Description:

Gateway Classic Cars Houston showroom is pleased to offer for sale this gorgeous deep sapphire blue 1968 Chevrolet Camaro. This car gleams like a jewel in the sun, with the sapphire blue sparkling, and the contrasting white Z28 style stripes jumping out at you. The 1968 Camaro retains the body styling and clean look of the 1967, sans the vent wing windows, as a result of Chevrolets introduction of Astro Ventilation for 1968. Under the cowl hood of this Camaro lurks a potent 350 CID V8, topped by a 4BBL carb and aluminum intake. Headers improve exhaust scavenging, and the dual exhaust sounds great. HEI ignition has been added to improve spark delivery and enhance combustion. The chrome air filter element housing and valve cover gaskets add some dress-up, and the addition of air conditioning makes this a true year round driver candidate. Out behind the throaty 350 is a 3-speed TH350 automatic transmission, which sends the power to the 10-bolt rear end. The addition of front disc brakes, with their cross-drilled and slotted front rotors, helps improve the stopping capability considerably vs. the all drum Camaros. Wheel hop during hard launches is nearly eliminated by the addition of slapper bars out back, and a beefy stabilizer bar has been added to reduce axle swing during cornering. This car rides on a set of BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires (P225/60R15 up front, P255/60R15 out back), which are mounted on traditional rallye wheels, with their chrome beauty rings; which combine to add to the vintage look of this 1968 Camaro. Inside, youll note that the optional gauge package provides another level of vintage authenticity, with the staggered sawtooth gauges in the console, plus the tick-tock-tach configuration of tach and clock in the same nacelle to the right of the speedometer. The staple shifter (sometimes also referred to as his and hers) lever finishes off the traditional look. The black carpet is in good condition, and the black synthetic leather seating and trim are all in good condition, with nary a serious blemish. The vintage large diameter/thin rim steering wheel looks just right. One addition that you may not have expected, but will certainly appreciate, is the addition of a 3-point seat belt system for the front seat occupants. A Kenwood AM/FM/Cassette head unit provides the tunes. Additional features and options on this 1968 Chevrolet Camaro include Air Conditioning, AM/FM/Cassette Radio, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Raised White Letter Radial Tires, Rally Wheels, Seat Belts, and Vinyl Interior. Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is pumped to offer this 1969 Plymouth GTX. The GTX came into the Mopar world being on a similar platform as the Belvedere being a larger bodied car which offered an array of options to fit many needs. The GTX came more as a performance package and this car shows as a shining example as the outer appearance is a hot shade of red which is two toned with a large black hood and black on the bottom of the car which shows a more aggressive look and letting the guy lining up in the lane next to this car that it means business. Under the hood of this Mopar beauty is a 440 cubic inch HP block V8 which has been a touch healthier than the 60s would have had it as evident by the choppy sound made by the aggressive grind of the camshaft. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is excited to feature this mighty Mopar 1964 Dodge Polara 500 for sale on consignment with our showroom in Phoenix, Arizona. The Polara was introduced in 1960 as Dodges top-of-the-line, full-size vehicle and turned out to be a successful seller thanks to its sleek styling and chrome-dressed curb appeal. Arguably, it was the right car at the right time. This example looks ready to roll in all Black with a snout-like hood scoop for improved air flow in the engine compartment. This Dodge for sale features whats known as a “Max Wedge engine. In short, this vehicle has a 440 CID V8 with a raised block and cross ram dual quad carburetors. Its hard to match the visual impact of this performance-oriented setup. This motor also features Hedman exhaust headers feeding dual exiting pipes and an aluminum radiator for increased cooling capacity. Furthermore, power steering and power front disc brakes assist with the driving experience. For gear selection, this 1964 Dodge uses a period correct transmission- a 727 “TorqueFlite 3-speed automatic, with the shifter located in the console. Speaking of interior design, the cabin has received a refresh with Black/Red vinyl bucket seats and safety belts for driver and passenger. The factory-style dash has some aftermarket additions surrounding the stock style speedometer with gauges for water temperature, oil pressure, voltage and transmission temperature- all useful things to keep an eye on. Originally this car would have had an AM only radio but this has been swapped for an AM/FM/Cassette player. An aftermarket leather-wrapped steering wheel completes the look inside this retro-modernized Polara. This 1964 Dodge looks to be a solid all-round classic car with a great story behind the wedge motor that you can memorize and impress people with at cruise in nights. How likely is it that someone else in your town has one of these?! Give our helpful and enthusiastic Sales staff a call at (623) 900-4884 and we will put our eyes and ears on this one for you. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is proud to show this 1998 Chevrolet Corvette Pace Car! This is car number 215 out of 616 automatic pace cars produced! With just over 1,500 actual miles on the odometer (supported by the Carfax) this is almost as good as it gets! General Motors launched the C5 Corvette in 1997 and it was a near complete redesign from the outgoing C4 Corvette. Helping set the stage for the new generation were these limited edition pace cars. They came in rocking purple (Radar Blue Metallic) paint and 5 spoke aluminum wheels painted yellow! Have you ever wanted to own a car that looked like your hot wheels? Heres your chance! This car is as close to new as you can get 23 years after it rolled off the assembly line. The mileage is so incredibly low and looking at the car it is hard to fault it in any way. For performance these this bad boy has a LS1 V8 engine rated at 345 horsepower with Indy Pace Car Package and a 4 speed o/d automatic