Description:

Through the years of fans and enthusiasts, certain automotive terminology tends to build its own appeal. For example, in most gearheads minds the term Plum Crazy recalls one of Chryslers most creative and confident eras. R/T, short for Road/Track, invokes visions of muscle cars prowling small town streets. Dana 60 or Scat Pak incites visions of late-night stoplight brawls and octane-fueled quarter-miles. And who could forget Hemi, the incredible V8 that led Chrysler through an era of epic performance. If you are looking for first class Mopar muscle then look no further than this 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T 440 Six Pack car sporting the iconic Plum Crazy purple paint on the exterior with black vinyl top. Being 1 of only 847 Challengers in 1970 to have the 440 Six Pack mated to a 4 speed manual adds even more excitement to owning this classic piece of American muscle. Given its resurgence in popularity, no doubt aided by the current LC-based version, the Challenger is considered by some to be the quintessential American muscle car: a status that naturally invokes an aggressive and exciting aesthetic. At the front of this Challenger, a 1970-exclusive grille hangs an unmistakable Challenger R/T badge between pristine headlights, amber parking lamps and a mirrored bumper. Behind that grille, a pinned, Hemi-branded hood props bold D O D G E lettering in front of clean glass that is framed in correct stainless and capped by correct vinyl. At the sides of that hood, a sculpted profile hangs correct R/T stripes amid fresh rocker trim, flush door handles, a correct mirror and ornate Challenger scripts. And at the back of the car, a stainless-trimmed valence centers body-width taillights and more D O D G E lettering between a second Challenger R/T badge, a second mirrored bumper and correct, quad-outlet exhaust tips. Open this coupes light hood and youll find the legendary, 440 cubic inch Hemi that, while not original to the car, is a date-correct piece that has been professionally rebuilt and maintained to keep it’s nostaligic looks and performance. All of the 390 horses reside in a glossy Hemi Orange block. And exhaust is handled by correct, low-restriction exhaust manifolds that feed an H-shaped crossover. Slide under this spotless E-Body and youll find a solid chassis thats ready for the turntable. Satin Black paint highlights exceptionally clean floors that have been finished to better-than-new condition. Behind the Hemi, lives the original 4 speed manual transmission to the car that is tight and shifts like new. Helping transfer all of this excitement to the pavement are is the factory Dana rear end that houses a set of 3.54 gears. Stops come courtesy of correct power front disc and rear drum brakes. And all this Mopar goodness rolls on stylish Rallye Wheels, which twist radial tires with raised white lettering around polished trim rings and silver center caps. Peak your head in the window of this car and youll find a correct Black interior thats functional, straightforward and very comfortable. The front bucket and rear bench seats are wrapped in pliable vinyl covers that display hardly any signs of wear. Below those seats, stain-free carpet floats Challenger-themed mats at the sides of a correct, wood-trimmed console and cool Pistol Grip Shifter. The wood-trimmed dash seats correct Rallye gauges and has been painstakingly restored to its original glory. In front of the driver, a correct steering wheel mixes subtle form with major function. And behind the passengers, a nicely finished trunk centers a correct jack and space saver spare tire between a correct mat and new decklid decal. You can view this 1970 Dodge Challenger in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

