Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Nashville is proud to digitally showcase this incredible 1965 Chevrolet Corvette convertible. This Big block Corvette for sale looks a bit evil in all black. The exterior is a high gloss black that look like it is still wet. Open the door and the chrome shifter is prominent between the two black vinyl bucket seats. Now the only way to complete this combination is with a black soft top and the cherry on top is the optional black hardtop. If you think this sound like a bad boy, peel back the hood and the wide valve covers that are the trademark of a Chevy big block will send a shiver up your spine as you imagine the tire frying burn outs that this 396CID V8 and 4 speed manual transmission are very capable of. But we all know that the C 2 is also a capable car in the corners as well, with the signature independent rear suspension this big block C2 for sale is more than just a great looking car. Sporting 4 wheel disc brakes, knock off rims (and I dont be counterfeit) and side pipes this 65 Vette for sale is too cool for school. Now personally, I have a love affair with big block Chevys, but whats not to love about an engine that straight from the factory produces enough torque to snap your neck but with a little money and some twisting of wrenches, make tons more? Options for this 1965 Corvette includes: AM/FM radio, Manual convertible top, Removable hardtop, Seats belts, Vinyl Interior, Posi traction and radial tires with raised white letters. This beauty can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com for more information please call the showroom at 615-213-1800 or email us at nashville@gatewayclassiccars.com

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to present this 1932 Ford High Boy Roadster! This is NOT your typical fiberglass remake from 1932. In every way it is better than the original steel car, because it is still made of steel but has more room and a spot for that convertible top to tuck into. In 2002 Edsel Ford wanted to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the original 1932 Ford. The vehicle you are looking at is a product of Edsels vision. Dearborn designed and built the all steel body for the project to stay true to the original styling, but offer more interior room, and a spot to put the convertible top. Most roadsters out there do not have a way to transport the top with you, so if the weather turns you are in a tough spot. The build on this beauty is well over 6 figures, and the body alone is over $30,000. So-Cal Northwest Speed Shop performed the build for the original owner and fitted the car with top notch parts and finishes. The exterior is incredibly difficult to do justice in photos. This 1932 Ford High Boy Roadster is two-toned with PPG Harlequin on top, and PPG Rattlesnake below. The Harlequin color flips and flop in the light showing off shades of blue, gold, and green while the rattlesnake is a satin black that shows off red flake in the proper light. The combination is breathtaking and we have yet to see another build like it! In the performance department this has a professionally built 383 bought new from Chevrolet in 1996. Inside and out the engine is fitted with high end goodies pushing performance to a tire screeching 485 horsepower! The transmission is a Phoenix 700R4 that does all the right things. Wilwood brakes keep things safe and Mustang II style independent front suspension keep her glued down to the road with easy to drive rack and pinion steering. Every bit of this ride is polished and high end. Much more documentation is available, but words dont do this justice. Wait no more and give us a call. Make this springtime beauty yours and go win the shows! 1932 Ford High Boy Roadster is for sale in our St. Louis Showroom and can be seen in great detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. For additional information please call our knowledgeable staff at (618) 271-3000 or email us at STL@GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is thrilled to offer this trick 1969 Chevrolet Camaro for sale right now in our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix. Where do we even start on an incredible build like this? Well, this car may be titled as a 69 Camaro but it is mechanically and cosmetically full of high quality, modern parts and technology. Under the hood this Camaro comes with a 6.2l V8 LS3 Chevrolet engine that has been stroked to 7 liters. This 650hp (according to the seller) engine is tied to a capable Tremec T56 Magnum 6-speed manual transmission with a hydraulic clutch conversion. In other words, this is a highly powerful and fun car to drive! Lets talk about how this thing handles too- a full roll cage and engine cage strengthens the vehicle while the subframe has been braced. Coil-over suspension in all 4 corners of the vehicle and tubular control arms keep it cornering sharply and overcoming any rough pavement with ease. This 69 Camaro is painted in a classy and sleek Silver with a carbon fiber front and rear spoiler. Cutting Edge 18 custom 315/30 wheels and racing tires with Wilwood brakes visible behind plant this Camaro to the asphalt. Check out the interior on this beast too- it features a fabricated center console with a Flaming River steering column/custom Sparco wheel and dashboard with a Pioneer stereo system/CD/Bluetooth with 6 speakers and an 8 subwoofer in the back. The seats are TMI bucket seats with a full race Corbeau set-up. This really is one of the nicest first generation Camaro builds I have seen and is definitely a crowd pleaser here in our showroom. Give our helpful and knowledgeable Sales team a call at (623) 900-4884 for more information on this awesome car. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas is proud to offer this 1962 Porsche 356B Cabriolet for sale. The 356 was the first production model for Porsche, and there are five variants that were made over this cars 17-year production run: the 356, 356 A, 356 B, 356 C and the 356 SC. In the words of Ferdinand Porsche himself I saw that if you had enough power in a small car it is nicer to drive than if you have a big car which is also overpowered. And it is more fun. And I dont think a truer statement could be said. The Porsche 356 was a car designed to make the most out of your own personal driver skill. It didnt overwhelm you with over-complicated designs and ridiculously high horsepower. It was a simple but beautifully done automobile. That is what makes it such a sought-after car to this day. This 1962 Porsche 356B has been lovingly maintained by the same owner for the past 20 years, and has received love and attention. Keeping true to the originality of this vehicle was very important. Powered by an Air-Cooled Porsche 1600CC Boxer Motor and Backed up by a 4 Speed Manual Transmission this Vintage Porsche is ready to cruise wherever you command. The Red on black combo is very classy and shows very well. This 1962 Porsche 356B Cab is for sale in our Dallas and can be seen in great detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. 1954 Jaguar XK120 Drophead Coupe for sale! Motorcar Classics is proud to present this superb Jaguar XK120 Drophead Coupe featured in Pastel Green with Dark Green leather interior and Black cloth soft top. The pioneering Jaguar XK120 Roadster was launched at the 1948 Earls Court Motor Show and was an immediate success. This very stylish car had a top speed over 120 mph (hence the 120 name), and was tremendously good value for money being considerably cheaper and more advanced than any rival. It was the first car to feature Jaguars all-new 3.4L double overhead camshaft engine with twin SU carbs, which in various displacements went on to power all Jaguar cars - both sedan and sports, for about forty years. In 1951 a Fixed Head Coupe version was introduced, with a Drophead Coupe joining the range in 1953. Both of these cars featured wind-up windows, external door handles, and a walnut dashboard. Production of all models ended in 1954 when the XK140 was introduced. Our car is reported to have been the subject of a frame-off restoration in 1999-2001. The car underwent a mechanical rebuild, new wood trim and full fresh interior. It has been cherished and enjoyed since with a further fresh brakes and suspension detail and service in 2006. The steering box was rebuilt last year. This fine XK120 is fully-sorted and reliable. It is a delight to drive and perfectly suited to touring or concours events. Your inspection is invited.

