Description:

Gateway Classic Cars Houston showroom is pleased to present this awesome 1970 Dodge Charger R/T. Covered in its factory bright blue poly color, the whole idea behind this restoration was keep it numbers matching but give it the power it should have had. Bumberas Performance was tapped to handle the drivetrain restoration, and they did a super job. Starting with the original numbers-matching 440 CID V8 block and 727 TorqueFlite transmission, the powertrain was thoroughly redone and enhanced to give it the tire-smoking gutsiness that this beast was expected to deliver when one thinks of any Dodge 440-powered car! New heads were installed, but the block and innards were thoroughly inspected and reworked to provide serious power to the wheels. The 727 TorqueFlite 3-speed automatic transmission also received the same attention to detail, receiving a complete rebuild and newer, stronger components. All told, the rebuilt drive train has only about 500 miles on it, so youve got plenty of life to look forward to! In addition, the brakes and steering were enhanced with new hoses and reservoirs, and the pump was refurbished. A set of 18 Boss Motorsports aluminum wheels with black centers and polished aluminum lips give a more modern look and subtract weight from the factory steel wheels. Nitto 555 performance radials (245/45/ZR18 up front, 275/40ZR18 out back) skin the rims and provide tons of grip. Inside, about the only thing thats not original (or original style) is the new digital dash (selected to replace the original gauge set, which had seen some connector corrosion over the years). This digital driver info system gives ample information to the driver and looks cool while doing so. A new exhaust system replaces the factory original and adds a more muscular sound in the process. While this is a factory air car, the original componentry was left largely intact, and can be retrofitted by its new owner to R134a coolant. Additional features and options on this 1970 Dodge Charger R/T include Air Conditioning (not blowing cold), Aluminum Wheels, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Radial Tires, Seat Belts, Spare Tire and Jack, and Vinyl Interior. Dont miss this chance to get yourself some MOPAR muscle! For more information on this 1970 Dodge Charger R/T, to see all the HD pictures and videos of it, copy the URL below, and see it at this direct link: https://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/show/HOU/1967 . Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is presenting this 1969 Dodge Coronet Super Bee in our Milwaukee Showroom. Dodge has always been for one for manufacturing top notch powerful muscle cars that never fail to impress car enthusiasts consistently. During the 60s, Dodge took the Coronet, a car that already has aggressive body lines and a muscular look and replaced the small blocks with big block 383 RB series V8s. This creation was known as the Super Bee. This car features a built 383 that has a larger cam and a period correct “six pack setup, (a set of 3 2-barrel carburetors), to replace the Super Bees original single 4-barrel carb setup. The 383 is bolted to a 727 Torqueflight 3-Speed automatic transmission ensuring firm and correct shifts and being among one of the only automatic transmissions put out by Chrysler. The Super Bee is coated in extremely glossy black paint which paired with a matte black lift-off hood really sets the mean looking tone this car aims to set. The look is completed with a glossy set of steel wheels wrapped in a nice set of radial tires. The interior is contrasted beautifully against the dark outside featuring an off-white vinyl interior. Youll be sure to turn heads and impress muscle car enthusiasts from the moment this beauty pulls up with the thunderous sound of the big block exhaling through the dual pipes. This 1969 Dodge Coronet Super Bee is at our Milwaukee Showroom at Gateway Classic Cars and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com which includes 100+ HD photos and HD video. To see the car in person, it can be seen at our Milwaukee Showroom located at 9949 58th Place Suite 400, Kenosha WI 53144. Description:

Gateway classic cars of Nashville is proud to digitally present this 1965 Pontiac GTO. Sporting a beautiful arrest me red paint job with a white bucket seat with center console and red dash and carpet, this 65 GTO is ready for a night on the town. Now I might be a little strange, ok, a lot, but the real beauty in this sweet ride is the drive train. When I was young and roaming the streets looking for a race or trouble there were two three letter words that always caused panic. The first word was “cop the second was just as scary “GTO. Powering this 1965 Pontiac GTO is the legendary 389 Tri power, so called because the engine displaces 389 cubic inches, joking, of course this Pontiac power plant is topped with 3 Rochester 2-barrel carburetors. Now back in the good olde days this would have been backed up with either a 3 speed automatic transmission of a 4 speed manual. This red 65 GTO has a 5-speed manual giving you one more gear to disappear. The engine compartment is clean and tidy and all wires are well routed. The interior of the car is well light with all courtesy lights working. The trunk the same way and the trunk light works as well. This GTO has had a couple of upgrades and power front disc brakes leading the way in the safety department. Face it this big girl needs good brakes. The rims look like Creagar 5 stars and have Red line tires wrapped around them and the spare matches minus the rim. Driving the car is a joy. It is quick and responsive and handles well and I didnt notice any unnecessary squeaks, rattles or mystery noises but then I might have been paying attention to the exhaust note. With that, who needs a radio? Options for this 1965 Pontiac GTO include: AM/FM cassette with 12 disc JVC CD player, Spare redline tire, Power steering and brakes, Tilt steering wheel, Seat belts, Vinyl interior, Radial tires, Ally rims and Posi traction because, two black marks are better than one. This 1965 Pontiac GTO can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD photos at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For more information, please call the Nashville showroom at 615-213-1800 or send us an email at nashville@gatewayclassiccars.comSale held pursuant to permit No. 19289 of department of licenses granted the 14th day of August 2015.