For sale in at our Gateway Classic Cars Milwaukee showroom is this extremely rare 1970 Pontiac GTO Convertible Ram Air III. In 1970 Pontiac made only 114 GTO Convertibles with an automatic Transmission and the 400 CID Ram Air III engine making this a very unique find. This GTO was painted in Atoll Blue and it goes great with the black vinyl interior and black Convertible top. When the car first rolled off the assembly line it did not take long for the then current owner to blow the engine. Luckily it was still under warranty so Pontiac replaced it with a correct “Service Replacement” block. This engine block is what lies under the hood today. The 400 CID Ram Air III engine was rebuilt around 2011 and has only about 2000 miles on it. It emits its great noise through a quad exhaust in the rear. The transmission is the stock Turbo 400 automatic with 3:55 gears instead of the factory 4:33 gears. The original gears do come with the car though! The odometer currently reads 97,159 miles but with a rebuilt motor it is ready for another 50 years! . Inside is a clean vinyl interior with bucket seats. Under the dash in the center there are two aftermarket gauges from Auto Gauge to show the oil pressure and water temperature . It has a Pontiac Wood steering wheel The Gas tank, shocks, starter, lower ball joints, exhaust system, (Dynomax Super Turbo Mufflers) hoses, window switches, front bucket springs and foam, and more have all been replaced with new upgraded parts making this a true dream to drive. The spoiler was also installed by the dealer, and the car sits on top of 15-inch Rally II rims. Options include; AM/FM radio, automatic top, Spare tire, Power brakes, power steering, power windows, jack, seat belts, vinyl interior, and posi traction rear end. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to offer a stunning 1932 Ford 5 Window Coupe. This beautiful HiBoy was built a mere 2,000 miles ago and is truly show worthy. Often hot rodders are afraid to paint a car black because it can show every imperfection. In this case, the all steel body is in such great shape, there was no other choice for color. The black paint is polished to a high gloss and is so rich it looks like you could reach your hands right into it. The body is Henry Ford steel which sits on top of a Pete and Jakes chassis. The chassis and underside is just as clean as the top. The chassis and suspension is all painted with gloss and the exhaust is polished. Once you start seeing the details, its clear this baby is a show car. It has a coil over shocks in the rear and a 9 Ford rear end. The front has disc brakes, and a power booster has been sneakily hidden beneath the drivers side floor. Under the hood is a 350 CID Chevy small block mated up to a TH350 automatic transmission. The interior is just as clean as the exterior, with all custom upholstery. The red interior really pops against the black paint. A bench seat provides a comfortable seating position for you and your passenger. The door panels are custom molded and the headliner houses the AM/FM/CD stereo. An underdash AC unit will keep you cool on your way to the car shows. This rolling piece of art can be seen in greater detail in our St. Louis showroom or at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. From the eye-popping, Chrome Yellow PPG paint to the Fatman Frame underneath, nothing was left to chance! The engine is monitored by a Street and Performance Multi-Port EFI. This allows for rock solid reliability and respectable fuel economy and the motor is docile enough to spin those desirable “comfort focused accessories without breaking a sweat. This 40 Ford makes life easy with Vintage Air AC and Heat, a Mustang II rack with power steering, leather wrapped buckets along with a full custom leather-wrapped interior! The interior is finished in very complimentary ultra-tan leather, with gold bezel wrapped gauges and wood accents abound. As if riding in luxury and style isnt enough; this 40 Ford Deluxe takes the ride and handling into the 21st century as well. It rides on polished Carrera coil-overs at all four corners and up front the old beam axle was ditched in favor of road holding - polished - upper and lower A-Arms. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is pleased to offer this custom 1952 GMC 5 Window Pick-Up for sale right now in our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix. 50s pickups are cherished by collectors and classic car enthusiasts alike and are gaining in value due to their styling as well as the fact there are not many still available in good condition. This 52, which was bought by the current owners 11 years ago and subsequently restored to its present condition in the last couple of years, comes painted in a beautiful shade of Inferno red that is popular with hot-rodders for its attention-grabbing color. The truck bed was professionally refinished with glossed wood by Classic Customs in Phoenix, Arizona. Inside, you will find a dark brown leather interior that has accents of crocodile- sometimes this looks tacky but in this case it is a classy touch. Dakota Digital gauges with an analogue/digital switch mode light up the dashboard. Powering this sleek GMC is a Summit Racing 350 CID V8 Chevrolet motor tied to a 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission. This is perhaps the most bulletproof combination among resto-mods and parts for the motor and transmission are easy and affordable to get ahold of. This truck has plenty of trick options to show off at your local cruise-in or simply enjoy while driving. The Air Conditioning and heater controls are integrated in the current dash configuration which looks so much better than adding an aftermarket unit that takes up a lot of space and can be an eyesore. Similarly, there is a cut-out switch installed for the exhaust system so you can make this truck turn heads immediately or quietly pull up to your house at night without waking the neighbors. There is also a back-up camera installed for ultimate convenience when parking and a push-button emergency brake that is a theft deterrent as well as a unique feature. There is a lot more we can tell you about this 1952 GMC Pick-Up for sale so why not give our Sales staff a call if youre interested at (623) 900-4884. Alternatively, we will always be quick to respond to any email inquiries sent to scottsdale@gatewayclassiccars.com See more at: http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/SCT/466/1952-GMC-5-Window-Pick-Up

Description:

