Description:

Now available in our Philadelphia location is a 1968 Chevrolet Camaro. The 1968 Camaro is a cool car to begin with. Drop a modern LSA in a 1968 Camaro and you have a High-Performance Beast with modern day drivability and dependability. The 6.2-liter V8 Supercharged LSA is an engine produced by General Motors for use in high-performance vehicles. The LSA is part of GM’s 4th-generation V8 Small Block engine family and is notorious for its high-power output. It is made at GM’s Silao facilities in Mexico. The engine is used in the fifth-generation Chevrolet Camaro ZL1. More than sheer performance, the LSA balances great power with exceptional refinement. An advanced, sixth-generation Eaton supercharger with high-twist four-lobe rotors is a large contributor to the engine’s high performance. It enables a broad power band with almost imperceptible operation. Naturally an engine like this requires an updated transmission as well. A six-speed 6L90E has been chosen to distribute the horsepower to the narrowed 12-inch rear with 3:73 gears. The exterior is finished in Gray with white stripes and was done using PPG products. The interior is all Classic Camaro and in great shape, with a no frills race ready look. There are no comfort options. There is no heat or AC and no entertainment as well. This Camaro is all about going fast in a straight line and looking good doing it. To view this 1968 Chevrolet Camaro in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or our Philadelphia showroom located in West Deptford, NJ. Description:

LS1 with overdrive, leather interior, and modern Heidts suspension makes this the ultimate Street rod! Now it is for sale in our Milwaukee Showroom and is a very custom 1940 Chevrolet Master Deluxe. This cinnamon street rod, once owned by Tony Kukoc of the Chicago Bulls, is custom from the ground up, and virtually every surface on this car has either been painted, chromed, or is polished stainless steel. It’s so nice you’ll not only want to eat off the hood, but the undercarriage as well. As far as the powertrain goes, this rod is packing heat! Equipped with an LS1 Engine and 4L60E 4-Speed automatic transmission this thing goes just as good as it looks. In addition to the engine and transmission pairing, the rest of the powertrain consists of custom parts, including: driveshaft, shifter and shifter knob, and chromed and polished serpentine belt system. Like the rest of the vehicle, the interior is also completely customized and matches the cinnamon paint perfectly. Made by Kasper Auto Trim, the interior, trunk, and one-piece headliner create a driving space that feels eloquently modern, even though you’re piloting a 76 year old titan of a street rod. Power rack and pinion steering and four-wheel disc brakes make the driving experience pleasant, complimenting the LS1 engine in perfect harmony. Quite frankly, one could write a novel about this vehicle and the plethora of custom work done on it over the years. The build sheet for this vehicle highlights every aspect of the process and even breaks it down by each aspect of the vehicle and even includes manufacturer details about each aftermarket part. This vehicle is located in our Milwaukee showroom. You can view this 1940 Chevrolet Master Deluxe in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving, at Gatewayclassiccars.com. If you are interested in purchasing this vehicle, have questions regarding it, or would like a complete run down of the plethora of custom parts, please call us at (262)-891-4253 or email us at Milwaukee@gatewayclassiccars.com.

Description:

