Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to offer this 1955 Chevrolet Apache for sale. This truck has had very extensive work done to it and is in extremely good condition. All the work has been performed by Ekstensive Metal Works. Ekstensive Metal Works is better known by their TV show name Texas Metal, which airs on the Velocity channel. Under and through the hood of this super clean truck is a Weiand supercharged 502 CID V8 that runs just as well as it looks. Sending the power to the rear end is a Turbo-400 three-speed transmission. The rear end is a 9 ford that is finished in a gloss black paint. The hood cut-out provides room for the blower and intake to stick through and gives a shaker hood feel to the front of the truck. The massive blower provides an intoxicating whine even when sitting at idle and rivals the volume of the already loud exhaust system which features electric cutouts that dump at the headers. Feeding the gigantic 6-71 blower are two Holley four-barrel carburetors that ensure this beauty doesn’t run out of fuel to burn when under full boost. The fuel is sent to the engine via a polished new fuel tank that enhances the underbody of the truck. Setting the stance of the truck are adjustable coil-over shocks. The truck sits atop polished alloy Intro brand wheels wrapped in Pirelli performance tires. The front tires are 265/30 ZR22 and the rears are 405/25 ZR24. To put the rear tire size into perspective, the widest tires on a production car are on a Lamborghini Aventador SV... and theyre only 355mm wide. When it comes time to stop those massive tires, the driver will appreciate the drilled and slotted Willwood front and rear disc brakes with black painted calipers. Moving outward, the exterior of this truck is in near perfect condition. All the chrome is very nice and in like new condition. The Sierra Sand colored paint is in excellent shape with almost no blemishes or imperfections. The bed wood has been replaced and is in very good condition as well with a deep stain to accent the bed from the paint. Overall, the exterior of this truck is almost perfect. Moving inward, getting into the truck is made classy by the suicide doors. Upon entering the vehicle, the driver will be greeted by light tan leather throughout and a tilt steering wheel. The doors feature a simple, yet elegant stitching pattern that reminds the driver that theyre in a very well-built resto-mod. The leather bucket seats are very comfortable and spacious. Sitting between the two seats is a leather wrapped center console that houses the shifter. The dash of the truck is paint matched to the body and is in just as good condition. This truck also features power brakes and steering for comfortable cruising. Tucked in the dash is a modern CD player/radio that adds to the modern comfort of this beauty. Overall, this is an extremely well-done truck and is probably one of the finest examples of a resto-mod Chevrolet Apache around. Description:

For sale in our Dallas/Fort Worth showroom is a rare 1961 fuel injected Chevrolet Corvette. This vehicle went through a frame off restoration around 1985, and is still in excellent condition after all this time. This Fuelie car is equipped with the 315hp 283 CID V8, mated to the T10 4 speed manual and a 4.11 positrac rear end. The block, heads, manifolds, fuel injection unit, transmission, and rear end are all date correct, but it is uncertain what parts are numbers matching. The Honduras Maroon paint is in good driver condition overall. The glass in the doors and on the windshield is in great shape. The chrome on the car is in good condition, with no major scratches or blemishes. The rubber molding is also in good condition, with only a few places experiencing cracking or breakage. The interior is again in overall great shape. A few of the painted surfaces have wear spots and chips, but nothing unusual for the age of this restoration. The black leather seats are in great shape with no major cracking or discoloration. The Wonderbar AM radio works, as do all of the lights and signals. The only item on the interior that does not work is the clock. A previous owner was an NCRS member, and was in the process of building the car for flight judging, but other interests took precedence. Pick up where they left off, or simply enjoy having a very special cruiser! To view this vehicle in greater detail including HD pictures and videos, visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com/carlist2?src=2&location;=DFW. Description:

