Description:

The year is 1964, The World’s largest cheese is manufactured in Wisconsin for the New York World Fair, US President Lyndon B. Johnson signs Civil Rights Act & Voting Rights Act into law and this gorgeous 1964 ½ HiPo Mustang rolls into dealerships for the first time. Since then she has undergone a full meticulous restoration. Now with only 45 miles on her since the restoration was completed earlier this year. It is believed that only 90 ‘64 ½ HiPo’s coupes were ever produced. The Ford Mustang is an American car manufactured by Ford. It was originally based on the platform of the second generation North American Ford Falcon, a compact car. The original 1962 Ford Mustang I two-seater concept car had evolved into the 1963 Mustang II four-seater concept car which Ford used to pretest how the public would take interest in the first production Mustang. The 1963 Mustang II concept car was designed with a variation of the production models front and rear ends with a roof that was 2.7 inches shorter. Introduced early on April 17, 1964 (16 days after the Plymouth Barracuda), and thus dubbed as a 1964½ by Mustang fans, the 1965 Mustang was the automakers most successful launch since the Model A. The Mustang has undergone several transformations to its current sixth generation. Its easily the best thing to come out of Dearborn since the 1932 V-8 Model B roadster. But for all Fords talk of Total Performance, its still clear that the Mustang has been designed and built to a price. The necessity of meeting cost goals meant that it had to share a maximum number of components with other models in the Ford line. Out of this situation sprang the advantage of an extremely wide availability of options for the Mustang, selected from the Falcon, Fairlane and Galaxie series. Briefly, it gives the customer a choice of four engines, three clutches, seven transmissions, two driveshafts, four brake systems, four wheel types and three wheel sizes, three suspension systems, and three steering systems. This seems slightly overwhelming until one remembers that only certain combinations are authorized, for either technical or commercial reasons. Lee Anthony Iacocca, vice president and general manager of Ford Division, sees the Mustang first as a family car, which meant that it had to have four seats, with better rear seat accommodation than is offered in the two-plus-two category. Its also aimed at a not-clearly-defined market consisting of customers looking for a not-clearly-defined combination of luxury and status. In addition to all this, the Mustang is intended as a sports car. Especially with the 271 HP V8 HiPo, backed by a 4 speed. You’ll feel like Capt. Stanley Tucker, driving this beauty down the road. To view the car in greater detail, including an HD video and 100+ HD pictures please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com or our Denver showroom. The interior appears to be a very nicely kept - w/ a color coordinated Blue vinyl/cloth bench seat covers appear a recent replace, with newer door panels, and head liner that shows nice and well maintained, along w/ power windows! Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville proudly presents this awesome 1932 Ford Sedan Street Rod for sale. This ’32 Ford Sedan is definitely a throwback to way cooler times. While most modern-day street rods sport a Mustang II style front suspension, this old girl has a chromed solid drop axle and spindles. Steering is handled by a Schroeder side steer unit. The long steering rod has been drenched in chrome as well and really pops against the bright red sheet metal. The Sedan has been chopped 1 ½ inches and channeled another inch to give it a nice sleek and low look. Steel wheels have been color matched to the body, then dressed out with chromed center caps and beauty rings. The wheels have been wrapped in wide whitewall bias ply Firestone tires to finish off the classic 50’s hot rod look. Under the hood of this old school hot rod is a Buick 401 Nail Head engine. The engine has been dressed out with dual chrome weber carburetors, chrome intake, chrome Buick valve covers, and chromed lake style headers. The headers are bolted to set of stainless steel exhaust that tuck up nicely to the underside of the car. The rear end is a Winters Quick Change unit which again pays homage to the Hot rods of the 50’s and early 60’s. Inside the ’32 Ford Sedan is a 1940 Lincoln Zephyr dash. With the fit and finish, it looks like this dash came with the car. The pleated red and cream interior just screams 50’s era hot rod. Look closely though, they are a few modern amenities lurking on the inside. This ’32 Ford Sedan has a nice AM/FM radio with a CD player for your listening enjoyment. Look under the dash and you will notice a set of knobs for the AC. That’s right, this old school hot rod is equipped with Air Conditioning to keep you as cool as you will look when driving this beauty. The attention to detail and craftsmanship has made stunner an award winner. Most notable is the Goodguys/Dupont Hot Hues 2008 Hot Rod of the year. Options for this 1932 Ford Sedan Street Rod include; Air Conditioning, AM/FM radio with CD player, Tilt Steering Wheel, Wide Whitewall Bias ply tires with colored matched steel wheels. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is proud to present this beautiful 1968 Ford Mustang GT 1-year only California Special. With only 4,100 produced and only sold in two California markets initially making this is an incredibly rare find in such amazing condition. Mustang was Fords most successful launch since the Model A. This iconic machine essentially created the term Pony Car and has been influencing the sports car market ever since its birth. It was only anticipated that Ford would sell less than 100,000 Mustangs upon its arrival into the automotive world. They outdid those projections by just a few, to say the least. Producing over 1 million Mustangs in the first 18 months of its production due to the enormous demand. Shelby American had a hand in designing the GT/ CS, an appearance package that included stripes, badging, and a host fiberglass add-on parts that gave the model a very Shelby-like and aggressive look: a decklid with integrated spoiler and quarter-panel extensions to match; non-functional body-side scoops; and a lower back panel. Standard Mustang taillamps were ditched in favor of horizontal units from the 65 Thunderbird. If that back end looks familiar, its probably because youve got a 68 Shelby Mustang convertible tail in your mind. This Mustang GT/CS is gorgeous in Black and is complimented with the original Black vinyl top. The inside is nice with the vinyl interior, Black bucket seats, and a floor shifter which sets off this Mustang nicely. Not to mention the super-rare original overhead console in simulated woodgrain. This gorgeous Mustang GT/ CS has more than enough power to get you moving down your favorite road. It is equipped with the original drivetrain including the 289 Cubic Inch V8 that has only 56,237 original miles as claimed by the owner. The engine provides a very satisfying rumble as soon as you start this pristine GT/ CS. This potent V8 is mated to a C-4 3 Speed automatic transmission that effortlessly shifts through gears. This 1968 Ford Mustang GT/ CS is for sale in our Atlanta Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is excited to offer this 2-owner 1 family owned 1973 Jensen Interceptor Mark III. This is a numbers matching, low-mileage car, with many service records - to verify the miles of 20,127. When the torch was passed - this car was treated from 2009-2011 to a partial restoration including paint, engine and trans rebuilding, and a lot of detailing! This car shows better than new!! The Jensen Interceptor is a hand built car from a small town in England. Jensen Motors utilized Chrysler V-8s with the base being the 383 Big Block- this fine example is powered by the 440, rated at 280-hp, mated to a 727-TorqueFlite automatic transmission, and a limited slip differential in a conventional Salisbury rear end. This fine example has 4-wheel power disc brakes, and vintage a/c. This car has some unique history, all service records, some early photos, and documentation - cars like this rarely come available. GCC would classify the Burgundy paint work on this car to be show quality - and would make anyone proud to show off! The trim, emblems, and bumpers are all in very good condition, and shows the care they have been exposed too! Take a look under her bonnet - and youll find the same level of detail - down to the color coordinated air cleaner and valve covers - nice and clean! The Black vinyl 4-pass interior looks like new - and hardly used - again backing the odometer reading. If youve ever considered one of these Jensens - you may want to take a look at the photos attached!! Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present this one of a kind 2004 Ford F350 Super Duty Harley Davidson edition dually. Ford has been known for the strategic partnerships with fortune 500 companies. This partnership was different in the sense that they had both celebrated a milestone that few businesses can attest to. This example is exactly that more of everything including wheels. Not available as a dually this one owner dually is literally in a league all to itself. This truck was purchased as a Single rear wheel f-350 Harley-Davidson edition before being converted into its Dually configuration. This moves this truck into a league of its own. The exterior of this beauty is done in the highly limited and ultra-desired Official Black and Orange HD paint scheme. Of course, you are going to notice the dually set up on this beauty and it is full on factory Ford stuff. Custom 100% but if you’re going to go big you might as well go huge. The chrome wheels are in exceptional shape just like the rest of the truck but when don’t even have enough miles to justify an oil change that’s not so hard to believe. Open the front door and the black leather interior reminds you of a high-quality leather jacket. Its thick and soft yet durable and tough all mixed together. The seats are some of the most comfortable I have sit in. With Harley emblems placed on the seatback and the chrome accents bringing it all together there is no doubt a lot of thought went into this stunning interior. If you have been looking for a one of a kind truck that can do literally anything you want whether it be tow your toy hauler for the weekend or even load your bike up with custom wheel lock down ensuring it doesn’t go anywhere.
