Description:

This beautiful second-generation 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle is now available for purchase at our Saint Louis Gateway Classic Cars Showroom. BACKGROUND: The Chevrolet Chevelle is a mid-sized automobile which was produced by Chevrolet in three generations for the 1964 through 1977 model years. Part of the General Motors (GM) A-Body platform, the Chevelle was one of Chevrolets most successful nameplates. The 1969 Chevelle was billed as Americas most popular mid-size car. They showed only minor changes for 1969, led by revised front-end styling. A single chrome bar connected quad headlights (which became a familiar Chevrolet trademark with its concurrent light-duty pickup trucks) with a revised front grille, now cast in ABS plastic, and a slotted bumper held the parking lights. Taillight lenses were larger and more vertical, flowing into the quarter panels. (Source: Wikipedia) This particular 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle has been owned by the same person for the past twelve years and it was during that stewardship that this classic enjoyed a frame-off restoration, which was done by Evans Classic Car Restorations in Arnold Missouri. The restoration work included powder coating the frame and suspension, Baer brakes - four-wheel discs, rebuilt 396 engine, Posi-traction rear end, Munci transmission, aluminum radiator, 3 5.5 exhaust, Doug’s headers, custom seat covers, Dakota digital gauges, Hotchkis sport suspension, and all new glass. There is nothing to dislike about the presentation or dive of this 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle. It has a show car quality finish for its interior and exterior and the girl just runs like a champ. Look at the pictures - watch the video - listen to the motor! Am I lying? You still dont believe? Description:

For sale in our St. Louis Showroom is an amazing 1937 Ford Roadster. Every item on this build was carefully planned out with purpose. Vibration cushions between the frame and body were installed to minimize vibration and noise and eliminated the need for a drive shaft tunnel. By eliminated the tunnel a lower seat height was achieved, which creates greater visibility for the driver and passenger through the windshield. Both the passenger compartment and trunk floors have been covered in Dynamat to reduce heat and reduce road noise. The powerplant comes from a 2009 5.3L Chevrolet LS V8 with an LS2 intake that has approximately 18,000 miles on it. The LS engine is mated to a 4L60E automatic transmission, which transfers the power to the Ford 8.8” rear end that houses 3.27 gears. This powertrain combination creates an excellent driving experience in any environment, while being incredibly reliable, and produces plenty of power to have fun with. An all new Mustang II front suspension setup is in place with powder coated upper and lower tubular control arms, new spindles, and power rack and pinion steering. The rear suspension features a triangulated 4-bar setup with TCI coil over shocks and springs. Power disc brakes adorn all four corners, providing maximum stopping power when needed. The gloss black exterior paint is a GM color by Dupont and looks fantastic. The light gold vinyl interior has a sleek and sophisticated appearance. The dash also features the vinyl upholstery and easy to read gauges in front of the steering wheel creating an uncluttered look. The odometer reads 312, which represents the mileage put on the car since the build was complete. Options for this 1937 Ford Roadster include: Vintage Air Heat and Air Conditioning, AM/FM Radio, Removable Hard Top, Tilt Wheel, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Radial Tires, and Aluminum/Alloy Wheels. Description:

