Description:

This 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 is now for sale in the Milwaukee Showroom here at Gateway Classic Cars. While the Mustang was looked at as the most popular model sports car among Fords lineup, there were many iterations of it that set some of the sub models apart as being truly special in terms of performance and value. The Mach 1 while being its own sub model Mustang, offered a few engine options of its own as well as transmissions to combine. This Mustang features a 351 cubic inch Windsor V8 as evident that the engine was manufactured in the Windsor Ontario Ford plant. The V8 is bolted to a 3-speed automatic transmission. Going around this beauty it will become more than evident to any onlookers that there are next to no examples of a Mustang at this age is this great of shape. The dark red paint, which is tastefully matched a dark red color in the interior, constantly shows that this car is ready for a show at almost any time and is about as close to “trailer queen condition as you can get a car. The factory blue paint on the engine block still shows having a glossy finish showing that this car was meticulously looked after. Basically, if you were to build a model of a car, and blow it up to being life size, you get this car. You will not find much to any Mustang Mach 1 comparable to this car out in the world, so the opportunity to own this beautifully maintained example should not be squandered. This 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 is at our Milwaukee Showroom at Gateway Classic Cars and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com which includes 100+ HD photos and HD video. The Arnage R was developed to be more sporting than the Arnage T. With a 0-60 time of 5.8 seconds, the Arnage R was claimed to be the fastest production saloon in the world at its launch. The Arnage R has a 6,750 cc twin-turbo V8 rated at 450bhp and 645 lb ft of torque. It has the GM 4L80-E four-speed automatic gearbox. The technical components were re-engineered by Volkswagen featuring double wishbone suspension, Electronic Stability Programme (ESP), and more. Give it the boot in the sport mode and it feels like the afterburners kicking in on an F-18! The Legend: On Thursday the 13th of March in 1930, at 6 p.m., Woolf Barnato, Chairman of Bentley Motors, and his secretary, Dale Bourne, left the Carlton Bar in Cannes, and got into Barnatos Speed Six Bentley to see if they could get to London before the famous Blue Train. Driving through the night, they reached Boulogne at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, catching the 11:35 boat to Folkestone. Arriving there just after 1 p.m., they reached the Royal Automobile Club in Pall Mall at 3:30, 15 minutes before the Blue Train pulled into Calais. Of the 786-mile drive, Barnato said later that Any woman could have done the same thing without discomfort, and indeed they probably could, in a Speed Six Bentley.Blue Train History: The Bentley Arnage R Blue Train is a special edition of the Bentley Arnage R from model year 2006. A limited number of 30 cars was planned and finally 36 copies were built. After the production of 30 LHD cars a further batch of 6 RHD cars were built. Most of the Blue Trains were sold in the USA. The Bentley Arnage T Blue Train pays a special tribute to the 'Blue Train' Bentley Speed Six. The one source says that the Blue Train Edition Arnage was built to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the Victory at Le Mans by driver Woolf Barnato. The other source says that the Arnage Blue Train was made to commemorate the legendary trip from Cannes to London in which the Bentley Speed Six Saloon bested the time set by the renowned "Blue Train". At the launch of the Bentley Arnage R Blue Train the first model in the series joined the original 'Blue Train' Speed Six, now owned by Bentley enthusiasts Bruce and Jolene McCaw, along with other historically significant Bentley cars in a 75th Anniversary tour from Cannes to London, following Barnato's original route. Participants enjoyed a more leisurly approach to the journey than that taken by Woolf Barnato, with attractions such as wine-tasting, overnight stops and gastronomic meals at chateaux and route.General characteristics: 19-inch seven-spoke alloy wheels, Sunroof, Chrome radiator shell, Chrome mirror caps, Quad-exhaust tailpipes, Arnage Blue Train Series front and rear bumpers, Stainless steel matrix mesh to the front bumper cooling ducts. In homage to the slatted bonnet of the original 'Blue Train' Bentley Speed Six, Bentley's design team has specified vertical slatted vents, painted in body colour, behind the trailing edge of the front wheel arches, Black winged 'B', Blue Train badging on the front wing and door aperture treadplates, A 'privacy' rear backlight may be specified, as a feature which echoes the coachwork of Barnato's 1930s coup, The instrument and dial faces are black, Wood and blue leather wrapped multi-function steering wheel. The centre console features a Bentley Blue Train badge.Veneer waistrails featuring chrome inlay with winged 'B' badges. 'Blue Train' embroidered headrests, in a coordinating thread colour. Picnic Tables on Backs of Front Seats. Additional wood veneer panels on the doors. Contrast piping on the seats. Privacy Phone Headset. Bentley Umbrellas.