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is excited to offer this sharp 2003 Mercedes Benz SL500. This silver bullet only has about 60k miles on its 302 hp 5.0 liter v8 engine and has tons of life left in it. The fifth generation SL was in production between 2001 and 2008. The all-new SL featured a retractable hardtop (marketed as the Vario Roof). This SL500 is styled with silver paint and wheels to match. The gray leather interior is still in great condition and shows minimal signs of wear. This Mercedes is turn key and ready to be enjoyed. When this car was brand new it started at almost $90,000 for a base model, take advantage of the Mercedes style at a value price. Its roof is a masterpiece of engineering. It takes just 16 seconds to raise up, separate into four pieces, and fold into the trunk. The cleverest part is how the glass rear window flips over to nestle under the roof panel so the retracted roof takes up much less space and leaves enough room for a couple of medium-size suitcases-or golf bags-underneath. And to make stowing easier, the whole folded roof assembly lifts up at the touch of a button inside the trunk. With the roof in place, the SL is a cozy coupe. Drop the top, and there is the choice of a breezy ride with the windows down or fairly serene progress with them up and the mesh wind blocker in place. There are only two seats, though; unlike some of its predecessors, the new SL does not have kiddy space in the rear. This 2003 SL500 comes with many extras like its cold A/C system, Cd player, convertible top, cruise control, heated seats, power brakes and steering, anti-lock brakes, power windows, traction control, leather interior, airbags, and even power mirrors. Do not let this sharp SL500 pass you by. To see 100+ HD pictures and videos of this 2003 Mercedes Benz SL500, please visit GatewayClassicCars.com. For sale in our Fort Lauderdale showroom is this sporty 1992 Nissan 300ZX 2+2. Packing a 3.0l V6 quad-cam engine making near 220 horsepower, this baby is a blast to drive! Being a sports car, it is equipped with a manual transmission for a more engaging, fun, and direct driving experience. This is a 1 owner car that has been well maintained and never had anyone but the one owner in the drivers seat. Unique to this model is the long wheelbase. To accommodate the 2+2 seating configuration the wheelbase is 4 ½ inches longer than the standard model. But don’t worry, none of the lively handling dynamics this car is so loved for have been compromised. This Z will dance like a butterfly and with a T-top roof and 5-speed manual, this is easily one of the best cars to experience the summer. Take a seat in the gray leather seats and find yourself well positioned to pilot this burgundy rocket through the winding roads in your neighborhood. The dash wraps around you like a cockpit in a fighter jet bringing all of the most important information to you: RPMs, ground speed, oil pressure and engine temperature. A collection of toggles and buttons surround the gauge cluster giving you control of the exterior lighting, cruise control, and climate control. The rear storage area is plentiful, and has a removable cover to shield your belongings from the sun, or unwanted attention, and also has a sport bra to cover the front. This car has received a thorough mechanical refresh to ensure the car is road ready for many miles to come. Recent work includes new clutch, new gaskets, new single piece drive shaft, spark plugs, new radiator, new motor mounts, new clutch fan and even a fresh paint job. Description:

Our Milwaukee showroom is proud to present this stunning 1995 Ford Mustang GT! This Mustang packs a 347 Ford crate engine with a Vortec V-2 supercharger, which was just rebuilt by Vortec with an upgraded impeller. This beast was tuned on a Dyno to 460 hp. Also added to this beauty is a Basani exhaust. You’ll love the custom leather interior, air conditioning, cruise control, power seats, power windows, power mirrors, power locks, tilt wheel, power steering, power brakes and CD player. Following the base Mustang in December 1993, the Mustang GT was reintroduced in January 1994, featuring higher performance and better handling than the base Mustang or its 1993 predecessor. Ford carried over the 302 CID Windsor pushrod small-block V8 engine (called the 5.0 L although its capacity was 4.94 L) from the 1993 Mustang GT. Total output from the engine was 215 hp (160 kW; 218 PS) at 4200 rpm and 285 lb·ft (386 N·m) of torque at 3400 rpm. Mustang GTs could deliver zero to 60 mph (97 km/h) acceleration times in the high-six second range and complete a quarter mile in about 15 seconds. The Mustang GT also featured a stiffer handling suspension, a 3.08:1 rear axle ratio (later changed to 3.27:1 or 3.55:1 depending on the transmission and model year), dual exhausts, and larger 16-inch (410 mm) wheels (compared to the base Mustangs 15-inch wheels). The 1994 Mustang GT was named Motor Trend Car of the Year. This 1995 Mustang GT is for sale in our Milwaukee Showroom and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com; call (262) 891-4253 or email us at milwaukee@gatewayclassiccars.com for additional information. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is excited to offer this well-preserved piece of automotive history. A 1962 Chevrolet Corvair for sale. This 1962 Chevy Corvair has two doors, a hardtop and was repainted many years ago in its original hue of Coronna Cream in acrylic enamel paint, just like it was originally. The car has recently been professionally detailed, and the paint, chrome, glass, interior, engine compartment, undercarriage, and trunk look better than youd expect from such a low mileage car. With an automatic Power glide transmission, this little beauty drives extremely well. The matching cream-colored interior is enhanced by an AM radio and seat belts. Everything from the headliner to the carpet is original, just as assembly line workers at Willow Run, MI installed it 56 years ago. The flat-6 air-cooled engine runs like a top, and everything that affects the drive ability (steering, suspension, brakes, etc.) performs flawlessly. This is truly a time-warp car from an era where low-priced cars like this one were disposable after a few years of use. This little gem is sure to please the next owner. It certainly makes everyone smiles who sees it. A car this nice and mostly original only comes along once in a great while. Dont let this one get away! Our 1962 Chevrolet Corvair for sale includes: Seat Belts, Cloth interior and is stated by the owner to be numbers matching. Gateway Classic Cars does not verify nor confirm these claims. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Nashville is proud to present this 1974 Volkswagen Super Beetle. The new larger Beetle was labeled the 1302/1302 S. The main purpose of a new larger Beetle was to provide increased luggage capacity, which was increased by nearly 50%. MacPhearson strut suspension was added, similar to what was used in the Type 4, and the front track was also widened. The new suspension layout allowed the spare tire to be positioned flat under the trunk floor, although the car had to be lengthened slightly to accomplish this. This also allowed a reduction in turning radius making the already small platform, even more maneuverable. To gain additional room, the under-dash panel was lowered, allowing the fuel tank to be shifted rearward. From the windscreen back, the Super Beetle was identical to its smaller progenitor, except for having the semi-trailing arm rear suspension as standard equipment. This Beetle comes to us in excellent condition with an incredibly healthy stock engine that propels this bug down the road. This car is so fun to drive. This one is one of a kind. The interior has been upgraded with nicely padded gray high back seats. Equipped with a more modern sound system this beetle not only sounds great but runs with the best of them. This little bug would make a great daily driver! Make it yours today by calling us down at the Nashville showroom at 615-213-1800 or visit us on the web at Nashville@gatewayclassiccars.com http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/NSH/830/1974-Volkswagen-Super-Beetle

