Description:

Gateway Classic Cars Houston showroom is excited to introduce this super-custom 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air for sale. This 57 custom is an homage to a similar 57 Bel Air that Dave Jenkins used to show, with a few slight differences. Although Jenkins car was black with silver scallops, and had slightly deeper (lower) fender skirts, but they both pay excellent tribute to what a back in the day 1957 Bel Air custom would have been. Covered in a beautiful Majestic Red, with custom silver scallops adorning the sides, this is one sleek Tri-Five. The car was nosed (had the gunsights filled in), decked, shaved, and lowered 3 inches. Sporting a 1957 Buick grille, bubble fender skirts, lake pipes, 1957 Nomad rear bumper, custom taillights, dummy spots, custom tuck and roll upholstery, a 350 CID small block Chevy V8, and power front discs, this is a classic cruiser in the best sense. The gorgeous paint scheme screams Im custom everywhere else, too at its admirers. The circa-2000 Chevrolet 350 CID Crate V8 (with its Edelbrock aluminum intake and Edelbrock 4BBL carb) provides plenty of power to the TH350 3-speed automatic, and its header-equipped dual exhaust with Smithys mufflers provides the muscle sound to supplement the biceps under the hood. The front end was completely rebuilt with new springs and bushings, the front and rear springs are new, new shocks were installed all around, the front suspension was lowered with 2-inch drop spindles, the rear suspension was lowered, new wiring, new fuel tank and sending unit, new retro-style AM/FM radio was installed, and a totally new custom tuck and roll interior was installed. It maintains its stock dash configuration, has a stock steering wheel, Lokar shifter, rebuilt speedometer, Lokar shifter, and that cool silver and black synthetic leather seating with seat belts. Vintage Dodge Lancer hubcaps adorn the body-color-matched wheels, and Coker wide whitewall radials complete the vintage street rod look but provide much better ride quality than the bias ply tires of old. Additional features and options on this slick 57 Bel Air custom include Air Conditioning, AM/FM Stereo with Cassette, Door Poppers, Power Brakes, Power Locks, Seat Belts, Radial Tires, Spare Tire and Jack, Seat Belts, and Vinyl Interior. This is a true V8 Bel Air, with a VC VIN. Dont let this nostalgic ride escape you! Description:

Gateway Classic Cars Houston showroom is proud to present one of the cleanest examples youll find of the world-renowned off-road legend, the Toyota FJ40 Land Cruiser. These trucks are legendary in off-roading groups for being reliable and extremely agile due to their short wheel base. Given their track record in some pretty inhospitable places, well, its easy to see why these are growing tremendously in market value. However, all those wonderful features also makes finding a nice one challenging, since so many of these trucks have been bashed, abused, and just plain used up in the years before they made it to the collectors A-list. Fortunately, this 1979 Land Cruiser is very clean, with an awesome Dove Beige paint job and white top that really stands out. This 79 marks the first year of the final FJ40 version that was sold in the U.S. This particular example has received a complete body-off restoration. The vehicle was completely dismantled before the frame was abrasive blasted to bare metal and then powder coated. All body panels and body tub have been abrasive blasted, with all rust having been repaired with either new panels or welded-in steel. The underbody stiffeners were removed, repaired, and reinstalled with all surfaces being blasted and then painted before reassembly. Etching primer was used on all bare steel body parts before the original Dune Beige color was applied to the body. The 1979 model year upgrades include a larger fuel tank (22 gallons), higher output alternator, and higher differential ratios for improved highway drivability. Other original equipment includes factory heater, power disc brakes (with front discs), rear seats, and OE internal roll bar. Other restoration work, including brakes, axles, and driveshaft refurbishment has been completed as well. The original 2F inline 6-cylinder engine has been left intact, and a Weber 2BBL carb has been installed on the OE intake manifold. This FJ40 did receive a performance exhaust header to assist in scavenging the exhaust gases into the new exhaust system. The transmission is also the original transmission and has all new gaskets and seals. New fuel and brake lines were installed, and a new fuel tank. The