For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 1957 Chevrolet Corvette. This 57 is painted in a traditional Venetian Red with an Ivory cove and a Beige soft top with matching hard top. 1957 was a big year for the Corvette. Fuel Injection and an optional 4 speed were introduced. Engine options were becoming more popular and ranged from a standard 220 horse single carburetor all the up to a Fuel Injected 283 pumping out 283 horse power. In 1957, this was a staggering number. To be able to produce one horsepower per cubic inch was almost unheard of. This fine example was built in early December of 1956. Original stamp pad on original engine was F1026FG. This decodes Flint Michigan, October 26th of 1956, Dual Quad Power Glide. Accompanied with the sale are copies of the original paperwork from dealer in Troy, NC to prove original stamp pad #s on original block. Present engine has correct early 1957 dual quad carburetors, correct intake manifold 3739653 and correct 997 dual quad heads which are cast dated J-24-6. Replacement rebuilt engine block 3731548, 5,000 - 10,000 miles since rebuild is cast dated J-18-6 and has been stamped F1026FG. Original paperwork from original dealer who first sold the Vette on 7-31-57 to original owner that proves car was originally Venetian Red. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars welcomes this GM legend, a beautiful 1969 Buick GS Stage I! The ‘stage’ was set by several manufacturers in 1969, the midst of the performance car war that raged fiercely both on and off the track. Buicks were certainly not considered as the favorite brand by performance enthusiasts as GM cousins Chevrolet, Oldsmobile and Pontiac were on the front lines with big engines like the 396 and the W30 package. Starting a year earlier, the Buick Parts Department sought to address this issue with its offering of two tuning stages that could be more competitive on the strip. Enter the Stage I and II which embodied different levels of performance. The Stage I gave you more horsepower and an upgraded carburetor, fuel pump, high-lift crankshaft and heavy-duty valves springs. This 1969 GS Stage I has all those goodies and features the sleek redesign of the model year including a new grille and a sporty hood design featuring a power bulge with two louvered scoops that allow air to get to that hungry carb! The Stage I became an official option in 1969 with the headliner being the 400 CID V8 rated at 345 horsepower! This Buick rumbles with the numbers-matching engine and automatic transmission and smoothly launches thanks to a posi-rear 3.64 gears. Wearing beautiful Burgundy Mist PPG® paint and topped with a manual black top, this sporty classic is ready to ride and look good while doing it! Open the doors to reveal a crisp black vinyl interior with bucket seats and spacious interior. Wrap your hands around the sport steering wheel and easily shift with a familiar GM horseshoe shifter! Everything on this beauty has been gone through properly and the only thing you need to do is enjoy it! It’s not often you see complete examples of Buick’s performance vehicles, so act quickly so this GS doesn’t slip away! Additional features include Air Conditioning, AM/FM Radio, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Power Windows, Tilt Wheel and Seat Belts. To view this 1969 Buick Gran Sport Stage I in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or our Philadelphia showroom located in West Deptford, NJ. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is excited to offer this 1967 Mustang GT Fastback for sale in our Indianapolis showroom. This 1967 Mustang is equipped with a 390 cubic inch V8 and 4 speed transmission with only 150 miles since the rotisserie restoration! Although the 390-inch V-8 is roughly 165 pounds heavier than the thin-wall 289, its good breathing produced impressive output: up to 325 horsepower and 427 pound-feet of torque. That is within spitting distance of the 428 Cobra Jets 335 hp and 440 lb-ft (spitting distance being 3.7 percent fewer horses and 3.0 percent less torque, assuming Fords rating methods for both engines were consistent). Their low profile in the market has resulted in values that are steady, less subject to whims of fad and fashion. The 390 was based on the FE-series V-8s introduced in 1958 for Thunderbirds and Edsels. The FE-series persisted well into the 1970s, installed in everything from pickups to Cammer-powered drag cars and Le Mans-winning GT40s. It began flexing its muscle in the redesigned 1967 Mustangs wider engine compartment. The vehicle is wrapped in the legendary Shelby white with blue racing stripes. As you open the door to peek inside you will see a matching blue vinyl interior. This vehicle is equipped with time period correct amnesties minus AC. This fastback is sure to be a proper addition to any true pony car fanatic! Be sure to visit our main web page, www.gatewayclassiccars.com where you can view 100+ pictures, and a short video of this amazing car in action. Along with all the rest of our fantastic inventory in this as well as our other seventeen showrooms! Better yet, stop by our Indianapolis showroom and see the car in person! This 1956 Chevrolet Belair is powered by the numbers matching 265 CID Engine with just 2,000 since the rebuild hooked to the 2speed Power Glide Transmission which is also original to this car. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Denver is proud to welcome this iconic 1978 Toyota FJ40! Toyota started production of the Land Cruiser FJ40 in 1960 and began importing them to the US in 1963. The last US-bound FJ rolled off the line in 1983, making a brief comeback as a modern SUV in the US called the FJ Cruiser from 2006 to 2014. From 1963 to 1983 the FJ40 saw little change aesthetically, the only real changes were improvements in technology mechanically. The Classic FJs are as comfortable on a trail as they are on the highway because they were designed to do anything you could ever ask it to do and do it well. All body panels were sandblasted and/or soda blasted, which mean any rust was removed. Lots of time and detail went into this Land Cruiser. PPG sealer was applied along with PPG High fill epoxy primer, with a top coat “Deltron Series in Freeborn Red basecoat, followed by three coats of PPG “DCU Series clear coat. The top and grilles top coat was also done with PPG “Deltron Series. The defining Cygnus White body seams have been resealed with 3M brand seam sealer. The 4 tires and the spare are the factory rims restored and powder coated to the original gray finish. This is an original numbers matching with a beautifully done restoration completed. From the suspension and drivetrain, to the engine and interior - there was lots of detail put into every nut and bolt, that are even restored to the original Gold Zinc finish. This is truly a one of a kind find. The frame was stripped, sandblasted and repainted with “AUE 2 part epoxy gloss black paint. The NEW gray vinyl interior and black dash set up was also given lots of love in the restoration work. If The 2F incline 6 engine under the hood was not enough for you on the roads, dont be scared to take it off roading, lifting up the jump seats, popping off the hard top and catching some rest under the stars. With NEW tie rod ends, NEW front and rear shocks, NEW front wheel bearings and seals, NEW brake pads, NEW wheel cylinders, a NEW optima battery, a NEW alternator installed and even NEW door panels - this FJ40 will not disappoint! There was so much more work done on this Land Cruiser. All this beautiful ride is looking for is someone to call it theirs! Come get it before someone else claims it! It can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and a HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com.
