is in great shape, hardly looks used. This car is an X11 code SS, originally an SS350, but the 350 is long gone. As you raise the hood your heart quickens as you see the 396ci V8 big block gleaming up at you. It just so happens to be bored to a 408ci. The block is stated to be a 69 date coded L-68 JA code 396. Power is run to the ground through a very nice M21 4-speed manual transmission. Per the owner the powertrain only has 200 miles on it. This car has a 12-bolt rear end and a 3:42 gear ratio so you can still go and enjoy a nice cruise. Owner claims it makes near 500hp on pump gas. Here are a few more highlights of the engine build completed this year: GM Forged Crankshaft, Scat I-beam forged rods, Icon forged pistons, 781 heads rocking 10.4:1 compression, Chris Straub 229/241 hydraulic roller camshaft, Morel Lifers, Rollmaster Chain, Edelbrock performer rpm intake, AED HPHO 750 carburetor, Hedmann Headers, Pypes X-pipe and much more. This Camaro has sub-frame connectors to strengthen the chassis. This appears to be a strong quality build here folks. Pictures of the engine build are available upon request. This car runs and drives fantastic. Great throttle response and the shifting is so smooth. The gate feels nice and tight as it should. One of the best sounding cars we have heard in quite some time, and we see a lot of cars in here! Current owner has had her for around 3 years, acquired from a dealer. The title is clean and clear and ready to be transferred into your name now. Once you turn the key and that big block with a cam roars to life, youll want to take this sweet ride home! Options on this Camaro includes: Power Steering, Power Brakes, Houndstooth Interior, AM/FM Radio, Rally Wheels, and Radial Tires. This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS is offered by our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1962 Chevrolet Bel Air Wagon Restomod! Chevrolet made the Bel air from 1950-1975 and few realize that it had 7 generations during those 2.5 decades! Chevrolet was on fire with sales leading into the 5th generation and that success was only to continue. What you have here is a 1962 model, the 2nd year of gen 5. Specific distinctions were dropped for the wagons and they were grouped under the Bel Air moniker. This 62 is far from what rolled off the factory floor as it is a Restomod. Treated to a full frame off restoration and upgraded. More on that soon. As you walk around the car you see the nice Bronze and White Sherwin Williams paint. The cool matte finish look along with the great lines of the car really draws you in. The saddle leather interior is absolutely stunning! The bench seat provides a bucket seat feel with the built in console with cupholders. Under the hood is the well renowned LS1 5.7L V8 coupled to a 4L80E automatic transmission with a 3:73 rear end. Time for the additional highlighted upgrades. Frame and suspension components have been sandblasted and powder coated. Cpp A-arms, front and rear disc brakes, booster and master cylinder, gear box, raptor liner underbody, Brian Tooley cam, lifters and valve springs. The transmission has a shift kit and stall converter. Car has new glass, new bumpers, Dakota digital gauges, custom stereo system, Bluetooth, vintage air conditioning and heat, Ididit column and Lecarra wheel. The 18 and 20 2-piece Torque Thrust wheels give the car a great stance! Wagons are hot right now, and you certainly wont see another like this one while driving down the road. Restomods provide the classic look but with modern touches to dramatically increase reliability. Options on this Wagon are: A/C, Power Steering and Brakes, AM/FM Radio, Leather interior, and alloy wheels. This 1962 Chevrolet Bel Air Wagon Restomod is offered by our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is thrilled to offer this tire-smoking RestoMod 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T convertible marketed on consignment with our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix. The Dodge Challenger has always been a muscle car legend but true convertible models are hard to come by with less than 1,200 being manufactured in 1970. This car is one of them and has been de-coded as a factory Hemi Orange convertible with a 383 Magnum/4spd powertrain. According to the seller, who himself has owned the vehicle since 1982, this Challenger has spent its life in California and Arizona. The Hemi Orange has been re-shot with a Black R/T stripe down either side and the Matte Black fiberglass cowl hood has a thermal coating to prevent warping. The rear fenders were opened up just enough to add those fat rear tires! All paint and body work was fabricated and finished by Restorations by Rob in Buckeye, Arizona- a Mopar specific outfit- who also refitted the power-operated convertible top and hydraulics. There was no expense spared on the engine work either which was done by an NHRA specialist in Tempe, Arizona- the 471 CID V8 motor pumps out 510hp and 600lb ft of torque according to the sellers records and is loaded with performance parts such as aluminum heads, Crane roller rockers, forged pistons and a Hughes cam. The Victor intake has been set up for NO2 with twin tanks in the trunk but it has never been used. A Ron Davis radiator with dual electric fans takes care of cooling and this Mopar has some ATTITUDE with a loud performance exhaust system comprising of Hooker headers feeding 3.5dual cut-out pipes. The Hemi 4-speed manual transmission was mated with a dual friction clutch and stronger bellhousing and feeds a a chrome moly driveshaft to the Dana 60 rear end with Detroit locker and 4.10 gears. Inside this Challenger R/T youll find that the entire interior has been refreshed but theres a lot of heritage present with the stock dash gauges, door panels and center console with signature “Pistol Grip shifter. Upgraded Braum Black vinyl race seats with harnesses will keep you feeling secure while putting this 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T through its paces. This RestoMod is done right- it looks great, sounds great and drives great not to mention the history of being a real Challenger convertible holds a lot of value. Youre not going to want to let this opportunity pass you by! Give our helpful and knowledgeable Sales staff a call by dialing (623) 900-4884 for more information on this mesmerizing Mopar for sale. Description:

Rollin in with a custom green paint job is this cool 1990 Grand Wagoneer with 157,500 miles. An American classic that is about to see a new iteration, here is your chance to own an original. According to Hagerty, the 1986-1991 Grand Wagoneers have jumped to the top 10 most desirable cars, making them both highly sought after and rising in collectability. Made in a time of transition for parent company AMC, the Grand Wagoneer was the feature rich replacement to the full-sized Cherokee. Continuing the roots of its 25-year-old brethren, this SUV came with 4 doors, 4-wheel drive, and side wood panels. This example being a 1990 it is the second to last production year and the second least available, making it somewhat of a rarity. Those worried about missing out on some of the niceties of more modern rides need not fret. This Grand Wagoneer has the heart of a 04 Tahoe. This means the motor and drivetrain are that of a younger car, a 5.3 Vortec V8 to be specific. Follow that up with a professionally done frame off restoration and this is one slick ride. This cool SUV has power windows, power brakes, power steering, power locks, power seats, cruise control, A/C, new radio/ sound system, keyless alarm, undercarriage lighting, new upholstery, carpet, soundproof mating, new water pump and radiator. It is just ready for someone that needs a sweet beach mobile to cruise it through sun and fun or with the 4X4 through snow. The body is 100% Hudson steel and the original drivetrain and interior is in good condition.
