Description:

Our Nashville showroom digitally showcases this very original 1938 Ford DeLuxe four door convertible. While the vast majority of automobiles built in the U.S. in the late 1930s had closed bodies, open cars still carried an aura of luxury and exclusivity. Even Ford, which perfected mass production, introduced a new open car that combined the best features of a closed body, a cabriolet, and a four-door sedan into one single design. Offered only in DeLuxe trim, the distinctive Convertible Sedan drew many prospective buyers into Ford showrooms. This example came from a car museum in the Southeast and left the factory with nearly every one of the 20+ factory options for the year and model. These included deluxe hubcaps, deluxe wheels, cigarette lighter, side mirrors, dash clock, bumper guards, glove box, and many more! This car came with an 85 bhp, 221 cu. in. V-8 engine with a two-barrel Stromberg carburetor, three-speed manual transmission, solid front axle with transverse leaf spring, semi-floating rear axle with transverse leaf spring , and four-wheel mechanical drum brakes. The car has been outfitted with a few newer parts to improve drivability and safety. The upgrades include a new griffin radiator to handle the rigors of modern driving, new distributor and coil, new battery, and an alternator conversion. These upgrades were done to convert the car from six to twelve volt for convince and safety. If you are looking for a great example of a survivor pre-war touring car, this is the one! For more information call the Nashville showroom at 615-213-1800 or send us an email nashville@gatewayclassiccars.com http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/NSH/821/1938-Ford-Deluxe

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is pleased to present this 1972 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible. Third-generation Corvettes like this 72 model have an outstanding timeless stylishness about them - they get their curved form from the Mako Shark II concept car that stunned car expo audiences in the mid-60s with its futuristic appearance. The body lines on this classic are in great order - everything matches up neatly, and the doors and hood show nice, even gaps. All exterior fittings, including the legendary chrome bumpers front and rear, the rocker panel trim all present very well. The sight of a dialed-in, beautifully done Corvette is always a wonderful way to brighten the mood of any car enthusiast, and when it packs the power of this 1972 Chevrolet Corvette 350 Convertible, that happiness becomes outright euphoria with just a tap of the accelerator. Wearing a unique Red with a slight gold metallic hint stretched over those gorgeous curves, this C3 is in killer condition and looks good with plenty of power, and a top that goes down making this Vette ready for the road. The Tan leather interior and the Tan convertible top really accentuate the bright red finish. The engine and and the Four speed manual transmission have both been rebuilt 1500 miles ago. Also included are power windows and an upgraded stereo with CD changer.

Gateway Classic Cars of Fort Lauderdale is proud to offer this Sleek 2012 Fisker Karma Chic. The Fisker Karma is a premium plug-in-extended electric luxury sports sedan that was manufactured in 2012 by Valmet Automotive in Finland. The EPA rated the Karma’s combined city/highway fuel economy at 52 mpg and 62 mpg equivalent in all electric mode. The Karma had 3 different models produced, the Eco Standard, Intermediate Eco Sport and the “Animal Free” EcoChic. This Karma is the Chic! The first Fisker was auctioned off in October of 2011, fetching a bid of about $220,000. The Karma is powered by a pair of 120 kW (161 hp) electric motors that receive power from a 20.1 kWh lithium ion battery. Once the battery is depleted, or when the driver activates the Sport paddle on the steering wheel, the front-mounted 260-hp, 2.0-liter Ecotec four-cylinder direct-injection turbocharged gasoline engine powers a generator that sends electricity directly to the drive motors. The Karma includes a solar paneled roof to aid the cabin climate control system. The Karma also has a warning sound system designed to both alert pedestrians of its presence and enhance the driver experience. The EcoChic features a natural fabric interior with an ultra-suede dash, as part of Fiskers ecological animal-free offering. This Chic is a quiet killer, capable of hitting 125 MPG and 60 MPH in 6.3 seconds from a stand still. Time Magazine listed the Karma among ‘The Best Investments” of 2011. It also won Automotive Magazines 2012 Design of the Year Award. In 2012, the German car magazine Auto Bild awarded the Fisker the Golden Steering Wheel Award as Classic Car of the Future”. Gateway Classic Cars of Charlotte is thrilled to represent this time capsule-worthy Nissan 300ZX Turbo that seems to have it all: speed! Handling! Braking! Overhead cams! A turbocharger! All the modern GT goodies are present and accounted for in one neat package. This awesome little import is like taking a turbo-charged trip down memory lane when the future was digital, and every convenience had an easy-to-reach button. Whether you need to deploy the power radio antenna, lower the power windows, adjust the side mirrors, adjust the suspension firmness, or engage the BodySonic Amplifiers, among so many more functions, 3-way electronically adjustable shocks, there is a control knob or button in the cockpit for you to do so! The T-Tops and gold graphics give this well-sorted Japanese classic an unmistakable look! The 300ZX, like its predecessors, was known as a Nissan in other parts of the world. Designed by Kazumasu Takagi and his team of developers, the 300ZX improved aerodynamics and increased power compared to its predecessor, the 280ZX. The newer chassis had the same wheelbase and MacPherson strut/semi-trailing arm independent suspension, but it handled and accelerated better than the 280ZX.The newer Z-car had a drag coefficient of 0.30 and was powered by Japans first mass-produced V6 engine instead of an inline 6. According to Nissan, the V6 engine was supposed to re-create the spirit of the original Fairlady Z. Configured as a turbocharged single overhead cam 3.0L V6 (VG30ET, used in 300ZX Turbo), the Z31 platform had electronic fuel injection (EFI) and was rear-wheel driven. Even when saddled with an automatic transmission, the 300ZX was one of the fastest cars on the market in that era. This Dark Pewter Metallic Radwood-worthy machine is ready to hit the streets with you behind the wheel! Put on your BluBlocker Sunglasses and Surfstyle windbreaker, and contact us today before this Turbocharged beauty is gone faster than a personal pan pizza!

