Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is proud to offer this piece of 20th Century history with this 1928 Chevrolet AB National Imperial Landau sedan for sale in our Arizona showroom. In 1928, Chevrolet had exceeded Ford in production numbers, and this classic yellow and brown two-toned sedan also features black fenders and a vinyl-like black top. A very striking color combination, to be sure. Inside, the original brown cloth upholstery looks and feels amazing for its near-century old age. This indicates the kind of care this Chevy has had throughout its life. This five passenger people mover four door was one of 54,998 built that year out of a total of over 785,000 of all models. Featuring a 171 cubic inch OHV four cylinder engine (the last year for this one) and a three speed manual transmission, this combo produced 35 HP and gave the car a top speed of almost 60 MPH. This Landau sedan was the top-of-the-line in 1928 Chevrolet closed cars, riding on a 107 wheelbase and costing $715 when it was new. Over the years, the caretakers of this well-preserved AB National have gotten it everything its ever needed, including a brake upgrade to four wheel hydraulic disc brakes behind the beautifully restored wood-spoked wheels. Everything has recently been gone over by a professional restoration shop to ensure the car is as reliable as it can be for the new owner. Come see this beautiful example of a 1928 Chevrolet AB National Imperial four door sedan for sale right now in our Scottsdale showroom. There was no expense in preserving the authenticity of this amazing Corvette. The leather on the seat was replaced, as well as carpet, Stereo, and Weather Striping just to name a few. Bought new in Davis, CA, the car has always led a pampered life and has always been serviced at which has allowed it get reach the mileage it has. Sporting the original gold paint with the owner-added two tone chocolate brown,it looks like it may have been ordered that way, but sharp-eyed Z-car people will know better. The black interior is all original as well, and certainly doesnt look like its over 40 years old. The owner claims the tires are brand new and the car was serviced just prior to coming in here on consignment. This little sweetheart also has the optional Datsun spoke wheels and the rear window louvers. The original window sticker still looks new. This is truly a time capsule that runs and drives remarkably well for its age and reported mileage of 178,737 (this cannot be confirmed by GCC), but considering everything is backed up with service records, its for real. The 2.8L engine is larger than its predecessor and has the reliable Bosch fuel injection system metering the fuel. It still has a full size spare, a feature that was discontinued soon afterward. Description:

Now for sale in our Houston Showroom is this classy 1983 GMC Caballero. It’s often forgotten that GMC made their own version of the well-known El Camino made by Chevrolet. The vehicle was originally names the GMC Sprint but that was changed back in ’78 to the Caballero and it remained in production until 1987. This Caballero is powered by a strong running 350 CID V8 that will push you down the road with ease. The engine is mated to a 3-speed Automatic transmission which both were rebuilt roughly 11 years ago. It may be an older rebuild however the car has only been driven an estimated 5,000 miles since the rebuild, meaning there is plenty of life left in this beauty. The true key to this classic is that it’s a 1 owner car with a clean Carfax. The car is painted in a sleek black and silver color combo that shows very well. The car also features a very nice spray-in bed liner to make for a nice work vehicle if it’s ever needed. This Caballero has all the benefits of both a car and a truck all in one. It’s light weight, fast and looks great while at the same time can be used for a quick trip to Home Depot or Lowes. Taking a seat behind the wheel you will find a matching black on silver color combination making this car truly show worthy. You may notice the empty space for a stereo, but this is simply due to the owner enjoying the sound of the car more. When driving a classic that’s all that there should be, you, the car, and the road. No need to worry because the A/C was left in place and blows nice and cold for those hot summer days. For even more information on this 1983 GMC Caballero located in our Houston showroom come by and see us or contact the showroom at (832)243-6220 or email the showroom at Houston@GatewayClassicCars.com

Gateway Classic Cars of Las Vegas is proud to present this sweet 1996 Pontiac Trans Am WS-6 for sale here in our Las Vegas Showroom. The body has curvy and seductive lines like a classic Pontiac and the stance is low and daring, European but with American muscle. A view from the nose can only be described as menacing. There is no doubt this sexy beast wants you to know it is WS6 Performance Package, blazingly displayed in a red and silver emblem. Yes, youre looking at a car that can do 0-60 in 5.8 seconds with a top speed of about 160mph and thats stock - from 20 years ago! The mighty LT1 5.7 Liter 350 Cubic Inch V8 has a less restrictive exhaust system with incorporating duel cats instead of the previous single canister. With the Pontiac Only Ram Air option horsepower muscled out another 20 horses to a venomous 305 HP and 335 pounds of torque, proud numbers even in todays environment. The 4L60E 4-speed automatic transmission shifts and handles the performance as it should. The only way to get the Ram Air engine was to order the Ram Air WS6 Performance and Handling Package, a $4,000 increase over the Firebird price. Both of these names were synonyms with Pontiac Performance from years past but not recently used. The WS6 meant stiffer suspension, steering and four wheel disc brakes that made the Trans Ams of the 70s Americas best handling car of its time. Its also the first year an F-body was fitted with 17 rims. This 1996 Pontiac Trans Am WS-6 is equipped with: Air bags, anti lock brakes, AM/FM and CD player stereo with equalizer, power seats, power door locks, power windows, tilt wheel, keyless entry, anti-theft system, Air Conditioning, Radial Tires, Cruise Control, and T-TOPS! VERY RARE FIND

COME SEE AND DRIVE THIS COOL VAN
HERE IS SOME INFORATION ON THE MODEL
The Transporter T4 was exported to North America from 1992 until 2003 under the moniker Eurovan.