For sale in our Nashville showroom is a 1939 Ford Convertible. This incredible 39 Ford convertible does not have the ultra-cool 136 CID Flathead beneath the hood, but instead has the Way ultra-cool 392 CID Hemi in its place. Hemi engines are a lot like whipped cream, everything is better with the addition of whipped cream or a hemi. Or better yet, a Hemi with whipped cream, Nah, thats too much. To feed the hungry, hungry Hemi are a pair of Edlebrock (R) 4-barrel Carbs and easing the restriction of the exhaust are a pair of stainless headers and 3-inch exhaust to let this big engine breath. Backing this potent power producing, torque tackling, pushing you back in your seat engine, is just what you would want it to be. A beefy 727 Torque flight 3 speed automatic transmission. Just like the engine, this tranny has been built bullet proof ( do not test this theory ) with a performance torque converter and reverse pattern manual valve body to give this 1939 Ford for sale the ability to bark the rear Big Hoosier drag radials that are strapped to the rear axles. Willwood(R) disc brakes on all four corners to bring all the fun to a quick stop are just what is needed to complete the package. I could and should go on and on and tell you about the four link suspension and rack and pinion steering, but lets face it, and are reading this after looking through the photos and are looking forward to taking another look, so do so, then give us a call with any questions. Options for this 1939 Ford Convertible include: Air conditioning, AM/FM radio, Power steering, brakes, locks and windows, title steering wheel, Leather interior, set belts and Radial tires wrapped around alloy rims. 1968 CHEVELLE SS RESTOMOD

TRUE SS 138 VIN NOT A CLONE

SHOWROOM CONDITION

OVER $140,000.00 TO BUILD !!!

READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION
There are certain custom classic cars that you can look at just once and your heart melts into your stomach. A certain color combination or that perfect stance that just screams 'muscle car'! The gorgeous machine that you are looking at now is one of those cars.

HOLLYWOOD MOTORS is proud to offer you this absolutely gorgeous 1968 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 496 Resto-Mod Custom! This Chevelle is an absolute show-stopper folks! Built in Southern Utah over the last several years, the idea was to build a brutally fast '68 Chevelle show car w/ all of the creature comforts needed for a truly enjoyable ride. I can safely say that they succeeded on all levels! All receipts/paperwork from the custom build have been meticulously recorded, with a total build cost of $139,000! It all started w/ a super-clean Fremont, CA. built '68 Chevelle SS that retained all of its 100% rust-free sheet metal, and then the transformation began. Countless man-hours were spent making sure that all of the body panels fit nicely and that all of the sheet metal was laser straight all of the way around the car. She was then finished in a gorgeous shade of GM Red Jewel base-coat/clear-coat, which was then buffed & polished to a lustrous shine. This color really has to be seen in person to appreciate how truly gorgeous it is. It absolutely 'POPS' like no other color that I've ever seen on a Chevelle. A new black vinyl roof was added, which looks excellent w/ the beautiful Red Jewel paint. All of the chrome & stainless trim is new and in show-quality condition throughout. Again, the stance is absolutely perfect, as she sits on polished Billet Specialties Daytona Pro-Touring wheels (20” on the rear & 18” up front) wrapped w/ Falken Azenis FK510 radial tires (285/35/ZR20 on the rear & 255/35/ZR18 up front). You can walk around this beautiful '68 Chevelle a hundred times and you will not find a bad angle. She looks just right, period. The undercarriage is beautifully detailed w/ all new suspension & chassis components by Speedtech Performance, including: Wilwood 4-wheel disc brakes, Currie 12-bolt rear-end w/ 3.73 gear ratio, double adjustable coil-overs front & back, upper & lower control arms, trailing arm kit, tubular sway bars, tie-rods, modified cross member, modified trans mount, steering components, bushings, custom-made 3” stainless exhaust system, custom fuel cell, and on & on! Lots of custom modification work was done making sure that everything fit just right (see undercarriage photos).