transmission. This combination has been put in thousands upon thousands of GM vehicles and reliability has proved to be very good, even if modified. This example of a 98 Corvette Indy Pace Car appears to be completely stock and comes to you with a clean Car Fax. We dont anticipate the values of these limited production vehicles to go down anytime soon! Pick up your piece of collectible history, and get ready for all the thumbs up and questions! This vehicle has a full folding manual convertible top in black, an extra set of engine covers in yellow, limited slip differential, Bose Audio, dual power seats (two tone black and yellow), dual zone climate control, and many goodies wearing the Indianapolis 500 badging including an extra set of engine covers in yellow and Indianapolis 500 embroidered carpet floor mats. We have access to additional information on this Corvette which can be obtained upon request For more information on this 1998 Chevrolet Corvette Pace Car for sale, to see all the HD pictures and videos of it, copy the URL below, and see it at this direct link: https://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/show/HOU/1949 . Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to present this rugged 1988 AM General M998. More commonly referred to as a HMMWV, aka Humvee. Before we go any further, PLEASE NOTE: this truck was procured through Iron Planet and is to be sold ONLY to buyers who are U.S. Citizens, and it is NOT for export. This vehicle was built to take a beating and withstand some of the toughest environments. This all-terrain beast is powered by a 6.5L diesel thats backed by a 3L80 3-speed automatic transmission, with about 4000 miles on the drive-train since the engine and transmission were rebuilt during its restoration in 2006 by the Maine Military Authority. During the 2006 restoration, the estimated cost of all of the work was around $40K: the engine and transmission were completely rebuilt, all seals were replaced as well as the driveshafts, and Tan CARC paint was applied. In 2018 it was stripped to bare metal, and then the body was covered in Cement Gray (color code 1H5). This truck comes with tons of extra bells and whistles, starting with OE military air conditioning (blows cold), OE military spare tire (drop-down style with ratchets), LED light bar in the cabin, OE military airlift rear bumper (so your buddy can pick you up in his military surplus CH-47 Chinook helicopter if you get out where you cant figure out how to drive back), OE (military) 60-inch deep fording kit, OE military winch, LED headlights and fog lights up front, LED side marker lights, OE military radio shelf, 2 OE military whip antennas with matching spring bases, OE military hard doors with soft armor upgrade (and they also have locks), new OEM soft top, new half-shafts, and all differential fluids have been recently replaced. It also has some non-OE options that most dont see on these trucks: 4 new vinyl seats, Sony AM/FM/Bluetooth radio, waterproof tower speakers, Cerwin-Vega subwoofer, 4 aviation headsets with mic and intercom system (youll find it makes it much easier to speak with each other in the cab - those big tires help add to the noise these trucks make; plus, you can listen to the sound systems music with them). It also has a CB Radio with an engine bay-mounted PA speaker, keyed ignition (not just pushbutton start), rear backup camera (youll be glad you have it), LED overhead exterior light bar, and a lockable rear center console. This truck can take you wherever you need to go with its prodigious territory-conquering ability. The almost brand-new NITTO 37X13.50R18LT Ridge Grappler radial tires have only about 1500 miles on them, and theyre wrapped around a giant set of aluminum Fuel wheels, which really provides a nice aggressive look. When you buy this HMMWV, youll be the owner of one of the nicest HMMWVs outside of Schwarzeneggers garage. M998s in this condition, with the kind of upgrades this one is equipped with, are extremely few and far between; so dont let it slip away! Walk around the beautifully reflective and striking Admirality Blue exterior and open the well-fit door into the like-new black vinyl interior. Under the hood is the owner-documented numbers matching 6.6 liter V8 paired to a Turbo 400 3 speed automatic transmission. Everybody loves Trans Ams, and it is nice to see one in this beautiful color rather than the typical black, gold, or white. The exterior was blocked and sanded to ensure an incredibly smooth and even paint job. Look down the side and you will struggle to see ripples or paint flaws. Crawl underneath the vehicle and you the evidence of a fresh 800-mile restoration shines back at you. There is minimal bondo in this beauty, as the quarters, floor pans, and fenders were replaced as part of this five-year restoration. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to present this beautiful 1955 Ford Thunderbird. This Ford T-Bird for sale was Henry Fords response to the Chevrolet Corvette, and was revealed at the Detroit Auto Show on February 20, 1954. No one could have predicted the success the Thunderbird would have. The Thunderbirds first year of production literally outsold the Corvette more than 23 to 1. Though it was sleek and sporty, the Thunderbird was not considered a sports car to Ford, but a personal luxury vehicle. This Goldenrod Yellow beauty is a fine example of that first year, a great representation of the epic Thunderbird line. With a short and stout body, lovely curves, and a removable hard top, it is a real looker. With a hard top ready to hook-up, it is ready for whatever weather you throw at it. This Thunderbird for sale is powered by a legendary 292 cubic inch Y-Block V8, which churns out an impressive 198 horsepower. These motors were known for reliability, impressive torque, and unique sound. It is backed by a 3-speed Ford-o-matic automatic transmission, which makes it an easy driver and a nice cruiser for anyone and everyone. With chrome wire wheels wrapped in wide whitewall radial tires, this T-Bird has just as much class as it does sass. You can truly understand why Ford motor company tried to emphasize the luxury aspect of the 1955 T-Bird, by peeking in the car, then taking a seat. This 1955 Ford Thunderbird for sale has a list of options, which include: hard removable top, seat belts, classy vinyl interior, and luxurious wide whitewall Bias Ply tires.