In the United States, the short wheelbase Eurovan 5-cylinder passenger models (CL, GL, GLS, and MV) were only sold for model year 1993. Smaller than a standard American delivery van, but larger than an American or Japanese passenger minivan, Volkswagen played up its size with the slogan, "EuroVan: There's nothing mini about it". Volkswagen only imported them to the U.S. market for one year because sales in the United States were disappointing, but sales continued in Canada and Mexico. Volkswagen reintroduced the Eurovan passenger models in the United States for model year 1999 with a VR6 engine as standard, and discontinued it again with worldwide T4s after 2003. The manual gearbox was not offered in North America with the VR6 engine.

Volkswagen imported the short wheelbase Eurovan 5-cylinder petrol engine passenger models (CL, GL, GLS, MV Weekender and Westfalia Camperised) to Canada from 1991 to 1996. The 77 hp 2.4 litre diesel engine was optional in Canada between 1993 and 1996. The long wheelbase version was also on offer in 1992 only as a 10 seaters CL or GL model trim. Kombi and crewcab pickup versions (sold as Transporter) were also available in 1992. A panel version (LWB only) was sold from 1993 to 1997.

The Eurovan Camper by Winnebago was introduced to the United States and Canada in 1995 with the five-cylinder engine, and upgraded to the VR6 for the 1997-2003 models. These were only available on the longer 3,320 mm (131 in) wheelbase T4. These small pop top camper vans are unique in North America and have developed a cult following.

Winnebago also built three small Class C motorhomes with the forward cab of the T4/Eurovan called the Rialta, Vista, and Sunstar (Itasca branded). The Rialta was available in 1995-1996 with the five-cylinder engine, in 1997-2001 with the AES version of the VR6, and in 2002-2005 with the AXK engine. The Vista and Sunstar were only produced in 2002-2004, all using the AXK engine.

Description:

For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 1985 Chevrolet El Camino Conquista. The El Caminos were first introduced back in 1959 and were originally based off the Brookwood station wagon, later the Chevelle and finally the Monte Carlo or “G Body” of the 80s. It was a long run and people loved the car like ride with the use of a pick up. Originally this one was equipped with a 305 V8. At some point in time, a couple or few owners ago that engine was removed and replaced with a GM 350 crate engine providing the power it shouldve had when new. This added power is sent through a TH 350 auto transmission with a shift kit. The rear is believed to be stock and is well suited for the highway. Equipment is typical for a car from the late 80s and includes Power steering, Power brakes, Power windows, Power locks, a tilt wheel and Air Conditioning. Paint is a two tone brown that goes well with the brown vinyl interior. The wheels look right at home on this EL Camino and are 5 star mag Crager aluminum 15 wheel wrapped with directional Good Year rubber. Miles on this 1985 Chevrolet El Camino are showing 28,137 and are marked as unknown due to lack of documentation proving actual. Looking beneath the car, it appears to be very solid and still retaining the original sheet metal. This 1985 Chevrolet El Camino Conquista can be viewed in our St. Louis showroom. Description:

For sale in our Houston showroom is a classic 1968 Ford Mustang. If you love old cars you will know the Mustang story and it is quite a charming one. By the early 1960s there was quite a bit of competition amongst brands and the need for a Pony car was becoming a reality pretty quickly. After concepts were received well the Mustang was launched on April 17, 1964 and dubbed the 1964 1/2 amongst Mustang followers. The little cars with a choice of a 6 cylinder or V8 engine took off and became an instant success to compete with vehicles like the Chevrolet Camaro, Plymouth Barracuda and Pontiac Firebird. By 1968 the Mustang had received a minor facelift but still featured that domineering front end, side scoop and classic tri-lens taillights that made this one of the most iconic American cars ever. The option of engines as well as some creature comforts made this a versatile vehicle that could be made as a performer or just a comfortable personal car. This example features the 200 Cubic Inch Inline 6 cylinder that delivered smooth power while still providing a smooth and comfortable drive. The automatic transmission shifts very nice and makes driving this classic very fun and easy. The exterior of this car features a clean green paint with an all original & clean interior which features excellent condition leather seats, custom digital Stereo with aftermarket speakers. The exterior paint & original wheels look fantastic and shine very nice. This car has had a great deal of care and maintenance over the years to preserve its good looks and reliability. If you have been looking for a reliable cruiser that will provide years of loving service this one deserves a second glance. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1976 Jeep CJ5. The CJ5 was introduced in 1954 as a 55 model by Kaiser which was sold to AMC in 1970. The 76 models are one of the most sought after due to the revised and strengthened frame design. This 76 CJ needed that extra support with the small block 350 under the hood putting out a ton more power than the original engine. The 4-barrel carb feeds this monster plenty of fuel giving it a completely different driving experience over stock. The chromed headers take care of the exhaust gases and look good doing it. Mated up to a 3-speed manual transmission this Jeep is a blast to drive. The chrome roll bar is a great custom touch and shows nice while setting it apart from the crowd. The Soft top by Bestop are known for there quality and longevity. The bimini top is also available and gives you some protection while still having that open-air feel. The interior is different than your typical Jeep with the cloth being something typically not seen in these vehicles. The back has custom side pieces giving it a great finished look with rear set having a lockable trunk underneath allowing for stowage of any valuables. The stance of the jeep is courtesy of the brand-new shocks that were just installed increasing the height and ride quality tremendously. The 31-inch tires are in terrific condition and have a very versatile tread pattern. With the brand-new steering stabilizer installed at the same time this CJ is extremely road worthy. Upfront the WARN winch is there just in case you get in any trouble while tackling the trails while that LED lightbar ensures daytime lighting in the middle of the night. If you have been wanting to get into one of these CJ series Jeeps but want something just a little different this one is a great candidate. Options on this 1976 Jeep CJ5 include, Seat Belts, AM/FM/CD, Cloth Interior, and Aluminum Wheels with Radial Tires.