seat upholstery and dash are new, as is the complete headliner. As a result, youll find the interior is far more civilized than youd expect for a world traveler like this, with comfortable mid-rise bucket seats. Occupant comfort is further enhanced by the cold-blowing air conditioning, which provides year-round driving enjoyment for driver and passengers. Twin folding seats in back expand passenger capacity, and with durable non-slip rubber mat on the floor, you can get dirty without worrying about cleaning carpets when you get home. Toyotas 2F 4.2-liter inline-six have powered Land Cruisers for decades, and while it seems modest and underpowered, its proven itself time and again when conditions were less than nice. Around town, its smooth and torquey and the gear ratios are exactly right to make it feel quick and agile. The engine bay isnt highly detailed, but its nice to see the factory equipment is intact and has the added benefit of the decidedly non-factory aftermarket A/C compressor and condenser. Backed by a 4-speed transmission and sitting on a set of P265/70R16 BF Goodrich Long Trail Radial T/A tires, this Land Cruiser for sale is sure please the traveler in all of us! Options on this gorgeous 1979 Toyota Land Cruiser include: Air Conditioning (components), 4x4, Power Brakes, Seat Belts, Vinyl Seats, and painted steel wheels wrapped in all terrain performance tires. Dont miss your opportunity to snag this beauty! This FJ40 is in great condition, and really should be seen to understand the full extent of the meticulous work that was put into it! For more information on this 1979 Toyota FJ40, to see all the HD pictures and videos of it, copy the URL below, and see it at this direct link: https://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/show/HOU/1971 . Description:

Now for sale in our Houston showroom is this 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302 edition. The Boss edition mustangs are highly sought after and have been a iconic car for over 5 decades running. There are some great names from the Muscle car era with Pontiac having The Judge, Molar and its Super bee, yet still I would have to say Ford wins with Boss. Signified mainly by their aero package which included a front splitter a nice wing on the trunk. Powering this beauty down the road is freshly rebuilt 302 CiD V8 which was grossly underrated at 290 HP. Later tests would reveal a 360+ HP number. The engine has right at 5k miles on it since it was rebuilt & reinstalled into the car to give it plenty of show & go. The engine is paired to a smooth shifting 5-speed manual transmission that gives this beauty plenty of torque in each gear to making rowing those gears a lot of fun. The engine bay is very clean and tidy. All wires have their place, and everything looks like it should from the factory. The engine does have the shaker hood that is functional, and it is securely mounted to the air cleaner which also helps with performance. Those Boss 302 valve covers look awful nice and really give the car a nice look & feel. The car has undergone a full & complete restoration. The car is seen in a beautiful color correct Ford yellow with black stripes on each side of the car to give it that authentic & original look. The paint condition is show car quality and our pictures really do not do this cars finish justice. The grill, bumpers, trim, lights, & glass are all in fantastic condition and need nothing. All body panel gaps are even & parallel. The doors open & close with ease along with the trunk & hood. The rear louvers, spoiler, & hatch are in like new condition. There is zero rust on this car and no evidence of any rust repair or body work to be seen. The all black interior is beautiful and contrasts great against the yellow exterior. The seats are comfortable and free from any tears or rips. The carpet is very clean and appears brand new. The dash, door panels, head liner, & center console are all in like new condition. The rear seats are also in great shape and they fold down easily in case you need to load up some extra tires for the track. Car retains its original radio with some additional gauges under it to keep an eye on engine management. This car is as clean on the under side as it is on top. The owner has spent a lot of time & money to bring this car back to its original glory and it is ready for a new home. This car comes with a Marti report as well. Options on this Boss 302 include; power brakes, tilt wheel, seat belts, cassette, & more! To see more pictures of this car including an HD video, please follow the below link to the cars page on our website. http://gatewayclassiccars.com/houston/1970/ford/mustang-S1032.html For more information on this 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302 call the Houston Showroom at 832-243-6220 or email houston@gatewayclassiccars.com