For sale in our Dallas Fort Worth showroom is an extremely rare 1957 Jaguar XK140MC. This MC has been well taken care of, and is still capable of taking you anywhere needed! When the XK140 took over as Jaguars flagship sports car in 1954, it had a serious challenge, following in the tracks of the spectacular XK120. True, it looked a lot like the car it followed, but there were quite a few differences, too. The large bumpers and heavier cast grille may have taken away a little of the models inherent grace, but this new trim provided far better protection from the large Detroit behemoths that populated the sports cars largest market in America. And while the weight went up slightly, so did the power of the 3.4-liter, twin cam six, which was up to 190 horsepower in standard trim. As a result, performance remained on a par with its predecessor. The uprated engine was mated to the same four-speed manual unit used in the XK120, although overdrive was now available. To view this numbers matching 1957 Jaguar XK140MC in greater detail, including 100+ HD photos and HD video, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For more information please call the Dallas/Fort Worth Showroom at 817-310-9400 or email at dallas@gatewayclassiccars.com.

Description:

*MORE PICTURES AND VIDEO COMING SOON* Gateway Classic Cars of Denver is proud to offer this 1968 Chevrolet Golden Anniversary C20 Camper Special with 92,075 original miles! This immaculate one owner accident free truck was purchased brand new on August 13th, 1968 from Capitol Chevrolet here in Denver, Colorado. Before the owner took delivery, he had the dealer cover the factory carpet in clear plastic. That plastic has been there ever since preserving the original carpet. The owner dropped a camper in the bed, loaded up the family and hit the road looking for adventure. In 1970 dual saddle tanks were installed to promote longer distances between fill ups when driving cross country with the family. In 1985 dual exhaust was installed to help that big 396cid engine breathe and improve the sound. In 1990 a 4:11 ratio rear end was installed as well as the driver seat re-upholstered. In January 1991, Ed Bozarth Chevrolet in Aurora, Colorado re-painted this awesome truck using only factory approved “Sikkens paint, only because the beautiful gold and white paint had started to fade. While the truck was being repainted at the dealer, a heavy-duty tow hitch was installed, and a new timing chain upgraded with metal cam and crank sprockets. (Factory it has plastic sprockets). The owner has receipts for EVERYTHING as well as the build sheet and has lovingly cared for this truck throughout the years. Too many family memories have been made in this truck to count and as well cared for as it is, tons more memories are waiting to be made by the next lucky owner. “See the USA in your Chevrolet For additional information please call our sales staff at (303) 872-4722 or email us at Denver@GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is proud to offer this stunning 1935 Rolls Royce 20/25 Touring Limousine for sale in their Indianapolis showroom. What an amazing piece of automotive heritage! The 20/25 was Rolls Royce second pre-war entry level sedan. Offered between 1929 and 1936 it became one of Rolls Royces most successful selling models. The 20/25 enabled Rolls Royce to survive the economic climate of the Great Depression and is largely responsible for keeping the brand alive. This beautiful example still runs with the original inline 6-cylinder engine and 4-speed manual transmission, and purrs like a kitten. Never rebuilt or molested, The Rolls had a repaint done in 1986, and at some point in her life the leather has been replaced. An additional coil was added to make the car easier and more dependable when starting, and an electric fan was fitted to keep the engine cool while in slower traffic. The car still has an operational centralized lubrication system, hand-crank start, Rolls Royce 2-jet carburetor, and specialized tools to remove the wheels. The all-aluminum body and custom coachwork was done by Park Ward, and paperwork exists that shows the original clients build requests and specifications. ALL ALUMINUM BODY! This Rolls was first commissioned in November of 1935, with the chassis being finished in January of 1936. The Park Ward custom body was then completed and delivered to the new owner on August 1, 1936. Built to British specs, the Rolls is a right-hand driver. Some additional features include; a manual sliding sunroof, adjustable glass partition to allow separation of the passenger compartment from the driver, courtesy lamps, nd braided assist cords, rear passenger compartment and tray, rear seat arm rest, front bumper center-mounted driving lamp, dash lights, and the Spirit of Ecstasy radiator ornament. The opportunity rarely presents itself to own such a magnificent automobile. OMG, this is such a nice well cared for car that would look good in anyones collection! Be sure to visit our web page at www.gatewayclassiccars.com to view 100+ HD pictures, as well as a short video of the Rolls in action.