Rolling stock comes by way of polished 15-inch American Racing Torque Thrust wheels with 215/70/R15 BF Goodrich Touring T/A tires up front and 235/70/R15’s in the rear. A touch of modern comes by way of a newer 90’s era Chevrolet Step Side bed, adorned with stylish chrome bed rails and inside you will see a full-size steel wheel spare tire with its own cover to keep it out of elements. The rear bumper was customized to showcase the dual exhaust and adds a nice touch of flare to the back of this truck. Inside you will find other modern touches like Auto Meter gauges, a Blaupunkt AM/FM CD player, Vintage Air HVAC system was added with a custom center console complete with an arm rest to house the head unit and a few of the HVAC vents. The tan tweed interior meshes well with the two-tone white and peach painted dash and doors. Power brakes, power steering, a Camaro front end with disc brakes and tilt steering wheel round off the list of luxuries to make this a solid, safe driver. Both the engine bay and undercarriage were paid special attention to in order to make this truck a complete showstopper.

A concave checkerboard grille, Fairlane checkmark bodyside trim, and large Jet-Tube taillights completed the look in 55. This gorgeous classic car screams of the 50s. We’re pretty sure you can hear the Happy Days theme song if you listen closely. This Sunliner is powered by what is claimed by the owner to be the original, numbers matching 292 CID V8 and Cruise-O-Matic transmission. The drive train has been recently rebuilt and now has just 3,500 miles! The car features a new top, lift cylinders, heater core, gas tank, alternator, rear air shocks, and front suspension. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to present this 1946 Dodge Pickup. In 1939 Dodge presented a completely new designed line of pickups and trucks. Dodge trucks were often referred to as the W Series from 1941 through 1947, these trucks then became mostly known as the Dodge Job-Rated trucks. This truck received a restoration in 2020 at Kevins auto restoration and repair and was giving the suspension and drivetrain from a 1973 Oldsmobile Cutlass. The truck is powered by the iconic Oldsmobile Rocket 350CID V8 linked up to a Turbo 350 3-speed automatic transmission. Some noticeable features under the hood include the polished Edlebrock air cleaner, polished Erson valve covers and alternator. This 1946 Dodge WC pickup is finished in black over a maroon interior and was the subject of a custom build completed during previous ownership. The cab features a bench seat upholstered in maroon and black cloth and vinyl accompanied by matching door panel and trim treatments. Interior features include AM/FM radio, air conditioning, cruise control, power window and power brakes. The classic wood grain three spoke steering wheel mounted to a tilt column frames the 120 mph speedometer along with battery voltage, fuel level, oil pressure and water temperature gauges that are mounted within a brushed metal fascia. We think that the Dodge Brothers would approve!

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is proud to digitally present to you this amazing 1966 Ford Mustang. This is not just your every day ordinary 66 Mustang, the is a Sprint 200 Limited Edition! Several special Edition Mustang Packages were sold in 1966. The Sprint 200 Limited Edition was part of the Millionth Mustang Success Sale initiative. Midway through the 1966 model year the limited edition Sprint 200 package began to be promoted. Due to the overwhelming demand for the 289 C.I V8, which Ford was running short of, they decided to go with the 200 C.I inline 6 cylinder option. These cars had two different options when it came to transmission, being labeled A signified the car had a manual transmission and cars labeled as B had the automatic transmission. This specific car would have been labeled A with a manual transmission which makes for a very fun driver. Sprint options included center floor console, painted side accent stripes (color matched with the cars interior), deletion of the chrome rear quarter ornaments, a set of deluxe 48 spoke, blue center wire-style wheel covers and a Sprint 200 decal on the engines chrome air cleaner cover. It is estimated that there where only about 25% of these Sprint 200s with the A option for the manual transmission making this car somewhat rare. This is a very beautiful car and will not last long, jump on it while you can! This 1966 Ford Mustang is for sale by our St. Louis Showroom and can be seen in great detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com.
