Description:

The front-wheel drive DTS was manufactured at GM's Detroit/Hamtramck Assembly factory from July 2005 through May 2011.[4] Base price of the entry DTS at time of introduction was US$41,195 ($52,847 in current dollars) which was over 10% lower than the DeVille model it had replaced. One major feature change from the DeVille to the DTS was the elimination of standard 6-passenger seating configuration for non-limousine models. However, such capability remains an optional feature for fleet clients.[5] Even though priced less than the rear-wheel drive STS, the DTS is longer than the STS.

The DTS has standard industry features including multiple airbags, bi-functional xenon high-intensity discharge HID headlamps, leather seating, and power seats. Options include navigation system, Magnetic Ride Control (magnetic ride control on performance models only), moonroof, chrome wheels, heated/cooled seats, and a heated steering wheel. A new DTS Platinum edition was released in 2007 with special interior trim, badging, and other luxury amenities.

The DTS incorporates the updated GM G-platform (GM chose to continue referring to it as the K platform,[1] as denoted by the 4th letter in the VIN), and is powered by a transverse[6] 32V Northstar V8, which produces 275 bhp (205 kW) in "Standard", "Luxury" and "Premium" trims. The DTS Platinum is equipped with 292 bhp (218 kW) version.[3] GM phased out all GM fender badges from vehicles during the 2010 model year, including those on the Cadillac DTS.[7]

Description:

For sale in our Nashville showroom is a one of a kind 1940 Studebaker Commander. This 1940 Studebaker Commander for sale is an incredible find with less than 1500 miles on this car, that’s right less than fifteen hundred, this car is like a time capsule and has spent a year in the Studebaker museum. This 164.3CID I6 had all the ground pounding power for the day packing a punch with 80 full horses under the hood. The smooth clean lines of this car show Studebaker’s forward thinking and just seeing one for the first time on the showroom you would instantly know it was bound to become a classic. Open the door to this 1940 Studebaker for sale and air from 1940 rushes out. Inside this car you will find liberal use of bakelite (or polyoxybenzylmethenglycolanhydride ) this was an early form of plastic and expensive for the day and reserved for the finer things in life. The gauges have clean faces and are easy to read, none are faded and full of dust like a lot of classic cars that have not been restored. This 1940 Commander for sale is not perfect but it sure looks great for being 77 years old and once again, only 1413 actual miles. I have put more miles than that on a car in a week. Let’s see, 77 years old and only 1413 miles so that is how many miles per year, divide by 3.14, carry the 1, that’s 18.35 miles a year! The owner of this car, (only the third) states that all the body panels are original. The inline flat head six cylinder starts and runs like new and purrs like a tiger. Riding on wide white wall Bias ply tires this 1940 Commander looks like it just took a ride on H.G. Wells Time machine. So, if you are looking for a classic car that looks like a million, runs great and you are only planning on driving it about 18 miles a year, this is your car. Options for this 1940 Studebaker Commander include: Cloth interior and wide white wall bias ply tires and 1413 miles! A $237.37 document fee will be added to the sales price. All purchases may be subject to any applicable tax, title, & licensing fees. For more information call the Nashville showroom at 615-213-1800 or send us an email nashville@gatewayclassiccars.com

