BACKGROUND: The Ford Model A (1927-31) was first produced on October 20, 1927, but not sold until December 2, when it replaced the venerable and successful Model T, which had been produced for 18 years. With everything this roadster has and its ease of driving ability with power-steering and power-brakes, it is reasonable to imagine you and your favorite person cruising down two-lane backgrounds on your way to nowhere, or your way to pick up some ice cream cones. Perhaps, youll find an additional wanderer and find good cause to use the concealed rear seating. One feature of this 1929 Ford Roadster that is very easy to like is the amazing condition of the interior and exterior. It has been painted in a satin gloss crimson red and old gold. There are no noticeable scratches, dents, or discoloration on the exterior. It is a very eye-catching car, and hard not to notice. The matching two-tone interior only complements the exterior. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is proud to present this awesome 1942 Ford Truck Woody Wagon. This Woody has been through a very nice restoration. It has been painted Black Cherry that goes great with the wood trim, crafted by Nickels Automotive Woodworking, created from maple trees grown in Michigan. The vinyl roof is period correct and is brown on top. The interior is similar to a standard station wagon layout, except the 3rd row seat is shortened to allow a pass-thru from tailgate to front seat. The dash panel was altered to accommodate modern instrumentation and controls. This Woody has a 350 Buick V8 engine paired with a TH400 automatic transmission. Rather than utilize the original 1/2 ton chassis and suspension, the 42 Wagon has a 1970 Jeep Wagoneer chassis and running gear, which was rebuilt and used to provide sufficient power and reliability for frequent touring. It comes equipped with a 4WD system. This particular Wagon showed just how reliable it really is by completing a 5,000 mile + maiden run to the Wavecrest Woodie Car Show in Encinitas, CA in 2012. Options for this 1942 Ford Woody Wagon include: AM/FM Radio and CD Player. Hub Caps, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior and Radial Tires. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to present this 1970 Ford Mustang Fastback Restomod! Everybody loves the fastbacks and here it is dressed to impress in Grabber Blue! The exterior is beautifully smooth and the grabber blue was laid down well. Much of the black vinyl interior looks and feels new. Dont let the 351 badges fool you because she is far from stock. Keith Craft Performance Engines put everything together in 2013 and built this bad boy right. The documentation of the build is pretty extensive to say the least. Under the hood is a 408 screamer built from a KC 351 fully-machined block. The engine list is too many words to list here, but the invoice is for over $8,000. The five-speed transmission paired up to the 9 inch rear end is a legendary combination that does not disappoint with this 1970 Ford Mustang Fastback. Wilwood 4-wheel disc brakes are a nice touch, and we like the fact that they arent boosted. The brakes provide plenty of stopping power but give the driver more sense of control over the transition. Power steering, and AIR CONDITIONING adorn the engine bay and all accessories are highly polished for show quality looks. Although the AC compressor is present and installed, we could not get the blower motor to engage. Official mileage is unknown however it seems reasonable to assume that the odometer reflects the mileage of the current drivetrain which was ordered in 2013. 1970 Ford Mustang Fastback is for sale in our St. Louis Showroom and can be seen in great detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to present this 1955 Chevrolet Bel-Air Numbers Matching! Bel-Airs are a piece of American history, and this car is a prime example. Unlike many of these this one has the original 265 V8 under the hood. This is great for originality, but also shows what GM did to lay the foundation for later small blocks and big blocks. Even the modern LS engines of today can trace back to the 265. This beautiful 1955 Chevrolet Bel-Air Numbers Matching is dressed in a wonderful two-tone Turquoise and white exterior with matching interior. A very nice addition to this is a tilt column. The big steering wheels of the 50s are iconic but can get in the way. That tilt column makes life a lot easier. As you walk around this 1955 Chevrolet Bel-Air Numbers Matching you will find very few flaws and see a car you can be proud to own, and feel good about driving. In addition to being maintained well over the 3 owner history, any flaws that popped up have been addressed. This 265 V8 fires up extremely easily, and has a nice exhaust note. The 2 speed powerglide transmission shifts smoothly and as expected. Many people have these but very few have original cars that look this nice. Restomods are a dime a dozen, but originality is becoming rarer and rare. Do not miss out on this 1955 Chevrolet Bel-Air Numbers Matching. 