This is perhaps the quintessential ride of the 50s with a story to match! Ford had introduced the T-Bird in 1955 to counter Chevy’s Corvette and even marked it at a similar base price. Sure enough, Thunderbirds outsold Corvettes in the first year at 16,155 to Chevy’s mere 700. The famed car’s story is just as fascinating as the story of this particular vehicle in that this T-Bird has been in the hands of the same family for 60 years! Wearing a gorgeous coat of white paint applied 8 years ago, this Thunderbird experienced a thorough 17-year restoration with consideration going into all aspects of work. Great care was taken to maintain original components of the car including headlight bezels, the manual rag top and even the dash! Fuel lines, rubber goods and the gas tank were replaced to ensure a reliable ride! Powered by the rebuilt numbers matching 312 CID V8 engine and transmission, this Ford drives as smooth as the day it left the showroom and attracts looks wherever it roams! You have to see this car in person to truly appreciate the craftsmanship of Ford Motor Company and the tireless hard work of the restoration professionals that breathed new life in this family vehicle. Give us a call today to learn more about this American classic! Additional features include AM Radio, Manual Convertible Top, Removeable Hardtop, Spare Tire, Telescopic wheel and a stunning brown vinyl interior. To view this 1956 Ford Thunderbird in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or our Philadelphia showroom located in West Deptford, NJ. Description:

For sale in our Detroit Showroom is this very elegant 1941 Lincoln Continental. The 1941 Lincoln Continental is an extremely rare car with only 850 of these vehicles crafted in a Coupe. The exterior design of this beautiful luxury car is an amazing sight and looks remarkable from any direction that it is viewed from. The front-end design includes a huge amount of chrome with the large bumper and a grill that was used for the 1939 to 1941 model years and based on the design of the Zephyr. From the side view you will notice the massive front fenders and the rear fenders are very large as well and have a molded skirt that covers the entire rear wheels. The rear of the car is beautiful as well with the large chrome bumper and fully enclosed spare tire giving this coupe a very classy look. The interior of this Lincoln is absolutely as beautiful as the exterior with large leather seats and a dashboard that is very unique and elegant and still looks as it looked back in the day it was built. This beautiful Lincoln underwent a full frame off restoration that was managed by the current owner of the car which is the reason the car looks and runs as great as it does. As you look under the hood you will see the attention to detail during the restoration extended to the mechanical parts of the car as well. The massive V12 engine has been fully rebuilt with only 500 miles since the restoration was completed and runs extremely smooth and has plenty of power to move this huge cruiser with ease. This car is an absolute turn-key cruiser that is ready to hit the streets with its new owner arriving in style everywhere that it is taken. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas is excited to present for sale a 1968 Chevrolet El Camino SS-396 This El Camino is very well known among the Worlds El Camino Community. For the past 13+ years, the owner has been a leader of the National El Camino Owners Association (NECOA*), the last 10+ serving as the National Director of the 24 worldwide Regions. The car was shown frequently at the US Nationals in his earlt ownership, winning a total of 3 Best of Show awards from both peer voting and professional judges. It was also shown frequently at various Florida shows, where it won a total of 2 Best of Class at Super Chevy and Bradenton. Awards won by this car in Texas are too numerous to catalog (photo of major awards only attached), but, when it was in competition, it generally won a Best in Class - and many times was Best in Show or Crowd Favorite. The car hasnt been shown for the past few years due to health considerations. The El Camino has been voted by fellow El Camino owners to be one of the 13 Best in our Association for the past 12 years. This honor allowed her to be presented in the Associations Showpiece calendar each year. This El Camino is one of just over 500 factory air-conditioned SS-396 El Caminos built for the 1968 model year. To preserve the car for future generations, the engine in 2010 underwent a major preservation service - it was completely balanced internally! That, along with the practically non-wearing roller rocker arms, should allow this engine to keep purring along for decades. Approximately 2,000 miles have been driven since the balancing. The car also underwent a down to metal restoration of its paint in 2010 - including under the hood - even though it underwent a rotisserie restoration in 2007/2008. The paint had numerous defects, and it needed to be just right. And, while everything was completely stripped from the car, POR-15 was liberally applied to all interior floors - any surfaces that COULD possibly rust were coated with the rust prohibiting application. The beds Smugglers Compartment was included in the application. Following the POR-15, a coating of Dynamat was applied to all interior floors and walls - again including the Smugglers Compartment. This 1968 model is a great year for the El Camino and this body style didnt last for long making them pretty rare too! Youre not going to regret jumping on this fun and stylish Ford. Give our helpful and knowledgeable Sales staff a call at 817-310-9400 for more information on this vehicle or any of our other inventory for sale.