Open the driver's door and you will find a beautiful two-tone black & red custom bucket-seat interior w/ factory console done by custom interior guru Scott Tesch @ Stitchcraft, which was designed w/ driver comfort in mind. Interior features include: black leather Corbeau Racing Seats w/ red suede inserts, black suede headliner, Detroit Digital red-lit gauges, tilt-steering column, wrapped Billet Specialties steering wheel, factory center console w/ factory shifter, Vintage air conditioning & heat, Vintage Audio AM/FM/USB/Bluetooth receiver, (4) 6” coaxial speakers, (2) 2” tweeters, (2) 12” subwoofers (mounted in the trunk), (1) Alpine PDR-F50 500 watt amplifier and (1) Alpine PDR-M65 650-watt amplifier for subwoofers (both mounted in the trunk), custom SS 496 badging, black GM seat belts, etc. All of the gauges, lights, blinkers, AC/heat, sound system, etc are in perfect working condition. The interior is extremely comfortable and highly functional in every way. The trunk area is beautifully finished in matching black leather & red suede w/ the (2) Alpine power amps custom-mounted in back. Again, both the interior and the trunk area are highly functional and extremely elegant in design.

Now, let's get to the heart of this beast, shall we?

Pop open the hood and nestled inside the beautifully detailed engine bay resides the MKIV 454ci BBC motor custom built by Snow Performance, which was punched out to a massive 496 cubic-inches! Every single part inside this motor is brand new & only top-quality components were used, which is 100% documented by all of the build receipts. Other features include: Billet Specialties BBC black machined valve covers w/ matching Billet Specialties black air cleaner assembly, Patriot aluminum heads, Edelbrock Performer RPM aluminum intake manifold, Quick Fuel 780cfm carburetor, Street Fire HEI distributor, Comp racing cam, Patriot headers, Billet Specialties serpentine system, Moroso deep oil pan, Performance Rod & Custom radiator/condenser/transmission cooler w/ (2) 16” electronic pal fans, etc. Again, all internal components such as rods, springs, roller rockers, etc., are all brand new & top quality only. The 496ci BBC motor is linked to a TH400 automatic transmission, which was custom built by Mike's Transmissions in Lancaster, CA. which features a 3,500 stall-converter. The second you fire this custom '68 Chevelle SS 496 up you instantly realize what a 'serious' car that you are sitting in. She runs, drives & performs beautifully in every way, and is extremely FAST! The custom-built 3” stainless exhaust system sounds absolutely amazing and matches how the car looks & performs. The built TH400 shifts tight & precise, and pushes you back 'hard' in your seat when you apply your right foot down firmly. The Performance Rod & Custom cooling system keeps her running nice & cool even in 100+ degree summer weather.

Description:

