Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is pleased to feature this unique, restored 1951 Lincoln Cosmopolitan Capri Coupe for sale right now in our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix. The Cosmopolitan was a full-size luxury car marketed by Lincoln for just three years from 1949 to 1951, before it was succeeded by the Premiere and Capri. Something worth noting about the Cosmopolitan was its use as a Presidential state car under Harry S. Trumans administration. This Cosmopolitan Capri Coupe has undergone a significant “frame off restoration under the ownership of a Lincoln collector to get where it is today. Painted in a dreamy “Bonita Blue with a darker blue vinyl top, this Cosmopolitan has had all chrome pieces re-plated and looking show ready. The surprise comes under the hood where youll find a 5.8l (351cid) Windsor V8 engine from a Ford F-Series truck that includes factory air conditioning, power brakes, power steering and a 12 volt electrical system that brings this 50s classic up to par with modern performance expectations. A Ford C6 3-speed automatic transmission shifts this 51 through the gears. The dual exhaust on this Cosmopolitan has been modified for additional power and the seller is stating the car returns around 300hp on a dyno. Like the exterior, originality has not been lost on the inside with replicated factory materials and restored gauges. You will notice the under-dash air climate control module and power windows that have been integrated subtly, though. From the gold hood ornament to the fender skirts and wide white wall tires, this 1951 Lincoln Cosmopolitan Capri Coupe looks and shows like a factory original yet this sweet classic has the modern powertrain and features that todays buyers want and will appreciate. Give our helpful and knowledgeable Sales staff a call at (623) 900-4884 and we will be happy to put our eyes and ears on this Lincoln for you and assist with any further questions you have. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to present this 1961 Chevrolet Corvair Rampside Pickup Deluxe! Here is a proud moment we are happy to repeat the enthusiasts favorite phrase. Find me another one like it! This Rampside was originally purchased by the owner in 2008, subsequently stored a couple of years until receiving a 2-year restoration. As inspiration Jay Lenos Rampisde was referenced. The vehicle was torn down, soda-blasted, and powder-coated to prevent future rust. Wherever needed replacement panels were used. The engine, while not original, was replaced by a previous owner with a stronger, more powerful ZK-block. The transmission is a 2-speed powerglide with a 3.89 final drive gear ratio. This Corvair Rampside is equipped with the deluxe packaged including brightwork, passenger visor, 2-speed wipers with sprayers, and a cigarette lighter! As usual the cost to restore a vehicle to this standard would far exceed the sellers asking price. We proudly offer this vehicle for sales and eagerly await your questions! 1961 Chevrolet Corvair Rampside Pickup Deluxe is in our St. Louis Showroom and can be seen in great detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1931 Ford 5-Window Coupe. The Model A was one of Ford’s greatest successes, only bested by the predecessor the Model T. The “A” came in many shapes and sizes of the years with nearly 5 million being built in its generation from 1927 to 1931. One of those styles was the 5 Window Coupe, and its one of the most sought after today, some for originality, but mostly by hotrodders everywhere to make it into a street rod! Here we have one of those rare 5 window coupe street rods. Approaching the car, you see the light glinting off the Porsche red paint. Exterior is in good condition, you’ll like the Hoosier Hood, the ’32 Ford grille and the stainless exhaust and gas tank. The interior is grey cloth and in good shape. Under the hood is a 305 high output GM crate engine with power ran through a turbo 350 automatic transmission. Also holding this slick ride off the ground is a 4-bar suspension, coil over shocks and has a reversed-I-spring. Expanding on the build: the frame is new 2x3 Boxsteel with ¼” walls. The rear pan & drip rails are homemade, taillights from a ’39 Ford and trunk handle from a ’37 Ford. Front and rear fenders are from a ’28-29 Ford. The car offers heat and air but A/C is not currently working. Reason unsure. Top is off of a 1972 Monte Carlo. And the list goes on. Current owner has had this car for 50 years this year!!! Bought from a private owner locally out of Louisville, KY back in 1971. Car is titled as a 1931 Ford Coupe and is clean and clear and ready to be transferred into your name now! Options on this Ford are: A/C, Power Steering, Power Brakes, CD Player, Allow Wheels and Radial Tires. This 1931 Ford 5-Window Coupe is offered by our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is offering this 1965 Shelby Cobra Factory Five for sale. This vehicle was built with a 5.0 liter fuel injected Mustang engine and a 5-speed Tremec manual transmission. The Factory Five Mk4 Roadster is the worlds best-selling, best-engineered, and best-performing replica of all time. There is no better way to honor a legacy than to continue it. The Mk4 Roadster is designed to accurately reproduce the looks of the legendary 427 Cobra, keeping its essence intact, while using modern technology, parts, and materials to improve performance, reliability, and comfort. In the past, there were well-built but expensive replicas on one end, and poorly-built, inexpensive “kit cars at the other end. This is still mostly true today, except for the cars built by a small group of wing-nuts at a company called Factory Five Racing. The marriage of modern CAD-based engineering and vintage design is a winning combination. The Mk4 design has won more show awards, battled for more racing wins, and received more accolades and recognition from the press than any other car in the industry. Options include: AM/FM radio with CD player, GPS, vinyl interior, seat belts, and aluminum wheels wrapped in radial tires. This Factory Five Cobra Replica is for sale in our Atlanta Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway classic cars of Nashville is proud to digitally present this 1978 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am. For most people when they think of muscle cars the second generation Firebird comes to mind. The Firebird has style that is anything but subtle. With beautiful smooth body lines, a duck tail spoiler and shaker hood you know this car means business. Covered in with I call arrest me red, this car is all but impossible to ignore! With a black velour interior this Trans Am has a sinister look that seems to say, Dont even try it! Tucked below the red hood adorned with what we knew when I was a younger man as the screaming chicken is the 400 cubic inch engine that even in the middle of the gas craze and environmental restrictions of the late 70s pumped out enough torque to pull up trees, ok small trees. Backing this power plant is a 3-speed automatic transmission. Now a lot of muscle cars seem to have been built with one thing in mind. Go straight very fast. The steering wheel and brakes were after thoughts. The Trans Am was built to handle the curves and were a joy to drive fast on roads with curves and hills, truly a drivers car. Now I will admit for full disclosure that I have owned many Camaros and trans Am in my life and currently drive a TA as my daily driver and it is anything but stock when I sit in this car it takes me back to the nights of REO Speed wagons album, you get what you play for and lets just say lots and lots of high-speed fun! Options for this 1978 Pontiac Trans Am include, Air conditioning, AM/FM Cassette player, Power steering, brakes and windows, Tilt steering wheel, Cloth interior and snowflake rims with radial tires.
