Description:

For sale in our Dallas/Fort Worth showroom is a show stopping 1960 Chevrolet El Camino. Call it a truck, call it a car, call it whatever you like. We call this vehicle awesome. Starting with the extravagant styling of the late 50’s and early 60’s, 1300 hours of labor went into custom body work, ensuring that the lines are laser straight and the paint is glass smooth. A couple touches most people will miss is that the chrome down the side of the car has been removed with the channel for it painstakingly filled and smoothed, and the 59 Cadillac taillights.. There is custom pinstriping throughout the body, and the steel gray with black roof has a lot of curb appeal. The Boyd Coddington wheels are a one-off set, 20” in the front, 22” in the rear. Underneath, the one-off parts continue with a custom made Art Morrison Chassis with a Super Delux front end. There is a Strange 9 in. rear end with 3.73 gears, and 4 link setup with coilovers at all four corners. The rear end has been tubbed as well. Willwood discs at all 4 corners cap off a package that makes a surprisingly great handling car for this size. Of course, you don’t build a chassis like this if you don’t plan on moving around quickly. That is why there is a Blueprint Engines 383 CID Stroker hiding under the custom forward tilt hood. Making 430 hp, and 460 ft. lbs. of torque, it is plenty of motivation for this big hot rod. The engine is supported by an aluminum radiator with an electric fan, Sanderson headers, and 3” stainless steel exhaust with Magnaflow mufflers. Behind that is the time tested TH350 automatic transmission. Inside is a very comfortable place to command the road from, with custom leather bucket seats, and alligator accents all around. The Vintage Air keeps things cool and comfortable, while the power rack and pinion steering and tilt column make steering effortless. With just 2,530 miles since all of this incredible work was done, this fresh and ready to run. To view this vehicle in greater detail including HD pictures and videos, visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com/carlist2?src=2&location=DFW. Description:

1973 Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona Coupe for sale! Motorcar Classics is proud to present this supremely original 1973 365GTB/4 Daytona coupe featured in Rosso Rubino with Saddle Tan leather interior. Delivered new in August 1974 by Algar Ferrari, this is a US car equipped with factory AC. The car has spent its entire life in New England. The first owner covered 10,000 miles in 5 years and sold the car to the second owner in 1979. The second owner cherished the car for 25 years and added just about 4,000 miles to the odometer. The third owner closely related to the second and has cared for the car for almost 15 years adding 17,000 more miles to the odometer and bringing up to the current 33,469 miles. So it could be said that the car has been in the care of the same family for 40 years and the history of these two enthusiasts has been documented by Mike Coviello in his article Boyhood Dreams that was published in the June, 2007, issue of Forza Magazine. (A copy of which is included in our extensive history file). The car still wears its original paint and leather interior. The car has been extensively shown by the current owner, and in September 2018 it won the Primio di Platino award in the Preservation Class at the FCA National Meet in Watkins Glen. Prior awards include Best in Class at the 2017 Lime Rock Historic Festival, the Werner Pfister Award for oldest high mileage unrestored Ferrari at the 2015 FCA New England Region Concorso, and Best Unrestored Ferrari at the 2013 FCA Penn-Jersey Region concours as well as other awards detailed in the history file.Major mechanical repairs include a clutch and complete engine rebuild at around 18k miles all done by respected John Tirrell at IFS, Independent Ferrari Service, of Easton, MA. The car was extensively maintained by IFS as evidenced by detailed receipts in the history file. New Michelin XWX tires were fitted in 2016. The car has been driven regularly by its current owner and it is in excellent mechanical health. The car accelerates, shifts, brakes and handles as you would expect from Ferraris iconic 365 GTB/4. The sound of the Daytona motor is among the most thrilling of any production car, and the car is rock solid at any speed. Daytonas were known to cruise at speeds near 175 MPH and this car can do so with alacrity. The paint and interior show a patina that is earned from 45 years of faithful service to its owners and it remains a superb Presentation Class example as evidenced by its 2018 FCA National award.

Description:

For sale in our Chicago showroom is this survivor 1981 Pontiac Bonneville. Powering this luxury 4-door is a 3.8l V6 with an automatic transmission. The 81 was the end of a generation for Bonneville, being the last year of its body style, as well as an end of an era for Pontiac, as all V8 engines would be discontinued, making way for Chevrolet V8s. This example houses the Buick 3.8l as a way of keeping fuel use within acceptable range for the EPA. The power of the V6 is more than acceptable to get this personal luxury sedan up to speed with ease. You will find looks aplenty anytime you take this Mint Green classic out. Many of the late 70s and early 80s GM vehicles had issues with corrosion, and because of that, there are not as many around. This 2-owner example shows no signs of rot and is extremely solid! With a newer set of radial tires, this Bonnie is more than ready to explore the open road. This Bonneville is a full-sized adventure waiting to be had. Options include: AM/FM Radio, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Power Windows, Power Seats, Cloth Interior, Seat Belts, and White Wall Radial Tires. Description:

For sale in our Nashville showroom is a 2007 Ariel Atom. The concept behind this pocket rocket is so simple, take a Chevrolet ecotech 2.0-liter double over head cam 4 cylinder that is supercharged via an Eaton blower. Bolt a 5-speed manual transmission behind it and load the snappy power plant into an exoskeleton frame with very little in the way of extras like, GPS. Heated seat and body panels. Who needs all that stuff anyway?!? This little rocket has everything you need, three pedals, a shifter handle, steering wheel and a very angry 300 Horsepower 4 cylinder behind your shoulders. Now you guys that laugh at the “hold my beer and watch this.. joke know that this Ariel Atom 2 for sale must be improved, right? Well the owner of this Atom had the DDM Works® turbo kit installed and added a couple more ponies to the mix, approximately another 150 horsepower. For those with lower math skills that equals approx. 450 horsepower in a frame with a seat bolted to it that weighs little more than a Baby Ruth wrapper. Finish this off with a custom three inch exhaust that uses Magnaflow ®components that give this Ariel Atom for sale just the right sound that is a cross between an angry hive of killer bees and a F-22 Raptor strike fighter taking off. This Ariel Atom has everything you need in a car, I mean who needs a roof when your car goes from a stand still to over 100 MPH and back to zero in less than 11 seconds!? Options for this 2007 Ariel Atom for sale include: Two Helmets, Racing harness, Wind in your hair, rapid heartbeats, sweaty palms and daydreaming about your weekend road trip while at work. This beautiful 2015 F-Type V-8 S Convertible features a heart stopping 495hp 5.0L Supercharged V8 that screams for attention. Description:

For sale in our Nashville showroom is a 1965 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu SS convertible. Now some may argue that the Chevelle and Malibu are two different cars, between the years of 1964 to 1973 Chevrolet made the Chevelle with a Malibu package and the results still cause grow men to drool. This drop top Chevelle Malibu for sale is one of the best restorations that I have seen for some time. Attention to every little detail was the game plan with this little ’65 Chevelle Malibu SS for sale was striped down to be restored. Looking sharp in Artesian Turquoise, which looks like it is still dripping wet, with white convertible top and interior, this is one classy car! This numbers matching Chevelle Malibu for sale as stated by the owner has a peppy 327 cubic inch small block under the hood that is backed by a 2-speed power glide transmission making this cruiser a joy to drive. Personally, I thought it would look great if I drove it to Miami beach for the photo shoot, but my manager just didn’t understand the vision I was trying to convince him of. Think about it, this beautiful car on the white sand with the surf in the back ground and the smell of coppertone ( for those under 50, sunscreen) in the air and a slight trade wind to keep the suns warmth from getting to intense and the best part, the keys to this beauty are in your pocket. Options for this 1965 Chevelle for sale include: AM/FM radio, Power convertible top, Power steering, Power brakes, Vinyl interior, Seat belts, White wall radial tires with Classic hub caps. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback S-Code. The 1967 Mustang Fastback has gone down as one of the must iconic cars of its era. The sweeping lines and big block engines available only make these cars more desirable and the reason they still bring premium money today. This example left the factory, as verified by the Mart report, with a 390 under the hood also known as an s-code. Taken done and built form the ground up the car is now packing a bored and stroked 390 with a total displacement of 445 cubic inches now giving this car a whole new level of power. Taken from a 69 T-Bird the motor now only has 500 miles on it since it was installed. The built c6 transmission handles all that power nicely shifting through all 3 gears without hesitation. The Ford 9-inch rear end has a 3.25 gear set making the car a pleasure to drive on the back roads and good enough to cruise down the highway. With the posi traction allowing for both rear wheels to lay down rubber at will. With the Grab-a-trac suspension gone through and rebuilt the car handles as if it was racing down the road in 1967. The upgraded Wilwood disc brakes bring this Pony to screeching holt just in case you right foot becomes a little too heavy. The paint on the car is slick and been taken back its original red with the base coat clear coat giving it an even deeper look. The ram air hood lets everyone know that this isn’t your average pony especially with the rumbling from that stroked out big block under the hood. A look inside shows that the original style parchment interior has been used giving the car that factory look. The magnum 500 wheels finish the car off nicely and were one the best wheels to leave the factory. If you have been wanting a great S-Code but a with a little more oomph this red rocket should do the trick. Options on this 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback S code include, AC, AM/FM Radio, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Vinyl Interior and Magnum 500 Wheels wrapped in Radial Tires. Coated in Milano Maroon, paired with saddle leather seats, this Corvette is sure to turn heads. The car was restored in 2004, the interior and all the glass is original to the car. A new soft top was just installed as well. For 1966, Chevrolet introduced an even larger 427 cu in Big Block version. Other options available on the C2 included the Wonderbar auto-tuning AM radio, AM-FM radio (mid-1963), air conditioning (late-1963), a telescopic steering wheel (1965), and headrests (1966). The Sting Rays independent rear suspension was successfully adapted for the new-for-1965 Chevrolet Corvair, which solved the quirky handling problems of that unique rear-engine compact. The classic offers a M-20 4-spd manual transmission, also numbers matching. The rear-end is a posi-traction 3.55:1 gear. Options include: AM/FM radio, manual convertible top, hub caps, power brakes, seat belts, and leather interior. While each classic car offers its own piece of history, this Corvette comes with documentation showing June of 1966 the car was purchased in New Jersey. Gateway Classic Cars of Philadelphia is presenting a 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Convertible. You dont want to miss this Chevelle. The exterior is Silver with black accents, the interior is Black. This car received a five year restoration that was completed in 2003. Almost everything used was found NOS. The seller spared no expense when it came to finding parts for this restoration. He built this car for the long haul with no intent of selling. He has owned it for 20 years and invested both time and money to put together one of the nicest Chevelle restorations that we have seen. He has relocated and lost his storage. Take advantage of the situation and pick up a great car. This beautiful Chevelle has less than 2500 miles since its restoration. All the gauges have been restored and work fine. Of course, the convertible top is also new. Wheels were found NOS in the larger 15n in size. Replacement NOS fenders replaced the worn originals. A replacement NOS dash was located and installed as well. The list goes on and on of parts that were tracked down and utilized to avoid the modern copies that are so easily available. It is a 396 completely rebuilt in 2002 with ST 10 Transmission and a 12 bolt 3:55 Rear. Repainted in 2004 This Chevelle looks pristine and is equipped with AM FM radio, power brakes and power steering. It also is equipped with Tilt wheel, seat belts, and radial tires.