Up for sale now in our Houston showroom is this beautiful 1938 Chevrolet Master Sedan. This complete frame off restoration is one for the record books. This black beast is powers by a rebuilt 350 “Crate” CID V8 ordered through JEGS, and was done by Bruce’s Rod Shop in Spring, TX. There is only 550 miles on this engine since the rebuild so it’s looking to have some additional miles put on it. The transmission is a 3-speed automatic transmission that has been rebuilt, with all new external seals, and gaskets getting replaced to ensure it holds its fluids and make it ready to push through the gears going down the freeway. Some additional items that have been either restored or replaced were the carburetor, intake manifold, throttle kit, fuel pump, water pump, as well as all new belts and pullies. Moving around the car you will notice the exterior paint and trim are in great condition and makes this car worthy of a black-tie event if you choose. The 1-OFF chrome wheels compliments this car very well and have a nice set of Nexen tires paired up with them. Behind those wheels and tires you’ll find new rear leaf springs, front shocks, and rear suspension bushings. This vehicle is nevertheless a smooth ride. There is well over $12,000 worth of mechanical upgrades made to the car to put it where it is today. This doesn’t even include all the time and effort put into the paint, body, and interior of the car. The interior serves its purpose in providing a nice comfortable feel, and spacious as well I might add. The door panels, and bucket seats are a subtle tan vinyl interior with a touch of chrome accents to really make this interior keep you feeling stylish. The dash has a nice set of custom yet classical, gauges to keep you in the era of fun. Directly to the right of the gauges you will find the utmost important item in the car (for those in hot climates, at least): the cold-blowing A/C to keep you from sweating on the way to that black-tie event you’ve been itching to go to. The modern seats that have been installed give you the luxury of modern day comfort while still looking cool in a classic. This interior is without a doubt clean from the carpet to the headliner and truly makes this an all-around solid ride. The Arnage R was developed to be more sporting than the Arnage T. With a 0-60 time of 5.8 seconds, the Arnage R was claimed to be the fastest production saloon in the world at its launch. The Arnage R has a 6,750 cc twin-turbo V8 rated at 450bhp and 645 lb ft of torque. It has the GM 4L80-E four-speed automatic gearbox. The technical components were re-engineered by Volkswagen featuring double wishbone suspension, Electronic Stability Programme (ESP), and more. Give it the boot in the sport mode and it feels like the afterburners kicking in on an F-18! The Legend: On Thursday the 13th of March in 1930, at 6 p.m., Woolf Barnato, Chairman of Bentley Motors, and his secretary, Dale Bourne, left the Carlton Bar in Cannes, and got into Barnatos Speed Six Bentley to see if they could get to London before the famous Blue Train. Driving through the night, they reached Boulogne at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, catching the 11:35 boat to Folkestone. Arriving there just after 1 p.m., they reached the Royal Automobile Club in Pall Mall at 3:30, 15 minutes before the Blue Train pulled into Calais. Of the 786-mile drive, Barnato said later that Any woman could have done the same thing without discomfort, and indeed they probably could, in a Speed Six Bentley.Blue Train History: The Bentley Arnage R Blue Train is a special edition of the Bentley Arnage R from model year 2006. A limited number of 30 cars was planned and finally 36 copies were built. After the production of 30 LHD cars a further batch of 6 RHD cars were built. Most of the Blue Trains were sold in the USA. The Bentley Arnage T Blue Train pays a special tribute to the 'Blue Train' Bentley Speed Six. The one source says that the Blue Train Edition Arnage was built to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the Victory at Le Mans by driver Woolf Barnato. The other source says that the Arnage Blue Train was made to commemorate the legendary trip from Cannes to London in which the Bentley Speed Six Saloon bested the time set by the renowned "Blue Train". At the launch of the Bentley Arnage R Blue Train the first model in the series joined the original 'Blue Train' Speed Six, now owned by Bentley enthusiasts Bruce and Jolene McCaw, along with other historically significant Bentley cars in a 75th Anniversary tour from Cannes to London, following Barnato's original route. Participants enjoyed a more leisurly approach to the journey than that taken by Woolf Barnato, with attractions such as wine-tasting, overnight stops and gastronomic meals at chateaux and route.General characteristics: 19-inch seven-spoke alloy wheels, Sunroof, Chrome radiator shell, Chrome mirror caps, Quad-exhaust tailpipes, Arnage Blue Train Series front and rear bumpers, Stainless steel matrix mesh to the front bumper cooling ducts. In homage to the slatted bonnet of the original 'Blue Train' Bentley Speed Six, Bentley's design team has specified vertical slatted vents, painted in body colour, behind the trailing edge of the front wheel arches, Black winged 'B', Blue Train badging on the front wing and door aperture treadplates, A 'privacy' rear backlight may be specified, as a feature which echoes the coachwork of Barnato's 1930s coup, The instrument and dial faces are black, Wood and blue leather wrapped multi-function steering wheel. The centre console features a Bentley Blue Train badge.Veneer waistrails featuring chrome inlay with winged 'B' badges. 'Blue Train' embroidered headrests, in a coordinating thread colour. Picnic Tables on Backs of Front Seats. Additional wood veneer panels on the doors. Contrast piping on the seats. Privacy Phone Headset. Bentley Umbrellas.

