Description:

All original and numbers matching! This well kept coupe looks like it just stepped right out of the showroom as it did 90 years ago. The gray exterior paint was redone over 8 years ago and still looks very nice with minimal blemishes. The stock all-steel body has not been hacked up and is riding along smoothly on a set of steel wheels with dog dish hubcaps and wrapped in Coker radial wide white wall tires for extra stability. As you slide on into the interior you can feel the springy bench seat adjust to your weight. Settle in and put the key in the ignition and turn it not to start it, but to unlock the steering column. Flip the switch into the “on” position, push in the clutch, pull the choke while giving it a couple pumps of the accelerator, and hit the button resulting in an almost instantaneous start followed by a smooth purr. The 3-speed standard gear box connected to the flathead V8 makes for a fun and unique driving experience. It is not a high powered hot rod, but it is still just as fun to cruise down the main drag and turn some heads! This vehicle is located in our Milwaukee showroom. You can view this 1937 Ford Coupe in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. If you are interested in purchasing this vehicle or have more questions regarding it please call us at (262)-891-4253 or email us at Milwaukee@gatewayclassiccars.com.

Description:

For sale in our Nashville showroom is a 1968 1/2 Ford Torino GT. This Torino for sale is not your average grocery getter from the ‘60’s. Stuffed between the shock towers of this Torino GT is a master piece of Ford technology the 428 Cobra jet engine with factory ram air. This R code beauty was built to get the ice cream home before it melted. In 1968 the 428 had an advertized rating of 335 horsepower with 445 Feet pounds of torque running 10.6:1 compression pistons. Now I believe Ford might have fudged the numbers to the low side to placate the insurance companies. Now according to the Marti report this is a very rare car Torino GT 2 door fastback with the 428-4V CJ covered in candy apple red with black interior originally had the 4.30:1 axle ratio with traction loc. This has been changed to a more gas friendly 3.25:1 final drive ratio. Other than that the only other changes are the Edelbrock Torker intake and 780 street avenger carburetor. The transmission is the venerable c-6 select shift cruise -o-matic .Other option listed on the Marti repot are center console, power brakes and steering and AM radio. This car has been restored to within 98% and is a winner of multiple shows with only about 2100 miles since rebuild and shows like new. So here is your chance to own something that you will not find an entire row of that the local car show. This car needs a row to itself, because let’s face it, how many 1968 ½ R code Ford Torino’s were made? Options for this R code1968 1/2 Grand Torino 428 cobra jet include, Horsepower and torque, AM radio, hub caps, power brakes and steering, seat belts, Vinyl interior, Radial tires with white letters. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to offer this 2004 Saleen Mustang S281-E series! The E, for “Extreme,” goes far beyond the usual bolt-on power route, with a highly internally modified version of Ford’s 4.6L SOHC V-8. Saleen developed and built this new engine in house, under the eyes of powerplant guru Bill Tally and chief engineer Neil Hannemann. They developed the GTS-R into a multiple GT-championship and three-time Le Mans class winner. Upgrades to the engine include a forged crankshaft, pistons and connecting rods as well as upgraded camshafts, and valve springs. This modified long block is fed air and fuel through a 90mm mass air unit, a larger inlet tube, and a new intake manifold. The exhaust gases exit via a 2.5-in. stainless-steel exhaust system including a newly developed X-pipe and dual center-exit tips. Saleen tops it off with a high-quality series IV twin-screw supercharger and a water-to-air intercooler, then backs it up with a Tremec T-56 six-speed manual trans and an 11-in. clutch. The result is 425 hp at 5400 rpm and a 440-lb-ft torque peak.n order for the chassis to keep up with its newfound power, the E gets 18-in. alloys, larger vented and cross-drilled brakes, and Saleen’s Racecraft suspension package. Not to mention the composite hood/fascia/rocker panel/wing, plus a full Saleen interior and a host of other upgrades the S281-E’s specs and performance are impressive as this Mustang is extremely quick. This particular Saleen has the paperwork to back up its claims and comes with a Saleen letter of authenticity. This car is one of only 2 made in Dark Shadow Grey. There were only six extereme models built in 2004. You will kick yourself if you let this rare beauty go. Please visit us at gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of DENVER welcomes this 1937 Chrysler Air Flow ! Most of the Restoration work (Engine,Body and paint) was done by Wheels of Time. In its final year, the Airflow was reduced to one model, the Airflow Eight, offered as a two-door coupe and four-door sedan. A total of 4,600 units were produced before the program was cancelled.[7] Flat dashboards with recessed controls, soft door handles, and padding on the back of the front seats were new safety features.[1][9] It was in this year that an Airflow Custom Imperial, model CW*, limousine became the official car of Philippine president Manuel L. Quezon. The historic vehicle was restored in 1978 and is on display in Quezon City, Philippines Another major restoration was conducted in 2009 by Alfred Nobel Perez of the Vintage Car Club of the Philippines in time for the 131st birth anniversary of Quezon. It was first displayed at Dona Aurora Quezon replica house corner of San Luis and Rizal Streets, Poblacion, Baler, Aurora, Philippines. It later became part of the National Historical Commission of the Philippines collection for its Presidential Car Museum inaugurated on August 19, 2018 in partnership with the Quezon City government.[10] Another 1937 Airflow Custom Imperial, model CW*, limousine was owned by radio personality Major Edward Bowes,[11] Chrysler was one of Bowes radio show sponsors. The two Airflow Custom Imperials were actually leftover 1935 models and only the two were built for 1937; Imperials and Custom Imperials built for the U.S. market in 1937 were conventionally styled, and priced below and above the Airflow, respectively. The cars have a 140-inch wheelbase. Dont miss your opportunity to own a piece of Chrysler history in our Denver Showroom. Most of us have heard of the old saying “dont judge a book by its cover and thats exactly what needs to be applied to this stock looking 1934 Buick. This car was a barn find by the current owner, who painstakingly restored it over a period of several years. The vehicle has been repainted in “Biscay Blue, a BMW color, and replated the trim, bumpers and other brightwork in fresh chrome. Factory style wheels were also restored and reinstated with black wall tires. Under the hood is a Chevrolet-sourced 350 CID V8 that replaced the old Buick “Nailhead with more power and reliability tied to a rebuilt TH400 3-speed automatic transmission with shift kit. A Holley 650cfm 4-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock manifold, 4-core radiator with electric cooling fan and 100-amp alternator are just some of the highlights in the engine compartment. Exhaust headers with 2 steel pipes will help you garner attention everywhere you go as people wonder whats hiding beneath the surface. The beefy motor required upgrades to the running gear and that has been achieved through Heidts Mustang II front suspension, front disc brakes and rack and pinion steering. Inside this 4-Door Sedan the stock interior has been replicated in Light Gray mohair-style fabric and a wood-grain dash with Buick gauges looks legitimate. Its whats hidden that we are really impressed with however: a SecretAudio unit with 10 disc changer is located in the header panel above the windshield, power window mechanisms operate using the factory chrome crank handles and an air conditioning unit is also integrated. This 1934 Buick Model 47 has the best of both worlds- a classic appearance that is universally appreciated with modern conveniences and upgrades that make this an enjoyable car to drive.