Gateway classic cars of Nashville is proud to present this incredible 1974 Ford Bronco. Now those of us that grew up in the sixties and seventies remember these as vehicles for the “field and stream guys. Those that needs a small four-wheel drive to get them to their favorite fishin hole or huntin spot. We also remember that most of them seem to slowly disappear into a pile of rusty dust. These first generation sport utility vehicle have grow in popularity over the last twenty years and are in such demand that there are companies that make this body in fiberglass to replace the patched and bondoed together old steel bodies. This all steel 1974 Bronco for sale is an incredible find but it wasnt always like this. The current owner started with a very clean and mostly rust free Bronco and started by stripping it down to the frame. Then any metal that wasnt up to snuff was cut out and new metal was welded in its place. Once it was made ready and the deep green paint was applied it became apparent that all that work was not in vein as the body is so straight that the reflection in the deep green paint looks like a mirror. With a rubber mat on the floor and Black vinyl on the seats this bronco is ready to go fishing or, to take your favorite someone out on the town. Under the hood is a lively 302CID small block ford. Known for its ability to climb through the RPM in a rapid fashion. To help with this, a semi high rise dual plane intake has an Edlebrock® four barrel feeding the engine all the go juice it desires. A Petronix Flame thrower® coil sends the fire to the plugs via the distributor and a set of tri y headers deal with the exhaust. Backing this power plant is a C4 3 speed automatic transmission and I believe a 9 inch holds the back end up and connects the 33-inch B.F. Goodrich® T/A tires. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Philadelphia is presenting a 1958 Corvette for sale. This 1958 Corvette was treated to a full restoration in 1987. It has less than 8000 miles since that restoration. Still in excellent condition it looks like the restoration was just completed. It is white with a black interior. Powered by a 283 V8 with a 4 speed transmission. This Corvette comes with the hardtop and offers you the convertible option with only a couple of latches. The convertible top in this Corvette is only 2 years old and is in excellent condition. The seller tells me that it has never been exposed to water. The Corvette was an immediate success when it first hit the market. These early Corvettes have a unique style with the oversize grille and big fenders that helped make them so popular. Description:

Now for sale in our Indianapolis Showroom is this 1965 Shelby Daytona Coupe built by Factor Five. A fun fact about the Daytona is that there were only 6 true Shelby Daytonas built 1964-1965 all of which competed in several different races in the British Alan Mann Racing. This Daytona replica is powered by a 302 CID V8 which has just over 2500 miles on it. Paired to a Tremec T-5 transmission that gets through the powerband without complication. Power is driven to the rear wheels through a Ford 8.8-inch rear that features 3.73 gearing making this a great all-around car, apart from a family greater than 2. Other options include a Holley Sniper fuel injection system, ceramic coated headers, aluminum radiator, and an electric fan to ensure this Daytona runs cool. This beautiful Daytona even comes with plenty of documentation regarding the build to make the new owner comfortable, and confident in owning this classic machine. The interior is in great shape and shows well. The performance seats truly lock you in, so you arent thrown around the car when taking those hairpin turns. The 5-point harness ensures you stay safely secured as well. As many of these Daytonas dont seem to come with the ever so loved A/C, this one does and blows cool. You even get the bonus of side windows that can be easily installed or left off depending on your personal preference. Description:

Now for sale at Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is the beautiful 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 Convertible. This classic beauty was restored by Jerry Miller of Jerrys Classic Cars back in 2014 and remains in great shape. The 57 Ford models featured a clean single headlight front end and had some sleek tail fins that were key distinguishing factors from other cars. The beauty is powered by the original 292 CID V8 with only a little over 140 miles on it since the rebuild. The car went through an exhausting restoration with photos to show it was thoroughly gone through. With over $72,000 in receipts the amount of replacement parts, re-chroming, and rebuilding of components is endless. Some of the items just to name a few include: New heater core, exhaust system, new carpet, rebuilt wiper motor, new fuel tank, new radiator and rebuilt rear end. This a clean car and worth seeing in person. With nearly all the internals either replace or rebuilt, this classic piece of history runs like a top notch machine. The car is painted a soft Willow green throughout the exterior and accented on the inside. With a clean set of wire wheels and white wall tires, this car pops at any car show you decide to take it too. All the chrome trimming, and bumpers are in great shape as they were re-chromed during the restoration as well. The convertible top is automatic and moves up and down with ease, so you can enjoy those weekend cruises with some fresh air a bit more. The Interior is done in a dark green vinyl with a lighter green to match the exterior. The seats are all in great condition with no major rips or tears. The car also features a dark green boot to give the car a cleaner appearance when you have the top down.