1955 Chevrolet Bel-Air Numbers Matching is for sale in our St. Louis Showroom and can be seen in great detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Ladies and Gentlemen, Gateway Classic Cars of Kansas City is pleased to offer a very attractive and sporty 1965 Pontiac Catalina Convertible 2 + 2 tribute! The Pontiac Catalina was part of Pontiacs full-sized line from 1950 to 1981. Initially, the name was used strictly to denote hardtop body styles, first appearing in the 1950 Chieftain Eight and DeLuxe Eight lines. The 1965 full-sized Pontiacs were completely restyled with more flowing sheetmetal featuring Coke-bottle profiles and fastback rooflines on two-door hardtops. Wheelbases increased to 121 inches (3,100 mm) on all models. The 2+2 option changed from a trim package to an all-out performance car package for 1965 similar to Pontiacs intermediate-sized GTO. The base engine with the 2+2 was now the 338-horsepower 421 four-barrel with the 353 horsepower (263 kW) Tri-Power or 376-horsepower 421 HO with Tri-Power available as options. Our prime example gives a nod to the Catalina Grand Prix, 2 + 2, performance model edition featuring a stunning center console between the front bucket seats and Grand Prix logos and 2 + 2 graphics inside and out. Besides this very cool upgrade by the current owner, what you are looking at, otherwise, is an outstanding original paint, two owner, original mile (65,242), Pontiac Catalina with striking matching red interior and a black convertible top. Top down and your seeing all red! A tremendous find! Powered by a numbers matching 389 cubic inch, V-8 engine backed by a three-speed automatic transmission, this beautiful, red dream machine is impossible to be ignored! Bottom line, if you dont want to be bothered by people wanting to talk to you about your car, dont buy this one! This may be your last opportunity to find a survivor Pontiac Catalina! So, stop reading this and call your friends in the classic car business in Kansas City at Gateway Classic Cars. Our number is (913) 815-1340. You can reach us Monday thru Saturday, 9 a.m. thru 5 p.m. cst. Gateway Classic Cars of Kansas City, 1202 South lone Elm Road, Olathe, KS 66061.

Our Nashville showroom digitally showcases this stunning 1955 Chevrolet Belair! This classic example of a tri 5 Chevy is coated in two tone paint! With sunset orange over black this 1955 Chevrolet Belair for sale does not ask for attention, it demands it! The builder of this 55 Chevy for sale did not miss a trick and despite the factory look on the outside, she is very will upgraded! Let start up front, down under the engine you will notice that the front frame has tubular upper and lower control arm that sandwich coil springs giving this shoebox a surprisingly nice ride with good handling characteristics, all of this thanks to the Fatman(R) front frame. To continue with the upgrade parade Lets get under the hood, 350 CID small block Chevy just about what you would expect but wait, what is that belt driven device attached to the engine? A Vintage air(R) compressor for cool summer car shows and cruising! Taking a longer look you will also notice the power steering pump that is hooked up to the rack and pinion unit bolted to the fatman cross member. So power steering and air conditioning, nice, if only it had,,wait a minute there is a brake booster attached to the master cylinder, so power brakes to squeeze the discs up front and shoes in the drums in the rear. So, power steering air conditioning, power disc brakes, I am beginning to wonder if in the interior if I will find GPS and lane departure warning? Ok now under the hood, The 350 is decked out in Edelbrocks finest featuring a Edelbrock intake, Carb and air clearer while a set of headers help the mighty mouse breathe a little easier. Open the door and slid in on the Charcoal and Cream two-tone vinyl seats as you settle behind the wheel and take a look at the dash you will notice that Classic instrumentations(R) has provided all the gauges you will need in one panel that takes the place of the old tri 5s speedometer. Not one trick missed except maybe, a compact disc player. But who needs music when you have the rumble of the small block Chevy to keep you company? Options for this 1955 Chevrolet Belair for sale include: A/C, Power brakes, AM radio, 15 Ididit Steering Collumn,Power steering, and radial tire from Coker classic. Description:

For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 1938 Dodge Pick Up. This is an ex-trailer queen that has finally been able to hit the road and acquire some miles. Power comes from...not a Chevy but a Mopar 440! The 440 is a mild build with great street manners. Power is sent through the reliable 727 Torque Flight auto and back to a set of 3.23:1 rear gears with posi. Miles on the build and drivetrain are currently at 13,213 but most would assume 1,321 because it still looks that good! Paint is extremely smooth and is Moss green with an Olive leather interior. The bed isnt your typical Oak or pine for that matter but a rare and exotic Zebra Wood that is quite striking. Adding to this professional show car look is a set of Boyd Coddington wheels, 20 inch in back and 18 inch up front, both shod with performance rubber. Lurking behind each wheel is a set of Wilwood disc brakes with slotted rotors. Moving inside youll notice a beautiful Olive Green two toned leather interior that goes perfectly with the Moss Green exterior. A tilt column, Power fresh air vent, Dolphin Gauges, Pioneer CD player with tilt out screen, Air Ride controls for the old Air ride system not currently being used but in place is a pair of coil over shocks for the rear. Description:

The body is an original steel 1931 Model A Tudor Sedan, it has been chopped 5 and channeled 3 the taillights are made from genuine Model A pistons and ‘frenched in to the body. The lenses are LED and very bright. The windshield frame was chopped and custom glass (DOT spec windshield glass) was installed. The visor was die cut and dimpled, then added to the body. The wood frame kit is new, stained to match the patina of the car. This 31 Ford is brand-new hot rod with an ‘old looking body on it, that is exactly what the seller had built. Steve Lott of Renegades and Relics Rod Shop spent over a year creating this masterpiece, his talent and vision makes him one of the countrys top rod builders. The frame is a custom, hand built, boxed steel Z frame with custom from end. It is coated under the body to inhibit rust and the front is painted with special ‘gold and silver glitter paint, then clear coated. It is, by far, the most rigid and stout frame Ive ever seen on a hot rod and I asked him to build it this way…The owner wanted a car that could be driven, not putter along to local car shows and leave it in the garage. The suspension on this car is all brand new; 4 link set up in the back, along with air bags, make this a very comfortable ride. The leaf springs and shocks up front keep the car pointed straight over bumps and potholes, even at speed. Brakes are disc brakes at all corners, with a Wilwood 2-way adjustable master cylinder and brake pedal assembly. The lines are all brand new, the fittings are all brand new, the car stops on a dime very easily. Wheels are brand new Ridler 650s, 20s in the rear and 18s up front, wrapped in brand new Nitto 555 G2 tires. All this comes together to create a fantastic driving machine; at 95 mph all you need is two fingers on the steering wheel. The electrical is all brand new, fabricated by two master electricians and run through the frame and body as discreetly as possible. The headlights are sourced from a 1912 Packard - they have been gutted and retrofitted with brand new halogen fittings and bulbs; theyre very bright at night. The turn signals and daylight running lights are LED. The motor is a Chevy 350 SBC with Vortec heads, the engine and heads were completely rebuilt during the build and has recently received its first oil change… the oil was meticulously examined, and zero trouble indicators were found. The transmission is a 700R4, it was pulled apart and inspected and found that no rebuild was necessary, so it just received new fluid and gaskets. Both the motor and transmission function flawlessly and without issue. The interior is all hand fabricated from steel, once it was complete, they painted the entire body - inside and out - and spent almost a month adding the patina and ‘old look to it. The seats are very comfortable; with PLENTY of leg and height room. This build was a work of love and it shows in the details. The finished product is an absolute showstopper, it gets attention from everyone; old, young, men and women. With less than 300 miles on this build, it is a brand new, unique ride just waiting for a new owner. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present this 1947 Lincoln Club Coupe for sale at the Milwaukee Location. Nothing says luxury on wheels like the word and mention of the name brand Lincoln. This 47 shows as a shining example and carries a lot of history behind it. The Zephyr had been regarded as the flagship model of Lincoln for sometime now through the 40s but the name was dropped shortly after the conclusion of World War II in which the successor was now just named the Club Coupe. Under the hood the Club Coupe had adopted the large and long V12 that was also carried by its predecessor carrying over 100 horsepower at a top speed exceeding 90 miles per hour. The V12 is mated up to a column shifted 3-speed manual transmission that offered ahead of its time reliability but today stands as a nostalgic way to cruise down the road. The Lincoln is offered up with AM radio and power windows to make this classic monster a little more enjoyable. Dont miss out on a car that youre sure to not see very often at all! This 1947 Lincoln Club Coupe is at our Milwaukee Showroom at Gateway Classic Cars and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com which includes 100+ HD photos and HD video.