Description:

Now available in our Dallas-Showroom location is this 1996 Nissan 300ZX! The Nissan 300ZX roots trace back to showroom stock racing and is a continuation of the Nissan 240Z cars before that. The 300ZX was/is a star performer right out of the box. Handling is impressive with or without the HICAS four-wheel steering, and it is among the best the early 90s had to offer. The twin-turbo V-6 offered brisk acceleration in its day, with a Turbo model clocking a 6.0-second 0-60 mph time in Motor Trend tests. In 1996 for the seventh straight year the 300ZX made “Car and Drivers 10-Best list”, this is also the final year of U.S. sales. The Z32 300ZX offers the best GT aspects of earlier Z cars with performance high enough to still qualify it as a sports car. Its a symbol of the 90s, and among the first shots fired in that decades Japanese supercar invasion. This all original 300ZX is in good shape throughout, both interior and exterior. Powered by the 3.0 L V6 VG3ODE and linked to a 4-speed automatic transmission, this vehicle has plenty of pep to zip around town or country, while making cruising a breeze with the automatic shifter. In total, only 194 convertibles were sold in 1996. 13 of which were painted the pearl white color and tan interior. That’s right folks, YOU NOW HAVE ACCESS TO 1 of 13!!! The pearl color was provided at dealerships around the U.S. as an upgrade and extra charge. The tan interior has held up extremely well over the years, still appearing very fresh and showing no signs of extended sun exposure. Other options for this vehicle include: A/C, AM/FM Radio & CD Player, Power Windows, Power Locks, Power Seats, Power Brakes, & Power Steering To see 100+ HD pictures and videos of 1996 Nissan 300ZX, please visit GatewayClassicCars.com. Gateway Classic Cars of Milwaukee is excited to present this 1977 MG Midget. A car that is fun to drive, cheap to buy and simple to repair. The Midget is still considered by enthusiasts as the perfect entry level British sports car purchase. Built from 1966-1979 by the British Motor Company and later by British Leyland in the United Kingdom. During its long run, the MG Midget went through four series changes. An astonishing 400,000 units were manufactured. This 1977 MG Midget represents the fourth generation manufactured from 1974-1979. Major changes were made to the MG Midget to pass United States safety standards. Large black rubber bumpers were introduced along with a higher ride height, making the car much safer. Our classic 1977 MG Midget is a great example of the British sports car invasion. Painted in an awesome orange with black vinyl interior and convertible top. All sitting on its original wheels. Under the hood is a 1493cc engine attached to a manual 4-speed transmission. The same engine that was introduced in the Triumph Spitfire. Front disk brakes, AM/FM radio and rear deck luggage rack adds to the driving fun this convertible provides. Now is the time to experience some fun in the sun, British sports car style. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Saint Louis is proud to offer a 1971 BSA Thunderbolt. Birmingham Small Arms (BSA) produced motorcycles from their meager beginnings in 1910 all the way until 1972. This particular Thunderbolt is one of the last. The Thunderbolt utilizes an air-cooled 654cc parallel twin cylinder engine with a single carburetor. This set up is good for 46 horsepower and will propel the bike over 100 MPH. It has a 4-speed manual transmission with the British shifter/brake pedal placement (brake left, shifter right). It uses large drum brakes both front and rear and chain drive. The overall riding experience is a delight and the 650 twin makes a sweet sound. This 1971 BSA Thunderbolt has been treated to a loving frame off restoration less than 100 miles ago. Everything has been refinished or replaced and the result is simply, beautiful. It has been kept mostly original save for an upgraded Mikuni carburetor, an upgraded ignition system, and an optional tank from a Triumph. The original tank has been beautifully refinished as well for those that prefer an original look. The bike starts easily with the upgraded ignition and is ready to ride. Stand out from the crowd at the next bike night with this beauty. Dont miss out on this unique Thunderbolt. You can see this 1971 BSA Thunderbolt in greater detail in our St. Louis showroom or at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Please contact 618-271-3000 or stl@gatewayclassiccars.com with inquiries.
