Description:

The roots of the ZL1 Camaro date back to the first generation back in 1969 when Chevrolet was trying to enter a competitive version of their Camaro into the Can-Am road racing series. However in order for the car to compete, there had to be at least 50 of them made for sale. These original ZL1’s were outrageously priced compared to the more civilized versions and thus making them very difficult to sell. This 2013 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 is the second year of production of the more modernized version and has definitely earned the badge that it has donned. From the factory this Camaro comes with a massive 6.2L supercharged V8 that pumps out an astounding 580 pavement pounding horsepower and is controlled by a 6-Speed manual transmission. This isn’t just your typical Camaro with extra horsepower though. That becomes very apparent as you sit in the driver’s seat and notice the flat-bottomed steering wheel and dash covered in a high quality alcantara-suede that feels much more performance oriented and a hood with carbon fiber louvers in it. There are many high tech components and creature comforts that leave you second guessing if you are truly in a Camaro. The original ZL1 Camaro is an icon in muscle car and automotive history and the new era of ZL1’s are sure to follow that same path. This vehicle is located in our Milwaukee showroom. You can view this 2013 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. If you are interested in purchasing this vehicle or have more questions regarding it please call us at (262)-891-4253 or email us at Milwaukee@gatewayclassiccars.com.

Description:

This 1959 Chevrolet Biscayne Wagon is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The Biscayne was the entry level full size model for 1959 having the least interior and exterior trim in its class. This 59 though it may start as a base model it left that life behind. This fully custom 59 has had extensive work done to bring it into the modern age. The car was taken off the frame and put on a rotisserie with the custom paint job applied to the whole car. With the paint done it was time to figure out what kind of drivetrain to out in the one-off custom. The natural choice was an LS1 with their reliable performance it was a shoe in for the job. The 4l60 transmission was the perfect mate for the LS1 giving this wagon the ability to cruise down the highway with ease. With the car painted and the engine and trans ready for duty the last component was getting the right stance. After much consideration the decision was made to not have to decide. A ride-tech air-ride system was installed allowing for any kind of stance you want. Lay it all the way down when you park giving it that unreal look. Set the ride height to your liking and save it in the system so when you hit the key the car jumps up to the that perfect height. With the car back together and ready to move on down the road the last and final thing was interior. Of course, going back stock was out of the question, so a custom leather interior was installed. The low back bucket seats are extremely comfortable with the middle console area allowing for storage. The rear seat has been appointed with the same material with the interior flowing all together. If you have been wanting to get a full custom wagon that can be driven on the daily this one is ideal. Options on this 1959 Chevrolet Biscayne Wagon include, AC, AM/FM, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Windows, Tilt Wheel, Leather Interior, Seat Belts, Ride Control, and Aluminum Wheels wrapped in Radial Tires. This 1959 Chevrolet Biscayne is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For sale in our Chicago showroom is a 1968 Cadillac Deville convertible. This fine example of a true classic land yacht convertible is in great shape. The Cadillac has been restored to show quality and is ready for its next adventure. The year was 1968 and while Apollo 8 was orbiting the moon and Steppenwolfs Born to be wild was riding the radio waves, this Cadillac was rolling off the showroom floor. Grab the keys, pop open the door, and step back into history. The exterior is painted in a sky blue metallic while the interior is comprised of navy blue leather. Of course, this luxury-cruiser is fully loaded optioned with: power seats, automatic convertible top, AC, hub caps, power brakes, power steering, jack, spare tire, power windows, tilt wheel, and white wall radial tires. Looking under the mile-long hood you’ll find a well detailed 472 CID V8 big block engine backed by an automatic 3 spd transmission TH400 transmission. The massive 7.7L V8 produces 375 HP which helps this Deville power down the long highway. In 1968 the grille had an insert with finer mesh and step down outer section which held the rectangular parking lights just a little higher than before. Rear end styling was modestly altered with the deck lid having more of a rake. The most obvious change was an 8.5-inch-longer hood designed to accommodate recessed windshield wiper-washers, which now came with three speeds standard. The opportunity presents itself to purchase a piece of American history that will only go up in value while allowing you to drive and enjoy your investment. Try that with your stock portfolio. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is proud to offer this 1963 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud III. This 1963 Rolls after arriving from California had a body restoration here in Georgia. The engine and transmission were also rebuilt with just 40 miles since completion. The Silver Cloud series marked a significant step for Rolls Royce when it was introduced in April of 1955. Rolls Royce was rationalizing their production line as the days of supplying bare chassis to coachbuilders were winding down and standard showroom models were becoming ever more popular. The standardization of production allowed Rolls Royce to produce cars in greater numbers than ever before, though critically, while still maintaining the same level of quality and engineering excellence that was expected of them. The Silver Cloud was their first “mass produced major commercial success and in the 60 years since its introduction, has become an icon of luxury motoring. Initially the Silver Cloud was fitted with a traditional iron block inline six-cylinder engine. But even before the Silver Cloud reached production, Rolls Royce engineers were hard at work designing an engine that would carry them through the next decade, and beyond. After several proposals such as a V12 and even an inline eight, engineers settled on a V8 layout that would be compact enough yet provide superior output to the current six-cylinder. This was a thoroughly advanced engine that was cast in alloy with wet liners, and wore the carburetors in the center of the “vee to keep the dimensions as compact as possible. Development of this 6.2 litre unit wasnt completed until after Silver Cloud production was well underway, but in 1959 it was introduced in that car which became known as the Silver Cloud II. The Silver Cloud II was visually very similar to the outgoing Cloud I, with only very minor cosmetic changes taking place. The big changes lay under the bodywork where the V8 was carefully wedged into place and several enhancements made to the chassis to improve handling, ride, and the ability to cope with the additional power. Once optional equipment, power steering became standard fitment. Options Include: Air Conditioning, Power steering, Power brakes, leather interior, AM Radio, Power Windows, Hub Caps, and Wide White Wall Tires. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Las Vegas is proud to present this 1969 Pontiac Firebird for sale in our Las Vegas showroom! So many things on this car are all new its even better than driving it straight off the factory floor! The original motor has been removed and a carbon fiber covered New Era 6.0 Liter LS4 engine was been installed, complete with a Z06 manifold. That engine is estimated at around 500 horsepower and has a great sound out of the all-new aluminum exhaust with an H-pipe and Flowmaster stainless steel tips. The 6-speed manual transmission shifts nice and smooth with the Hurst short throw modification. An aluminum radiator has been installed to keep her cool, while the engine compartment frame has been reinforced as well. The suspension is all new with upgraded ball joints, tie rods, control arm bushings, and the amazing Dakota Air Ride setup! The stock dash and center console have been replaced with a late-90s-era Pontiac Firebird wrap-around style dash. The re-chromed bumpers all around will draw some stares and the rear LED taillights can be seen clearly. In the back, this beast has a 12-bolt factory rear end with 4.10 gears and posi-traction. Inside all the gauges have the newer Firebird look without the overly modern digital glow. The TSW Wheels will put rubber to the ground with confidence and style. Stopping those great-looking wheels are four clean disc brakes and calipers. Options include power windows, power seats, power antenna, power locks, power mirrors, rebuilt factory air-conditioning, tinted windows, and delay wiper system. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to present this 1986 Lotus Excel SE. This Car was imported from Switzerland in 2007 and was restored from 2017 to 2019. Because it was imported from Switzerland, it is left hand drive, which makes it that much more enjoyable in the U.S. This also makes it one of just 50 units produced left hand drive with the S.E package. The lotus Excel was never offered for sale in the United States so they tend to be quite rare here. However, this particular trim package is rare no matter where you look. In 1986 Lotus too the Excel model a step farther by introducing the S.E. This package provided more power with a tuned up engine as well as few additional comfort options like upgraded AC and an adjustable steering column. The engine changes include higher compression pistons, a cam re-design to increase lift, and larger valves. All of this bumps the horsepower and torque numbers up a substantial margin. The power goes through a Toyota Supra sourced 5 speed transmission (W56) that sends the power to the rear wheels. The body of these sporty, lightweight coupes is made from vacuum injected resin and was made in upper and lower halves which were joined together over a galvanized steel backbone chassis. This provided a good level of structural rigidity. The chassis is sitting on coil springs and dampers on all four corners. The restoration of this gorgeous rarity was done extremely well and this car is in very good condition. You will certainly not find another one like it anywhere in this country. If you would like the chance to own something that stands out at you local car shows, give us a call today. This surely will not last long. This 1986 Lotus Excel S.E. can be seen in great detail including 100+ HD Pictures and an HD video at gatewayclassiccars.com.