Description:

This 1986 Pontiac Fiero GT is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The Pontiac Fiero was a mid-engine car with a 5-year run from 84 to 88. The first mass produced mid-engine sports car by a U.S. manufacturer. Many technologies used today were first incorporated in the little 2-seater with the most prominent being plastic panels. This first release GT model makes them highly sought after with the cars official release date being January 3rd of 1987 but were sold as 86’s with the true fans referring to them as 86.5’s. The sleek body styling really took the market by storm with twice as many Fiero’s being sold than MR2’s. This example has been well maintained all its life and with the odometer reading a little over 56300 miles this little mid-engine V6 is sure to have plenty of life left in it. The 4-speed transmission has a tight and precise shift pattern with the clutch feeling as if it has plenty of life left as well. That high revving 2.8-liter V6 engine howling right behind your head makes you feel as if this is how cars were meant to be. The responsive handling and near perfect weight distribution are all compliments of that exotic mid-engine design. The interior on this little beauty is what you would expect out of a 2-seat sports car. A pair of bucket seats that are rather comfortable and feel as if they cradle you when going around those turns. The 4-speed manual gear box is in the perfect position and reminds you that this a true unapologetic sports car. If you are looking for one of the best bang for your buck, under $15000 driver cars in the market today, this 1986 Fiero GT is the car for you. Options on this 1986 Pontiac Fiero GT include; AC, AM/FM Radio, Manual Sunroof, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Locks, Power Windows, Tilt Wheel, Seat Belts and Radial Tires. Description:

A redesigned SN-95 Mustang came on December 26, 1998, for the 1999 model year with production starting in November 1998. Characterizing the redesign was Ford's New Edge design language, which featured sharper contours, larger wheel arches, and creases in the bodywork, replacing many of the soft lines of the previous model. The Mustang also received new wheels and hubcaps. However, the car carried over the same roofline and interior, in addition to the same basic platform. All 1999 Mustangs (except the Cobra) received "35th-Anniversary" badges on the front fenders.[14][15]

A "35th Anniversary Limited Edition" appearance option package came on 2,318 GT coupes and 2,310 GT convertibles.[16] Available only in black, silver metallic, white, and red, they featured a body-colored hood scoop, rear spoiler, side scoops and rocker panels, a blacked-out panel between the taillamps, and 17 by 8-inch (200 mm) five-spoke aluminum wheels; while the Interiors included black leather and vinyl seats with silver inserts and pony logo, aluminum shift knob, a unique instrument cluster with 35th anniversary script, silver and black floor mats with 35th anniversary logo, and silver door trim inserts.[17]

The 3.8 L OHV Essex V6 returned as the base engine for 1999. A new split-port induction system replaced single-port induction, which increased the base model's output to 190 hp (142 kW; 193 PS) at 5250 rpm and 220 lb⋅ft (298 N⋅m) of torque at 2750 rpm.[18]

2001 Ford Mustang Premium
For 1999, the Mustang also received a change to its taillights, making them edgier, with sharp corners and straight lines as opposed to the rounded off style of previous years. The lamps were still composed of three vertical segments, reminiscent of the original. Minimal changes occurred from year-to-year, most noticeable was a redesigned center panel in the dashboard for 2001, which now allowed double-din stereo head units, including an in-dash six-CD player. The rear window defroster switch, previously mounted below the headlamp pull switch, was moved to the lower center stack below the stereo. When equipped, the fog lamp switch was relocated to the lower center stack as well, previously, it was on the center console adjacent to the cup holders. The third button on the lower switch panel was for the traction control system (on V8 models). On convertible models, the power roof switch remained on the center console - on coupe models, that switch was replaced with a small coin holder.

The GT model continued to use the 4.6 L V8 as before, but now with 260 hp (194 kW; 264 PS) at 5250 rpm and 302 lb⋅ft (409 N⋅m) of torque at 4000 rpm.[19]

In 2001, Ford added Intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) to the V6, increasing the engine's output to 193 hp (144 kW; 196 PS) at 5500 rpm and 225 lb⋅ft (305 N⋅m) of torque at 2800 rpm.[20] During the second half of the 2004 model year, the 3.8 L Essex was replaced with the 3.9 L OHV Essex V6. The 3.9 L had a slightly longer stroke but output for the engine remained identical to the outgoing 3.8 L. The 3.9 L Essex was used in the Mustang for only half a year before being replaced by the 4.0 L Cologne V6 for the 2005 model year.
The paint is original and has some imperfections on the top part of the car and drivers quarter panel.