Description:

With only 35,490 original miles on this cool 1977 Cadillac Eldorado. She has recently been painted and repaired. With a new dash and new tires. This is a fantastic fifth generation Cadillac. Powered by a 425 V8, backed by a smooth shifting automatic. The Cadillac Eldorado is a personal luxury car that was manufactured and marketed by Cadillac from 1953 to 2002 over ten generations. The Eldorado was at or near the top of the Cadillac line during early model years. The original 1953 Eldorado convertible and the Eldorado Brougham models of 1957–1960 were the most expensive models that Cadillac offered those years, and the Eldorado was never less than second in price after the Cadillac Series 75 until 1966. Eldorados carried the Fleetwood designation from 1965 through 1972, and was a modern revival of the pre-war Cadillac V-12 and Cadillac V16 roadsters and convertibles. In 1977 the Eldorado received a new grille with a finer crosshatch pattern. The convertible was dropped (although Custom Coach of Lima, Ohio converted a few new 1977 and 1978s Eldorados into coach convertibles using salvaged parts from earlier models). The 8.2L V8 of 1970–76 gave way to a new 7L V8 with 180 HP. For the first time in 1977 all GM E-body cars were front-wheel drive, as the Riviera underwent a two-year hiatus before joining them in 1979. 1977 was Cadillacs 75th Anniversary, and would be one of the biggest years for change in the divisions history. Every single standard car was redesigned, restyled, and reconfigured to meet the demands of the time. Consumers were looking for smaller, more fuel-efficient cars, but didnt want to give up any of the interior room, luxuries, or amenities to which they were accustomed. And Cadillac met those needs. When compared to the 1976 models, the new 1977 Cadillacs were eight to 12 inches shorter overall, and the new bodies were 3.5 inches narrower, but sacrificed virtually nothing when it came to interior space. The average weight reduction per car came in at more than 950 pounds. Computers were used to create designs that would reduce weight while maintaining a strong body, and new lightweight materials were substituted wherever possible. To view the car in greater detail, including an HD video and 100+ HD pictures please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com or our Denver showroom. Call 303-872-4722 for more information.

The year is 2005, the New England Patriots win 24-21 over the Philadelphia Eagles during Super Bowl XXXIX. And Jeff Gordon wins the 47th Daytona 500 at (135.173 MPH). That same year this Harley Davidson Wide Glide rolls off the assembly line. Now with only 51447 original miles on her she still rides like a new hog. As one of two major American motorcycle manufacturers to survive the Great Depression (along with Indian), Harley Davidson has survived numerous ownership arrangements, subsidiary arrangements, periods of poor economic health and product quality, as well as intense global competition to become one of the worlds largest motorcycle manufacturers and an iconic brand widely known for its loyal following, with owner clubs and events worldwide as well as a company sponsored brand-focused museum. Noted for a style of customization that gave rise to the chopper motorcycle style, Harley-Davidson traditionally marketed heavyweight, air-cooled cruiser motorcycles with engine displacements greater than 700 cm and has broadened its offerings to include its more contemporary VRSC (2002) and middle-weight Street (2015) platforms. Harley-Davidson manufactures its motorcycles at factories in York, Pennsylvania; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Kansas City, Missouri; Manaus, Brazil; and Bawal, India, and markets its products worldwide. Description:

This is a 1 owner North Shore long island car that runs excellent and everything works and has some extra accents to enhance its appearance. This is a real nice eldorado from florida runs and looks great. In 1997, the Integrated Chassis Control System was added. It involved microprocessor integration of engine, traction control, Stabilitrak electronic stability control, steering, and adaptive continuously variable road sensing suspension (CVRSS), with the intent of improving responsiveness to driver input, performance, and overall safety. It was similar to the Toyota/Lexus Vehicle Dynamics Integrated Management (VDIM). In the wake of declining sales, circulating reports that the Eldorado would get a redesign for 1999—similar to that which the Seville underwent for 1998—would prove false as the car soldiered on largely unchanged into the new millennium, although it did get some upgrades from the 1999 Seville.
