Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Milwaukee is please to present this 1972 Buick GS Sun Coupe, The Buick brand is one of Americas oldest car companies and almost 120 years later, Buick is still building fine automobiles. In the mid 1960s the muscle car crazy was everywhere. Pontiac had a real hit on their hands with the GTO and the other GM siblings all wanted a piece of the action. Chevrolet offered the Chevelle SS, Oldsmobile had the 442 and the boys over the Buick the Gran Sport based on the A-body Skylark platform. After the initial success of the Gran Sport in 1965 & 1966 the GS badge could be seen on other Buick models like the Wildcat and Rivera and these vehicles would be appointed with strongest and more powerful engines Buick had to offer at the time. The bright red GS badge was a not-so-subtle way to show that Buick meant business and were making a very strong mark in the muscle car market. Our featured 72 Buick GS has the very rare Sun Coupe option, less than 4000 were built and few survive today. The car is equipped with the ever powerful 455ci motor mated to a turbo 400 3 speed automatic transmission. The color contrast of Stratamist blue paired to the creamy white vinyl top with matching vinyl seat that will stand out and demand attention in any situation. Other features included the quintessential 5 spoke Buick rally wheels, 12-bolt Posi traction rear end, power steering, power brakes, and the manual sunroof. Wouldnt you really rather have a Buick? Come take a trip back in time with the 72 Buick GS Sun Coupe.

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to present this wicked 1972 Dodge Demon! Ah yes, the story of the Demon is one that has been discussed in many automotive circles as it transformed the image of the revered Dodge Dart. Advertised as a performance car, the Demon appealed to the youth market and joined forces with its Chrysler cousin, the Plymouth Duster, in going up against the similar rival manufacturer vehicles. Dodge continued to produce these potent A-bodies up until 1973, after religious groups protested the name and brand resulting in the renaming of the car as the Dodge Dart Sport. This second year offering of the Demon is bold in appearance, wearing bright Blue paint and a black hood scoop. Take note of the neat badging including the infamous pitchfork. Under the hood is a big thomping 440 cubic inch V8, arguably the best motor one could drop into a Mopar. Power is sent through a recently rebuilt 727 Automatic and is put to the pavement by a Dana 60 with 4.10 gears. Imagine how this Demon can get up and go! The low production number of Dodge Demons makes these cars quite collectible and you are sure to be the center of attention on the road, shows and cruises. If youre looking for a rare Mopar, this is the one you want to own! Options include spare tire, jack, seat belts, cloth interior, and Cragar wheels wrapped in radial tires. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is proud to offer this 1966 Chevrolet Nova Wagon. You probably will not find a better way to haul your family and your gear than this 1966 Chevrolet Nova wagon. Beautifully finished inside and out, it is an ultra-clean resto-mod that is already won more than its fair share of awards and drives so well that you will be tempted to turn it into your daily driver. This is the right way to build a resto-mod. Take one unmolested, very nice Nova wagon, and spend a huge pile of cash restoring the body to better-than-new condition. Some would argue that the Nova offers the nicest-looking wagon of the mid-60s, trim and angular, but not a land barge, and with the stance and flashy wheels, nobody is going to accuse it of being their parents car. The paint is a Crystal green Metallic that gives it a nice shine. The bodywork is nicely done, the gaps are exact, and there is just no way the affordable little Nova ever looked this good on the showroom floor. It shows a few minor signs of use since it was finished, but the quality workmanship and good care mean that it is still a show-winner just about anywhere it goes. The Light green leather interior is beautifully customized, starting with a leather bench seat with a armrest with cup holders, and original-style door panels show you where the inspiration for the upholstery patterns came from. It looks very well-designed. The dash was painted to match the bodywork and topped with a light green dash pad and the original instrument panel is now filled with Dakota Digital gauges that offer a comprehensive look at the engine compartment. There is also a great-sounding AM/FM/CD/iPod stereo and powerful A/C to make this the ultimate road trip car. A Black and chrome steering wheel with beautiful details, a tilt column, and a taut headliner are all included with this well-built custom. The back seat is upholstered to match, so rear seat passengers should not feel left out. And you still get a giant cargo bay for all your stuff, nicely finished with matching green carpets. A glance in the engine bay will help you understand why this car has been a multiple trophy-winner. The 383 V8 is dressed from top to bottom in bright chrome surrounded by finished inner fenders, firewall and a Wilwood master cylinder that give it a polished look. The engine is topped by a Holley sniper EFI fuel injection system, so it starts quickly and idles well. There is a big AutoRad radiator up front, electric fan to keep things cool, and braided stainless lines throughout, with most of the wiring and plumbing neatly hidden out of sight. The transmission is a 700R4 4-speed automatic with overdrive, and with highway-friendly gears in the Ford 9in with 3.73 gear out back, it is a terrific cruiser, turning only 2100 RPM at 75 MPH. The front suspension is a Church Boys setup. 2-way adjustable coilovers out back help keep the stance level no matter what the load and the 18-inch American Racing wheels with staggered 215/45/R17 front and 245/445/17 rear NITTO radials fill the wheel wells nicely. If you want the ultimate Nova wagon, you have just found it. Call today! Description:

Matte grey and black will never not be a cool color combination. Maybe that is why this 1986 Chevy Blazer is just that, cool. With 2,863 miles since rebuild this truck is fresh. Powered by a 5.3L V8 that is paired to a 4L60-E 4-speed automatic, it has plenty of heart to back up its tough exterior. This truck is tuned but also comes with headers and cherry bomb exhaust to give you a rumble that gives that mean look a sound to match. The interior is black but a little less intimidating. Plush leather seats give you a nice comfortable ride. Also, inside the truck includes new custom door panels, headliner, sound deadening, and carpet. Lining the interior is also blue LED lighting that can be switched off for a stealthier look. Lifted and fitted with American racing wheels attached to 35 AT tires you will stare down at the smaller lesser vehicles on the road. Want to listen to some music? Well, this truck has you covered there too. With a 5-channel amp pushing power to 6 focal speakers and a 12 sub you will get plenty of sound if you can hear it over those pipes. If you have a bug out survivor fantasy, this is the way to fulfill it. Need something that could fit in with Mad Max this awesome truck could be for you. If this truck gets your heart pumping like it does ours then you can contact us. The car can be seen @ GatewayClassicCars.com with over 100 HD photos. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Indianapolis is proud to present this 1941 Ford Super Deluxe Convertible for sale! Fords for 1941 were much more modern with a wide body that nearly covered the running boards. They came in several body styles including a two-door and four-door sedans, a sedan coupe, a business coupe, and convertible coupe, sedan delivery wagon, and woody station wagon. This particular car is a Super Deluxe Convertible coupe. The Super Deluxe had several amenities of higher quality over the base models, including more chrome, leather seats, and a wood-grain dashboard. Production of the 1941 models was disrupted by a sudden labor strike in April 1941; Henry Ford, having resisted unionization well after the rest of the American automobile industry accepted it, finally gave in and signed a contract with the UAW. More on this car, it is painted in a dark blue that accents the tan leather and top. Under the hood is a flathead V8 that makes a wonderful noise when you put your foot down. Spot lamps are positioned on both sides of the windshield. Top down or up, you will be riding around in style just like rich people of the 1940s did 80 years ago! This 1941 Super Deluxe Convertible Coupe is featured in our Indianapolis showroom and can be seen in detail including 100+ HD photos and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. For additional information please call our staff at (317) 688-1100 or email us at Indianapolis@GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Denver welcomes this ORIGINAL 1941 Ford Super Deluxe Convertible! The Ford car was thoroughly updated in 1941, in preparation for a time of unpredictability surrounding World War II. The 1941 design would continue in an aborted 1942 model year and would be restarted in 1946 and produced until 1948 when the more modern 1949 Fords were ready. During the initial year of this car, it evolved considerably. The front fenders came in three pieces, the theory being that small damages could be replaced easily. During the year, it evolved into two pieces with the lower front and back sections being joined. The hood risers changed, the early ones being the same as 1940 Fords, changing during the year to the better later version. The 1941 Convertible had no rear side windows, the only side windows being in the doors; in 1942, quarter windows were added so the rear occupants could see out. Five different coil/distributor arrangements were used during 1941, causing confusion for mechanics. Other variations were: two different positions for the generator, and three for the cooling fan — front of the crankshaft, front of the generator (rare) and on a bracket. This is thought to be the first Ford to offer an oil filter. The two interior heaters were a Southwind gasoline burner, which had the advantage of keeping one warm in winter at drive-in movies (provided a small electric fuel pump was used), and a more ordinary hot-water type. Both had window defrosters. It had an great radio, which could consume the battery in about two hours. Electric windshield wipers were available in addition to the vacuum-powered wipers. Three different convertible power top mechanisms (vacuum, electric screw, and hydraulic) and two different header bar latching systems were used. Rear suspensions sometimes had a sway bar, most did not. It had great brakes and among the most notable handling of ordinary cars of the time. It served a transitional role in Fords lineup The ignition key for these cars was actually used to operate a bolt lock which, on one end, unlocked the steering column (a feature destined to return, mandated, decades later), and on the other end unblocked the ignition switch, allowing it to be operated. Starting the car was then accomplished by pressing a pushbutton on the dashboard, another feature destined to return with the advent of smart keys.
