Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this ultra-rare 1967 Chevrolet Camaro SS/RS. The Camaro was Chevy’s answer to the revolutionary Mustang that Ford had introduced in 64. Although it was late to the party there is no doubt that the Camaro had a huge impact and influence on the automotive industry. This 67 is an unbelievably rare find with options that were pieced together for a very specific customer. So, rare that you will only find a total of 17 of them ever made and probably the only one to exist today. This beautifully restored 67 has everything a collector is looking for from the complete original paperwork to the numbers matching drivetrain this one has all the boxes checked. Let’s start off with the most important thing when talking about a muscle car, the engine. This little Mustang eater is packing a serious punch with the original SS350/295 horse engine intact and completely rebuilt. Matched up to the exact power glide transmission it left the factory with this blue beauty rides and drives just like it should. As with the rest of the car the exterior was brought back to its original form. The Marina Blue paint is as slick as they come with the correct white vinyl top bringing the car back to original condition. The bias ply tires give the look and ride quality of a true 1967 Camaro with the Rally wheels being almost as iconic as the car itself. Open the door and this is where things get different. The bench seat is probably going to be the first thing you notice with a very limited number of Camaro’s, especially SS/RS cars, having that option. Then you notice the vinyl interior with the piping around the edges giving away the premium interior option. Not rare enough then you should flip down the back seat as it another highly rare option that many did not take advantage of. We have had a lot of cars come through our showroom but I don’t believe we have had one with such an array of options. Whether you are a collector looking for a on off piece or just an enthusiast looking for an incredibly clean first gen Camaro this car will make a great addition for either one. Options on this 1967 Chevrolet Camaro SS/RS include, AC, AM/FM Radio, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Tilt, Power Windows, Vinyl Interior, Seat Belts and Bias Ply Tires wrapped around Rally Wheels. This goregous 1967 Chevrolet Camaro SS/RS is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For additional information please call our knowledgeable staff at (812)294-1555 or email us at Louisville@GatewayClassicCars.com. If you would like to see it in person, come to our Louisville Showroom located at 13576 Blue Lick Rd., Memphis, IN 47143. http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/LOU/1669/1967-Chevrolet-Camaro-RS-SS

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is proud to offer for sale for the first time since 2015 this one of a kind 1974 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. This is the well-known Star Wars Vette from years ago. It has a brand-new summit 383 Stroker crate engine with a 4-Speed Manual gear box. The car has 29352 miles showing on the Odometer. Now that said go over this amazing work of art. Back in 1977, a young filmmaker named George Lucas changed pop culture forever with the release of the first Star Wars movie. That film not only ushered in cool special effects, it set the standard (in the immortal words of Spaceballs Mel Brooks) for movie merchandising and soon Star Wars branded toys and accessories were everywhere. Obviously, the first Star Wars movie made an impact on the world, former owner, and creator of this special 1974 Corvette. The car showcases many scenes from the movie with hand airbrushed murals painted on every body panel. The Corvettes body panels were hand airbrushed by the renown Uniontown, PA resident Rusty Fecek who spent over 1,000 hours on the car. The Corvette features 20 coats of hand-rubbed lacquer and the richly covered murals have held up well over the last 35 years. Rusty showed the car back in the day (see the newspaper article attached) and it earned awards and praise where he went with it. After he passed away, the car went to his daughters garage where it was stored for 12-15 years before changing hands again. The autobody repairman combined his art and body work talents to create the car that features purple and silver as the primary showing colors and red, blue, and yellow tones. Rusty estimates that there is around 80 coats of paint on this master piece. The paint job alone was estimated at $10,000 in 1977. Rusty won several awards with the car including first in his class, most popular car with 90% average, and most outstanding use of color and paint. Rustys Life was lived from March 8, 1944 - November 28, 2017. He died at the age of 73. He left behind this masterpiece to show his passion for Art and automobiles. This 1974 Chevrolet Corvette Star Wars creation is for sale by our Atlanta Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and video. please visit GatewayClassicCars.com. For more information or to schedule an appointment to view this vehicle in person, please call the Atlanta showroom at (678) 894-4833 or email us directly at Atlanta@GatewayClassicCars.com.