Gateway Classic Cars Las Vegas is proud to present, this 1971 Chevrolet Chevelle featured a styling update that replaced the dual headlight front end design with a simplified single-headlight setup. Just part of the roll bar has been removed to make entry exit much easier. The fuel cell located in the trunk , 4 racing lap belts and roll bar are just a few of the safety features that remain on this former race car. The original race engine has been removed and replaced with a totally rebuilt 454 with a turbo 400 and has just 1000 miles on it.The Ford 9 has 410 gears and 35 spline axles with 4 wheel disc brakes which was also rebuilt at the same time. Gateway Classic Cars of Fort Lauderdale is proud to offer this one of one, investment-grade 1970 Moulin Rouge & Black 1970 Plymouth Duster 340. The Duster coupe provided the compact sized Plymouth Valiant with a sporty body style. The Valiant badge only appeared on the first model year Dusters. The Valiant platform shared the same front end, but had a different design from the cowl back. This beautifully restored Duster was featured in Mopar Magazines April 2005 edition. All the factory markings were reapplied to the finished restoration. Every grease pencil mark and paint splotch went back where the factory placed them. At the 2004 All Chrysler Nationals at Carlisle, it occupied a place of honor in the invitational building along with other illustrious factory show cars. The black vinyl interior looks great and feels just as comfortable. The original high-winding 340 V8 is still there, mated to a four speed. A 3.55 Sure Grip rear end plants the power to the road. The vintage looking F-70 14 Polyglas tires look great on the 14 rallys. This one of a kind 1970 Plymouth Duster is an absolute blast to drive. Equipment includes AM/FM Radio, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, and Rally Wheels. To see 100+ HD pictures and an HD video of this Awesome 1970 Plymouth Duster, please visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is proud to offer this 1965 Austin Healey 3000 Mark III. This beautiful roadster is a true one of a kind find. The current owner has had possession of the car for 10 years and the previous owner was her Father, so this is a single-family owned vehicle which has British Motor Industry Heritage Trust documents and the original sale contract from 1965. With the British market heating up as of late this is one of the cars that has been on many of the collectors radars. This gem has all the original panels still intact and it shows. The hood, cowl, and trunk lid have been refinished and the remainder of the car is original paint in the original Old English White color. The fitment on this British beauty is one of the nicest I have seen. The manual 4 speed gearbox is what you would expect with shifts being short and precise. The clutch still feels great, has just 500 miles since replaced, and has plenty of life left. The brakes feel great as well with little to no fading thanks to the brake drums being balanced. The true knock off wheels have been replaced and balanced and are a great 60s era touch and what you would expect on one of these old British 2 seaters. The cooper dual carb set up has been rebuilt and really feed this 2.9 liter inline six just the right amount of fuel. If its highway driving you want, this Austin Healey will suffice as the original rear gear ratio of 3.9:1 has been swapped with 3.54:1 allowing for lower rpms. With the black interior it really brings it all together especially with the black windscreen and black convertible top. In the trunk a full size spare and everything you need to change it in the misfortunate event of a flat on the road. Hit the spinner and you will see why they are called knock offs. Options on this 1965 Austin Healey 3000 include, AM/FM radio, Manual Convertible Top, Seat Belts, Knock-off Spoke Wheels, Radial Tires, Vinyl Interior, and Numbers Matching Inline 6. This 1965 Austin Healey 3000 Mark III Convertible is for sale by our Atlanta Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Everyone loves a car with a story, and boy does this 1962 Chevrolet Corvette have one! This vehicle was purchased by the current owner sometime around 1975. From that point the car was enjoyed, maintained and restored. The Roman Red paint shows nicely for being done in 1988.