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is proud to offer this stunning 1966 Pontiac GTO for sale. This GTO for sale has gone through an extensive amount of restoration. Starting late Summer and going through the Fall of 2016, the entire engine compartment was completely restored back to original. The work was professionally done by one of the National Concourse Judges for the 1966 GTO, the President of the Southeast GTO Association as well as the cars 12-year owner. During the restoration process several pictures were taken to verify the authenticity of this 1966 GTO. This is when the engine number was verified and the XE engine was unique to the California Car. The numbers matching 389 small block V-8 engine still has the original rear main rope seal. Both the carburetor and air cleaner assembly, with the enclosed system leading back to the oil cap on the drivers side valve cover, are unique to the California engine in this California GTO. There are several other engine components that can easily be seen upon casual inspection. Even the voltage regulator along with the engine coil are original. Both exhaust manifolds are original, and the original throttle cable is present and still maintains the red tape on its tip from November 1965! The crown jewel of this motor, however, is the original Air Injection Reactor (AIR) Emissions System. Most people would remove this as it took away horsepower making this part very rare and hard to find. This system has been deveined, so it will not pull air as it originally did which compromised horsepower. The factory 2-speed Super-Turbine 300 Automatic Transmission, power steering, power brakes and Radio-Pushbutton have all been verified and has full PHS documentation. With only 27,610 actual miles this is truly a rare and valuable GTO. Painted in the factory Montero Red showing R-R on the engine tag along with black trim (interior) which was 223 on the engine tag. Several key things were pictured during the restoration of the body such as the original chalk marks that were written by the line workers building this GTO in the factory. Another unique aspect that makes this GTO even more rare is the fact it was built in the Pontiac, Michigan plant. It was very uncommon for a California car to be produced outside of the Fremont, CA plant and shipped to California with compliance equipment installed. Any single attribute, whether being numbers matching, a black plated CA car manufactured outside of the Freemont plant or how it still maintains the Air Emissions System all make for a rare GTO. Having all these attributes along with low actual miles makes this 1966 GTO for sale extremely rare. The full PHS documentation, original window sticker reproduced by Pontiac Historic Services and the original license plate from original Dealership the car was purchased are all included. Also 7 extra air filters are included as they are very rare and hard to find. There is way too much information about this car to be able to list everything, so please call for more details. To view this car in greater detail, including 100+ HD Photos and HD Video, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to offer up this mean 1950 Buick Riviera convertible. Between the custom slammed look, and the massive powerplant, this beast is sure to be the center of attention at your local car show! The 1950 Buick Riviera was actually the very first year of the Riviera making this a rare find. Under and through the hood of this beauty is a big and healthy 496 CID V8 topped with a Weiand Mega Blower. This powertrain combination provides this heavy car with the power and performance of a modern muscle car. Sending the power to the 9 Ford rear end is a GM TH400 automatic transmission that shifts firmly through the gears with no problems handling the nearly 800 horsepower this engine generates. The meat that sends the power to the ground are Mickey Thompson Sportsman tires in 29x185x15LT. When it comes time to slow this big classic to a stop, the driver will appreciate the disc brakes up front. Moving inward, the interior of this slick ride is very plush and comfortable. The driver will immediately notice the multi-color leather seats, dash, and headliner that are all in very good condition. Adding to the comfort of this ride are power seats, power windows, power locks, power steering, and power brakes. In the summer months, the driver will appreciate the removable hard top to allow for plenty of sunshine and fresh air. Overall, the interior of the car is in really good shape. Moving outward, the exterior of the car has a super mean vibe to it thanks to the canvas covered Carson top along with some shaving of the body here and there. The PPG Vanilla Shake paint is in good condition. Overall, the car is an extremely nice car thats very fun to let loose from time to time. For sale in our Chicago showroom is this very unique 1938 Ford Sedan Delivery Wagon. Not to be mistaken with a Panel Truck, this is a two-door station wagon equipped with a driver and front passenger seat only. The heart of this old school wagon is a 350-cubic inch GM crate motor that was purchased and installed brand new 3 years ago. At this time, the 700R4 transmission was put in as well, and delivered power to the posi 3.55:1 rear end. About a year after the motor and transmission were done, the car got some new paint. Looking inside, the gray vinyl interior allows one to comfortably sit inside when you’re on your way to deliver a small parcel, or headed to the car show in anticipation of yet another trophy. The two seats have lumbar support, and paired with comfort must be safety which is why this sedan is fitted with seat belts as well. This CST, Custom Sport Truck (Option # 4Z84CR) Is only one of a kind C20 CST model built by Chevrolet for the 1968 Golden Anniversary year. Other special features include: Bucket Seats-4A50MC AC in Dash- 4C60GK Camper wiring with Deep Cycle wiring- 4UY1BB (See photo of the Service Parts Identification Label) This immaculate one owner accident free truck was purchased brand new on August 13th, 1968 from Capitol Chevrolet here in Denver, Colorado. Before the owner took delivery, he had the dealer cover the factory carpet in clear plastic. That plastic has been there ever since preserving the original carpet. The owner dropped a camper in the bed, loaded up the family and hit the road looking for adventure. In 1970 dual saddle tanks were installed to promote longer distances between fill ups when driving cross country with the family. In 1985 dual exhaust was installed to help that big 396cid engine breathe and improve the sound. In 1990 a 4:11 ratio rear end was installed as well as the driver seat re-upholstered. In January 1991, Ed Bozarth Chevrolet in Aurora, Colorado re-painted this awesome truck using only factory approved “Sikkens paint, only because the beautiful gold and white paint had started to fade. While the truck was being repainted at the dealer, a heavy-duty tow hitch was installed, and a new timing chain upgraded with metal cam and crank sprockets. (Factory it has plastic sprockets). The owner has receipts for EVERYTHING as well as the build sheet and has lovingly cared for this truck throughout the years. Too many family memories have been made in this truck to count and as well cared for as it is, tons more memories are waiting to be made by the next lucky owner. “See the USA in your Chevrolet For additional information please call our sales staff at (303) 872-4722 or email us at Denver@GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to offer this beautiful 1964 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz. This stunning classic Cadillac is an all original numbers matching car. Only 1,870 of these Biarritz models were ever made, and as you can see no expense has been spared. The off-again/on-again rear fender skirts were gone again for 1964. Otherwise, this years Fleetwood Eldorado convertible looked very much like the 63 Biarritz. Price went up by a paltry $22 back then, but performance went up in a big way as both bore and stroke were increased (to 4.13 x 4.00 inches) for 429 cid and 340 bhp. A significant development was the arrival of GMs new Turbo-Hydramatic transmission. This beauty’s overall condition is spectacular inside and out. Under the hood of this Cadillac sits the original numbers matching 429 CID V8 with 340 bhp. The motor was pulled and completely rebuilt 560 miles ago to start right up and drive like new. Having A/C in this Cadillac is a huge plus to keep you nice and cool on those hot summer days. However, when it’s a beautiful day you can drop the top with this fully functional power soft top. The driving experience of a Cadillac V8 engine with the convertible top dropped is something one must simply enjoy for themselves. The white leather interior and carpet accents nicely with the pristine Fire mist red exterior paint and chrome that shine brilliantly in the sun. Interior leather, dash, and carpet are in great condition. The Fire mist red is very desirable and looks superb. This Eldorado is also equipped with power brakes, power windows, power locks, power seats, and power steering. This incredible Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz is an iconic jewel that reminds us all how real cars were made back in the good’ol days. It will truly be a fantastic addition to a car collection of any size. To see 100+ HD pictures and videos of this 1959 Cadillac Eldorado Seville, please visit GatewayClassicCars.com.