This example falls in the “Square Body styling era that spanned 18 years and has subsequently become extremely popular with classic truck enthusiasts. Clearly this K3500 goes a step further from a stock look though! It started as a low original mileage long bed and the owner decided to overhaul with work that shortened the length by 17 inches, sanded and smoothed the body to take out any imperfections and re-shot the paint in Corvette “Opulent Blue Metallic. Thats not all that upgrades the stance of this truck either- the cowl hood, powder-coated black bumpers/trim/grille and Moto Metal custom wheels look awesome. The original 454 CID big block V8 engine was pulled and rebuilt with new cams and head work, with the firewall smoothed and repainted in the process for a cleaner engine compartment. FiTech fuel injection, an Edelbrock manifold, and exhaust headers feeding dual exit pipes provide some further performance upgrades. The original transmission has been swapped out for a 700R4 4-speed unit with overdrive. The interior of this 1985 K-Series pickup features a stock look but hides some cool upgrades. Reupholstered Black cloth/vinyl bucket seats up front and additional seating for three in the back provide great utility for a pickup truck while the aftermarket digital gauges that fill the factory instrument cluster is a nice touch. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is proud to present this nicely finished 1955 Chevrolet 210 for sale on consignment with our showroom in Phoenix, Arizona. Tri-Five Chevys are universally coveted by the collector car community and it seems that each one has a unique restoration story to tell. This sharp 55 is painted in a two-tone Black with Gray hardtop. The custom Black painted Foose wheels really give this 210 some curb appeal and they are stanced nicely with 18s in the front and 20s in the rear. Behind the rims this Tri-Five is showing off 4-wheel disc brakes- a nice upgrade to have! Under the signature hood ornament is an upgraded engine to something many of us are familiar with on modern GM trucks and SUVs- the 5.3l “Vortec V8 engine. This example has been fitted with an aftermarket air intake, aluminum radiator for better cooling capacity and exhaust headers to provide a head-turning soundtrack. The transmission is a 4-speed automatic that offers solid reliability and good mileage at cruising speed thanks to the overdrive gear. Something worth noting is that the factory data plate has survived the test of time and is still visible on the passenger side firewall of this 55 Chevy. Pop open the doors on this classic and youll find the inside has been nicely redone as well. Custom cloth/vinyl upholstered Black and Gray bench seats follow the footsteps of the original 55 Chevys that matched exterior and interior color schemes. The factory style speedometer is still in place along with the vent controls, AM radio and steering wheel with chrome horn ring, although the column has been upgraded with tilt capability. A couple of extra aftermarket gauges are present on the dash to keep an eye on the essential information. Furthermore, a floor shifter has been fitted for gear selection and a kill switch has been installed for preservation of the battery and for security when youre not behind the wheel of this Chevrolet 210. Here is your opportunity to buy a restored Tri-Five Chevy with classic looks that is also ready to drive and enjoy thanks to the upgraded powertrain. Youre going to be happy you made this one your own! Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is pleased to present a selection of gas dragsters Gassers in our Indianapolis showroom. This one, The Flash!, is a 1946 Ford Anglia fiberglass body on a custom frame powered by a 355 Chevrolet engine driving through a Chevrolet 350 transmission. It is a B/Gas dragster with a 9 Ford Posi rear end with a 3.83:1 ratio. Beautifully finished in a gold and red PPG metalflake exterior with a contrasting red and gold interior, it is sure to turn heads on the street or strip. Here is some history for those who would like background on this exciting style of dragster. The term Gasser refers to a style of drag race car that was prolific in the late 1950s through the 1960s that ran on gasoline as fuel, as opposed to race fuel. These cars typically competed in heads up drag races that were classed by engine size and car weight. In the faster classes the cars used a straight axle front suspension that produced the intimidating stance that gassers are known for. Easily recognized by common features like the higher front end stance that was developed as a means of weight transfer to the rear wheels for traction, this style became popular later as builders attempted to achieve a traditional or nostalgic race look. These cars became fan favorites as the well-known racers began to run grudge matches for higher purses. In no time these matches were the top billing at many shows due to the crowd entertainment factor. Gassers were the top drag racing classes in the period that is now referred to as the gasser war years, which ranged from 1955 through 1968.In addition to the straight axle, most gassers also sported Halibrand wheels, no front bumper, and had a front mounted Moon tank. The gasser form was dictated by function and most builders looked to eliminate as much weight as possible. Having their exhaust pipes exit through the front fender to shorten the length of exhaust tubing is another common characteristic of gassers. Builders used 1930s through 1950s production coupes or sedans to create these highly modified racing vehicles. The most common base vehicles were Willys coupes, Austin and Anglia sedans, and the Chevy Tri-Five cars. Late model cars were not allowed in the Gas classes until 1967, and the gas classes were totally eliminated by NHRA in 1972. They run today all over the United States and down under in Australia and New Zealand in vintage and nostalgia drags. To view The Flash!, please visit our site at www.gatewayclassiccars.com, call 317-688-1100, or email us at indy@gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1967 Ford Mustang S code. After such a successful launch many were surprised that only after 2 years ford would do its first major redesign of the car that turned the auto world upside down. It would be longer and wider, but the wheel base would remain the same. The biggest news yet was the addition of the 390 to the already huge engine line up. This would be the first big block to go into a Mustang making these S code ponies’ highly desirable. This beauty has gone through a frame off restoration and looks as good as any on the market. The blue paint is slick and shows extremely well. The white racing stripes show this car means business and gives the car that classic pony car look. Those magnum 500 wheels look great on the car and were the right choice for this build. The GT package was a hot option for these cars with over 24000 opting for the sportier look and of course the dual exhaust. Under the hood is the 390 320 HP engine that made these cars so popular. This beauty ahs the rare option of AC, something not commonly found on these 390 cars as they were more intended for the enthusiast than your every day driver. Backed by the C6 transmission this big block pony car is as simple as dropping it in drive and hitting the gas. Inside you will see a nicely done interior that is period correct and looks like it came right out of 1967. The black buckets upfront have the center console coming in between them and reminding you what a true pony car should be. Housing the automatic shifter this car can be driven with ease and confidence by anyone who wishes to do so. The pony car market seems to be on fire again with these true big block cars finally bringing the money they have always deserved. If you are looking for great car with big block power and a lot of the options that make driving these cars a pleasure no matter what the weather is then 67 S code coupe is the car for you. Options on this 1967 Ford Mustang S code include, AC, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Vinyl Interior, Seat Belts, and Magnum Wheels wrapped in Radial Tires.
